The Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fisheries Product, which specifies rules and regulations on the trading system of fishery products wholesales markets, has been revised several times, mainly in order to improve the trading system. However, there is still a huge gap between the reality and law when it comes to the trading system of the fishery products wholesale market. This study aims to analyze the problems of the trading system of the fishery products wholesale market and to suggest ways to make improvement. The main problem facing the trading system of the fishery products wholesale market is sales on consignment by intermediate wholesalers, and this paper suggests two alternatives to solve the problem. First, intermediate wholesaler can be converted to market wholesalers, but it also entails other problems. The market wholesaler system has never been successfully adopted in the agricultural and fishery products wholesale market, and it is not clear which system is better between the wholesale market corporation and the market wholesaler system. Second, sales on consignment by intermediate wholesalers can be adopted with a positive view toward it. Negotiation transaction can be carried out for sales on consignment as a transaction method under the current Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fisheries Products. However, since the act cannot provide a solution for listing, it is necessary to introduce Japan's negotiated transaction in advance system as a negotiation transaction method.

The Preferred Right that recognized in Housing Lease Protection Act Article 8 Paragraph 1 is a legal security right. The case of a small tenant whose security deposit is less than a specific sum of money to lease housing, he can get preferential payment about his a specific sum of money of security deposit in an auction procedure. Like this the Preferred Right can protect the homeless commoner also it ignores the existing legal system. But the Preferred Right has the right function that contribute to stability of homeless people's housing, on the other hand, it has the adverse function that damages to several interested parties in an auction procedure by using legal preferential protection. So, about these problems, the improvement way will propose in this study.

How to distribute fisheries catches from producer to consumer is very important for everybody joined fisheries marketing channels (FMC), because most people are influenced their revenue and expenditure through marketing channels. Many institutions in Korea after 1960's have tried to develop the rationalization of FMC, but they have not gotten the satisfactory results in general in spite of a lot fruits. Comparing with general manufacturing industry, the fisheries industry has some specializations in the marketing channels. It makes them unique structure included wholesale market system similiar to fresh (perishable) food market with expertised technology. Wholesale market collects, distributes the fisheries catches and evaluates in by auction or bidding without consideration of producer's opinion. It is very necessary institution to make a decision to equatible price for fresh food and to play an important role for marketing effectiveness with minimum total transation and with massed reserve among institutions. But it has two weak points to increase the marketing cost and to make products bad fresh (perishable). Therefore, both Producer and consumer want to find the direct channels not to pass through wholesale market and to get more profit. I wanted to explain what problems of traditional FMC are and why the direct channel is necessary as follows in this paper. Chapter II : The types and specialization of FMC Chapter III : The structure and problem of fisheries wholesale market channel Chapter IV Marketing cost of FMC and direct channel I suggested when the direct channel in FMC is designed, new planner must carry out marketing functions which are performanced by wholesaler, middle man and the joined members of auction at wholesale market. In view of consumption area, these functions are : (1) the finding of production partner to make a business ; (2) communication of information ; (3) collecting ; (4) distribution ; (5) selecting and grading ; (6) evaluating ; (7) financing and payment ; (8) organization, in view of consumption area. The government must support also the group or individual of new direct channels to succeed it with (1) furnishing of market information (2) supplying of land and facility (3) financing (4) feed-back of dierct channels totally (5) making an opportunity of communication between producer and consumer. I want to emphasize again wholesale market is necessary and important institution for equatible price of fresh food in spite of the its weak points. At the same time. the direct channels are necessary to reduce the marketing cost and to keep better fresh food.

Due to the development of the e-commerce, the shopping mall such as auction collects and manages the personal information of the customers for efficient service. However, because of the leakage of the Personal information in auction, the image of the companies as well as the information subjects is damaged. Even though the organizations and the companies store the personal information as common sentences and protect using role based access control technique, the personal information can be leaked easily in case of getting the authority of the database administrator. And also the role based access control technique is not appropriate for protecting the sensitive information of the information subject. In this paper, we encrypted the sensitive information assigned by the information subject and then stored them into the database. We propose the personal policy based access control technique which controls the access to the information strictly according to the personal policy of the information subject. Through the proposed method we complemented the problems that the role based access control has and also we constructed the database safe from the database administrator. Finally, we get the control authority about the information of the information subject.

With the recent development of the art distribution system, interest in art investment is increasing rather than seeing art as an object of aesthetic utility. Unlike stocks and bonds, the price of artworks has a heterogeneous characteristic that is determined by reflecting both objective and subjective factors, so the uncertainty in price prediction is high. In this study, we used LSTM Recurrent Neural Network deep learning model to predict the auction winning price by inputting the artist, physical and sales charateristics of the Korean artist. According to the result, the RMSE value, which explains the difference between the predicted and actual price by model, was 0.064. Painter Lee Dae Won had the highest predictive power, and Lee Joong Seop had the lowest. The results suggest the art market becomes more active as investment goods and demand for auction winning price increases.

Recently, many organizations in various industries have introduced e-businesses for the purpose of adding value to their businesses. However, due to no comparable business models to e-business in the past, there are no reliable yardsticks to predict the performance of an e-business. This paper considers an environmental change analysis as a means to resolve this difficulty. System Dynamics (SD) could be a useful tool to generate effective results by examining the e-business model. SD model is developed to analyze the effects of an e-sales channel which was appended to the existing sales channels in the steel manufacturing industry. The results show an increase in average price and sales volume through the use of an auction process on the e-marketplace. Stocking expenses are reduced as well by the increase of the sales turnover. A possible scenario was adopted to the developed simulation model and investigated strategic issues to draw desirable strategies with market changes.

온라인 게임에서 경매 시스템은 사용자 참여를 증가시키고 게임 내 경제 시스템을 발전시킬 수 있는 효과적인 도구다. 사용자들은 가상의 경매장에서 선수들을 입찰하고 경쟁하며 게임 내에서 전략적인 결정을 내릴 수 있다. 경매 시스템은 사용자 참여와 게임 내 경제 시스템에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 사용자들에게 맞춤형 팀 구성과 상호작용의 기회를 제공한다. 스포츠 게임의 사용자 경험을 향상시키고 게임의 지속 가능성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문은 스포츠 게임에 경매 시스템을 도입하는 이유와 그 영향을 분석하여 제시한다.

This study suggests a reliable risk diagnosis system on the lease deposit, as one of main functions for a real estate information system. A previous system adopted a method where a user should input all required data and the program just performs a simple calculation to provide the results to users. Such a methodology makes a user feel uncomfortable and reduces the reliability for the risk diagnosis of the lease deposit. Therefore, the suggested method in this paper is to minimize the data input by users and to provide a proper sale price to users based on the existing raw data and the statistic court auction data. In addition to the risk diagnosis, it explains about some possible risk information and provides a way to control a risk so that a user can recognize any risk.

Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is an important factor in increasing production efficiency in industrial sectors, along with data collection, exchange and analysis through large-scale connectivity. However, as traffic increases explosively due to the recent spread of IIoT, an allocation method that can efficiently process traffic is required. In this thesis, I propose a two-stage task offloading decision method to increase successful task throughput in an IIoT environment. In addition, I consider a hybrid offloading system that can offload compute-intensive tasks to a mobile edge computing server via a cellular link or to a nearby IIoT device via a Device to Device (D2D) link. The first stage is to design an incentive mechanism to prevent devices participating in task offloading from acting selfishly and giving difficulties in improving task throughput. Among the mechanism design, McAfee's mechanism is used to control the selfish behavior of the devices that process the task and to increase the overall system throughput. After that, in stage 2, I propose a multi-armed bandit (MAB)-based task offloading decision method in a non-stationary environment by considering the irregular movement of the IIoT device. Experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain better performance in terms of overall system throughput, communication failure rate and regret compared to other existing methods.

최근 전자 상거래가 증가하면서 인터넷 경매를 통하여 물품을 거래하는 경우가 확산되고 있다. 하나 기존 인터넷 경매 시스템들은 경매 물품의 경매 가격을 판매자의 결정에만 의존하고 있어서, 판매자가 물품의 경매 시작가격, 낙찰 예상가격, 즉시 구매가격 등을 정하는데 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 과거의 경매 기록을 데이터베이스로 구축하여 이를 통하여 판매자에게 경매 가격을 제시하는 방법이 제시되었다. 그러나 여기서는 경매 물품에 따라서 경매 가격에 중요한 영향을 미치는 속성 정보와 가중치 부여에 대한 기준이 제시되지 못하여 잘못된 정보 제공으로 경매 물품의 가격이 지나치게 낮게 결정되거나 높아서 유찰되는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자, 과거의 경매 기록과 인터넷 전자상거래 사이트의 가격 정보로부터 경매 가격 결정 요인과 가중치를 추출하여, 사례 구조화 과정을 통하여 사례베이스로 구축하고, 이를 적용하여 적합한 경매 가격을 자동으로 생성하여 이를 판매자에게 추천하는 시스템을 구현한다.
