  • This paper presents the switching angle and voltage for maximizing torque of 4-phase 6-poles SRM. The switching angle and voltages was determined through the approximated analysis and computer simulation by using SIMULINK according to the speed and torque required by load but we used new analytic equation from maximum torque characteristic And then one-chp micro-controller controls the switching angle and voltage of an asymmetrical inverter in the SRM driver. Also we expects that this method reduce micro-controller load and realize approximated real time control

  • This paper presents a driving method of 3-phase 4-poles SRM(switched reluctance motor) drived by switching angle control. In this study, the switching angle is determined from approximated analysis and computer simulation by using MATLAB for high efficiency according to the speed and torque required by load, and then microcontroller controls the switching angle of asymmetrical inverter in SRM driver. Also, we experiment the maximum forque driving and maximum power driving by controlling switching angle available to electric vehicle.

  • A method of analysis of the steady-state performance of induction motor with supply voltage controlled by cyclically-triggered inline thyristors is presented. Phase-variable model and asymmetrical components are not used in this analysis. Instead, Fast Fourier Transform technique and the method of multiple reference frames are employed to obtain the constant-speed performance of I.M. easily.

  • The essential requirements of neural network for human skill transfer are fast convergence, high storage capacity, and strong noise immunity. Bidirectional associative memory(BAM) suffering from low storage capacity and abundance of spurious memories is rarely used for skill transfer application though it has fast and wide association characteristics for visual data. This paper suggests generalization of classical BAM structure and new learning algorithm which uses supervised learning to guarantee perfect recall starting with correlation matrix. The generalization is validated to accelerate convergence speed, to increase storage capacity, to lessen spurious memories, to enhance noise immunity, and to enable multiple association using simulation work.

  • This paper presents a novel three-port converter for the OnBoard Charger of Electric Vehicles by using an impedance control network. The proposed concept is suitable for charging a main battery and an auxiliary battery of an electric vehicle at the same time due to its power handling capability of the converter without additional switches. The power flow is managed by the phase angle (${\Theta}$) between the ports whereas voltage at each port is controlled by the asymmetric duty cycle and the phase shift (${\Phi}$) between the inverter lags controlled by the impedance control network. The proposed system has a capability of achieving zero voltage switching (ZVS) and zero current switching (ZCS) at all the switches over the wide range of input voltage, output voltage and output power. The feasibility of the proposed system is verified by the PSIM simulation.

  • 전류모드 제어시 전류루프에는 표본화 효과에 의해 저주파 모델로는 예측하기 어려운 고주파 성분이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 영전압 스위칭 하프 브리지 컨버터의 정상상태에서의 출력전압 관계식을 구한다 또 이를 바탕으로 전류모드로 제어할 때 전류루프에 존재하는 표본화 효과를 고려하여 저주파 소신호 모델이 예측하기 어려운 고주파 성분의 특성을 표본화 이득을 통하여 더욱 정확히 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

  • A new control method using average comparison strategy have been proposed in this paper. This control method realizes sinusoidal input and output current. unity input displacement factor regardless of load power factor. Moreover, compensation of the asymmetrical and/or harmonic containing input voltage is automatically realized, and calculation time of control function is reduced.

  • In this study, the gait imbalance evaluation algorithm based on two axes angle using encoder is proposed. This experiment was carried out to experiment with a healthy adult male to 10 people. The device is attached to the hip and knee joint in order to measure the angle during the gait. Normal and imbalance gait angle data were measured using an encoder attached to the hip and knee joints. Also, in order to verify the reliability of estimation of asymmetrical gait using hip and knee angle, it was compared with the result of asymmetrical gait estimation using foot pressure. SI (Symmetry Index) was used as an index for determining the gait imbalance. As a result, normal gait and 1.5cm imbalance gait were evaluation as normal gait through SI using an encoder. And imbalance gait of 3cm, 4cm, and 6cm were judge by imbalance gait. Whereas all gait experiments except normal gait were evaluation as imbalance gait through SI using the pressure. It was possible to determine both the normal gait and imbalance gait through measurement for the angle and the pressure.

싱글칩 마이크로컨트롤러를 이용한 고효율 공진형 플라이백 전력변환기 (High Efficiency Resonant Flyback Converter using a Single-Chip Microcontroller)

  • 본 논문에서는 싱글칩 마이크로컨트롤러를 이용한 고효율 공진형 플라이백 전력변환기를 제안한다. 제안한 전력변환기의 1차측은 하프브리지의 전력구조에 비대칭펄스폭변조(APWM : Asymmetrical Pulse-Width Modulation)을 적용하여 공진형 스위칭을 수행한다. 그리고 2차측은 다이오드 플라이백정류기 전력구조를 이용하고 영전류스위칭(ZCS : Zero Current Switching)으로 동작한다. 그리하여 제안한 컨버터는 고효율을 달성한다. 제안한 컨버터는 제어와 구동을 위하여 싱글칩 마이크로컨트롤러와 부트스랩 회로를 각각 이용하므로 전체적 구조가 매우 간단하다. 본 논문에서는 먼저, 제안한 전력변환기의 전력회로의 동작을 동작모드 별로 설명하고 정상상태 해석을 보인다. 그리고 제안한 전력변환기를 동작시키는 소프트웨어 제어 알고리즘과 구동회로에 관하여 설명하며, 그 후 각 설명에 근거하여 제작된 프로토타입의 실험결과를 통하여 제안한 전력변환기의 동작 특성을 보인다.

  • In this paper, we developed a hybrid simulation model of carbon laser ablation under the Ar plasmas consisted of fluid and particle methods. Three kinds of carbon particles, which are carbon atom, ion and electron emitted by laser ablation, are considered in the computation. In the present simulation, we adopt capacitively coupled plasma with asymmetrical electrodes. As a result, in Ar plasmas, carbon ion motions were suppressed by a strong electric field and were captured in Ar plasmas. Therefore, a low number density of carbon ions were deposited upon substrate. In addition, the plume motions in Ar gas atmosphere was also discussed.
