Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare recipients' health behavior, attitude to using medicaid, medication compliance, and the changes in hospital cost and visit-day of in-patient and out-patient care between tele-care regions (TCR) and general care regions (GCR) in Korean medicaid. Method: The design of the study was ex-post facto comparing recipients in TCR and GCR. The sample included 625 persons in TCR and 410 persons in GCR. To collect materials, the case manager interviewed recipients of medicaid and filled out questionnaires which were analyzed through SAS/PC 9.1. Results: In studying health behavior and medication, compliance was not significant. However, the attitude to using medicaid was significantly more positive in TCR than in GCR. In out-patients, the change of hospital visit-day was not significant between TCR and GCR, but TCR showed a reduction in hospital cost compared to GCR. For in-patient recipients, GCR showed a greater reduction in changes in hospital cost and visit-day compared to TCR. Conclusions: The results of the study show that attitudes to using medicaid via telephone are positive and results are more effective than hospital visit consultation, and the cost of out-patient care could be reduced.
This study reflects the demand of content elements related to "Human Reproduction" in elementary school science curriculum, and verifies its effects by developing and applying sex education contents available to elementary science class. The developed contents is composed of three sections in reference to the contents guideline for teachers. The contents include anatomical knowledge related to human reproduction and reflect social and cultural context of sex ethics. The first section: "How was I born?", second section: "Amazing changes in my body" and third section: "Healthy body, healthy mind." In the result of analysis of changes in sex knowledge and attitude after applying the contents, it showed statistically significant differences between experimental and comparative class. Thus, the developed contents made positive influence on improvement in elementary students' knowledge and attitude of human reproduction. However, it showed little difference in the effects of sex education contents by the grade and gender. In conclusion, if the sex education contents developed through this study is actively applied, it is expected to provide the elementary students with knowledge of the anatomic difference between male and female, its social and cultural understanding and responsibility for sex ethics. In addition, it is considered to be used as effective education programs and materials in elementary school science curriculum.

The purposes of this study is for consideration of the flapper image through the culture and novels in Jazz Age(1919∼1929) of America. The back ground of flapper fashion was Jazz. Jazz was one of the cultural languages which expressed liveness, noise, salacity, harmony of primitivity, modernity, innocence and freedom. In processing American had gotten economic power, the Jazz Age had new mood which was combined materialism and realitism. Environmental changes of life styles and development of mass culture of modern big cities could aid the birth of modern girls, flappers. They became the main group of new consumer and mass culture in new consciousness and freedom with independence. Their characteristics are confirmed from Fitzgerald's novels, This Side of Paradise and The Great Gatsby. As the results of above, the consciousness of flapper were rebellious attitude, liberalism and actualism. The designs of flapper fashion were expressed by simplicity, functionality, nudity and rhythm. The flapper images are as follows: First, they expressed modern image as a rebellious attitude. Second, flapper had a sensual image of freedom through rhythmical and speedy expression. Third, premature image for pursuing youth could be found. Therefore the changes of culture and women's life styles are very important points for fashion studies and the connecting fashion and other fields like novels is needed also for it.
This study is to verify the effects of sensory education based on classroom activities for $2^{nd}$ and $3^{rd}$ grade children. The hypothesis is that children who participated in sensory education would demonstrate positive changes in eating behaviors through sensory experiences. The sensory education program consists of 12 lessons. Twenty-six children were being recruited from one school in Changwon, Korea. Two control groups, one of which was the same age as the educated group and the other group of sixth graders, were selected by random sampling from the same school. Children answered a self-administered questionnaire. The parents (n = 20) of the children who participated in the program, took part in evaluating the program through self-administered questionnaires after the program ended. The questionnaire contained variables of general characteristics, education satisfaction, nutrition knowledge, eating attitude and behavior concerning unfamiliar foods. The score of nutrition knowledge was improved in educated children (P < 0.05). Food neophobia score towards unfamiliar foods (P < 0.05) was increased in educated children, but there are no changes in eating behaviors in all groups towards unfamiliar foods. In conclusion, sensory education is useful for having a positive eating attitude among children. Its consistent implementation could lead to healthier and well-balanced eating behaviors for children.

Humans are facing many environmental challenges. Climate change, water pollution, global warming, and hazardous waste disposal are all issues that many countries throughout the world are dealing with. People's psychology and consumer behavior are significantly affected by these challenges, particularly generation Z, which is immediately affected by environmental changes. Young people have a strong sense of curiosity and have access to readily updated knowledge. Today's youth, in particular, live a civilized and responsible lifestyle. As a result, people recognize the significance of their own consumption behavior in affecting environmental change and are increasingly replacing them with green, ecologically friendly products as a fantastic method to mitigate their harmful consequences. In this research, there are four factors related to the young generation and environmental awareness that affect green consumption intention: perceived environmental responsibility, green knowledge, green attitude, and green product value. The goal of this study is to look into how detrimental environmental changes affect Generation Z's green consumption habits. This study used primary data from over 1000 people in the age group, which was processed using the AMOS 20 software. All the characteristics described above had an impact on Generation Z's green consumption intentions, according to the findings.
The purpose of this study is to verify the educational effect of knowledge about MSG safety and to find evidence of how changes to that knowledge affects attitudes to food safety and MSG seasoning usage intention in the restaurant industry in order to develop efficient marketing strategies. The findings and implications of the research can be summarized as follows. First, there is a significant and positive effect of MSG safety education on regulations and academic research knowledge among MSG safety, but no significant effect on material knowledge. Second, no evidence was found of any effect that changes to MSG safety knowledge may have on attitude to food safety. Third, while the results show a significant and positive effect of regulation knowledge of MSG safety on MSG usage intention, there is no effect resulting from material or academic research knowledge on MSG safety.
Mathematics is the subject that requires high mental function such as the ability of logically thinking and investigating. Because of the reason there exists much greater difference in students' individual scholastic abilities in mathematics class than in other classes. Recently many schools organize students into two or three level-based mathematics classes according to each student's level to solve the problem. But in spite of its many merits the new system of class organization has some problems. The problem which is pointed out as the most serious thing frequently is that many teachers still use the same textbook and the same teaching method for all students, not considering student's level. Obviously it causes the reduction of students' interest and motivation. In this point of view, I tried to solve such a problem by development and application of level learning materials reconstructed text book according to students' abilities and levels through this research. As the result of the research to examine the changes of students' emotional factors such as the recognition, interest, and attitude which influence on improving self-educability in learning mathematics has occurred, the following conclusion comes out. 1. Through the mathematics class utilizing level learning materials reconstructed textbook, students come to recognize that level learning materials are more effective than uniformed contents of the same textbook and get more active learning attitude. 2 The application of level learning materials in a level-based class has contributed to increasing students' interest in mathematics. Furthermore it was also effective in the positive changes of students' emotional factors such as the recognition, interest, and attitude which influence on improving self-educability in learning mathematics.
This study was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of a nutrition education program developed for nutritionally imbalanced adolescents. A summer nutrition camp was held for 23 overweight and 16 underweight subjects. Its effectiveness with regard to was evaluated at the end of the camp and 6 months later. Nutrition knowledge, nutritional attitude, food behavior, nutrient intake, exercise habit and ideal body figures desired by the subjects. The results showed significantly higher nutrition knowledge scores at the end of the camp as compared to those obtained prior to the camp program, and these scores were maintained for at least six months. Nutrition attitude scores also improved after the education program, and these improved scores also lasted for 6 months. However, the food behavior scores measured 6 months after the education program were not significantly different from those obtained prior to the camp. Also, the exorcist habit, the ideal body figures and the body figures desired by the subjects remained unchanged. When nutrient intakes of subjects were assessed before the program and 6 months later, the mean daily vitamin C intake was significantly increased after the education program. Also, the intake of iron from plant food sources increased in the overweight subjects, while less iron from animal source were consumed by the underweight subjects. Both groups tended to consume more vegetables and fruits 6 months after the education program which may have contribute to the higher vitamin C and plant-based iron intakes. These results indicate that a 4-day nutrition education camp program sustained changes in nutrition knowledge and nutrition attitude for 6 months. The increased intake of vegetables and fruits was also achieved through this education program. However, changes in dietary behavior in adolescents may require repeated education. The purpose of this study is to identify whether there are causal relationships among experiential value, attitude and repurchase intention and whether the moderating role of storytelling experiences can be existed in the relationships between experiential value and repurchase intention, and between attitude and repurchase intention, focusing on Heotjesabap, dishes for a fake memorial ceremony, as a local food. Also, this study aims to identify whether there can be significant differences in experiential value, attitude and repurchase intention among the tourists who have storytelling experiences and those who do not have storytelling experiences of Heotjesabap. Based on total 211 samples obtained from the empirical research, the research findings are as follows. Firstly, tourists who have storytelling experiences of Heotjesabap have significantly greater experiential value, attitude and repurchase intention than those who do not. Secondly, experiential value positively affects attitude and attitude positively affects intention to repurchase Heotjesabap. Thirdly, the tourists who have storytelling experiences have a greater causal intensity than those who do not in the relationship between attitude and repurchase intention. These research findings show that there should be some changes for Heotjesabap, for example, better taste etc. to attract tourists to repurchase it. Limitations and further research directions are also discussed.
This study is intended to comparison of the recent ideal number of children and atrial approach for analyzing value system for children that form attitude affecting birth control with earlier study conducted 10 years ago. In general the traditional fertility pattern of Korea may be considered as 'early marriage and high fertility' backed by the confucian value system of a farming-oriented country. A selective attitude favoring sons contributes substantially to fertility. But Korea is now moving toward a late marriage and fertility pattern. This has been due to the repid introduction of western culture and a partial acceptance of western value systems, a relative weakening of traditional value systems, a gradual increase in infant and child servival rates thresh medicines, and a desire to avoid having too many children because of economic poverty. This study showed following results: Ideal number of sons and daughters in urban area was decreased by 0.2 respectively compared to earlier study. In rural area, the number of decrease of sons and daughters was 0.5 and 0.2 respectively. The conception concerning Happiness has changed to wealth from health in previous opinion. Regarding attitude toward having sons, 98 percent of them wanted to have sons positively, moreover 10 percent of them wanted two or more sons. Regarding reasons for the wanting sons, we see that economic and traditional considerations, such as dependance in old age, and inheritance of the family line, are a principle concern of about 56 percent in both areas. The rate of dependence in old age was decreased conspicuously compare to previous study while the rate of helding rituals was increased remarkably in rural area. Among reasons for limiting family size. 'for better living and for better education for their children were main rasons reted 46 percent in urban, 51 percent in rural areas. The rates were not changed compare to previous study. Regarding attitude of those who have no son or children, the rate of re-marriage with second wife was decreased remarkably in rural area and the rate of living without special behaivor for having son was increased compare to previous study.
