남녀사서직원들의 가치관, 직무지향성, 직무태도에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Viewpoint of Value, Job Aspiration, Job Attitude between Male and Female Librarians)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate of differences on the viewpoint of value, job aspiration, job attitude between male and female librarians. The objects of survey are 60 librarians at National Assembly Library. The results of the survey are as follows 1) In general, librarians have advanced propensity on viewpoint of value. But female librarians appear more traditional propensity than male librarians 2) Generally, the ranking of core factors in job aspiration appears ① realise professional value, ② self confidence in occupation, ③ recognized by specialist. On this, female librarians come out ① self confidence in occupation ② realise professional value, ③ recognized by specialist. 3) Generally, librarians appear more conservative attitude than male librarians about indirect service in library

Exploring the Antecedents of Price Fairness in the Fast Food: A case of McDonald's

  • This study aims to investigate the influencing attributes on price fairness in the domain of fast food service context. As the research subject, this research selects McDonald's business because of its market share in the fast food market. Five attributes are examined to account for price fairness. The attributes are advertising attitude, employee service, waiting, convenience, and brand love. This study performed survey to collect the data. The survey participants are university students because they are essential market segment for fast food business. The number of observation is 299 for the data analysis. To analyze the data, this research used various statistical instruments (e.g., frequency analysis, mean and standard computation, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation matrix, and multiple regression analysis). Regarding the results, this research identified advertising attitude, employee service, and brand love are influential attributes to establish price fairness of university students. This research could inform the marketing director of food service business to understand university students target better.

패션소비자의 환경지식, 친환경 태도가 친환경 패션제품 구매에 미치는 영향 (Environmental Knowledge, Eco-Friendly Attitude and Purchase Intention about Eco-Friendly Fashion Products of Fashion Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of consumer's environmental knowledge, eco-friendly attitude and purchase intention about fashion consumers' eco-friendly products. This study was conducted by a survey of 330 males and females fashion consumers in their 20s-40s who experienced eco-friendly fashion products purchase. Respondents, who had purchased eco-friendly fashion items at least once, were selected using convenience sampling through the online survey from March $20^{th}$ to $30^{th}$ in 2013. The collected materials were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test and multi-regression using SPSS 19.0 software. Through the result of statistical analysis, it is found that environmental knowledge has three dimensions; natural environmental knowledge, urbanized environmental knowledge, environmental pollution knowledge. Also the effects of environmental knowledge on eco-friendly attitude are significant and eco-friendly attitude has influence on eco-friendly fashion products purchase behavior. Eco-friendly attitude had an effect word of mouth intention. In addition, there are notable differences in environmental knowledge, eco-friendly attitude and purchase intention depending on fashion consumer's age. The results of this study will provide useful information for both eco-friendly customer management and fashion marketing strategies. Therefore, the fashion company is needed to consider personal characteristics, customer needs and present condition of purchasing eco-friendly fashion products.

동남아출신 어머니와 한국인 아버지의 이중언어사회화가 어머니 출신국 문화에 대한 청소년기 자녀의 태도 및 관계만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Bilingual Socialization of Mothers from Southeast Asia and Korean Fathers on Adolescents' Attitude toward Mothers' Native Culture and Mother-Adolescent Relationship Satisfaction)

  • Family environment plays a significant role in adolescent development. Multicultural adolescents in Korea are brought up in a distinctive family environment, where they get to experience two different cultures within their families. Thus, it is important to examine how internal characteristics of the family environment in multicultural families and interactions between family members influence adolescents. The aim of the current study was to examine structural relationships among Southeast Asian mothers' and Korean fathers' bilingual socialization, adolescents' attitude toward mothers' native culture, and mother-adolescent relationship satisfaction. Specifically, the following two questions were addressed in this study: 1) Does bilingual socialization of each parent affect adolescents' attitude toward mothers' native culture? 2) Does children's attitude toward mothers' native culture affect mother-adolescent relationship satisfaction? To answer these questions, the survey data from the '2012 Nationwide Survey of Multicultural Families' was analysed, using SEM. The sample consisted of 318 multicultural adolescents (aged 9-17) living with Korean fathers and immigrant mothers from Southeast Asia. The main findings were as follows. First, Korean fathers' bilingual socialization had a positive effect on immigrant mothers' bilingual socialization. The path from Korean fathers' bilingual socialization to adolescents' attitude toward mothers' native culture was significantly mediated by immigrant mothers' bilingual socialization. Second, adolescents' attitude toward mothers' native culture had a positive effect on mother-adolescent relationship satisfaction. Results suggest that Korean fathers' bilingual socialization is an important factor for bilingual socialization of multicultural adolescents. It is also worth noting that each parent's bilingual socialization helps multicultural adolescents to form a positive identity as a member of multicultural families.

다크투어리즘 방문동기가 진정성, 감정, 만족 및 태도변화에 미치는 영향: 서대문형무소역사관을 중심으로 (The Influence of Dark Tourism Visitors' Motivation, Authenticity, Emotion, Satisfaction and Attitude Change: Focus on Seodaemun Prison History Hall)

  • 본 연구는 역사를 소재로 한 다크투어리즘 방문객들의 방문동기를 도출한 후, 방문목적지에서 경험한 진정성과 감정, 만족, 태도변화 간의 영향관계를 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 방문 후 역사에 대해 어떠한 태도변화를 일으키는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 대표적인 다크투어리즘 장소 중의 하나인 서대문형무소역사관을 방문한 경험이 있는 15세 이상을 대상으로 2020년 8월 3일~20일 동안 온라인조사를 통해 수집된 347부를 최종 활용하였다. 분석결과, 다크투어리즘 방문동기(탐구성, 역사성, 일탈과 자아성찰) 중 탐구성과 역사성은 진정성과 감정에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치며, 만족은 태도변화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 진정성과 감정은 태도변화에 유의한 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 다크투어리즘 방문경험으로 인해 역사에 대한 태도변화가 나타났음을 실증적으로 규명하였다. 다크투어리즘 방문동기요인 중 역사성은 진정성과 감정을 통해 역사에 대한 태도변화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 만큼, 역사의 현장에서 이야기를 기반으로 한 체험프로그램 강화가 요구된다.

  • This study aims to examine the relationship between job attitude and leadership style perceived by employees in hospital organization. This study have the two purposes; 1) to investigate the relationship between leadership styles and job attitudes(Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention), 2) to verify the moderate effect of organizational support on the relationship between leadership style and job attitude. We examined the effect of critical leadership styles on the job attitude of employees in hospital organization. Hypotheses on four factors were tested for 7 hospital organizations. In order to test these hypotheses, survey questionnaires were sent to employees of hospital organization in Gyungbuk. As a result, the 185 available data were collected from hospital organization. Correlation analysis and regression had been performed and the results supported hypotheses. The results indicated that it is significant difference between each leadership style and job attitude. Also, organizational support was found to be positively moderated on job attitude.

The Effect of Social Welfare Official's Perceived Professionalism on Job Attitude

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest the effective methods for human resource management of social welfare officials through empirical analysis on the relationship between professionalism and job attitude. This study came from the academic background that there have been few previous studies about social welfare officials' professionalism so far. To achieve this purpose, it empirically analyzed professionalism and job attitude through survey to social welfare officials. And as a result, it showed that the elements of professionalism have a significant effect on the variables of job attitude, such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job commitment. Based on this result, it suggested theoretical and political implication that can improve the level of professionalism and job attitude of social welfare officials.

아동병동 간호사의 수술 후 통증 관리에 대한 지식과 태도 (Pediatric Nurses' Knowledge and Attitude towards Management of Children's Postoperative Pain)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to describe pediatric nurses' knowledge and attitude towards management of children's postoperative pain. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, the participants were 220 pediatric nurses who worked at a general hospital in Seoul. The survey questionnaires used to assess the nurses' knowledge and attitude regarding children's postoperative pain were developed for this study. Results: The average score for knowledge was 67.7 out of 100. The mean score for attitude was 72.5 out of 100. The factor related to the knowledge level was education for pain management. Moreover, age, working department, position, working experience, education level, and number of children were associated with the attitude. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggested the need for a systematic education program for pain management of children in the postoperative condition.
