An automatic inspection vision systems whose development was the industry applications motor rear side member. This system are connected to the 9 ea camera fur the process inspection the bolt, nuts, units in the rear side member product. This automatic inspection vision systems can perform inspection of not attached the bolt, nuts, units, etc fast and accuracy in react time fashion. And then perform very sophisticated inspection which human workers can not perform.

This study proposed a new autofocusing method for a high resolution microscope with a depth of focus of a submicron range. The experimental setup was characterized by nulling method for bi-cell prhotodiode which had two active areas on sensor surface. The optical systems used in this method had was very simple and was easily matched to microscopes which had used widely. It was shown that the resolution was very high (about 20 nm) by experimental results. This method can be used in the semiconduct industry because it can find defects on the silcon wafer.

Resistance Spot Welding has been one of the important process in the sheet metal fabrication of auto-body industry It is well known that the nugget formation of RSW is the major factor for the strength of the body. A high speed camera was used to consider initial melting and growth of the weld nugget in order to find out the nugget formation mechanism. It was observed that such mechanism had an effect on the dynamic resistance, which was a process parameter of resistance spot welding. Also, the relationship between the mechanism and process parameter was considered for the industrial application.

Hydroforming, the new production technology, has been used to manufacture many parts of vehicle in the recent auto industry. When Hydroforming is applied, it is possible to make parts simplification and flexible alteration of section shape in many advantages such as weight reduction, number of parts reduction or performance improvement. This research into shape optimization which reduces number of parts and weight maintaining performance was achieved. In this paper, the COWL CROSS BAA and MT'g BAKT parts of A car STEERING support SYSTEM was introduced by using Hydroforming.

Quality estimation of the weld has been one of the important issues in RSW which is a main process of the sheet metal fabrication in auto-body industry. It was well known that among the various welding process variables, dynamic resistance has a close relation with nugget formation. In this study, a new quality estimation algorithm is developed with the primary dynamic resistance measured at welding machine timer. For this, Back propagation algorithm of neural network is used.

본 논문에서는 가구 인테리어를 위해 사전에 제작된 가구의 배치를 인터렉티브하게 시뮬레이션할 수 있도록 3D Visual 시뮬레이터 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. AutoCAD에서 제작된 도면파일(*.dxf)로 가상공간을 구성하고 3D MAX에서 Import된 Object 파일(*.3ds)을 Load하여 사용자가 쉽게 배치할 수 있도록 하는 것에 주안점을 두었다. 구성된 장면에 현실감을 주기 위해 고급 Rendering 기술 구현 또한 목표로 한다. 구축된 공간과 Object에는 텍스쳐 매핑과 Display Edit 기능을 구현하여 최대한 현실적인 시뮬레이터의 기능을 살릴 수 있도록 개발한다.

Music industry is considered as a creative industry, which tends to locate within a city. However, there is very few paper analysing spatial patterns of music industry in Korea. This study aims to understand music industry's value chain and its location pattern; whether it is clustered or dispersed. In detail, music industry contains five sub-industry: planning, manufacturing, distribution, sales and performance. Locational pattern of each sub-industry is tested by GIS and hot spot analysis. There are several findings from this research. First, value chain of music industry make clusters and have a spatial autocorrelation. Second, the result shows that music industry makes a hotspot area at Gangnam, Guro, Mapo and Jongro-Junggu.

In this paper, we introduce the case study on the certificate system for Auto Meter Reading protocol, Device Language Message Specification which is a common language between metering devices and protocol with compatibility and conformance to the IEC 62056 standards. KEPCO has contributed to improve interoperability between different devices of multi vendors through the DLMS standard tests and led the smart metering industry in Korea. KEPCO has AMR system and successful business model for 550 thousands of households based on 24Mbps broadband powerline communications using its infrastructure. We have plan to continue on standardization activities stratagemically by participating in IEC working groups for the purpose of occupying the core technology of Smart Gird.
