양면시장에서의 진입가능성 연구 (Two-Sided Market and Entry)

  • 양면시장(two-sided market)에 대한 기존의 문헌들이 주로 구매자그룹과 판매자 그룹 사이의 간접적인 네트워크 효과만을 다루었다. 본 논문에서는 추가적으로 구매자간 그리고 판매자간 경쟁효과를 고려하였고 독점적인 이마켓플레이스가 시장을 선점하고 있는 상황에서의 신규기업의 진입가능성을 분석하였다. 참가자의 수가 거래가격에 미치는 효과는 거래가격의 결정방식이나 거래물품의 특성 등에 따라서 달라지게 되고 이에 따라서 신규기업의 진입가능성도 영향을 받게 된다. 판매자의 수가 가격에 미치는 영향이 구매자의 수가 가격에 미치는 영향보다 상당히 크다면 동태적으로 안정적인 균형이 나타나게 되어 추가적인 진입가능성이 높아지게 되고 반대의 경우에는 불안정한 균형이 나타나게 되어 이러한 가능성이 낮아지게 된다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 경매중심의 거래방식을 사용하거나 수집품의 거래비중이 높은 경우 신규진입이 어려우며 따라서 독점이 유지될 가능성이 높아지게 됨을 보였다.

한우의 도체 형질이 경제성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Carcass Traits on Economic Values in Hanwoo)

  • 본 연구는 한우 농가의 소득에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 경매단가(AP) 및 도체판매가(CP)에 영향을 미치는 도체 특성(근내지방도(MS), 배최장근단면적(LMA), 등지방 두께(BFT), 도체중(CW) 및 육량 지수(MYI))와의 상관관계를 조사하였다. AP의 경우는 근내지방도(MS)가 가장 높은 상관(r=0.73)을 나타내었으며, CP는 도체중이 0.71로 가장 높고, 다음으로 근내지방도가 영향력이 높게 나타났다. 하지만, LMA, MYI는 비교적 낮은 상관을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과 농가의 소득의 향상과 한우의 MS 및 CW 향상이 유의적인 상관도가 있었다.

농산물의 저장성이 출하량과 가격예측에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Shipping Control depending on the Limited Storage Life of Agricultural Products)

  • In this study the effect caused by limited storage lift of agricultural products for determining shipping amount can be analyzed by $l^{st}$ order autoregressive model based on cobweb theorem. Carrying capacity and auction price of upland-grown cabbage and garlic from 2000 to 2003 in wholesale markets were used for analysis. In result regression models of cabbage can not be used in verification periods although those of garlic approximately predicted shipping amounts in verification periods. It can be inferred that it is hard to control shipping amounts depending on price fluctuation for agricultural products which have limited storage life so cultivated areas and meteorological risk should be managed for stable price.

  • 인터넷 비즈니스의 가장 성공적인 모델로 평가받고 있는 경매사이트에 대한 감성적이고 정보디자인적인 평가를 통해 감성적 디자인 요소가 입찰 가격에 미치는 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 입찰가격에 디자인 요소가 영향을 미칠 수 있는 모델을 살펴보고 경매사이트에 대한 감성적 디자인 속성을 정의하여 정보디자인 속성 매트릭스를 제작하였다. 또한 여러 가지 평가속성을 선정하고 이를 평가하여 입찰가에 미치는 감성적 디자인 요소와의 관계를 밝혔다.

인공신경망 모형을 활용한 미술품 경매에 대한 COVID-19의 파급효과 분석 (Analysis of the Ripple Effect of COVID-19 on Art Auction Using Artificial Neural Network)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국 미술품 데이터를 통해 COVID-19의 미술 시장 파급 효과를 분석하고, 전통적인 통계 방법인 헤도닉 모형과 인공신경망의 성능을 R2와 RMSE로 비교 분석하며 미술품 가격을 형성하고 있는 요인의 중요도에 대해 명시적으로 분석해 본다. 헤도닉 모형과 인공신경망의 실증 분석에 사용된 데이터는 2015-2021년의 거래된 한국 미술품 가격 데이터로 총 14,639개를 수집하였다. 각 모형에 적용된 변수는 기존 선행 연구에서 사용되었던 가격형성요인을 참고하여 두 모형 동일하게 적용하였다. 그 결과 COVID-19가 처음 발생하였던 연도인 2020년에는 미술품 가격이 하락하였으나 2021년에는 미술품 가격이 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 헤도닉 모형과 인공신경망의 성능을비교하였을 때 인공신경망의 R2는 0.764, RMSE는 0.076, 헤도닉 모형의 R2는 0.677, RMSE는 1.071로 인공신경망의 성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중요도를 명시적으로 확인하였을 때 작품적 요인이 크게 작용하였다는 점에 주목할 만하다. 예측하지 못한 상황적 변수로 미술시장이 급변하는 시점에서 본 연구의 결과는 효율적인 미술품 가격 모형을 제시해 줄 것이라 생각한다.

A Multi-Agent Simulation for the Electricity Spot Market

  • A multi-agent system designed to represent newly deregulated electricity markets in the USA is aimed at testing the capability of the multi-agent model to replicate the observed price behavior in the wholesale market and developing a smart business intelligence which quickly searches the optimum offer strategy responding to the change in market environments. Simulation results show that the optimum offer strategy is to withhold expensive generating units and submit relatively low offers when demand is low, regardless of firm size; the optimum offer strategy during a period of high demand is either to withhold capacity or speculate for a large firm, while it is to be a price taker a small firm: all in all, the offer pattern observed in the market is close to the optimum strategy. From the firm's perspective, the demand-side participation as well as the intense competition dramatically reduces the chance of high excess profit.

Genetic Relationship between Carcass Traits and Carcass Price of Korean Cattle

  • The objectives of this study were to estimate genetic parameters for the carcass price and carcass traits contributing to carcass grading and to investigate the influence of each carcass trait on the carcass price using multiple regression and path analyses. Data for carcass traits and carcass prices were collected from March 2003 to January 2009 on steers of Korean cattle raised at private farms. The analytical mixed animal model, including slaughter house-year-month combination, linear and quadratic slaughter age as fixed effects and random animal and residual effects, was used to estimate genetic parameters. The effects of carcass traits on the carcass price were evaluated by applying multiple regression analyses. Heritability estimates of carcass traits were $0.20{\pm}0.08$ for carcass weight (CWT), $0.33{\pm}0.10$ for back fat thickness (BFT), $0.07{\pm}0.05$ for eye-muscle area (EMA) and $0.25{\pm}0.10$ for marbling score (MS), and those of carcass prices were $0.21{\pm}0.10$ for auction price per 1 kg of carcass weight (AP) and $0.13{\pm}0.07$ for total price (CP). Genetic correlation coefficients of AP with CWT and MS were $-0.35{\pm}0.29$ and $0.99{\pm}0.04$, respectively, and those of CP with CWT and MS were $0.59{\pm}0.22$ and $0.39{\pm}0.29$ respectively. If an appropriate adjustment for temporal economic value is available, the moderate heritability estimates of AP and CP might suggest their potential use as the breeding objectives for improving the gross incomes of beef cattle farms. The large genetic correlation estimates of carcass price variables with CWT and MS implied that simultaneous selection for both CWT and MS would be also useful in enhancing income.

수산물 마아케팅 경로(FMC)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fisheries Marketing Channels)

  • How to distribute fisheries catches from producer to consumer is very important for everybody joined fisheries marketing channels (FMC), because most people are influenced their revenue and expenditure through marketing channels. Many institutions in Korea after 1960's have tried to develop the rationalization of FMC, but they have not gotten the satisfactory results in general in spite of a lot fruits. Comparing with general manufacturing industry, the fisheries industry has some specializations in the marketing channels. It makes them unique structure included wholesale market system similiar to fresh (perishable) food market with expertised technology. Wholesale market collects, distributes the fisheries catches and evaluates in by auction or bidding without consideration of producer's opinion. It is very necessary institution to make a decision to equatible price for fresh food and to play an important role for marketing effectiveness with minimum total transation and with massed reserve among institutions. But it has two weak points to increase the marketing cost and to make products bad fresh (perishable). Therefore, both Producer and consumer want to find the direct channels not to pass through wholesale market and to get more profit. I wanted to explain what problems of traditional FMC are and why the direct channel is necessary as follows in this paper. Chapter II : The types and specialization of FMC Chapter III : The structure and problem of fisheries wholesale market channel Chapter IV Marketing cost of FMC and direct channel I suggested when the direct channel in FMC is designed, new planner must carry out marketing functions which are performanced by wholesaler, middle man and the joined members of auction at wholesale market. In view of consumption area, these functions are : (1) the finding of production partner to make a business ; (2) communication of information ; (3) collecting ; (4) distribution ; (5) selecting and grading ; (6) evaluating ; (7) financing and payment ; (8) organization, in view of consumption area. The government must support also the group or individual of new direct channels to succeed it with (1) furnishing of market information (2) supplying of land and facility (3) financing (4) feed-back of dierct channels totally (5) making an opportunity of communication between producer and consumer. I want to emphasize again wholesale market is necessary and important institution for equatible price of fresh food in spite of the its weak points. At the same time. the direct channels are necessary to reduce the marketing cost and to keep better fresh food.

  • 다수의 구매자와 판매자가 존재하는 경매분야에서 효율적인 협상에 대한 새로운 에이전트 협상방법론을 제시하였다. 경매문제를 게임이론으로 재 정의하고 이를 에이전트 협상에 적용하여, 온라인 티켓 재판매 시장 문제에 적용하였다. 본 에이전트를 적용한 결과 모든 구매자가 만족할 수 있는 내쉬균형을 보이고, 구매자와 판매자의 조합이 파레토 최적임을 보여주고 있다. 특히 본 에이전트 협상을 적용할 수 있는 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 수립하고, 에이전트 협상 진행 시 필요한 도메인과 프로세스를 온톨로지로 구현하였다.

  • Online exchange is a cost-effective approach to trade goods and information among multiple sellers and buyers. Shipping industry includes lots of global entities such as shippers, liners, ship owners and shipping agents. Marine insurance companies and ship repairers and many other groups are also supporting the industry. However, international shipping exchanges are located on few cities in the world. Its our motivation that a shipping market can be online so that market participants do the dealing while sitting where they are with more efficient manner, preferable price and larger pool of candidates of trading partners. This paper presents Korean governmental project of building a cyber shipping exchange. The exchange covers ship sale and purchase, charter, insurance, freight futures, repairs, supplying of ships oil and database service. The workflows of each business were analyzed and designed to fit for online environment. The project includes design of trading mechanism, online documents, data flow, data storage and security. Online match making and trading mechanisms such as auction, reverse auction, bid are used. The whole trading process involves multiple organizations and business processes. So, this Paper focuses on how each organization would play their roles so that users can complete transactions with integrated and transparent view. The online exchange selves also as maritime portal site that links to other sites for cooperation vertically or horizontally, and serves database and information in global perspective. This paper also issues and discusses the justification of an online shipping exchange
