A Study on the Effects of Earnings Management in Outside Directors System for Information Security Company (정보보안기업의 사외이사제도가 이익조정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Country ownership and management of information security companies generally do not clearly separate from the Board of Directors to function smoothly controlling shareholders do not participate in management decision-making and internal control board does not perform the task correctly, they said the issue was raised. The purpose of this study is to improve corporate governance, information security companies of the outside director system was introduced as part of the transparency of accounting information to investigate whether the effectiveness of the overall business management is also part of the efficient management of operations and earnings being with respect to the empirical data would be analyzed using the. This means that with the specific purpose of the characteristics of a technology-intensive company focusing on information security proportion of outside directors and outside directors of the board of directors of the board of directors of the target attendance rate for identifying the relationship between earnings management purposes. The empirical results is the ratio of outside directors and the relationship between discretionary accruals as a temporary negative (-) boyimyeo significant relationship, so was adopted. is discretionary accruals and attendance of outside directors, as is the hypothesis that the regression coefficient negative (-) shows the relationship between the mind, so was adopted.

  • Increase of use of mobile devices results in development of mobile application in various sectors and it has significant influence on our daily life since those devices make our life more convenient and provide various kinds of information. This paper suggests a mobile application design to identify a situation by using Android operating system and Near Field Communication(NFC). This system designs a function to verify student identity based on NFC to support various services for increased objects through tags and applies this function to the mobile attendance management system.

  • 본 연구는 모바일 RFID를 활용한 출결관리 방법 및 그 시스템을 설계에 대하여 분석한다. RFID를 활용한 출결관리 방법에 대한 기존의 방식은 ID 카드와 같은 매체에 FID 태그를 부착하여 일정한 장소에 설치되어 있는 리더 (Reader)에 스캔함으로써, 정보가 저장되는 단순한 형식이 대부분이었다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 사용자에게 태그를 제공하는 것이 아니라 모바일 FRID 리더를 제공하여, 사용자의 부정 사용을 최소화하고, 프라이버시를 강화할 수 있는 시스템을 설계한다. 이를 위해 U-출결관리 모델의 시나리오와 다이어그램, 그리고 본 모델과 관련된 기술 사항에 대한 검토를 진행한다. 또한 본 모델을 Timmers의 비즈니스 모델 정의에 의해 분석하고, 이 모델에서 사용되는 태그들의 경제성을 태그 평가 모형에 기반하여 분석한다.

  • This paper presents a model of e-learning based on ubiquitous computing configuration. First of all, we survey the advanced e-learning systems for foreign and domestic universities. Next we propose the optimal e-learning model based on ubiquitous computing configuration. The proposed e-learning model as following. we propose the e-learning system's hardware and software configurations, that are server and networking systems. Also, we construct the proposed e-learning systems's services. There are attendance and absence service, class management service, common knowledge service, score processing service, facilities management service, personal management service, personal authorization issue management service, campus guide service, lecture-hall management service. Then we propose the laboratory equipment management service, experimental materials management service etc. The proposed model of e-learning based on ubiquitous computing configuration will be able to contribute to the next generation university educational paradigm.

  • The Recent Specialty Contractor in construction of the reduced quantity due to the recession, but competitive in order to increase the number of companies that are increasingly competitive. The field work of one person to perform the work of employees and multiple sites, workforce supply flow that occurs at each stage of information transfer is not made a late staffing. Therefore this research has proposed a new alternative that can overcome them and the entire industry in recent issue smart phone features that take advantage of GPS(Global Positioning System). This paper presents a Diligence and Indolence Management System using GPS of smart phone. offering the advantage of Web-based PMIS(Project Management Information System) through integration with real-time information transfer and smart phone applications for query by building a prototype of a professional construction company as their own on-site management measures are proposed to contribute time and attendance.

  • This paper is written following an analysis of occurrence trend of industrial disaster in manufacturing industry. One of major reason of industrial accident is unsafe action caused by lack of work supervision. so we have surveyed the understanding level of supervisors for industrial safety and their education of industrial safety which is forced by industrial law. We have got the result that the supervisor's education is necessary to prevent industrial disaster but it's not fit for their own workplace for various reasons from the survey and analysis. I would like to suggest effective solutions. The institute of education should train that they can execute safety and health works themselves by classification of the industrial category, company scale and located region. Also, government should endow supervisors with authority and responsibility for the activation of education system. Finally, government should support the expense of education to medium and small-sized enterprises especially, and they should be interested in the attendance and execution of education. They will achieve the goal to prevent industrial disasters in manufacturing industry through the enforcement of effective supervisor system as per the remark mentioned above.

  • Today the use of RFID is extended in medical. circulation market, manufacture, security field, etc. Besides, the book-lending and the attendance management system are on an increasing trend in the use of RFID The developed dormitory management system is composed of a support program, a room management program, a manager program, and a mobile program etc.. In the support program a student(or a manager) can see his(or all member's) entrance and exit history. The room management program decides whether a student can enter the dormitory or not and manages the use of the power after or inquiring a RFID's input tag information into database server. The manager program is able to input and modify a room state and the fixtures information in the room required to operate the room management program, to set up and retrieve a student's entrance and exit information and a room state information. The mobile program enables a manager to check student's identity whether he is in or out, and the manager can know the personal information of being out in detail.

  • Local area festivals have grown on a scale for the past 20 years, but have suffered ups and downs. Through the trial and error of the festival operation, problems such as prediction of the number of visitors, planning of event scale, calculation and expansion of sales volume, and management of various participants in the duration were highlighted. To solve, this study designed and developed a mobile payment system and festival operation management system for local scale festivals as a platform operating system of web and app combined. The results of this study presents four basic functions. It includes ticketing management, attendance identification and entrance control, charge of festival currency and use of payments, real-time provision and management of related information, and performance reporting for each role. It was applied to local festivals in practice as to enable local shop owners to participate in advertisements or sponsorships and confirmed their contribution to local commercial market and the revitalization of festivals through this system.

  • In this paper, we propose a CMS(Career Management System) based on the Android Platform, which is able to manage the result of MBTI, an aptitude test and English skills such as TOEIC, conversation, writing, etc. and to deal with the performance of the on-the-job practice, internship, project participation, graduation exhibition, contest exhibition, etc. during the period of attendance at school, This system is divided into the server module and the client one. First, the server module is used to build up the web site of the CMS that can serve to save the data related to each student's career. Second, the client module is to develop the application based on the Android Platform. This application can easily access the career-related information and always function as maintaining and managing the new data. If we make good use of the CMS proposed in this study, the relevant departments and bureaus in colleges and universities can activate the service capacity and also enhance the employment competitiveness by adding value to the students.

Learning Effects of Flipped Learning based on Learning Analytics in SW Coding Education (SW 코딩교육에서의 학습분석기반 플립러닝의 학습효과)

  • The study aims to examine the effectiveness of flipped learning teaching methods by using learning analytics to enable effective programming learning for non-major students. After designing a flipped learning programming class model applied with the ADDIE model, learning-related data of the lecture support system operated by the school was processed with crawling. By providing data processed with crawling through a dashboard so that the instructor can understand it easily, the instructor can design classes more efficiently and provide individually tailored learning based on this. As a result of analysis based on the learning-related data collected through one semester class, it was found that the department, academic year, attendance, assignment submission, and preliminary/review attendance had an effect on academic achievement. As a result of survey analysis, they responded that the individualized feedback of instructors through learning analysis was very helpful in self-directed learning. It is expected that it will serve as an opportunity for instructors to provide a foundation for enhancing teaching activities. In the future, the contents of social network services related to learners' learning will be processed with crawling to analyze learners' learning situations.
