The Classification of Logistics Service Quality through the utilization of Kano Model (Kano모형을 이용한 물류서비스품질의 분류)

  • The importance of quality logistics service has kept growing in fierce competitions. Accordingly, many have tried to assess the logistics service quality and attempted to propose the strategic ways to manage it. However, it has been known that service quality is a multi-dimensional construct and not all quality attributed are viewed as equally important to customers. In other words, each quality attribute has different implications for customer satisfaction. To this respect, the current study attempted to identify the satisfying/dissatisfying quality factor through the Kana approach. In so doing, several satisfying and dissatisfying quality factors in logistics service quality were identified. Further, several academic and practical implications for logistics service quality were proposed.

  • In recent year, animal welfare is more and more attracted public concern. Many countries have legislated animal welfare laws especially in EU. Now, it is appearing as an international issue in livestock product trade area because of animal welfare standard differences. The concept of animal welfare is not scientific but Ideological. In relation to consumer quality, animal welfare was defined confidential quality attribute. Therefore it is hard to approach to technical quality characteristic. This article reviewed interrelationships of animal welfare and product quality included in animal welfare as a quality factor, the mechanisms of determined quality influenced by animal welfare, relations of the type of animal welfare and quality profiles, and global perspectives.

  • This study aims at providing managerial insight into researchers and marketers who are intending to maintain and develop a loyal group and long-term relationships in fast food restaurants. The summary of results is as follows : There was a wide difference in evaluation of perceived value, trust and customer loyalty according to sex, age, occupation and customer's visit behavior. Customers considered the convenient and quick service as the most important selective factor. And also, the important attribute of fast food restaurants was taste of food, followed by price, cleanliness, kindly service, quick service. We are able to classify the four customer groups according to analysis results. If we lay great emphasis on the above mentioned selective factors and also develop needs in each customer group, it does much for delivering profits of fast food restaurants.

  • A number of studies for corporate bond rating classification problems have demonstrated that artificial intelligence approaches such as Case-based reasoning (CBR) can be alternative methodologies to statistical techniques. CBR is a problem solving technique in that the case specific knowledge of past experience is utilized to find a most similar solution to the new problems. To build a successful CBR system to deal with human information processing, the representation of knowledge of each attribute is an important key factor We propose a hybrid approach of using fuzzy sets that describe the approximate phenomena of the real world because it handles inexact knowledge represented by common linguistic terms in a similar way as human reasoning compared to the other existing techniques. Integration of fuzzy sets with CBR is important to develop effective methods for dealing with vague and incomplete knowledge to statistical represent using membership value of fuzzy sets in CBR.

  • Personal Air Vehicle is expected to be a promising solution to relieve traffic congestion using urban airspace. The development of related technologies such as materials or batteries has been accelerated. In addition, commercial transportation services are being prepared. When fierce competition begins in the PAV market, even technologically superior products will disappear without choices by consumers. Therefore, demand factors should be reflected in PAV development to enhance competitiveness. In the paper, values were estimated for the major technological attributes of PAV. Stated preference data were collected through a survey, and the conjoint method and ordered probit model were adopted. Thereafter, it was confirmed that the value would be high in the order of dual mode, drone-type appearance, and noise reduction. Some R&D strategies were proposed based on this.

  • During the course of analysing both single-dish and very long baseline interferometry (VLBI) data obtained from the Korean VLBI Network (KVN), we found a systematic offset between flux density measurements from different antennas. We were able to attribute a majority of the systematic offsets to changes in the "a priori" antenna gains, which were found to have varied up to 10 percent at 22 GHz and up to 30 percent at 43 GHz. Using historical calibrator observations, we present a revised set of gains that may be applied to KVN data taken from 2015 August to 2019 January. Application of the revised gains to the KVN results in a consistency of correlated flux density measurements between the three baselines of approximately five percent. We found that images from the recalibrated data typically have a 50 percent higher dynamic range, with some cases showing an increase of dynamic range of up to a factor of three.

  • The effects and factors of the creativity education program on the creative self-efficacy of engineering college students were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the creative self-efficacy of students who took the creativity education program was improved, and the effect was statistically significant. The learning contents factors affecting the improvement of creative self-efficacy was 'creativity development attribute and creative attitude' and the learning activity factor was 'taking theoretical lectures' about creativity.

  • 본 논문에서는 Mobbing(집단 따돌림) 현상에 관련된 7개의 요소(Factor)와 그 하위에 포함된 60개의 속성(Attribute)들을 선정한다. 다음으로 선정한 속성들에 대해 나와 사용자들 사이에 관계가 있으면 '1', 관계가 없으면 '0'으로 표현하고, 나와 사용자들간의 유사도 산정을 위해 각 요소안에 포함된 속성들의 합에 유사도 함수를 적용한다. 다음으로 클레멘타인의 인공신경망 알고리즘을 통해 속성들을 포함한 요소들이 취할 최적의 가중치를 산출하고, 이 값들의 총합으로 Mobbing 지수를 산정한다. 마지막으로 Social Network 사용자들의 Mobbing 지수를 본 논문에서 설계한 G2 Mobbing 성향 분류 모델(4개의 그룹; Ideal Group of the Social Network, Bullies, Aggressive victimes, Victimes)에 매핑하여 사용자들의 Mobbing 성향을 알아본다.

The Study on the Consumer의s Quality Evaluation on the Apparel (의류제품에 대한 소비자의 품질평가 속성)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the consumer's quality evaluation on the apparel of adult males and females. A demonstrative study was conducted using a questionnaire on adults over 20 years old who were considered to afford to purchase clothes. A total of 380 questionnaires were used for the demonstrative analysis. The study used SPSSWIN V.8.0 for the analysis. Frequency analysis, ANOVA, t-test, multiple regression analysis, and duncan test are executed. The study result is as follows: First, 19 attributes of customer quality perception are grouped into 2 categories of satisfier, dissatisfier factor by the role of each attribute. Second, significant differences are found partly in quality indications- including fabric compositions, sizes, fabric care, manufactured-place, and the place of origin, the importance degree of indication and general satisfaction in quality indicating system.
