전국의 주요 도로에 센서를 설치하여 교통정보를 수집하고 가공하여, 사용자인 일반 국민, TSP, 공공기관들에게 양질의 교통정보를 제공하기 위한 교통정보 수집/제공시스템의 데이터 연계/통합 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델은 기존에 구축되어 있는 교통정보센터를 연계/통합하기 위하여 향상된 EAI 기술과 교통정보 교환기술 표준을 적용하여 서버간의 효율적인 통신을 가능하게 해준다.

The previous limited authority system capable of implementing attitude command response type and translational command response type by operating SAS actuator has the problem of early saturation of SAS actuator since SAS actuator should compensate the mechanical linkage displacement caused by control sick movement. In this paper, a limited authority system where flight control computer receives the command from the control stick which is not connected to the mechanical linkage is described. In this system the compensation by the SAS actuator is not necessary and SAS actuator saturate later. SAS actuator saturation problem can be further relaxed by using the trim actuator. This new limited authority system is applied to BO-105 model, simulation is performed for the doublet input and pirouette maneuver is also simulated and analyzed.

본고는 정보산업 분야 전체를 포괄하는 연계식별자로서 ISNI의 중요성을 인식하여 ISNI의 개념 및 전거제어에서 이의 활용가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. ISNI는 창작, 생산, 관리, 내용 배포의 흐름에서 정보매체 내용산업 전체와 관련된 개인(Party)의 대중개체(Public Identities) 식별을 위한 연계식별자로 전세계 망라적 이름 전거제어를 위해 필요하다. 우선 ISNI의 개념, 목적, 용어, 식별자구조, ISNI 할당원칙, 관리방식, 메타데이터에 대해 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전거제어에서 활용가능성을 모색하였다. 첫째, 국내 협력 전거제어를 위해 ISNI의 개념을 도입하는 것을 고려해야 할 것이다. 국내에 맞는 ISNI 체제인 KISNI를 구축하여 도서관 및 정보산업 분야에서 생산되는 모든 전거데이터를 상호 활용할 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 둘째, 연계식별자인 ISNI를 이용하여 여러 식별자를 연계함으로 링크드데이터 구축이 가능하게 될 것이다. 셋째, 서지레코드 및 전거레코드에 ISNI 식별자를 기술할 수 있도록 KORMARC을 확장해야 할 것이다.

The tap water is generally known to be corrosive in the pH range at 6.5 ~ 7.5. And the degree of corrosion varies depending on the types of raw water such as river surface water or lake water of the dam. Although several corrosion index represents the corrosivity of tap water, the typical corrosion indexes such as Langelier saturation index (LI) and calcium carbonate precipitation potential (CCPP) were calculated to monitoring the corrosive water quality about raw and tap water in water distribution system. To control the corrosive water quality, the correlation between corrosion index and water quality factors were examined. In this study, corrosion index (LI, CCPP) and the pH was found to be most highly correlated.

Authority control enables us to retrieve information accurately by coordination and cross reference of headings. It is considered that authority control is needed in machine readable catalogs as well as in conventional catalogs. Taylor, Maxwell and Frost divided automated authority control systems into major vendor and network systems then available into two groups. The first group was defined as a system that processes a library's machine readable catalogs on the tape against an automated authority file. The second group offers an online access to catalogs and authority records. This group was further subdivided into linked or integrated systems and unlinked systems. If authority work is shared with many libraries the costs can be considerably reduced and the quality of catalog data base can be controled by standardization of headings used in participating libraries. The NACO is a project for sharing of authority records started in 1977 by L.C. And LSP furthers the ability to share authority records. A project as the NACO is necessary not only in America but also in the other countries The responsible organizations for national bibliographies of the countries must take much interest in these matters.

The objectives of this study were to examine whether there were differences in family cohesion and adaptability perceived by married women when socio-demographic variables authority patterns and sex-role attitudes changed. Dividing the family system type into two parts by the levels of cohesion and adaptability then collected data were examined to test curviliner and linear hypothesis. The subjects were 542 married women living in Pusan. The guestionnaires included FACES III Authority Pattern and Sex-role attitude scales. The data were analyzed with statistical methods such as Frequency Distribution Percentile Mean T-test and X2-test. The major findings were as follows: 1) The levels of family cohesion and family adaptability perceived by married women were high. 2) There were no significant statistical differences in the levels of socio-demographic variables Authority pattern Sex-role attitude among the groups of family system type I based on the curvilinear hypothesis but significant statistical differences were found in preferred variables among the groups of family system type II based on the linear hypothesis. 3) Among the socio-demographic variables family type religion and husband's educational level were significantly correlated with the groups of family system type II,. The percentiles of HH(the levels of cohesion and adaptability were high) families were high when the married women's sex-role attitudes leaned toward modern and authority patterns were husband-dominant.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the functional changes of local educational authority policy based on the systems thinking perspective using causal loop diagrams. In the past, the main function of the local educational authority was to manage and supervise schools. Through this policy, local educational authority would be transformed into a support agency. However, this policy did not achieve the goal, was to cause confusion and require improvement. This study shows structured causes of the problem based on systems thinking. These diagrams make it possible for educational policy makers to provide ideas, although they have some complicated environment. The findings indicate that based on systems thinking in this policy can help those who related to policy decision than existing diagnosis method.

Inchon International Airport(IIA) is constructed for Northeast Asia Gate as is important for IIA to become a 21 century's leader in the world. as is planned for open at December 2000 as a important economic link for unified korea. Power System is designed through investigation of advanced domestic and international example. In addition to power facility operation it is designed for using an information infrastructure of whole airport. IIA Power System Design make instantaneously the Power Distribution Facilities and the SCADA System to construct the airport. and the Airport Power Information System to operate the Power System. It is designed to take efficient and safe Power System including the advanced technology. Power System make the integrated Power Information Database to operate the Main Control Center, analyze the data about the relation of the Power System and Airport operation, and will support the important files in the future.

The H water treatment plant has been operating since 1982 and has had no renovation. It is assumed that the filters have been operated for more than 30 years and therefore are deteriorated. Many of the filters show an unequal state of air scouring during backwashing. For this study one filter, which was presumed most deteriorated among eighteen filters, was selected as a model filter for renovation. Some of the effects seen after renovation of the underdrain system were a lower average filtrated turbidity by approximately 0.02 NTU and an equal backwash state throughout the filter bed. Sand wash efficiencies by backwash before renovation of the underdrain system were 28%, 8%, and 5% at the surface, 50 cm depth, and 100 cm depth, respectively, and after renovation of the underdrain system were 94%, 26%, and 15%, respectively. The standard deviation of the effective sand size was 0.025-0.033 mm before renovation of the underdrain system and 0.002-0.011 mm after renovation of the underdrain system, meanings there was equal backwash pressure throughout the filter. Filtration time after renovation was approximately 2 times longer than before renovation.
