CDMA 의 비경제적 가치평가 (The Non-economic Value of CDMA)

  • This pape applies the multi-attribute utility theory for estimating the non-economci value of technology. The technology of the code division multiple access in mobile communications is used as a case study. The technology of the code division multiple access in mobile communications is used as a case study. The result shows that the multi-attribute utility theory is a useful method for es-tinmating the non-economic value of technology and gaining an insight into the importance of tech-nology innovation.

품질의 이원론을 이용한 개선의 우선순위 결정 (Determination of Priority for Improvement Using the Theory of Two-dimensional Quality)

  • The theory of two-dimensional quality, in particular, the Kano model that is developed by the analogy with the M-H theory, has been applied in various industry fields for more than three decades. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) assumes that the degree of physical fulfilment of quality attributes and the satisfaction of that attribute is linear, and therefore, it is applicable to the traditional one-dimensional attribute, not other quality types defined in the Kano's model such as attractive or must-be attribute. To solve this problem, the current study suggests a new importance-satisfaction analysis using a modified IPA in accordance with the three quality types and a diagonal method introduced by Slack (1999) to determine improvement priority. For this, I investigated 19 smartphone's quality attributes and conducted a survey of 334 university students for the results of Kano's model, which adopted from Song and Park (2012)'s study, and the importance/satisfaction of the quality attributes and the results of the priority for improvement of the 19 quality attributes. The results show that the proposed I-S priority model is better than the conventional IPA based on the comparison results of determination coefficient from the regression analysis of the two models.

컨조인트 분석을 이용한 한국 전통음식 관광상품 선택 속성에 관한 연구 (Assessing Relative Importance of Korean Traditional Food Tour Program Attributes Based on Conjoint Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the structure of the decision and the importance of the attributes in choosing food-related tour program. Questionnaires were developed in three languages- Japanese, Chinese, and English- given to 300 foreign tourists who have visited Korea in 2002. Statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win (ver 11.0) for descriptive analysis and conjoint analysis. The results of this study showed that the 'price' was the most important attribute (35.62%) in choosing a hypothetical food tourism program, followed by 'place' (27.35%), 'time' (26.01 %), and 'type of program' (10.22%). With respect to the relative importance values for each attribute by different groups, English- and Chinese-speaking tourists considered 'price' more than other factors, while 'time' was regarded as the most important factor for Japanese tourists. Therefore, it indicated the need to recognize the different needs among tourists and put these factors into consideration in developing the programs.

패션브랜드에 따른 상품속성과 브랜드 태도에 관한 연구 (The Study on Goods Attributes and Brand Attitude by Fashion Brand)

  • The purpose of this study is to 1) understand the importance of brands, which are known as one of the key purchasing points to consumers today; 2) 10 clearly clarify the various attributes of goods well-known to consumers; 3) to research the effect of the goods attributes on brand attitude. We examined 465 consumers to understand a purchase or a shopping habit with national and non-brand. The study used SPSS 11.0 package for a data analysis. Then using varimax rotation, we employed a factor analysis to analyze the data and obtain Cronbach ${\alpha}$ value. For more specific data analysis, we conducted t-test, regression analysis, and x2 analysis. The results are as followings: 1. The goods attribute is classified into product attribute, shop attribute, and price attribute. The product attribute is divided into wearability, labeling of size and quality, aesthetic expression, brand expression-harmony, textile-suitability, manageability and product assortment. The shop attribute is into shop environment, shopping convenience, promotion, salesperson service, convenience of location, shop's reputation. The price attribute is into price reasonability, price value, price economy, and price information. 2. The product attribute is different, by national and non-brands, in wearability, labeling of size and quality, brand expression-harmony, textile-suitability, manageability. The shop attribute had a significant difference in environment of shop and its reputation, and the price attribute had one only in price economy. 3. The brand attitude was affected by wearability, aesthetic expression, shop environment, price value, and price information. 4. Also, there exists a difference by demographic variables(age, job, academic background, marriage, income level) in brand attitude. For example, national brands have its consumers with the following variables: higher education, higher income, professional job, over 20s, and married.

포항 향토음식의 품질속성과 대중화 및 관광상품화 방안의 중요도와 만족도 분석연구 (Analysis of Importance and Satisfaction of Quality Attribute, Popularization and Tourism Commercialization Strategy of Pohang Local Food)

  • This study was conducted to examine the importance and satisfaction of quality attribute, popularization and tourism commercialization of Pohang local food. The purpose of this study was to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction that serves the popularization and the activation of the Pohang local food. On the prospects and improvement of Pohang local foods and its use, 86.1% of subjects stated that the status quo was being maintained or only a portion of the foods was being transmitted. On the dissemination of local foods as world foods, subjects stated 'cooking methods' and 'simplified cooking methods' were required. In the IPA result of Pohang local food quality attributes, it is important to continuously keep 'health', 'nutrition', 'hygiene', 'preference (taste)', 'freshness', and 'credibility toward the ingredients', while 'service' needs to do intensive care and operation. The importance and satisfaction of attributes regarding plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism differed, with importance and satisfaction on average being high, although attributes on plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism was lower than the expectation of customers. Such results mean that residents have high expectations for Pohang local foods, on the other hand, the quality of local foods fails to satisfy the expectations of residents. Therefore, it is important to improve the quality of local foods overall.

음식관여도 유형에 따른 레스토랑 간편식 선택속성 중요도-수행도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis of Restaurant Meal Replacement (RMR) Selection Attributes According to Food Involvement Type)

  • This study evaluated the consumers' demands and points of improvement for restaurant meal replacement through importance-performance analysis by the restaurant meal replacement segment market using food involvement. The results were as follows. First, after segmenting the restaurant meal replacement market using food involvement, it was classified into three markets (multiple involvements, exploration-oriented, and product quality-oriented). Second, an analysis of the importance of restaurant meal replacement selection attributes revealed taste, sanitation, quality, freshness, price, saving time, texture, ingredients, preparation process, and quantity to be highly important. An analysis of the differences according to the market type revealed the multiple involvement type to be more important than other groups, considering the restaurant meal replacement selection attribute element. Third, an analysis of the importance-performance analysis of restaurant meal replacement selection attributes revealed that quantity and price as the selection attributes that needed to be improved first in all three markets. In addition, in the multiple involvement type, food additives appeared as a selection attribute requiring priority improvement, revealing the characteristics of a market that cares about diet and health.

네일매장의 점포속성이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 단독 매장을 중심으로 - (The nail store's store attributes on revisit intensity - focus on independent stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to clarify that the effect of consumer's perception of nail store attributes has on intent to revisit (focus on independent stores) by performing quantitative research. The importance of nail stores is increasing with sales amounts and the number of workers, however, previous research in this area is not complete. The reason that this qualitative research should be done before the quantitative research is due to the scant theoretical background in this matter. As the nail market is steadily increasing, determining the factors to make a successful and influential store leading to revisits is very meaningful both academically and in business. For the quantitative study, consumers from 20 years old to less 60 years old who had purchased nail service at independent nail stores were included in the survey. Quota sampling was adopted in the areas where the independent nail stores were located from May 10th to May 30th, 2019, and 262 questionnaires were collected, and those containing insincere respondences were excluded. The most important nail store attribute was reliability (store name value, relationship with workers and A/S) and then the physical environment, economics, product, and promptness. The result depended on demographic factors- younger and lower-income respondents put a premium on the physical environment, promptness, and economics, on the other hand, older and higher-income respondents placed a priority on reliability. The correlation analysis result is that all store attributes (reliability, physical environment, economics, promptness, product) show a statistical significance. A multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine the effects of nail store attribute importance on revisit intention. Promptness, economics, and the physical environment have a statistically significant effect on the consumer's revisit intention.

The Effect of Eating-Out Motives on Restaurant Attributes at Shopping Mall

  • Purpose - This study is to investigate the effects of consumption motives of restaurant customers on the perception of the importance of restaurant attributes, and to determine the influence of the consumption motives on the empirical and functional attributes between Vietnam and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - Questionnaire items from previous studies were revised to fit the research purpose of the present study. From August 1 to August 25, 2017, questionnaires were simultaneously administered in Korea and Vietnam using both on-line and off-line survey methods (including SNS and e-mail). With 381 surveyed questionnaires in Vietnam(219) and Korea(162), this study was conducted by using SPSS 22.0 to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables. Structural equation model (SEM) was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses test of this study. Results - The results showed that hedonic eating-out motive has more influence on the importance of empirical attribute than that of functional attribute in restaurant. In addition, utilitarian eating-out motive has more influence on functional attributes than empirical attributes. However, these relationships showed the difference between countries in Vietnam and Korea. As for in Korea, consumers' hedonic and utilitarian motives of eating-out were more influential on experimental and functional attributes. Conclusions - This study analyzed the influence on the importance of the eating-out motives of restaurant attributes and how this differed between Vietnamese and Korean.

AHP를 이용한 스마트폰 기능적 속성들의 상대적 중요도 분석 (A Relatively Importance Analysis on Smartphone's Functional Attributes Using AHP Method)

  • 스마트폰은 사용자 수의 급증으로 학계와 업계에서 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실증분석을 통해 사용자들이 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 기능적 속성이 무엇이고, 각 기능적 속성의 상대적 중요도가 어떠한지를 명확하게 찾아내고자 한다. 이를 통해 실무적인 측면에서 스마트폰 제조업체의 제품 개발에 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 스마트폰의 기능적 속성의 상대적 중요도를 구하기 위해 본 연구에서는 AHP 기법을 활용하였다. 먼저 문헌연구를 통해 추출된 스마트폰의 기능적 속성요인을 기반으로 계층구조를 설정하고, 계층구조에 의해 설문문항을 개발하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 다음으로 Expert Choice 프로그램을 이용하여 스마트폰 각 기능적 속성의 중요도를 구하였다. 추가적으로 소비자들이 현재 사용하고 있는 스마트폰의 기능적 속성에 대한 만족도를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

놀이속성 분류에 따른 적정 어린이 놀이시설물 연구 (Children's Play Facilities according to the Classification of Amusement Features)

  • 본 연구는 놀이의 본질을 설명하는 놀이속성어를 추출하고, 이러한 속성이 현재 사용되는 어린이놀이시설물과의연관성을 지니는지를 확인하는 연구이다. 놀이시설물에 반영된 놀이속성을 조사하여 부족한 점을 보완함으로써 어린이에게 균형 잡힌 놀이 환경을 제공할 수 있다고 생각하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌조사 및 분석을 통해 속성어를 추출하고, 추출된 속성어에 대하여 전문가 설문을 실시하였다. 놀이를 설명하는 키워드는 참고문헌과 신문기사 등에서 추출하고 압축하여 놀이속성어로 규정하였고, 6개의 대분류와 26개의 중분류로 분류하였다. 이 내용을 바탕으로 실시한 전문가 인식조사에서 주요 놀이속성어의 중요도는 소통(0.268%) > 상상력(0.201%) > 정서(0.190%) > 발달(0.167%) > 학습(0.108%) > 지능(0.067%)의 순서로 나타났다. 전문가들은 '소통'과 '상상력' 등을 놀이에서 가장 중요한 요소로 인지하고 있었다. 도출된 내용을 바탕으로 놀이시설물과 연관되는 각각의 놀이속성어를 구분하고, 서울시 114개소 어린이 공원에 설치된 놀이시설물 현황을 파악하였다. 서울시 어린이공원에 설치된 놀이시설물에는 놀이속성어 중 '발달'을 위주로 한 신체발달 놀이시설물이 높은 빈도로 모든 어린이공원에 반영되었으며, 전문가들이 중요한 요소로 나타난 '소통'과 '상상력' 등 인지관련 놀이시설물은 실제 충분히 반영되어 있지 않아 적극적으로 도입할 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구를 통해 현재 이용되고 있는 어린이 공원의 부족한 놀이시설물을 파악하고, 놀이의 기능에 대한 의문을 제기함으로써 향후 개선방향을 제안하고자 하였다.
