결정질 태양전지 Local Back Contact 구조 후면에서의 B-H 결합에 의한 태양전지 특성 저하에 대한 연구

  • 결정질 태양전지에서 고효율 달성을 위한 LBC(Local Back Contact) 구조의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. LBC 구조에서 후면 passivation 형성을 위한 SiNX layer를 PECVD로 형성 시, 실리콘 bulk 내로 H+ 원자가 침투하여 Boron과 결합하게 되면 Boron이 bulk 내에서 dopant로 작용을 하지 못하게 되어, 후면에서 p-층을 형성하고, 이는 VOC의 저하를 야기 시킨다. 본 연구에서는 LBC 구조에서 후면 passivation 시 bluk 내 B-H결합으로 인한 태양전지 특성 저하 문제를 해결하기 위해, SiNX를 증착하기 전에 얇은 산화막 barrier를 성장시켜 Bulk 내에 H+ 침투를 최소화 하였다. PECVD를 이용한 N2O 플라즈마 처리, HNO3 Wet Chemical Oxidation의 방법을 통해 substrate와 SiNX 사이에 얇은 oxide 층을 형성하였으며, 각각의 조건에 대해 lifetime 측정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 SiON/SiNx를 이용한 막의 lifetime이 $94.5{\mu}s$로 가장 우수하였고, Reference에 비해 25.4% 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 HNO3/SiNx에서는 30.6%, SiON에서는 84.3% 감소함을 확인하였다. Voc 측정 결과 또한 SiON/SiNx를 이용한 막이 670mV로 가장 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 LBC구조에서 후면에 얇게 SiON/SiNx막을 형성함으로서 H+이온의 침투를 저지하여 후면 B-H결합을 막아 태양전지 특성 저하를 감소시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • A reactive dye-degrading bacterium was isolated from textile waste water and it was identified as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia based on its biochemical characteristics. The effects of additional carbon and nitrogen sources were investigated for the development of an optimal medium for biodegradation of Remazol Black B by 5. maltophilia. The optimal pH and temperature were determined to be 6.5 and 3$0^{\circ}C$, respectively. Remazol Black B with the initial concentration of 50 ppm could be degraded up to 86% within 28 h.

Printed Reflectarray Antenna Design for Parabolic Reflector Volume Reduction (파라볼릭 반사기 체적 축소용 프린트 리플렉트어레이 안테나 설계)

  • In this study, we discuss about the printed reflectarray antenna design for parabolic reflector volume reduction. For this, we simulated and measured the phase characteristics of the unit array element of reflectarray antenna using waveguide simulator. As a results, the maximum phase variation is $298^{\circ}$ by simulation, the average phase variation is $309^{\circ}$ by measurement in 10GHz. And the printed Reflectarray antenna gain is 28.3dBi, 3dB beamwidth is E-plane $5.1^{\circ}$, H-plane $5.2^{\circ}$, sidelobe level is E-plane -11.4dB, H-plane -17.6dB.

  • 본 논문에서는 소형 독립형 태양광발전시스템의 충방전제어 시스템을 구성하였으며 충방전 특성을 고찰하였다. 태양전지의 정격전압이 축전지의 충전전압보다 높으므로 충방전제어는 Buck 컨버터로 설계하였으며, 정전압 충전방식을 이용하였다. 또한 온도보상회로를 통하여 축전지의 충전전압에 대한 온도 보정을 하였다. 충방전제어 시스템의 특성을 고찰하기 위하여 170W급 독립형 태양광발전시스템을 구성하였으며 출력특성을 고찰한 결과 충전 및 방전이 원활히 진행됨을 알 수 있었으나 충전시 정전압 충전방식을 사용하였고 태양전지 출력측에 MPPT제어가 이루어 지지 않은 탓으로 태양전지 이용율이 떨어지는 단점이 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 잠수함은 운행 중 수압에 따라 자화 특성이 변하므로 자기정숙화에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 잠수함 운행 중 수압에 따른 압력선체의 B-H Curve 특성 변화를 측정하였다. 잠수함의 압력선체는 강자성체 재질로 모델링 하여 제작하고 비자성체인 스테인리스로 보빈을 만들어 나사를 조이는 형태로 압축응력을 모사했다. 그 결과 응력이 가해지면 투자율이 작아지고 최대 자속밀도 또한 감소하였다.

The Characteristics of $V_H$ Gene Family Expression in Early B Cells (어린 B세포가 갖는 $V_H$유전자 발현의 특성)

  • Defining the mechanisms of B cell diversification which establish the immune repertoire is fundamental to understand how the immune response is regulated. In this report, B cell differentiation and diversification focused on the regulation of immunoglobulin $V_H$ gene expression during ontogeny were analyzed by in situ hybridization technique. Fetal liver B cells in .different gestational days from 16d to 20d showed the predominant expression of $V_H7183$ and $V_HQ52$ without transition of repertoire during the observed gestation days. The two subsets of fetal liver B cells separated according to different differentiation stages based on the presence of tell surface immunoglobulin also did not indicate apparent difference in expressed $V_H$ gene family profiles. B cells in fetal spleen as an another hematopoietic lymphoid tissue in fetus also expressed similar $V_H$ gene repertoire to that in fetal liver B cells. This distinct pattern of $V_H$ gene expression in fetal B cells from that of adult B cells were not changed even after four weeks contact with adult bone marrow microenvironment supplied by the established adult bone marrow stromal cell layers. Thus, the restricted $V_H$ gene repertoire of B cells in fetus which is distinct from that in adult appears to be associated more with the genetic potential of fetal B cell progenitors and less with environmental influences or differentiation stages or compartmentalization.

  • In this paper, the double balance mixer(DBM) for Ku-band LNB using InGaP/GaAs HBT process is suggested for the characteristics of low DC power consumption, low noise figure, low intermodulation distortion and wide dynamic range. The 5 dB conversion gain, 14 dB NF, bandwidth 17.9 GHz and 50.34 dBc IMD are obtained under RF input power of -23 dBm, with bias condition as 3 V and 16 mA. The linearity of InGaP/GaAs HBT, the broad band input matching scheme and the optimization of bias point result in the low IMD, the broad bandwidth and the low power consumption characteristics.

  • The Characteristics of the flowfields of a square prism having a small vertical plate at the upstream side was investigated by measuring of fluid force on the square prism and by visualization of the flow fields using PIV. The experimental parameters were the width ratios(H/B=0.2~0.6) of vertical plates to the prism width and the gap ratios (G/B=0~3) between the prism and the vertical plate. The drag reduction rate of the square prism was increased with H/B in case of the same G/B, and was increased and then decreased with G/B in case of the same H/B. The lift reduction rate of the square prism was hardly not affected by the width and gaps ratios, the average value was about 48.1%. In case of a square prism having a small vertical plate, the stagnation regions were represented in the upstream and downstream sides of the square prism.

Drag Reduction on a Square Prism Using a Detached Splitter Plate (분리된 분할판에 의한 정방형주의 항력감소)

  • The Characteristics of the drag reduction of a square prism having a detached splitter plate at the wake side were investigated by measuring of lift and drag on the square prism. The experimental parameters were the width ratios(H/B=0.5~1.5) of splitters to the prism width and the gap ratios (G/B=0~2) between the prism and the splitter plate. As the results the amplitude of the lift on the square prism having a detached splitter plate was remarkably decreased by comparison with the prototypical square prism. The drag reduction rate of the square prism was increased with H/B in case of the same G/B, and was increased and decreased with G/B in case of the same H/B. The maximum drag reduction rate was represented by 24.2% at H/B=1.5 and G/B=0.5.

  • This study was focused on investigating the growth properties of a sulfate reducing bacterium Deslfovibrio sp. B5 which has metabolic ability for desulfurization of petroleum. The optimal temperature and pH for growth of Desulfovibiro sp. B5 were $38^{\circ}C$ and 6.6-7.0, respectively. Addition of 10% corn steep liquor to the Postgate medium C resulted in 0.79 g/L cell concentration, corresponding to a 1.8-fold increase in dry cell mass. Acetate concentrations above 10g/$\ell$ inhibited cell growth significantly. $H_2S$ generated from the sulfate reduction also inhibited the growth of Desulfovibrio sp. B5 at a concentration of 10mM total sulfide. But $N_2$ gassing relieved the growth inhibition by $H_2$S and thereby resulted in a 1.75-fold enhancement in specific growth and lactate consumption pattern of Desulfovibrio sp. B5.
