  • When power failure occurs at multi-housing complex, auxiliary generator or emergency generator starts to provide power to households. This power is connected to emergency power ELB(Earth Leakage Breaker) at home distribution panel board and supplies power only for emergency light in living room but for heating system, refrigerator and other inevitable apparatuses that are in need of uninterruptible power. Since those domestic appliance are fed from common power line, they are inoperable during power failure. Our research is to resolve this problem by developing compatible relay-drive common/emergency-power ATS (automatic transfer switch) for home distribution panel board. In case of power failure, it transfers automatically and commences to provide power from emergency generator. Through this, Consumers can reach satisfaction where common power loads operate without any problem under both ordinary and power failure condition.

  • 1997년말 현재 우리나라의 시설재배면적은 47,264㏊이며 이 중 85%인 40,000㏊ 정도가 무가온 단동비닐온실이다. 이런 단동온실은 난방을 하지 않고 그림 1과 같이 보온덮개를 사용하는 무가온 재배를 하고 있으며, 온실내에 보온덮개를 덮기 위한 터널을 설치하고 있는데 이 터널의 설치에 사용되는 골조는 강선 또는 FRP재로 길이는 1.8-2.4m이고, 터널폭은 0.9-l.2m 정도로 하고 있다. (중략)

  • The Infrared Camera usually detects only Infrared waves emitted from the light in order to illustrate the temperature distribution. An Infrared diagnosis system can be applied to various fields. But the defect discrimination can be automatic or mechanized in the special shoes total inspection system. This study introduces a method for special shoes nondestructive total inspection. Performance of the proposed method is shown through thermo-Image.

At first, the general design information including weather data, building requirements, ventilation requirements, and supplemental heating and cooling, was presented. Then, environment requirements for broilers, which are for temperature, humidity, air movement, radiant heat, were described and the optimal ventilation systems for broiler were developed.

  • 1998년말 현재 우리나라의 시설원예 면적은 48,612ha이고 전체의 90.2%인 43,852ha가 단동비닐온실을 비롯한 관행온실이고, 9.8%인 4,760ha만이 자동화 온실이다. 관행의 단동비닐온실은 태양광에 의존하여 무가온으로 재배하고 있으며, 대부분 2중 하우스로 하거나 내부에 터널을 설치하여 보온덮개를 개폐하는 방식의 보온을 위주로 하여 온실의 온도를 관리한다. (중략)

  • Piled snow upon PV module interferes with Photoelectric Effect process through photovoltaic directly. As a result of this phenomenon, its generation efficiencies keep decreasing or are stuck at zero power generating status. In addition, PV facilities have been installed on those places such as water surface, roof-top, and other isolated places, dealing with conditions of "Securing high REC weighted value", "Difficulty of securing land" and so forth. Through this study, we are able to actualize the function of heating over PV modules when it snows. We adopted laminating method through heating film and modules, guaranteeing warranty more than for 25 years. Also we are trying remote control systemically, not by hardware control, to run parallel with automatic driving and monitoring system which enable to control operation time, insolation, amount of snowfall automatically. We applied analysis of actual proof to both snow removal PV system and general PV power system, and these led to bear power consumption analysis while snow-removing, and its comparison after finishing the task as "One stone, two birds." In the long run, we could carry out economic analysis against snow removal system, and this helps to verify the most maximized control method for snow removal conditons on a basis of weather information. this study shall let prevent people from negligent accidents, and improve power generation problems as mentioned from the top. Ultimately, we expect to apply this system to heavy snowfall regions in winter season in spite of its limited system installaion in Korean territory, initially.

연소제어시스템과 열효율 향상 방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the Combustion Control System and Thermal Efficiency)

  • 본 연구에서 울산 현대중공업 및 사천 유니슨에 설치사용 중인 공업용로의 연소문제 및 시스템을 분석하고 열효율 개선방안을 제시하여 연료절감 및 생산성 향상에 도움이 되고자 한다. 단조산업에 사용 중인 공업용로는 원소재의 가열 및 재료의 특성향상을 위한 설비로 운전조건 및 연소시스템에 따라 연료의 사용량 및 재료의 특성에 지대한 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 현대중공업에 설치운전 중인 100톤 가열로 및 열처리로의 연소시스템의 특성을 분석하였다. 통상적으로 각 가열장치에 설치된 버너(Burner)는 용량에 맞는 공연비를 가지며 버너가 작동할 수 있는 Turndown ratio를 가지고 있다. 이는 각각의 공업용로 특성을 정하는 것으로서 가열성능 및 온도정밀도에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 용량이 큰 버너를 설치한 열처리로는 가열성능은 향상시킬 수 있어도 유지구간에서의 온도정밀도를 얻기 힘들다. 이에 버너의 성능을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 연소시스템을 개선하여 각 가열구간에 맞는 연소특성을 적용 분석한 현대중공업의 가열로 및 열처리로를 예시로 연료의 절감 및 온도정밀도를 향상시키도록 본 연구에서 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Ground source heat pump system; GSHPs is close to most practical use for early stage investment cost and energy efficiency in new renewable energies, and currently considered utilizing to the heat and cooling system of a building. Particularly, the case to utilize 'Standing Column well heat source gathering method' in the open standards process to have the excellent capability of gathering geothermal source is increased. But the research for the optimal design technology and the assessment of a pollution level of the ground to utilize a single well for gathering geothermal is insignificant and the design is insufficient. The heating and cooling system and the equipment to utilize a large size residential development to have over 1000 households have not developed yet. Therefore, our company developed 'geothermal hybrid system' which can construct the heat and cooling system using geothermal energy for a large size residential development of over 1000 households and conducted the evaluation of economic feasibility. Moreover we developed automatic equipment for gathering geothermal source and PLC (Programmable logic controller) to have optimal efficiency and FCU (fan coil unit) considering the floors of large size apartments.
