Induction of symbiosis between N. muscorum and cultured tobacco cells associately cultured on nitrogen-free medium and effects of polyamines on culture condition were carried out. Analysis of amino acid composition in associate cultures showed increase in total amino acid amounts than single culture of cultured tobacco cells and methionine was markly increased in associative culture on N-free medium treated with 1 mM spermine. These results indicated that the composition of amino acids increased effectively in associative cultures by nitrogen fixation of N. muscorum.scorum.

A laboratory experiment was conducted to find out the effect of inoculation with plant growth of associative $N_2$-fixing bacteria on the combination of eight different rice seedling with seven different associative $N_2$-fixing bacteria in which were isolated and identified from grasses and rice in saline and reclaimed saline paddy soil. Those were examined in N-free axenic culture medium. The result of this experiment exemplified the contribution of associative $N_2$-fixing bacteria to their host plant were varied much by the combination of rice cultivars and bacterial strains. Acetylene reduction ($N_2$-fixation) activity seems to be more variable with respect to the combination of rice cultivars and bacterial strains. The relationship between acetylene reduction activity and rice performance such as dry matter weight, plant height, root length, and number of root were statistically insignificant. However, in comparision with the control, the dry matter yield of Annapuruna was increased by inoculation of all the seven bacteria strains. Among the seven rice cultivars, the average acetylene reducing activity was the highest in Annapuruna, and Shingwang, and the lowest in IR-8 inoculated with Pseudomonas sp H8. Among the seven bacterial strains the highest acetylene reducing activity was obtained by the combination of Shingwang with Pseudomonas sp H8.

Power is the driving force of society, and the generation of power is inevitable. as long as society is rganized hierarchically. According to Michael Foucault's discourse modern power operates as a mechanism of 'panopticon', a system that monitors the 'body' of man through discipline. Moreover. fashion as acts as a symbol of beauty that continues to co-exist with power for the purpose of exposing status and authority, and for displaying the trends within a culture. So, it is necessary to study fashion design according to the changing power structure that exists in society. The aim of this study is to suggest types of creative fashion design process by visualizing the Foucault's power discourse through the image associative action. The four types of creative fashion design that have been drawn by visualizing Foucault's power discourse are as follow: disciplinary power, imprisonment power and knowledge power. The first type of fashion design method is to emphasize the shoulder by using shoulder pads, strings, tabs, and incisions in the clothing. The second method is to expose the body by using see-through material and manipulating its composition to expose the body. Third method is to borrowing elements of underwear. Fourth method is to utilize patterns that represent power, such as weapons, bones, blood, muscles, skulls, and various human imagesin the clothing. Through this study we expect to utilize creative fashion design to visualize concepts of the humanities, such as philosophical discourse.

The inhibitory effect of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria on the growth of typical intestinal pathogens, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium was studied. The degree of inhibition was measured by well disc assay and turbidimetry method. The strains which showed the higher antimicrobial activity were L. acidophilus La-5, L. acidophilus NCFM, L. casei Lc-01 on the average by using two different methods. The associative cultures were performed with selected 3 lactobacilli and 2 enteropathogens E. coli and S. typhimurium, respectively. Inhibition of pathogen began at 9hr after culturing so that viable counts was decreased rapidly. After 30hr incubation, there were no viable pathogens from the mixed culture. Under this experimental condition, the antimicrobial activity of lactic acid bacteria was not due to pH alone and supposed to different to the strains.

A simple and low-cost medium was developed for the growth of Bifidobacterium longum KFRI 977. Of three bifidobacterial strains, B. longum KFRI 977 (ATCC 15707) showed the best growth in MRSC broth containing 0.3% oxgall, grew well in partially anaerobic condition, exhibited highest $\beta$-galactosidase activity, and was inhibitory against Clostridium perfringens KFRI 434. Of three developed media, the population of B. longum KFRI 977 was highest (1.9$\times$$10^9$/ml) in ISP based medium. The composition of ISP based medium is ISP (5%), glucose (1%), L-cysteine HCI (0.05%), Trypticase peptone (0.5%), yeast extract (0.5%), $MgSO_4$ (0.05%), Tween-80 (0.1%), and phosphate buffer (pH 7.0). Hydrolysis of ISP by Protease A was unnecessary, and the use of phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) prevented the formation of protein precipitate. Associative culture of B. longum KFRI 977 with Lactobacillus acidophilus KFRI 233 was proven to be deleterous to the growth of B. longum KFRI 977.

The first D2C-era web-real variety show in Korea was broadcast via tvN of CJ E&M. The web-real variety program 'SinSeoYuGi' accumulated 54 million views, along with 50 million views at the Chinese portal site QQ. This study carries out an analysis using text mining that extracts portal site blogs, twitter page views and associative terms. In addition, this study derives viewers' response by extracting key words with opinion mining techniques that divide positive words, neutral words and negative words through customer sentiment analysis. It is found that the success factors of the web-real variety were reduced in appearance fees and production cost, harmony between actual cast members and scenario characters, mobile TV programing, and pre-roll advertising. It is expected that web-real variety broadcasting will increase in value as web contents in the future, and be established as a new genre with the job of 'technical marketer' growing as well.

Lactobacillus acidophilus KFRI 233, a strain isolated from human, was selected as a candidate for probiotics due to its excellent growth in MRS broth where no special anaerobic condition is required. Both simultaneous and deferred agar diffusion assays exhibited Lb. acidophilus KFRI 233 to possess an antagonistic effect against Clostridium perfringens. Its antagonistic effect was pH dependent Associative culture of KFRI 233 and Cl. perfringens in broth resulted in maximum 94.04% inhibition of Cl. perfringens. $\beta$-Galactosidase activity of KFRI 233 was higher than other tested strains that are sold as commercial probiotics. Survival of KFRI 233 in pasteurized skim milk (4$^{\circ}C$) and Sherbet mix (-15$^{\circ}C$) after 7 days of storage were 71.9 and 105.5%, respectively.

This study examined a phenomenon of exaggerated hairstyle in the history of Western custom through publications related with Western costume and research papers. By adopting the criteria of Delong, M. R. to analyze visual forms shown by interaction between human body and costume worn over the body, it analyzed the formative characteristics by the interaction between hairstyle and costume. In addition, it inferred the aesthetic characteristics through content analysis of examined phenomenon focusing on socio-cultural background and costume socio-psychological precedent studies. Formative characteristics of exaggerated hairstyle applied by analysis criteria of Delong, M. R. were in pursuit of the emphasis style. This was clearly and intensively recognized by forming spaces for mostly closure style, part style, three dimensional style, determinate style, and space separation style. Regarding the interaction between hair and ornamentations, 'precedence of ornamentation' was pursued as ornamentations were recognized earlier than the hair itself. It means associative meanings of the surface effect were accompanied by emotions of 'intensiveness' and the pursuit of the attractive style. As for the interaction between hairstyle and costume, there were many cases of pursuing 'continuity' mutually and visually by connecting the hairstyle and the costume. Aesthetic characteristics of exaggerated hairstyle were inferred as 1) the expression of the sprite of the age(i.e. art, culture, politics, society, ideology, religion), 2) symbols of wealth, class, authority, and excellence, 3) pursuit of addicted desire to ornament, and 4) harmony through continuity with costume. This study verified that hairstyle was connected as a part of costume, or formed as a way to express deeper human psychology beyond just a part of a costume. It was also confirmed that hairstyle was an expressive method to express the spirit of the age, such as art, culture, society, religion, ideology.

Creative thinking appears even before it is expressed in language, and its existence is revealed through emotion, intuition, image and body feeling before logic or linguistics rules work. In this study, Lego is intended to present experimental child interactive content that is applied with a computer vision based on image processing techniques. In the case of infants, the main purpose of this content is the development of hand muscles and the ability to implement imagination. The purpose of the analysis algorithm of the OpenCV library and the image processing using the 'VVVV' that is implemented as a 'Node' in the midst of perceptual changes in image processing technology that are representative of object recognition, and the objective is to use a webcam to film, recognize, derive results that match the analysis and produce interactive content that is completed by the user participating. Research shows what Lego children have made, and children can create things themselves and develop creativity. Furthermore, we expect to be able to infer a diverse and individualistic person's thinking based on more data.

In these days, there are many studies to improve the effectiveness of retrieval systems. One method is to use thesaurus in the systems. But the establishment of the saurus independently is very difficult and requiers a great deal of time and labor. The goal of this research is to examine which problems there are. The texts used in the thesis were "Thesaurus of ERIC descriptors(7th ed.1977)" and "KEID Thesaurus(1981)" established by translation. The results of the thesis were as follows, First, there were many differences of equivalence classes of terms between English and Korean. Second, the errors of translation made words inadequate to use as a descriptors. Third, because of differences of traditions, thought and culture, associative relationship and hierarchical relation did not coincide between terns, Fourth, because the terms of the thesaurus of ERIC descriptors serve Western usages, the terms used in Korea were not or insufficient. So it way necessary to add our own therms. As mentioned above, translating a thesaurus for use as a documentation language for indexing and retrieval is not the optimum way of building up a thesaurus.
