Recently, parents and teachers consider physical education as a minor subject for students in elementary and secondary schools. Physical education performance has become increasingly significant as parents and schools pay more attention to physical schooling. The sports mining with distribution analysis model considers different factors, including the games, comments, conversations, and connection made on numerous sports interests. Using different machine learning/deep learning approach, children's athletic and academic interests can be tracked over the course of their academic lives. There have been a number of studies that have focused on predicting the success of students in higher education. Sports interest prediction research at the secondary level is uncommon, but the secondary level is often used as a benchmark to describe students' educational development at higher levels. An Automated Student Interest Prediction on Sports Mining using DL Based Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory model (BiLSTM) is presented in this article. Pre-processing of data, interest classification, and parameter tweaking are all the essential operations of the proposed model. Initially, data augmentation is used to expand the dataset's size. Secondly, a BiLSTM model is used to predict and classify user interests. Adagrad optimizer is employed for hyperparameter optimization. In order to test the model's performance, a dataset is used and the results are analysed using precision, recall, accuracy and F-measure. The proposed model achieved 95% accuracy on 400th instances, where the existing techniques achieved 93.20% accuracy for the same. The proposed model achieved 95% of accuracy and precision for 60%-40% data, where the existing models achieved 93% for accuracy and precision.
Corporate ESG performance (environmental, social, and corporate governance) reflecting a company's strategic sustainability has emerged as one of the main factors in today's investment decisions. The traditional ESG performance rating process is largely performed in a qualitative and subjective manner based on the institution-specific criteria, entailing limitations in reliability, predictability, and timeliness when making investment decisions. This study attempted to predict the corporate ESG rating through automated machine learning based on quantitative and disclosed corporate financial information. Using 12 types (21,360 cases) of market-disclosed financial information and 1,780 ESG measures available through the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability during 2019 to 2021, we suggested a deep neural network prediction model. Our model yielded about 86% of accurate classification performance in predicting ESG rating, showing better performance than other comparative models. This study contributed the literature in a way that the model achieved relatively accurate ESG rating predictions through an automated process using quantitative and publicly available corporate financial information. In terms of practical implications, the general investors can benefit from the prediction accuracy and time efficiency of our proposed model with nominal cost. In addition, this study can be expanded by accumulating more Korean and international data and by developing a more robust and complex model in the future.
Due to the development of information and communication technology, the number of new / variant malicious codes is increasing rapidly every year, and various types of malicious codes are spreading due to the development of Internet of things and cloud computing technology. In this paper, we propose a malware analysis method based on string information that can be used regardless of operating system environment and represents library call information related to malicious behavior. Attackers can easily create malware using existing code or by using automated authoring tools, and the generated malware operates in a similar way to existing malware. Since most of the strings that can be extracted from malicious code are composed of information closely related to malicious behavior, it is processed by weighting data features using text mining based method to extract them as effective features for malware analysis. Based on the processed data, a model is constructed using various machine learning algorithms to perform experiments on detection of malicious status and classification of malicious groups. Data has been compared and verified against all files used on Windows and Linux operating systems. The accuracy of malicious detection is about 93.5%, the accuracy of group classification is about 90%. The proposed technique has a wide range of applications because it is relatively simple, fast, and operating system independent as a single model because it is not necessary to build a model for each group when classifying malicious groups. In addition, since the string information is extracted through static analysis, it can be processed faster than the analysis method that directly executes the code.
It is necessary to manage the prediction accuracy of the machine learning model to prevent the decrease in the performance of the grid network condition prediction model due to overfitting of the initial training data and to continuously utilize the prediction model in the field by maintaining the prediction accuracy. In this paper, we propose an automation technique for maintaining the performance of the model, which increases the accuracy and reliability of the prediction model by considering the characteristics of the power grid state data that constantly changes due to various factors, and enables quality maintenance at a level applicable to the field. The proposed technique modeled a series of tasks for maintaining the performance of the power grid condition prediction model through the application of the workflow management technology in the form of a workflow, and then automated it to make the work more efficient. In addition, the reliability of the performance result is secured by evaluating the performance of the prediction model taking into account both the degree of change in the statistical characteristics of the data and the level of generalization of the prediction, which has not been attempted in the existing technology. Through this, the accuracy of the prediction model is maintained at a certain level, and further new development of predictive models with excellent performance is possible. As a result, the proposed technique not only solves the problem of performance degradation of the predictive model, but also improves the field utilization of the condition prediction model in a complex power grid system.

This research is based on the previous research that personally preferred safe distance, rotating angle and speed are differentiated. Thus, we use machine learning model for recognizing maneuvering modes trained per personal or per similar driving pattern groups, and we evaluate automatic driving according to maneuvering modes. By utilizing driving knowledge, we subdivided 8 kinds of longitudinal modes and 4 kinds of lateral modes, and by combining the longitudinal and lateral modes, we build 21 kinds of maneuvering modes. we train the labeled data set per time stamp through RNN, LSTM and Bi-LSTM models by the trips of drivers, which are supervised deep learning models, and evaluate the maneuvering modes of automatic driving for the test data set. The evaluation dataset is aggregated of living trips of 3,000 populations by VTTI in USA for 3 years and we use 1500 trips of 22 people and training, validation and test dataset ratio is 80%, 10% and 10%, respectively. For recognizing longitudinal 8 kinds of maneuvering modes, RNN achieves better accuracy compared to LSTM, Bi-LSTM. However, Bi-LSTM improves the accuracy in recognizing 21 kinds of longitudinal and lateral maneuvering modes in comparison with RNN and LSTM as 1.54% and 0.47%, respectively.
Ever since media contents took over the world, the importance of typography has increased, and the influence of fonts has be n recognized. Nevertheless, the current Hangul font system is very poor and is provided passively, so it is practically impossible to understand and utilize all the shape characteristics of more than six thousand Hangul fonts. In this paper, the characteristics of Hangul font shapes were selected based on the Hangul structure of similar fonts. The stroke element detection training was performed by fine tuning Faster R-CNN Inception v2, one of the deep learning object detection models. We also propose a system that automatically extracts the stroke element characteristics from characters by introducing an automatic extraction algorithm. In comparison to the previous research which showed poor accuracy while using SVM(Support Vector Machine) and Sliding Window Algorithm, the proposed system in this paper has shown the result of 10 % accuracy to properly detect and extract stroke elements from various fonts. In conclusion, if the stroke element characteristics based on the Hangul structural information extracted through the system are used for similar classification, problems such as copyright will be solved in an era when typography's competitiveness becomes stronger, and an automated process will be provided to users for more convenience.

Game bot playing is one of the main risks in Massively Multi-Online Role Playing Games(MMORPG) because it damages overall game playing environment, especially the balance of the in-game economy. There have been many studies to detect game bot. However, the previous detection models require continuous maintenance efforts to train and learn the game bots' patterns whenever the game contents change. In this work, we have proposed a machine learning technique using the self-similarity property that is an intrinsic attribute in game bots and automated maintenance system. We have tested our method and implemented a system to major three commercial games in South Korea. As a result, our proposed system can detect and classify game bots with high accuracy.

Sentiment analysis is the automated process of understanding attitudes and opinions about a given topic from written or spoken text. One of the sentiment analysis approaches is a dictionary-based approach, in which a sentiment dictionary plays an much important role. In this paper, we propose a method to automatically generate Korean sentiment lexicon from the well-known English sentiment lexicon called VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary and sEntiment Reasoner). The proposed method consists of three steps. The first step is to build a Korean-English bilingual lexicon using a Korean-English parallel corpus. The bilingual lexicon is a set of pairs between VADER sentiment words and Korean morphemes as candidates of Korean sentiment words. The second step is to construct a bilingual words graph using the bilingual lexicon. The third step is to run the label propagation algorithm throughout the bilingual graph. Finally a new Korean sentiment lexicon is generated by repeatedly applying the propagation algorithm until the values of all vertices converge. Empirically, the dictionary-based sentiment classifier using the Korean sentiment lexicon outperforms machine learning-based approaches on the KMU sentiment corpus and the Naver sentiment corpus. In the future, we will apply the proposed approach to generate multilingual sentiment lexica.

Paradigm shift to cloud computing has increased the importance of security. Even though public cloud computing providers such as Amazon, already provides security related service like firewall and identity management services, it is not suitable to protect data in cloud environments. Because in public cloud computing environments do not allow to use client's own security solution nor equipments. In this environments, user are supposed to do something to enhance security by their hands, so the needs of visualized security management arises. To implement visualized security management, developing near realtime data handling & packet classification mechanisms are crucial. The key technical challenges in packet classification is how to classify packet in the manner of unsupervised way without human interactions. To achieve the goal, this paper presents automated packet classification mechanism based on naive-bayesian and packet Chunking techniques, which can identify signature and does machine learning by itself without human intervention.

Recently, big data analysis can use various techniques according to the development of machine learning. Big data collected in reality lacks an automated refining technique for the same or similar terms based on semantic analysis of the relationship between words. Since most of the big data is described in general sentences, it is difficult to understand the meaning and terms of the sentences. To solve these problems, it is necessary to understand the morphological analysis and meaning of sentences. Accordingly, NLP, a technique for analyzing natural language, can understand the word's relationship and sentences. Among the NLP techniques, the transformer has been proposed as a way to solve the disadvantages of RNN by using self-attention composed of an encoder-decoder structure of seq2seq. In this paper, transformers are used as a way to form associations between words in order to understand the words and phrases of sentences extracted from big data.
