The Weapon-Target Assignment(WTA) problem can be formulated as an optimization problem that minimize the threat of targets. Existing methods consider the trade-off between optimality and execution time to meet the various mission objectives. We propose a multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm for WTA based on mean field game to solve the problem in real-time with nearly optimal accuracy. Mean field game is a recent method introduced to relieve the curse of dimensionality in multi-agent learning algorithm. In addition, previous reinforcement learning models for WTA generally do not consider weapon interference, which may be critical in real world operations. Therefore, we modify the reward function to discourage the crossing of weapon trajectories. The feasibility of the proposed method was verified through simulation of a WTA problem with multiple targets in realtime and the proposed algorithm can assign the weapons to all targets without crossing trajectories of weapons.

In this study, we studied the directional pattern of entering the intersection from the intersection upstream link prior to predicting short future (such as 5 or 10 minutes) intersection direction traffic volume on the interrupted flow, and examined the possibility of traffic volume prediction using traffic assignment model. The analysis method of this study is to investigate the similarity of patterns by performing cluster analysis with the ratio of traffic volume by intersection direction divided by 2 hours using taxi DTG (Digital Tachograph) data (1 week). Also, for linking with the result of the traffic assignment model, this study compares the impact area of 5 minutes or 10 minutes from the center of the intersection with the analysis result of taxi DTG data. To do this, we have developed an algorithm to set the impact area of intersection, using the taxi DTG data and traffic assignment model. As a result of the analysis, the intersection entry pattern of the taxi is grouped into 12, and the Cubic Clustering Criterion indicating the confidence level of clustering is 6.92. As a result of correlation analysis with the impact area of the traffic assignment model, the correlation coefficient for the impact area of 5 minutes was analyzed as 0.86, and significant results were obtained. However, it was analyzed that the correlation coefficient is slightly lowered to 0.69 in the impact area of 10 minutes from the center of the intersection, but this was due to insufficient accuracy of O/D (Origin/Destination) travel and network data. In future, if accuracy of traffic network and accuracy of O/D traffic by time are improved, it is expected that it will be able to utilize traffic volume data calculated from traffic assignment model when controlling traffic signals at intersections.

This paper develops an aero engine LPV mathematical model to exactly describe aero engine dynamic process characteristics, eliminate the effect of modeling error. Design FDF with eigenstructure assignment. The simulation results of turbofan engine control system sensor fault show that this method has good performance in focusing discrimination in fault signal with modeling eror, enhancing the robustness to unknown input, detecting accuracy is high and satisfiying real-time requirement.
Truck traffic accounts for a substantial fraction of the traffic stream in many regions and is often the source of localized traffic congestion, potential parking and safety problems. Truck trips tend to be ignored or treated superficially in travel demand models. It reduces the effectiveness and accuracy of travel demand forecasting and may result in misguided transportation policy and project decisions. This paper presents the development of speed-flow relationships with truck impacts based on CORSIM simulation results in order to enhance travel demand model by incorporating truck trips. The traditional BPR(Bureau of Public Road) function representing the speed-flow relationships for roadway facilities is modified to specifically include the impacts of truck traffics. A number of new speed-flow functions have been developed based on CORSIM simulation results for freeways and urban arterials.
This paper evaluates the performance of transit assignment algorithms for urban rail networks. The accuracy of the algorithms is essential not just for travel forecasting but also for the area of applications such as the assessment of road vulnerability and the fare adjustments between train operating companies. Nonetheless, the suitability and caveats for the series of computational steps have not yet been much discussed. This study thus considers the characteristics that are appropriate for investigating Seoul rail travelers using three representative transit assignment algorithms: the optimal strategy algorithm, route choice algorithms, and the Dial's algorithm. Both the theoretical foundation and the empirical performance are examined. The results demonstrate that the Dial's algorithm is superior in terms of the theoretical soundness and the computational efficiency.
This paper compares domain combination based protein-protein interaction prediction method with domain based protein-protein interaction method. The prediction accuracy and reliability of the methods are compared using the same prediction technique and interaction data. According to the comparison, domain combination based prediction method has showed superior prediction accuracy to domain based prediction method for protein pairs with fully overlapped domains with protein pairs in learning sets. When we consider that domain combination based method has the effects of assigning a weight to each domain interaction, it implies that we can improve the prediction accuracies of currently available domain or domain combination based protein interaction prediction methods further by developing more advanced weight assignment techniques. Several significant facts revealed from the comparative studies are also described in this paper.
This investigation is aimed to develop a model of experimental-computation determination of a support moment of a cantilever beam loaded with concentrated force at its end including the optimal choice of coordinates of deflection data points and parameters of transformation of deflection data in case of insufficient accuracy of the assignment of initial parameters (support settlement, angle of rotation of the bearing section) and cantilever beam length. The influence of distribution and characteristics of sensors on the cantilever beam on the accuracy of determining the support moment which improves in the course of transition from the uniform distribution of sensors to optimal non-uniform distribution is shown. On the basis of the theory of inverse problems the method of transformation reduction at numerical differentiation of deflection functions has been studied. For engineering evaluation formulae of uncertainty estimate to determine a support moment of a cantilever beam at predetermined uncertainty of measurements using sensors have been obtained.
Bug report processing is a key element of bug fixing in modern software maintenance. Bug reports are not processed immediately after submission and involve several processes such as bug report deduplication and bug report triage before bug fixing is initiated; however, this method of bug fixing is very inefficient because all these processes are performed manually. Software engineers have persistently highlighted the need to automate these processes, and as a result, many automation techniques have been proposed for bug report processing; however, the accuracy of the existing methods is not satisfactory. Therefore, this study focuses on surveying to improve the accuracy of existing techniques for bug report processing. Reviews of each method proposed in this study consist of a description, used techniques, experiments, and comparison results. The results of this study indicate that research in the field of bug deduplication still lacks and therefore requires numerous studies that integrate clustering and natural language processing. This study further indicates that although all studies in the field of triage are based on machine learning, results of studies on deep learning are still insufficient.
This study reviewed factors and causes that affect on reliability and accuracy of transportation demand forecasting. In general, the causes of forecasting errors come from variety and irregularity of trip behaviors, data limitation, data aggregation and model simplification. Theoretical understanding about the inevitable errors will be helpful for reasonable decision making for practical transportation policies. The study especially focused on traffic assignment with the KTDB data, and described the factors and causes of errors by classifying six categories such as (1) errors in input data, (2) errors due to spacial aggregation and representation method of network, (3) errors from representing values for variations of traffic patterns, (4) errors from simplification of traffic flow model, and (5) errors from aggregation of route choice behavior.
Although linear channel estimation for the frequency selective fading channel has been widely deployed, its accuracy depends on the number of pilots to probe the channel. Thus, it is unavoidable to employ large number of pilots to enhance the channel estimation performance, which essentially leads to the degradation of the transmission efficiency. It even does not utilize the sparseness of the multipath channel. In this paper a sparse channel estimation scheme based on the matching pursuit algorithm and a pilot assignment method, which minimizes the coherence, are proposed. The simulation results reveal that the proposed algorithm shows superior channel estimation performance with fewer pilots to the LS based ones.
