This study investigates dorsal aspect target strength with fish size, tilt angle and frequency characteristics for the schlegel's black rockfish(Sebastes achlegeli) and the red seabream (Pagrus major). This study was carried out on free swimming fish in a cage in order to obtain acoustic data of the biomass estimation using the scientific echo sounder. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows; 1 The coefficients of the schlegel's black rockfish and the red seabream using maximum TS with fish length were expressed -63.7dB and -62.6dB at a frequency of 38kHz, -64.4dB and -65.4dB at 120kHz, and -62.4dB and -65.0dB at 200kHz, respectively. 2. The coefficients of the schlegel\`s black rockfish and the red seabream using averaged TS with fish length were expressed -68.4dB and -67.9dB at a frequency of 38kHz, -73.4dB and -72.7dB at 120kHz, and -70.BdE and -73.4dB at 2001Hs, respectively. 3. The coefficients of the schlegel's black rockfish and the red seabream using maximum TS with body weight were expressed -52.0dB and -50.9dB at a frequency of 38kHz, -52.7dB and -53.7dB at 120kHz, and -50.7dB and -53.3dB at 200kHz, respectively. 4. The coefficients of the schlegel's black rockfish and the red seabream using averaged TS with body weight were expressed -56.7dB and -56.2dB at a frequency of 38kHz, -61.7dB and -61.0dB at 120kHz, and -59.ldE and -61.6dB at 200kHz, respectively. 5. Varying the tiIt angle of the two red seabream from -26$^{\circ}$to +25$^{\circ}$, the variation width of target strength expressed smaller at a frequency of 38kHz than at 120kHz and expressed about 3~6dB higher head up than head down at 120kHz.
Many buying and selling companies have participated in B2B electronic commerce in order to boost sales and cut down purchase prices respectively. There are some studies on buying and selling companies performances of using B2B e-marketplaces which provide electronic B2B transaction services such as finding transaction partners, providing on-line transaction process like auctioneering, etc. This study investigates the critical failure factors against B2B e-marketplace in other words B2B market-maker or B2B intermediary. We proposed 4 hypotheses asserting that 4 critical failure factors make reverse effects on B2B intermediary performances. We adopt the Balanced Score Card (BSC) framework to evaluate B2B intermediary performance. Data were collected from 46 respondents of B2B intermediaries in Korea. Analyses showed that traditional off-line B2B practices like refunding to buyer or transactions without legal documents and low quality of product information and catalog are critical failure factors against B2B intermediary performance.

Starches of flavored glutinous rice were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and tested on the starch granule susceptibility to 15% H$_2$SO$_4$, glucoamylase and $\alpha$-amylase. The shape of starch granules form flavored glutinous rice varieties was polygonal and the size was 4~6 $\mu$m in diameter. According to DSC, glutinous rice starch showed onset temperature (T$_{o}$) range 59.8~62.5$^{\circ}C$ and KR92021-B-B-42-3-B and KR92021-B-B-165-1-B showed higher enthalpy ($\Delta$H) on gelatinization than others. The starches from KR92021-B-B-5-2-B and KR92021-B-B-42-3-B showed lower hydrolysis rate using 15% H$_2$SO$_4$ than KR92021-B-B-165-1-B. KR92021-B-B-5-2-B showed higher degree of hydrolysis of glucoamylase and $\alpha$-amylase than the others.

B4C-SiC composites were fabricated using hot press sintering method without sintering additives at 1,900~2,000℃ under a pressure of 40 MPa. The crystal phase, relative density, microstructure, and mechanical properties of B4C-SiC composites were evaluated. When B4C and SiC were uniformly dispersed in the composite, grain growth was inhibited, and a sintered body with a fine and uniform microstructure, with improved mechanical properties, was fabricated. The relative density of B4C-SiC composites sintered under 2,000℃ of temperature and 40 MPa of pressure was over 99.8 %, and the bending strength and Vicker's hardness at 50 wt% of B4C were 645 MPa and 30.6 GPa, respectively.
Based on our previous report on gastric cancer which documented ATP4A and ATP4B mRNA down-regulation in gastric tumors relative to normal gastric tissues, we hypothesized that epigenetic mechanisms could be responsible. ATP4A and ATP4B mRNA expression in gastric cancer cell lines AGS, SNU638 and NUGC-3 was examined using reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR). AGS cells were treated with TSA or 5'-AzaDC and methylation specific PCR (MSP) and bisulfite sequencing PCR (BSP) analysis were performed. MSP analysis was on DNA from paraffin embedded tissues sections and plasma. Expression analysis revealed downregulation of ATP4A and ATP4B genes in gastric cancer cell lines relative to normal gastric tissue, while treatment with 5'-AzaDC re-activated expression of both. Search for CpG islands in their putative promoter regions did not indicate CpG islands (CGI) but only further downstream in the bodies of the genes. Methylation specific PCR (MSP) in the exon1 of the ATP4B gene and exon7 in ATP4A indicated methylation in all the gastric cancer cell lines tested. MSP analysis in tumor tissue samples revealed methylation in the majority of tumor samples, 15/19, for ATP4B and 8/8 for ATP4A. There was concordance between ATP4B and ATP4A down-regulation and methylation status in the tumour samples tested. ATP4B methylation was detectable in cell free DNA from gastric cancer patient's plasma samples. Thus ATP4A and ATP4B down-regulation involves DNA methylation and methylated ATP4B DNA in plasma is a potential biomarker for gastric cancer.
Purpose To investigate the added value of right down decubitus (RDD) CT when determining adjacent organ invasion in cases of advanced gastric cancer (AGC). Materials and Methods A total of 728 patients with pathologically confirmed T4a (pT4a), surgically confirmed T4b (sT4b), or pathologically confirmed T4b (pT4b) AGCs who underwent dedicated stomach-protocol CT, including imaging of the left posterior oblique (LPO) and RDD positions, were included in this study. Two radiologists scored the T stage of AGCs using a 5-point scale on LPO CT with and without RDD CT at 2-week intervals and recorded the presence of "sliding sign" in the tumors and adjacent organs and compared its incidence of appearance. Results A total of 564 patients (77.4%) were diagnosed with pT4a, whereas 65 (8.9%) and 99 (13.6%) patients were diagnosed with pT4b and sT4b, respectively. When RDD CT was performed additionally, both reviewers deemed that the area under the curve (AUC) for differentiating T4b from T4a increased (p < 0.001). According to both reviewers, the AUC for differentiating T4b with pancreatic invasion from T4a increased in the subgroup analysis (p < 0.050). Interobserver agreement improved from fair to moderate (weighted kappa value, 0.296-0.444). Conclusion RDD CT provides additional value compared to LPO CT images alone for determining adjacent organ invasion in patients with AGC due to their increased AUC values and improved interobserver agreement.
Purification and some properties of Xylogone sphaerospora ${\beta}$-mannanase were reprevious previous paper. Locust bean gum galactomannan was hydrolyzed by the purified ${\beta}$-mannanase, and then the hydrolysates was separated by activated carbon column chromatography. The main hydrolysates were composed of D.P. (Degree of Polymerization) 4 and 6 galactosyl mannooligosaccharides. For elucidate the structure of D.P 4 and 6 galactosyl mannooligosaccharides, sequential enzymatic action was performed. D.P 4 and 6 were identified as ${Gal^2}{Man_3}\;(6^2-mono-O-{\alpha}-D-galactopyranosyl-4-O-{\beta}-D-mannotriose)$ and ${Gal^2}{Man_5}\;(6^2-mono-O-{\alpha}-D-galacto- pyranosyl-4-O-{\beta}-D-mannopentaose)$. To investigate the effects of locust bean gum galactosyl mannooligosaccharides on in vitro growth of Bifidobacterium longum, B. bifidum, B. infantis, B. adolescentis, B. animalis, B. auglutum and B. breve. Bifidobacterium spp. were cultivated individually on the modified-MRS medium containing carbon source such as D.P. 4 and D.P. 6 galactosyl mannooligosaccharides, respectively. B. longum and B. bifidum grew up to-fold and 6.6-fold more effectively by the treatment of D.P. 6 galactosyl mannooligosaccharides, compared to those of standard MRS medium. Especially, D.P. 6 was more effective than D.P. 4 galactosyl mannooligosaccharide on the growth of Bifidobacterium spp.
B-doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon carbide (a-SiC:H) thin films were prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical-vapor deposition in a gas mixture of $SiH_4, CH_4,\;and\; B_2H_6$. Physical and chemical properties of a-SiC:H films grown with varing the ratio of $B_2H_6/(SiH_4+CH_4)$ were characterized with various analysis methods including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS), UV absorption CH_4spectroscopy and electrical conductivity measurements. With the B-doping concentration, the doping efficiency and the micro-crystallinity were decreased and the film became amorphous when $B_2H_6/(SiH_4{plus}CH_4)$ was over $5{\times}10^{-3}$. The addition of $B_2H_6$ gas during deposition decreased the H content in the film by lowering the quantity of Si-C-H bonds. Consequently, the optical band gap and the activation energy of a-SiC:H films were decreased with increasing the B-doping level.

In order to develop alloy resistance in aggressive sulphat ion, the corrosion behavior of metallic glasses $Ni_{92{\cdot}3}Si_{4.5}B_{32}$, $Ni_{82,3}Cr_7Fe_3Si_{4.5}B_{3.2}$ and $Ni_{75.5}Cr_{13}Fe_{4.2}Si_{4.5}B_{2.8}$ (at %) at different concentrations of $H_2SO_4$ solutions was examined by electrochemical methods and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray Photoelectron Microscopy (XPS) analyses. The corrosion kinetics and passivation behavior was studied. A direct proportion was observed between the corrosion rate and acid concentration in the case of $Ni_{92{\cdot}3}Si_{4.5}B_{32}$ and $Ni_{75.5}Cr_{13}Fe_{4.2}Si_{4.5}B_{2.8}$ alloys. Critical concentration was observed in the case of $Ni_{82,3}Cr_7Fe_3Si_{4.5}B_{3.2}$ alloy. The influence of the alloying element is reflected in the increasing resistance of the protective film. XPS analysis confirms that the protection film on the $Ni_{92{\cdot}3}Si_{4.5}B_{32}$ alloy was NiS which is less protective than that formed on Cr containing alloys. The corrosion rate of $Ni_{82,3}Cr_7Fe_3Si_{4.5}B_{3.2}$ and $Ni_{75.5}Cr_{13}Fe_{4.2}Si_{4.5}B_{2.8}$. alloys containing 7% and 13% Cr are $7.90-26.1{\times}10^{-3}$ mm/y which is lower about 43-54 times of the alloy $Ni_{92{\cdot}3}Si_{4.5}B_{32}$ (free of Cr). The high resistance of $Ni_{75.5}Cr_{13}Fe_{4.2}Si_{4.5}B_{2.8}$ alloy at the very aggressive media may due to thicker passive film of $Cr_2O_3$ which hydrated to hydrated chromium oxyhydroxide.
The reaction of 6-chloro-2-hydrazinoquinoxaline 4-oxide (11) with ethyl chloroglyoxylate provided ethyl 8-chloro-4H-1,3,4-oxadiazino[5,6-b]quinoxaline-2-carboxylate (12) through the intramolecular cyclization. The reaction of 12 with hydrazine hydrate afforded the $C_2$-hydrazinocarbonyl derivative 13, whose reactions with substituted benzaldehydes or heteroaryl aldehydes provided 8-chloro-2-(substituted benzylidenehydrazinocarbonyl)-4H-1,3,4-oxadiazino[5,6-b]quinoxalines (14) or 8-chloro-2-[(2-substituted methylidene)hydrazinocarbonyl]-4H-1,3,4-oxadiazino[5,6-b]quinoxalines(15), respectively.
