  • 본 논문에서는 모터와 인버터 그리고 제어기를 모델로 작성하여 시뮬레이션하고, 제어기 모델로부터 자동코드생성을 하여 작성한 코드를 실제 제어기에 탑재하여 모터모델의 시뮬레이션 및 실제 모터를 구동하였다. 제어기와 모터 그리고 인버터 모델은 MATLAB/SIMULINK를 이용하여 작성하였다. 모터 모델과 실제 모터의 동작을 통해 제어기의 성능을 검증하였다. PWM은 10[kHz]로 동작하며, 이를 검증하기 위해 400[W] 표면부착형 동기모터 다이나모 장치와 3상 모터 드라이버를 이용하여 시험을 수행 하였다.

  • Auto-industry is very difficult to standardize item code generation rule, because it has more than 20,000 parts in this industry. As finished good companies have already used the ERP system such as SAP, they have a good Master Data Management(MDM) system. However, since many supplier companies have poor MDM system, they have a lot of barriers on system implementation like ERP, MES. PDM systems. This study surveys various benchmarking sites and investigates the standardization of item code of the auto-parts manufacturing companies. Finally, this study proposes the implementation guide (IMG) of auto-industry MDM standardization.

  • In this paper, an embedded program of a flight control system for a small high performance UAV is introduced. The program consists of modules for device management and guidance and control. The device management system handles navigation sensors and mission equipments. The program for the guidance and control system is used to accomplish various kinds of missions and realize automation of flight control. Driver programs embedded in the device management system for operation of sensors and external devices are based on Texas Instrument's DSP/BIOS RTOS(realtime operating system). The on-board programs for the guidance and control system is obtained by using the model-based auto code generation technology.

  • GNSS modernization and development is in progress throughout the globe, and it is focused on the addition of a new navigation signal. Accordingly, for the next-generation GNSS signals that have been developed or are under development, various combinations that are different from the existing GNSS signal structures can be introduced. In this regard, to design an advanced signal, it is essential to clearly understand the effects of the signal structure and design variables. In the present study, the effects of the GNSS spreading code period and GNSS data bit duration (i.e., signal design variables) on the signal processing performance were analyzed when the data bit transition was considered, based on selected GNSS signal design scenarios. In addition, a method of utilizing the obtained result for the design of a new GNSS signal was investigated.

  • The control law design and analysis environment of the FBW helicopter system have been developed using model base design method. The model based design is generally used in a aircraft, unmanned aerial system and automobile as well as rotorcraft development. The model based design provides many advantages such as development risk and schedule reduction using simulation and autocode generation. This paper describes a development of process for verification and validation of auto generated code for FBW helicopter flight control law. And this process is applied for Fly-By-Wire Helicopter Development Project. The results of functional test for auto generated code meet several specific requirements.

  • Due to their convergence with state-of-the-art ICT technologies, the complexity and reliability demands of industrial automation systems have been rapidly increasing. In recent years, to cope with these demands, several research works have been carried out to adopt formal methods to the application development cycle at the early design stage. In this paper, we propose an automated code generation framework for industrial automation applications, based on a timed automata model. As a case study, we developed a formal model for a traffic light control system and verified the timing properties described in the specification. We finally demonstrated that the operation of a test-bed based on the auto-generated native code was identical to that of the model specification.

  • This paper describes a control algorithm and test results of an automated manual transmission clutch actuated by a stepping motor. The control algorithm extracts driver's demand from CAN signals and decides the exact timing to engage or disengage the clutch based on the demand. A pulse signal is generated to drive the clutch and the travel of the clutch can be calculated by accumulating the pulse signal. An auto code generation method was introduced in implementing the control logic to the micro-processor of the prototype controller and a series of basic tests were carried out to validate its performance.
