  • In this study, it is contemporaneously understood that tile attachment on CRC board do not have a regulated standard on quality control and construction. Furthermore, there is also a definite lack of standardization on nondestructive inspection of tiles. This thesis investigates a diagnosis method of spot bonding tile attachment using infrared thermal camera as a way to propose a systematic nondestructive inspection method after tile construction.

Dynamic analysis of a flexible multibody system

  • In the dynamic analysis of a mechanism, if one or more of the components are flexible, then the simulation will not be accurate because of the violation of the rigid body assumption. Mode shapes are used to represent the dynamic behavior of an elastic structure. A modal synthesis method which uses a combination of normal modes, constraint modes, and attachment modes, was used to represent effectively the elastic deformation of a flexible multibody. Since the combination of these modes should be different for each type of connecting part, the modal synthesis method was studied for the various types of interconnecting joints. In addition, the analysis procedure for the flexible body was explained. A satellite system with flexible solar panels was chosen as an example to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

여대생이 지각한 부모-자녀 관계가 부모-자녀 애착과 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Perceived Parent-Child Relationship, Parent-Child Attachment and Self-Concept of Woman College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the relationship between perceived the past parent-child relationship(caring and overprotection), present parent-child attachment (communication, confidence, alienation) and self-concept of woman college students. Method: The data was collected from March 15 through 26, 2004. The subjects in this study were 395 students who attended universities located in N and T city. The data analyzed using with SAS program, and analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression. Results: Concerning the connection of demographic variables to the past parent-child relations(caring and overprotection), current parent-child attachment(communication, confidence, alienation) made a Significant difference in economic family standard (p<.05), educational level of their fathers(p<.01), birth of order(p<.05) and whether or not they lived with their parents under the same roof(p<.05), past experience of living with their parents under the same roof(p<.01). The relationship of the past parent-child relations(caring and overprotection), and current parent-child attachment(communication, confidence, alienation) made a significant difference to communication(p<.001), confidence(p<.001), alienation(P<.001). The correlation among the past parent-child relations(caring and overprotection), current parent-child attachment(communication, confidence, alienation) and self-concept, caring had significantly positive correlation(p<.001) with communication(r=0.631), confidence(r=0.669) and self-concept(r=0.520), and had significantly negative correlation(p<.001) with overprotection(r=-0.369), alienation(r=-0.531). The overprotection had Significantly negative correlation(p<.001) with communication(r=-0.303) confidence(r=-0.369) and self-concept(r=-0.292), and that had significantly positive correlation(p<.001) with alienation (r=0.275). Overall, the past parent child relations(caring and overprotection) made a 28.2% prediction of self-concept, and the current parent-child attachment(communication, confidence and a sense or alienation) made a 46.1% prediction or self-concept, and their predictability was all significant. Conclusion: This study suggests that perceived the past parent-child relationship(caring and overprotection) is significant influencing factors on present parent-child attachment(communication, confidence, alienation), self-concept. Therefore, nursing strategy is needed to manage these revealed factors.

  • 본 연구는 반응성 애착 장애아와 정상아의 의사소통 및 모자 상호작용 유형을 비교하기 위해 반응성 애착 장애아와 정상아 각 12명씩 그리고 그들의 어머니가 참석했다. 어머니와 아동은 이혜련 신경정신과 의원의 놀이치료실에 내원하여 가정에서 하듯이 놀이하라는 지시를 받고 15분간의 자유놀이를 하였고 이를 녹화하였다. 녹화된 테이프를 전사자료로 작성하여 의사소통 유형을 분석하였으며 상호작용 유형은 시간 표집 방법으로 분석하여 빈도자료를 얻었다. 이 자료는 t-검증 ,상관계수로 통계처리 되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1) 두 집단 아동의 비사소통 유형에서는 '수용적 발어', '정보요구', '기술', '자기기술'에서 의미있는 차이가 있었다. 2) 두 집단 어머니의 의사소통 유형에서는 '수용적 발어', '명명하기'에서 의미있는 차이가 있었다. 3) 두 집단의 상호작용 유형에서는 반응성 애착 장애아와 그들의 어머니 모두가 먼저 상호작용을시작하는 빈도가 적었고, 아동의 혼자놀이는 더 많았으며 혼자놀이 시의 어머니의 반응은 통제와 무반응이 정상아 집단보다 많았다. 4) 두 집단 아동과 어머니의 의사소통 유형과 상호작용 유형에서 의미있는 차이를 보였던 항목들간에 높은 상관을 보였는데 아동의 '수용적 발어', '정보요구', '기술'. '자기기술'은 '상호작용시작'과 정적인 상관을 보였으며 '혼자놀이', '통제', '무반응'과는 부적상관을 보였다.

Pop-up satellite archival tag (PSAT) 체외부착에 따른 해산어의 생리학적 반응 (Physiological Responses of Marine Fish to External Attachment of Pop-up Satellite Archival Tag (PSAT))

  • Recently, the pop-up satellite archival tag (PSAT) is being used in studies as a method of using satellites for monitoring organisms. Because PSATs are attached directly on the organism being monitored, it is used mostly on larger species since the health of the organism is an important concern. For this reason, PSAT-based surveys are lacking in Korea with no studies on the physiological responses of organisms with PSAT attached. Accordingly, as a basic biomonitoring study using PSAT, the present study investigated the physiological changes in fish in response to the attachment of PSAT. The present study used red seabream (Pagrus major) and Korean rockfish (Sebastes schlegelii) as the experimental fish. The PSAT was attached to the muscle below the experimental fish's dorsal fin using a mono filament (n = 3). To investigate the changes in physiological responses according to PSAT attachment, blood samples were collected from all experimental fish, including the control (n = 3), at 1, 7, 14 and 21 days after the attachment. Upon blood sample collection, whole blood was used to measure hematocrit and hemoglobin levels. After separating the plasma, the separated plasma was used to measure the GOT, GPT, glucose, total protein, and cholesterol levels. Meanwhile, the plasma cortisol, superoxide dismutase, and catalase levels were measured using the ELISA method. The results showed that attaching the tag did not have any impact on the immunity and stress response of the experimental fish. The findings in this study also demonstrated the possibility of using PSAT for studying relatively smaller species living in the coastal waters of Korea.

  • In this paper, we describe the results of a combined experimental theoretical study designed to understand and predict the dielectric properties of SF$_{6}$ and SF$_{6}$+Ar mixtures. The electron transport, ionization, and attachment coefficients for pure SF$_{6}$ and gas mixtures containing SF$_{6}$ has been analysed over the E/N range 30~300[Td] by a two term Boltzmann equation and by a Monte Carlo Simulation using a set of electron cross sections determined by other authors, experimentally the electron swarm parameters for 0.2[%] and 0.5[%] SF$_{6}$+Ar mixtures were measured by time- of- flight method, The results show that the deduced electron drift velocities, the electron ionization or attachment coefficients, longitudinal and transverse diffusion coefficients and mean energy agree reasonably well with the experimental and theoretical for a rang of E/N values. Electron energy distribution functions computed from numerical solutions of the electron transport and reaction coefficients as functions of E/N. We have calculated $\alpha$,η and $\alpha$-η the ionization, attachment coefficients, effective ionization coefficients, and (E/N), the limiting breakdown electric-field to gas density ratio, in SF$_{6}$ and SF$_{6}$+Ar mixtures by numerically solving the Boltzmann equation for the electron energy distribution.   • Statement of problem: Platelet-rich plasma(PRP) is well known to be very effective method to stimulate and accelerate the healing of bone and soft tissue. However, there are few reports which deal with the mechanisms of the PRP on the activation of the osteoblasts. Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate the effect of growth factors in PRP on the activity of osteoblasts. Material and method: To evaluate the effect on human, human osteoblast cell line was cultured. PRP was extracted from the blood of a healthy volunteer. Using the recombinant growth factors of PDGF, $TGFT-\beta$, IGF-1, bFGF which are mainly found at bone matrix and their neutralizing antibody, the effect of PRP on the attachment and proliferation of osteoblasts was evaluated. To evaluate the autocrine and paracrine effects, conditioned media(CM) of PRP was made and compared with PRP. By the western blot analysis, the expression of growth factors in PRP, CM was examined. Cell morphology was compared by the light microscope. Results : 1) The effects of CM on osteoblast were similar to the effects of PRP. 2) PRP, CM, recombinant $TGF-\beta$, bFGF, IGF-1 showed significantly higher cellular attachment than control(p<0.05) in the cell attachment assay. In the cell proliferation assay, PRP, CM, recombinant $TGF-\beta$, IGF-1, bFGF, PDGF increased significantly cell proliferation(p<0.01). Among the recombinant growth factors, IGF-1 showed the highest cellular attachment and proliferation. 3) In the western blot assay, bFGF, IGF-1, PDGF weve equally expressed in PRP and CM. 4) The attachment of osteoblast cell decreased significantly after the addition of neutralizing antibody against $TGF-\beta$, IGF-1(p<0.05). In the cell proliferation assay, the addition of neutralizing antibody against $TGF-\beta$, bFGF, PDGF, IGF-1 decreased significantly the cellular proliferation(p<0.05). The amount of decreasing in the cell attachment and proliferation is the highest in at-lGF-1. 5) The cells in control group were flattened and elongated with a few cellular processes in the a light microscope. But, the cells appeared as spherical, plump cells with well developed cellular processes in experimental groups. The cells in PRP and CM had more prominent developed features than recombinant growth factor groups. Conclusions : These findings imply that PRP maximize the cellular activity in early healing period using the synergistic effect, autocrine, paracrine effects of growth factors and increase the rate and degree of bone formation.

초등학교 5, 6학년생의 인터넷 중독과 부모-자녀 애착 (Internet Obsession and Parent-Child Attachment in 5th and 6th Grade Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the patterns of internet usage among 5th and 6th grade elementary students, and analyze the correlation between the internet obsessive disorder and parent-child attachment. Method: A total of 303 elementary students in Seoul, Suwon, Ulsan, and Kwangjoo area participated in this study, and responded to self-administrated questionnaires. Results: With regard to the internet addiction, 2.7% of participants were classified as being in a high risk group, and 5.3% were classified as a potential risk group with boys at greater risk than girls, and 6th graders showing higher internet addiction scores than 5th graders. There were significant negative correlations between internet addiction and father-child attachment (r=-.122, p=.040), and mother-child attachment (r=-.154, p=.009). Conclusion: To prevent internet addiction in elementary school students, promoting parent-child interaction needs to be emphasized. More studies for finding affecting variables on internet addiction would be necessary, and different preventive approaches according to gender and grade should be introduced.

지역사회 주민참여 결정요인과 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 : '마을만들기' 참여지역 주민을 중심으로 (The Effects of the Local Community Resident-Participation Factors and the Formation of Social Capital)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회 주민참여 결정요인과 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 부산지역의 마을만들기 사업에 참여한 경험이 있는 A동 주민 389명을 대상으로 질문지법을 통해 지역사회 주민참여 요인인 근린환경만족도, 외부지원만족도, 지역애착도, 이웃과의 유대감의 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 지역사회 주민참여 결정요인은 외부지원만족도와 이웃과의 유대감이 주요 요인으로 나타나, 다른 변수들을 통제하였을 때 외부지원이 커지거나, 이웃과의 유대감이 커지면 지역사회에 참여할 가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외부지원만족도, 지역 애착도, 이웃과의 유대감 등이 사회자본 형성에 유의미한 영향력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 사회자본 하위 요소별로 영향력을 검증한 결과 신뢰와 네트워크는 외부지원만족도, 지역애착도, 이웃과의 유대감의 영향력이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면, 상호호혜성은 지역애착도와 이웃과의 유대감이 유의미하게 나타나 차이를 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 함의와 제언을 제시하였다.

  • Although attachments have been utilized for a retainer of removable prostheses during several decades, there is little information on the force distribution by the attachments. This study was undertaken to evaluate the stress patterns developed by partial dentures employing rigid attachments on the supporting structures. Four types of the mandibular removable partial dentures were designed depending upon the position of the rigid attachment and the existency of lingual bracing. Under 100N of vertical and 25N of lateral loads on the 1st and 2nd lower molar of partial denture, stress distribution patterns and displacement were analysed with three dimensional finite element method by ANSYS version 5.3. 1. The highest stresses were concentrated on the distal alveolar crest of posterior abutment and the second stresses on the apical region of posterior abutment in the models. 2. The greatest displacement were shown on the distal alveolar crest of posterior abutment and the second displacement on the distal alveolar crest of anterior abutment in the models. 3. There was little difference between the models with intraoral attachment and those with extracoronal attachment. 4. There was little difference between the models with and without the lingual bracing.
