  • I suggest a new method to determine the importance values of quality attributes which use the satisfaction index and dissatisfaction index of customer in Kano's model. A case study of TV set are solved by the proposed method and the result is compared with AHP pairwise comparisons and ASC(Average Satisfaction Coefficient). The results of the proposed method is similar with those of AHP pairwise comparisons and ASC. The proposed method is an effective tool to determine the importance values of quality attributes to supplement existing research's shortcomings.

In addition, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used for the analysis. Result : The result of the average sleep quality, depression and department satisfaction in the nursing college students were measured to be $2.41{\pm}0.57$, $3.59{\pm}0.50$ and $3.56{\pm}0.57$ respectively. The sleep quality based on the general characteristics indicated a significant difference when applied to the health status(F=4.46, p=.012). The depression indicated a significant difference when applied to the living with parents(t=-2.18, p=.030) and relationship with friends(F=8.62, p=.000). The department satisfaction indicated a significant difference when applied to the grade(F=3.45, p=.017), personality(F=3.46, p=.033), and reason for applying for their department(F=2.49, p=.044). As a result of analyzing the correlations among sleep quality, depression and department satisfaction in the nursing college students, the sleep quality indicated a negative correlation with the depression(r=-.528, p=.000) and a positive correlation with the department satisfaction(r=.144, p=.018). The depression indicated a negative correlation with the department satisfaction(r=.119, p=.051). Conclusion : It is necessary to conduct a replication research by increasing the number of the research subjects. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a systematic research on the factors influential on sleep quality, depression and department satisfaction in order to develop a program capable of enhancing the sleep quality and decreasing the depression.

Methods: Data from 115 second or third-year students in a nursing were collected for two months at different three universities. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Satisfaction with major was higher for second year students compared to third year students. And the satisfaction was higher for those with a higher Grade point average (${\geq}_-3.5$) compared to those with a lower. Self-oriented perfectionism had a higher score than socially-prescribed perfectionism and academic resilience based on self-control was rated the highest score of the subcategories. The degree of satisfaction was positively correlated with Self-oriented perfectionism and academic resilience. The final regression model showed that grade and academic resilience accounted for 34.2% of the variance in predicting the level of satisfaction with major. Conclusion: The results suggest that it is crucial to find a strategy that could enhance academic resilience, especially designed for upper-year university students, to improve the level of satisfaction with major.
