The Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fisheries Product, which specifies rules and regulations on the trading system of fishery products wholesales markets, has been revised several times, mainly in order to improve the trading system. However, there is still a huge gap between the reality and law when it comes to the trading system of the fishery products wholesale market. This study aims to analyze the problems of the trading system of the fishery products wholesale market and to suggest ways to make improvement. The main problem facing the trading system of the fishery products wholesale market is sales on consignment by intermediate wholesalers, and this paper suggests two alternatives to solve the problem. First, intermediate wholesaler can be converted to market wholesalers, but it also entails other problems. The market wholesaler system has never been successfully adopted in the agricultural and fishery products wholesale market, and it is not clear which system is better between the wholesale market corporation and the market wholesaler system. Second, sales on consignment by intermediate wholesalers can be adopted with a positive view toward it. Negotiation transaction can be carried out for sales on consignment as a transaction method under the current Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fisheries Products. However, since the act cannot provide a solution for listing, it is necessary to introduce Japan's negotiated transaction in advance system as a negotiation transaction method.

주택임대차보호법 제8조1항에서 인정하고 있는 최우선변제권은 임차주택에 대하여 임차보증금이 일정금액이하인 소액 임차인의 경우에는 보증금 중 일정액을 선순위 조세채권 및 담보물권자 보다 우선하여 경매절차에서 우선 변제 받을 수 있는 권리로서 임차인 중 특별히 보호가 필요한 무주택 서민들을 위하여 기존의 사법질서를 무시하고 담보물권자들의 이익을 해치면서까지 인정되는 법정담보 권리이다. 그러나 최우선변제권은 법이 예상하고 있는 무주택 서민들의 주거생활의 안정을 기하는 순기능도 가지고 있지만 반면에 법이 인정한 특혜적인 보호를 악용하여 경매절차상 여러 이해관계인들에게 피해를 야기하는 역기능도 적지 않는바, 이에 대한 개선방안을 본 연구에서 제시하고자 한다.

How to distribute fisheries catches from producer to consumer is very important for everybody joined fisheries marketing channels (FMC), because most people are influenced their revenue and expenditure through marketing channels. Many institutions in Korea after 1960's have tried to develop the rationalization of FMC, but they have not gotten the satisfactory results in general in spite of a lot fruits. Comparing with general manufacturing industry, the fisheries industry has some specializations in the marketing channels. It makes them unique structure included wholesale market system similiar to fresh (perishable) food market with expertised technology. Wholesale market collects, distributes the fisheries catches and evaluates in by auction or bidding without consideration of producer's opinion. It is very necessary institution to make a decision to equatible price for fresh food and to play an important role for marketing effectiveness with minimum total transation and with massed reserve among institutions. But it has two weak points to increase the marketing cost and to make products bad fresh (perishable). Therefore, both Producer and consumer want to find the direct channels not to pass through wholesale market and to get more profit. I wanted to explain what problems of traditional FMC are and why the direct channel is necessary as follows in this paper. Chapter II : The types and specialization of FMC Chapter III : The structure and problem of fisheries wholesale market channel Chapter IV Marketing cost of FMC and direct channel I suggested when the direct channel in FMC is designed, new planner must carry out marketing functions which are performanced by wholesaler, middle man and the joined members of auction at wholesale market. In view of consumption area, these functions are : (1) the finding of production partner to make a business ; (2) communication of information ; (3) collecting ; (4) distribution ; (5) selecting and grading ; (6) evaluating ; (7) financing and payment ; (8) organization, in view of consumption area. The government must support also the group or individual of new direct channels to succeed it with (1) furnishing of market information (2) supplying of land and facility (3) financing (4) feed-back of dierct channels totally (5) making an opportunity of communication between producer and consumer. I want to emphasize again wholesale market is necessary and important institution for equatible price of fresh food in spite of the its weak points. At the same time. the direct channels are necessary to reduce the marketing cost and to keep better fresh food.

전자상거래의 발달로 인해 옥션과 같은 쇼핑몰은 효율적인 서비스를 위해 고객의 개인정보를 수집하고 관리하고 있다. 하지만 옥션의 개인정보 유출로 인해 그 피해가 기업이미지 손상뿐만 아니라 유출된 정보주체인 개인까지 피해를 주고 있다. 기관과 기업에서 개인정보를DB에 평문상태로 저장하고, 역할기반 접근제어기술을 이용하여 개인정보를 보호하고 있지만 DB관리자의 권한만 획득하면 옥션과 같이 개인정보가 쉽게 유출된다. 또한 역할기반 접근 제어기술은 정보주체의 민감한 정보에 대한 보호기술로 적합하지 않다. 이 논문에서는 정보 주체가지정한 민감한 정보를 암호화하여 DB에 저장하고, 정보주체의 개인별 정책에 따라 자신의 정보에 대한 접근을 엄격하게 제한하는 개인별 정책 기반의 접근제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법을 통해 DB관리자로부터 안전하고, 개인정보 보호기술인 역할 기반 접근제어의 문제점을 보완하여 정보주체의 자기정보 제어권을 가진다.

새로운 미술품 유통방식의 발달로 미술품의 미적 효용을 넘어 투자재로서 바라보는 시각이 활성화되고 있다. 미술품의 가격은 주식이나 채권 등과 달리 객관적 요소와 주관적 요소들이 모두 반영되어 결정되는 이질적 특성이 있기 때문에 가격 예측에 있어서 그 불확실성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 LSTM(장단기 기억) 순환신경망 딥러닝 모형을 활용하여 낙찰총액 순위 1위부터 10위까지의 한국 작가의 회화 작품을 대상으로 작가의 특성, 작품의 물리적 특성, 판매적 특성 등을 입력으로 하여 경매 낙찰가의 예측을 시도하였다. 연구 결과, 모델에 의한 예측 가격과 실제 낙찰 가격의 차이를 설명하는 RMSE 값이 0.064 수준이었으며 작가별로는 이대원 작가의 예측력이 가장 높았고, 이중섭 작가의 예측력이 가장 낮았다. 투자재로서 미술품 시장이 더욱 활성화되고 경매 낙찰 가격의 예측 수요가 높아지면서 본 연구의 결과가 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, many organizations in various industries have introduced e-businesses for the purpose of adding value to their businesses. However, due to no comparable business models to e-business in the past, there are no reliable yardsticks to predict the performance of an e-business. This paper considers an environmental change analysis as a means to resolve this difficulty. System Dynamics (SD) could be a useful tool to generate effective results by examining the e-business model. SD model is developed to analyze the effects of an e-sales channel which was appended to the existing sales channels in the steel manufacturing industry. The results show an increase in average price and sales volume through the use of an auction process on the e-marketplace. Stocking expenses are reduced as well by the increase of the sales turnover. A possible scenario was adopted to the developed simulation model and investigated strategic issues to draw desirable strategies with market changes.

온라인 게임에서 경매 시스템은 사용자 참여를 증가시키고 게임 내 경제 시스템을 발전시킬 수 있는 효과적인 도구다. 사용자들은 가상의 경매장에서 선수들을 입찰하고 경쟁하며 게임 내에서 전략적인 결정을 내릴 수 있다. 경매 시스템은 사용자 참여와 게임 내 경제 시스템에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 사용자들에게 맞춤형 팀 구성과 상호작용의 기회를 제공한다. 스포츠 게임의 사용자 경험을 향상시키고 게임의 지속 가능성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문은 스포츠 게임에 경매 시스템을 도입하는 이유와 그 영향을 분석하여 제시한다.

본 연구는 부동산종합정보시스템을 구현하기 위한 중요한 프로그램 중의 하나인 권리분석 프로그램, 특히 전세위험진단 프로그램의 개발에 대하여, 신뢰성을 기반으로 하는 시스템의 개발을 제안하고 있다. 기존의 연구에서는 모든 입력자료를 사용자가 전수 입력하고 프로그램은 단순히 계산만 하여 제공하는 방식을 취하고 있었다. 이러한 것은 사용자로 하여금 불편함을 느끼게 하고 전세위험진단 프로그램의 신뢰성을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용하였던 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시하는 프로그램은 사용자가 입력할 부분을 최소화시키고 기존의 매물자료와 경매자료를 활용하여 부동산가격을 시스템이 제공하도록 하는데 큰 차이가 있다. 또한 위험의 여부를 제시할 뿐만 아니라 위험에 대하여 설명하고, 위험을 통제할 수 있는 방안을 추가적으로 제시하여 사용자가 보다 더 위험을 잘 인식할 수 있도록 하는 것이 개발된 시스템의 주요한 특징이라고 할 수 있다.

산업용 IoT는 대규모 연결을 통해 데이터 수집, 교환, 분석과 함께 산업 분야의 생산 효율성 개선에 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 최근 산업용 IoT의 확산으로 인해 트래픽이 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라 트래픽을 효율적으로 처리해줄 할당 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 산업용 IoT 환경에서 성공적인 태스크 처리율을 높이기 위한 2단계 태스크 오프로딩 결정 기법을 제안한다. 또한, 컴퓨팅 집약적인 태스크를 셀룰러 링크를 통해 이동 엣지 컴퓨팅(Mobile Edge Computing: MEC) 서버로 오프로드 하거나 D2D(Device to Device) 링크를 통해 근처의 산업용 IoT 장치로 오프로드 할 수 있는 하이브리드 오프로딩(Hybrid-offloading) 시스템을 고려한다. 먼저 1단계는 태스크 오프로딩에 참여하는 기기들이 이기적으로 행동하여 태스크 처리율 향상에 어려움을 주는 것을 방지하기 위해 인센티브 메커니즘을 설계한다. 메커니즘 디자인 중 McAfee's 메커니즘을 사용하여 태스크를 처리해주는 기기들의 이기적인 행동을 제어하고 전체 시스템 처리율을 높일 수 있도록 한다. 그 후 2단계에서는 산업용 IoT 장치의 불규칙한 움직임을 고려하여 비정상성(Non-stationary) 환경에서 멀티 암드 밴딧(Multi-Armed Bandit: MAB) 기반 태스크 오프로딩 결정 기법을 제안한다. 실험 결과로 제안된 기법이 기존의 다른 기법에 비해 전체 시스템 처리율, 통신 실패율, 후회 측면에서 더 나은 성능을 달성할 수 있음을 보인다.

최근 전자 상거래가 증가하면서 인터넷 경매를 통하여 물품을 거래하는 경우가 확산되고 있다. 하나 기존 인터넷 경매 시스템들은 경매 물품의 경매 가격을 판매자의 결정에만 의존하고 있어서, 판매자가 물품의 경매 시작가격, 낙찰 예상가격, 즉시 구매가격 등을 정하는데 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 과거의 경매 기록을 데이터베이스로 구축하여 이를 통하여 판매자에게 경매 가격을 제시하는 방법이 제시되었다. 그러나 여기서는 경매 물품에 따라서 경매 가격에 중요한 영향을 미치는 속성 정보와 가중치 부여에 대한 기준이 제시되지 못하여 잘못된 정보 제공으로 경매 물품의 가격이 지나치게 낮게 결정되거나 높아서 유찰되는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자, 과거의 경매 기록과 인터넷 전자상거래 사이트의 가격 정보로부터 경매 가격 결정 요인과 가중치를 추출하여, 사례 구조화 과정을 통하여 사례베이스로 구축하고, 이를 적용하여 적합한 경매 가격을 자동으로 생성하여 이를 판매자에게 추천하는 시스템을 구현한다.
