산류(Acids)의 인화점과 최소자연발화온도의 신뢰성 고찰 (Investigation of Reliability of Flash Points and Autoignition Temperatures of Acids)

  • The flash point and the AIT(auto-ignition temperature) are the most important combustible properties used to determine the potential for the fire and explosion hazards of flammable material. In order to know the accuracy of data in MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet), the flash point of n-acids were measured by using Pensky-Martens closed cup tester(ASTM D93), Setaflash closed cup tester(ASTM D3278), Tag open cup tester(ASTM D1310) and Cleveland open cup tester(ASTM D92). Also, the AIT of n-acids were measured by using ASTM E659-78 tester. The measured the flash points and the AIT were compared with literatures and MSDS in KOSHA. The measured the flash points and the AIT were different from those in literatures and MSDS. Therefore, This paper shows that it is needed to investigate the MSDS compatibility of n-acids for the fire safety objectives.

  • According to DEKRA (a Germany Certification and Inspection Agency)'s accident rate analysis by vehicle defect factor, as a result of analysis of the causes of accidents by flaws, it was found that braking devices accounted for 41%. Defects in the braking system are closely related to the accident, so it is very important to find faulty brking systems to ensure safety. The EU and USA uses ISO brake tester and the Korea is brake teater is first introduse in Japan for vehicle inspection and maintanance. KOTSA introduce the ISO brake tester in order to promote the advanced standardization of the inspection equipment and inspection tecnology, and examined the detection characteristics and applied it to the improvement direction of the brake tester to secure the driving safety.

노말트리데칸의 연소특성치의 적정성 고찰 (The Investigation of Compatibility of Combustible Characteristics for n-Tridecane)

  • For the safe handling of n-tridecane, the lower flash points and AITs(auto-ignition temperatures) by ignition delay time were experimented. Also lower explosion limits by the lower flash points were calculated. The lower flash points of n-tridecane by using closed-cup tester were experimented $92^{\circ}C$ and $96^{\circ}C$. The lower flash points and fire point of n-tridecane by using open cup tester were experimented 100 oC and 103 oC, respectively. This study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 apparatus for n-tridecane. The experimental AIT of n-tridecane was 223 oC. The calculated lower explosion limit by using measured lower flash point 92 oC for n-tridecane was 0.6 Vol.%.

오토크레졸의 MSDS 연소특성치의 적정성 연구 (A Study on the Appropriateness of the Combustible Properties of MSDS for o-Cresol)

  • For the safe handling of o-cresol, this study was investigated the explosion limits of o-cresol in the reference data. The flash points and AITs(auto-ignition temperatures) by ignition delay time were experimented. The lower flash points of o-cresol by using closed-cup tester were experimented in $77^{\circ}C$ and $80^{\circ}C$. The lower flash points of o-cresol by using open cup tester were experimented in $86^{\circ}C$ and $87^{\circ}C$. This study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 tester for o-cresol. The AIT of o-cresol was experimented as $495^{\circ}C$. The lower explosion limit(LEL) by the measured the lower flash point for o-cresol was calculated as 1.27 Vol%.

MSDS 적정성을 위한 아세틱안하이드리드의 연소특성치 측정 (The Measurement of Combustible Properties of Acetic Anhydride for the Compatibility of MSDS)

  • For the safe handling of acetic anhydride, this study was investigated the explosion limits of acetic anhydride in the reference data. And the lower flash points, upper flash points, and AITs(auto-ignition temperatures) by ignition delay time were experimented. The lower and upper explosion limits of acetic anhydride by the investigation of the literatures recommended 2.9 Vol% and 10.3 Vol.%, respectively. The lower flash point of acetic anhydride by using Setaflash closed-cup tester was experimented $49^{\circ}C$. The lower flash point acetic anhydride by using Tag and Cleveland open cup tester were experimented $55^{\circ}C$and $62^{\circ}C$, respectively. Also, this study measured relationship between the AITs and the ignition delay times by using ASTM E659 tester for acetic anhydride. The experimental AIT of acetic anhydride was $350^{\circ}C$.

3-헥사논의 화재 및 폭발 특성치의 측정 및 예측 (Measurement and Prediction of Fire and Explosion Properties of 3-Hexanone)

  • 3-헥사논의 안전한 취급을 위해, 폭발한계는 문헌을 통해 고찰하였고, 인화점과 발화지연시간에 의한 발화온도를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 밀페식 장치에 의한 3-헥사논(에틸프로필케톤)의 하부인화점은 $18^{\circ}C$로 측정되었으며, 개방식에서는 $27^{\circ}C{\sim}32^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. ASTM E659 장치를 사용하여 자연발화온도와 발화지연시간을 측정하였고, 3-헥사논의 최소자연발화온도는 $425^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. 측정된 인화점에 의한 폭발하한계는 1.21 Vol%로 계산되었다.

사이클로헥산올의 연소특성치의 측정 (The Measurement of Combustible Properties of Cyclohexanol)

  • 사이클로헥산올의 안전한 취급을 위해, 폭발한계는 문헌을 통해 고찰하였고, 인화점과 발화지연시간에 의한 발화온도를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 밀폐식 장치에 의한 사이클로헥산올의 하부인화점은$60^{\circ}C{\sim}64^{\circ}C$로 측정되었으며, 개방식에서는 $66^{\circ}C{\sim}68^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. ASTM E659 장치를 사용하여 자연발화온도와 발화지연시간을 측정하였고, 사이클로헥산올의 최소자연발화온도는 $297^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. 측정된 하부인화점과 상부인화점에 의한 폭발하한계는 0.95 Vol%, 상한계는 10.7 Vol%로 계산되었다.

임베디드 기반의 모바일 LCD 모듈 검사장비 설계 및 구현 (A Design and Implementation of a Mobile Test Device Based-on Embedded System)

  • In this paper, we proposed mobile LCD module test device on embedded based, when operating the existing LCD, divide flicker clearly in full frame, and configuration so as to support between other CPU interface, MDDI, SPI, 24Bit RGB interface, etc. that is based on a high-speed CPU. In addition, when demand to test about each pixel of LCD, it is possible to change IP design of H/W, FPGA, but proposed system is application possible without other design changing. Proposed system is made smaller and equipped with battery, so secure with mobility for effective test the LCD/OLED module and it is able to test the pattern by the client program, for example exiting picture, mpeg, simple pattern test and test per pixel, scale, rotation, Odd/Even pixel per video, etc. From now on, if integrating with independent test system and it is configured that is able to mutual communication and test, it is expected to reduce consumption of human resources and improve productivity for LCD module test.

스티렌의 연소특성치 측정 및 예측 (Measurement and Prediction of Combustion Properties of Styrene)

  • 스티렌의 안전한 취급을 위해, 폭발한계는 문헌을 통해 고찰하였고, 인화점과 발화지연시간에 의한 발화온도를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 스티렌의 폭발하한계는 0.9 Vol.%, 상한계는 8.0 Vol.%를 추천하고, 밀페식 장치에 의한 스티렌의 하부인화점은 $29^{\circ}C{\sim}31^{\circ}C$로 측정되었으며, 개방식에서는 $32^{\circ}C{\sim}36^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다. ASTM E659 장치를 사용하여 자연발화온도와 발화지연시간을 측정하였고, 스티렌의 최소자연발화온도는 $460^{\circ}C$로 측정되었다.

차동식스포트형열감지기 현장점검용 표준화기기 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Standardization Tester for the Field Inspection of the Rate of Rise Spot Type Heat Detector)

  • 본 논문은 차동식스포트형열감지기 현장점검용 표준화기기 개발에 관한 연구이다. 현재 소방점검 시 차동식스포트형열감지기의 성능확인을 위해 사용되는 점검기기(4 Type)들을 실험대상으로 선정하여 문제점을 찾고, 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 차동식스포트형열감지기 형식승인 시 감도시험기준과 동일한 온도조건인 실온보다 $30^{\circ}C$ 높은 온도로 자동설정 할 수 있고 설정된 온도를 계속 유지할 수 있는 기능과 풍속 조건인 풍속 85cm/s를 유지할 수 있는 차동식스포트형열감지기 현장점검용 표준화기기의 회로를 설계하고 시제품을 제작하였다. 개발된 시제품의 성능확인 결과 차동식스포트형열감지기의 형식승인시험 시 감도시험조건과 동일한 성능이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.
