영아 신호에 대한 어머니의 민감성에 대한 조사연구 (The Descriptive Study on the Mother′s Responsiveness to Infant Cue)

  • This research was to examine the mother's responsiveness to infant cue in order to improve interaction between mother and infant. The subjects were 144 mothers who gave birth to at general hospital or a public health center in Kangnung. The gestational age of infants was more than 38weeks and birth weight was more than 2500g. A questionnaire was developed by applying the content about infant cue in Barnard's NCAST program. This questionnaire was revised through the examination of expertis in this field. The questions were classified into 3 categories : 10 questions about engagement cue, 11 questions about disengagement cue, and 9 questions about general cue and reflex behavior. Each item measured the mother's responsiveness to infant cue using 5 scales : 2 positive responsiveness, 1 negative responsiveness, and 1 meaningless, 1 for in case which mother can't recognize the meaning of reaction. The result presented that mothers showed positive reaction to engagement cue. However, most mothers still didn't recognize that their infants can lead a mother-infant interaction and show active response in interaction. Mothers tended to treat them as Just passive objects. In disengagement cue, mothers tended not to give proper responsiveness to their infants when the infants desired feeding or not and they did not desire mother -infant interaction. In general cue and reflex behavior, the mother's reaction was positive and they took it granted as a infant's behavior. When each item was analyzed by the general characteristics of the subject, there was significant differences according to the mottler's age, birth weight, average house income, birth order, feeding type, nature of infant, and infant's age.

울산시 수돗물 수질개선의 편익 추정 (Measuring the Economic Benefits of the Tap Water Quality Improvement in Ulsan)

  • 본 연구에서는 울산지역의 수돗물 수질 개선에 대한 응답자들의 지불의사액을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 조건부 가치측정법(CVM)을 활용하되, CVM 연구에서 지켜야하는 다양한 지침을 엄격하게 준수하여 가구조사를 시행하고 1.5경계 양분선택형 스파이크 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 울산광역시 400개 가구를 대상으로 가구조사를시행하였고 일대일 개별면접을 통해 수돗물 수질개선 프로그램에 대한 지불의사금액을 질문하였다. 응답자 중 71.5%가 지불할 의사가 없다고 응답한 것을 고려할 때 스파이크 모형의 적용은 적절하였으며, 분석결과 가구당 월 평균 1,611원의 지불의사액을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 지불의사는 교육 및 소득과 같은 가구 특성변수에 유의하게 영향을 받았다. 이 값을 울산광역시 전체로 확장하면 2011년 6월 기준으로 연간 약 83억 원에 해당하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 수돗물 수질개선이 경제적으로 타당성을 가지는지에 대한 판단을 할 때 편익정보로서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

노인의 사회적 환경에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Social Environment of Elderly)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 노인들의 사회적 환경을 알아보고 한국의 노인생활 실태와 노인정책의 효율성을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 통계청과 국민연금공단 및 보건복지부의 자료를 참고하였고 2014년 6월 일부지역 노인을 대상으로 우울증과 죽음불안을 설문조사하여 통계분석하였다. 결과 : 첫째, 저학력이 많고 부부가구가 가장 많으며 연간소득은 경제인구의 평균수준이었다. 둘째, 매년 의료비는 노인인구 증가에 비례하여 늘어나고 있다. 셋째, 노인의 우울 요인은 미래와 자신에 대한 부정적 생각으로 인한 우울감이 가장 높았다. 넷째, 노인의 죽음 불안 수준은 자신의 죽음 불안과 자신의 죽음과정의 불안이 중간이상의 수준으로 나타났고 전체적인 죽음 불안 수준도 중간 이상으로 나타났다. 결론 : 작업치료 등 다양한 전문영역에서 입증된 사회참여 프로그램과 가족지원 프로그램을 정부차원에서 정책적으로 시행하여 노인들의 여명수명의 삶의 질 향상과 신체적, 정신적, 사회적 건강의 도모가 필요하다.

빈집 실태조사에 따른 농촌주거복지의 활용방안 연구 -영월군을 중심으로- (Research on agricultural dwelling welfare application plan according to empty house reality condition -Centered on Yeongwol-gun-)

  • 본 연구는 빈집 실태조사에 따른 농촌주거복지의 활용방안을 연구하고자 한다. 연구대상은 2013년 영월군 빈집을 대상으로 실태 현황조사를 하였다. 자료분석은 측정문항을 중심으로 하였고, 통계는 SPSSWIN 16.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 평균분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 빈집의 발생배경과 환경이 파악되었다. 둘째, 폐광과 이농현상으로 빈집이 증가되었고, 이는 지역의 경관을 훼손하며, 우범지대로 전락하는 사회문제로 나타났다. 셋째, 빈집을 활용한 리모델링, 정책지원, 다양한 변신유도, 체계적 관리, 주거복지, 지속적 홍보 등의 접근방법이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 빈집으로 인하여 발생되는 사회문제를 해결할 수 있으며, 활용방안을 통하여 농촌주거복지의 발전과 소득증대 및 환경개선은 물론이고, 도시민과 기존거주자를 빈집으로 유인할 수 있는 정책 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

구기자 노지재배 투자 수익성 분석 (ROI(Return on Investment) Analysis of Open-field Cultivation of Lycium Chinese Miller)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 구기자를 새로이 재배하고자 하는 사람들이나 재배면적을 늘이고자 하는 사람들에게 구기자의 경영실태 및 소득과 투자 수익성을 분석하여 투자에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 수익성 분석기법은 IRR, B/C Ratio, NPV를 이용하였다. 구기자 주산단지인 충남 청양, 전남 진도지역의 52가구의 구기자 재배농가를 대상으로 2009년 5월부터 9월까지 작업공정별 투입노동 및 자재비 등에 관해 면접방문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 현지판매가격과 투자수익성의 판단기준이 되는 가격을 기준으로 IRR, B/C Ratio, 조수익, 소득, 순수익, 소득율 등을 구하였다. 할인율 3%를 적용하였다. 최근 5년간 농가평균판매가격 kg당 15,000원은 B/C Ratio가 0.89로 나타나 투자수익성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 적어도 수익성을 맞출려면 IRR=3.00%, B/C Ratio=1.00을 나타내는 구기자 판매가격이 16,800원/kg이상이 되어야 한다고 판단되며, 이때의 소득율은 21.75%인 것으로 나타났다.

국립재활원 뇌졸중 환자의 협진에 대한 인식 및 수요 조사 연구 (The survey about the recognition and demand on cooperative system between western and oriental medicine of stroke patients in National Rehabilitation Center)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was survey about the recognition and demand on cooperative system between western and oriental medicine of stroke patients in National Rehabilitation Center. Methods : The participants were 205 stroke patients in the National Rehabilitation Center and investigated the recognition and demand on cooperative system between western and oriental medicine. Results : As to general characteristics of the group, 56.9% were male, 30.7% were in the 60~69 age, 24.3% of patients had an average income per month 1.0~2.0 million. In regard to disease status of patients, 53.8% were cerebral infarction, 35.8% were below 6 month in disease duration, 73.7% were none recurrence, 52.8% were hypertension as related disease, 74.5% were motor paralysis sequela. 83.2% were positive response in using oriental medicine department of National Rehabilitation Center. The most wanted therapy was acupuncture. Most of respondents expected that co-operative treatments were to be improving the cure effect for patients. And they wanted cooperative system combined evenly between western and oriental medicine, so the western doctors and the oriental doctors suggest the plan giving lots of medial benefits for patients. Conclusion : This survey showed the recognition and demand on cooperative system between western and oriental medicine of patients in National Rehabilitation Center. It is possible to realize patient's centered treatment under the stable and efficient cooperation of western and oriental medicine.

중국 여성의 브랜드 선호도, 의복추구혜택과 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Brand Preference, Clothing Pursuit Benefits and Purchasing Behavior of Chinese Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the brand preference, the clothing pursuit benefits, and the purchasing behavior of Chinese women. A survey questionnaire was distributed to Chinese women in their 20s and 30s. The surveys period was from 9th January 9th to $21^{st}$ February 2016. The respondents were 343 Chinese women living in Henan. The collected data was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Duncan's multiple range of verification. The key results of this study are herein summarized. The brands examined, listed in order of preference, are Ochirly, Only, Zara, Uniqlo, La Chapelle, H&M, Peace bird, Vero Moda, JNBY, and The Basic House. The five most preferred brands were then selected and further analyzed. For purchasing, the design and price were considered to be important, while for product evaluation, importance was given to the style, price, quality, and color. Factors important in the clothing pursuit benefits were found to be price pursuit, trend pursuit, brand pursuit, individual pursuit, comfort pursuit, and quality pursuit. Also, clothing pursuit benefits depends on the average monthly income, monthly clothing purchasing cost, and the education level of the individual. Lastly, we observed that the sources and store selection made noticeable difference in clothing pursuit benefits.

대구지역 관광호텔 조리종사원 실태와 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Realities and Job Satisfaction of Hotel Cuisine Employees)

  • This study is. aimed to investigate the realities and the job satisfaction of hotel cuisine employees to be occupied with the special grade of tourist hotel in Daegu. As the factors of job satisfaction for the cooks, the 5 items such as social reputation, job itself, human relationship with co-workers, the chance of promotion, and the stability of company and benefits were selected. And 21 subitems of them were also chosen. The 154 persons of all were examined in this study. For the establishment of the factors in the area of job satisfaction, the methods of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ analysis and factor analysis were carried out. The propensities of employees and the differences of job satisfaction were examined by using x$^2$-test method and one-way ANOVA respectively. 1. In the area of males professional cooks were 89% with respect to age, 51.9% were found to be under 25 years of age which constituted the largest age group. 96% of the cooks had graduated a high school or had a higher education Those who had four or more years of cooking experience were 46.8% which constituted the largest group, while about 30% had less than one year experience. Approximately 50% of the cooks earned an average of less than W700,000 per month. Among these cooks most worked for western type food establishments. Even with their higher education, we found that their work term is short and their income, low.2. In the research on job satisfaction, the survey result found was in the order of: social security, the work itself, human relationships with their fellow cooks, the chances of promotion, and job security and benefits with index-values of 4.59, 3.98, 3.18, 2.94 and 2.52 respectively.

경북지역 대학생의 전통음식에 대한 태도(II) -전통음식에 대한 인지도, 세시풍습에 대한 태도 및 라이프스타일과의 관계- (A study on the attitudes of the university students in the Kyung-book area on the traditional foods(II) -the recognition, the seasonal customs and the life style-)

  • This paper is intended to find out how much the university students in the Kyung-book area recognize Korean traditional foods and what their attitudes toward the seasonal manners and customs are, and to analyze the differences according to their life styles. The average recognition of 27 kinds of Korean traditional foods is found to be 2.17 in general, 2.00 with male students and 2.34 with female students, which figures are thought to be low. The recognition of female students is significantly higher than that of male students. 94.4% of the subjects for this study wish traditional foods to be handed down. The reasons for handing them don are Korean unique culture, which is the highest (78.4%), good nutrition(7.2%) and good taste(14.5%). No student points to low price as a reason, which shows that university students think traditional foods more expensive than western foods. There is a positive correlation(p<0.05) between the evaluations and uses of traditional foods, so those with high evaluations of them use them more. The recognition of traditional foods is positively correlated to the attitudes toward the seasonal manners and customs, monthly family income(p<0.01) and mothers' educational levels(p<0.05). Based on life styles, the individuality-centered type shows the highest recognition of traditional foods(2.39), while the leisure-valuing type shows the lowest(2.03). There is a significant difference between the two.

경북농촌지역 중식지원 초등생의 영양상태에 관한 연구 (Nutritional Status of School Lunch-Supported Elementary School Children in Gyeongbuk Rural Area)

  • The number of school lunch-supported children who belong to low-income families has been rapidly increased in Korea. This study was aimed at evaluation of nutritional status of school lunch-supported elementary school children. One hundred school lunch-supported children and 119 non-supported children of fourth to sixth year class in 3 elementary schools in Gyeongbuk rural area were selected, and surveys were conducted twice, i.e., once during school term and once during summer vacation in 2006. Food consumption survey during school term was carried out through an interview by dieticians at school-lunch time using a 24-hour recall method, and the survey during summer vacation conducted by recording food intakes for three days by children. Nutrient intakes were calculated using CAN-Pro 3.0 program. School lunch-supported children showed higher rate of skipping breakfast and rather irregular meal time as compared to non-supported students. Eating alone was more frequent in school lunch-supported children than in nonsupported children. The average nutrient intakes and nutrient adequacy ratios were lower in supported children than in non-supported children. During term, percentages of nutrient intakes provided by school-lunch were higher in supported children than in non-supported children. Intakes of energy nutrients were within acceptable macronutrient distribution ranges, but proportion of carbohydrate intake increased during vacation. Analysis of patterns of food intakes based on major food groups (dairy, meat, grain, fruit, vegetable) indicated that meals during term were more balanced as compared to meals during vacation. In conclusion, food behaviors and nutrient intakes of school lunchsupported children were inferior to those of non-supported children during term and during summer vacation. They were provided with more nutrient intakes from school lunch during term as compared to non-supported children. Therefore, it is necessary not only to keep meal support program during vacation but also to provide a proper nutrition education as a part of school lunch program to improve nutritional status and food behaviors of school lunch-supported children.
