The construction of the Geographical Information System(GIS) is continuously in progress, and with the diversification and complication of the system, the importance of its audit is further deepened. At this point in time, the information system audit has been obligatory as it has been stipulated in law, and the GIS audit has come to follow the criterion of the information system audit since it belongs to the information system audit category. However, it was found that there was a difference between the current information system audit standard and the former GIS audit standard, and the audit checking items for the efficient GIS audit is necessary. For this reason, this paper surveyed the characteristics of GIS in accordance with this necessity, analyzed the GIS audit checking items found in the audit performance guideline of the GIS audit standard, and studied the GIS development methodology through the related literature. In addition, this paper also elicited and proposed the audit checking items for the efficient GIS audit based on the findings of this paper. Finally, this paper confirmed the efficiency of the GIS audit checking items proposed here through the comparison of the actual cases of GIS audits.

The core infra-technology in the ubiquitous era, RFID which has taken action from the public institution with the pilot projects as well as the practical projects is gradually extending its spectrum to the private enterprises. Along with its expansion, the audit required on the RFID-based information system is also growing in the industry. Especially, since RFID-based information systems, especially compared to other information systems, are likely to be exposed to many threats, the security audit for them is being emphasized. This paper suggests security audit checking items for the RFID-based information system, which can be used to perform the efficient security audit. The security audit checking items consist of eight basic checking items, each of which consists of detailed review items and can be applied for each building steps of the system(analysis, design, implementation, testing, and development). Finally, this paper confirmed the efficiency of the security audit checking items proposed in this paper through survey by the experienced auditors and analysis of practical audit cases.

The current information system audit merely inspects a web based information system by focusing on checking items that are extracted from structured and information engineering model and object-oriented component model. As a result, the checking item of web contents and design is inadequate. This paper aims to extract audit framework in order to strengthen the audit of web contents and design during the development of the web based information system and to suggest checking items based on audit framework. For this, the web development process and web site evaluation model were studied, compared, and analyzed with the current information system development audit. From a result of the survey, it was found that the adequacy of the suggested audit framework and audit checking items is above the average value. It is believed that the suggested audit framework is helpful for the audit of web based information system.

To give a solution to solve personal information problems issued in this study, the domestic and overseas cases about information security management system including an authentication technique are analyzed. To preserve the outflow of personal information, which is such a major issue all over the world, a new security audit check list is also proposed. We hope this study to help information system developers construct and operate confidential information systems through the three steps: Analysis of risk factors that expose personal information, Proposal to solve the problem, Verification of audit checking items.

지리정보시스템(GIS)의 구축은 활용범위를 점차 확대하여 지속적으로 추진되고 있으며, 이러한 시점에 효율적인 정보시스템 구축을 위하여 정보시스템 감리 의무화가 법제화 되었다. 그러나 일반 정보시스템 구축과는 그 특성을 달리하는 GIS 구축에 있어 동일한 감리기준으로 시행하게 됨에 따라 GIS 감리 효율성을 확보 하는데 어려움이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 GIS 감리를 위하여 기본적으로 GIS 특성연구와 감리 의무화 법제화 이전 GIS 감리기준과 개발방법론 등의 연구를 통하여 GIS 감리 점검항목을 연구 도출 하여 제안하였다. 또한 제안한 점검항목에 대하여 실제 GIS 감리 사례와 비교를 통해 실효성 검증을 시도하였다.

일반적으로 프로젝트 감리는 프로젝트 관리 점검 항목을 기반으로 정보 시스템 프로젝트의 관리 활동을 검토하고 문제점을 지적하여 개선 사항을 반영하게 함으로써 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 관련 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 프로젝트 수행 조직은 프로세스 기반의 조직 성숙도 모델들을 적용하여 프로젝트를 관리하고 있다. 그러나, 실제 프로젝트 수행 단계에서는 기대 만큼 효과가 크지 않다. 본 논문에서는, 이를 해소하기 위한 방안으로 프로젝트감리검토항목을 조직 성숙도 모델 설문 항목과 연계하여 조직 성숙도 평가 모델을 설계함으로써 감리 결과뿐만 아니라 프로젝트 전이나 이후에도 평가를 가능하게 하여 프로젝트 발주기관 및 개발 기관의 프로젝트 평가와 프로젝트 수행에 대한 조직 수준의 평가를 통해 프로젝트 수행 역량 개선이 가능한 모델을 제시하였다.

유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심 기반기술인 RFID와 관련하여 공공기관을 중심으로 시범 사업 및 본 사업이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 또한 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리 수요도 계속 증가하고 있으며, 특히 개인정보보호에 대한 관심이 확산되면서 보안감리의 비중도 높아지고 있다. 이와 관련하여 RFID 기반 정보시스템의 사업특성을 적절히 반영한 보안감리 점검항목이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리를 보다 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행하는데 활용될 수 있는 RFID 사업특성기반의 보안감리 점검항목을 제안한다.

동서양을 불문하고 공공도서관은 장서를 기반으로 지역사회에 다양한 서비스를 제공한다. 지역주민이 공공도서관을 방문하는 결정적인 이유도 자료의 열람과 대출에 있다. 이러한 행위와 서비스를 지원하기 위한 중요한 조건정비가 대출(이용)규정이다. 이에 본 연구는 전국 공공도서관의 대출규정 중에서 회원자격, 대출권수, 대출기간, 예약과 갱신, 재대출, 대출연체에 대한 제재, 분실·파오손 도서의 처리, 비도서자료 대출여부, 사회적 약자인 장애인에 관한 규정을 발췌하여 권역별로 비교·분석하였다, 그리고 주요 선진국의 도서관 사례와 연계하여 상대적 편차를 확인한 후 공공도서관 대출규정의 개선안을 제시하였다. 공공도서관이 대출서비스에 대한 민원과 불만을 최소화하고 회수불능 자료에 대한 감사와 불이익 등 실무자 부담을 해소하려면 대출규정을 충실하게 재정비해야 한다.
