유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 예비유아교사교육 프로그램의 단기종단효과 (The Short-term Longitudinal Effect of Pre-service Teacher Education Program for Children's Creativity)

  • 본 연구는 실험연구로서 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 예비유아교사교육 프로그램의 단기종단적 효과를 검증해보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구에는 실험집단 36명과 통제집단 31명, 총 67명의 예비유아교사와 실험집단의 유아 65명, 통제집단의 유아 61명의 자료가 최종 분석에 포함되었다. 예비유아교사 및 유아의 창의성을 측정하기 위해 TTCT를 사용하였다. 본 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 창의성 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 평균, 표준편차, 잠재성장모형을 적용하였고, 본 프로그램 참여 여부와 교사의 창의성이 유아의 창의성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 창의성 변화를 알아보기 위해 잠재성장모형을 확인한 결과, 프로그램 참여가 예비유아교사의 창의성 변화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 프로그램 참여여부 및 교사의 창의성은 유아의 창의성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effect of Special Education Teacher's Self-leadership on Life Satisfaction : Focusing on job satisfaction mediation effect

  • IIn this paper, I investigate the effect of special education teachers' self-leadership on job-satisfaction. The data was collected from 141 special education teachers to analyze the correlations between self-leadership, job and life satisfaction. In addition, another purpose is to analyze how self-leadership influence on job satisfaction (human relationship, assigned tasks) and life satisfaction. The results are shown as follows. First, self-expectation and goal setting, self-expectation and human relationship, human relationship and assigned tasks have meaningful correlation. Second, self-expectation and self-rewarding are sub-factors of self-leadership that have great influence on human relationship which is a subordinate factor of job satisfaction and assigned tasks. Third, self-expectation and self-rewarding are factors of self-leadership that have a great influence on life satisfaction. Finally, it shows that self-leadership has an effect on life satisfaction through assigned task, which is a factor of job satisfaction. However, through human relationship, self-leadership does not have a meaningful effect on life satisfaction. This study is significant by finding sub-factors which influence special education teacher's self leadership, job satisfaction and life satisfaction by using Bootstrap method.

경기도지역 학교급식 영양사의 영양교사 후 업무 및 조직환경 변화에 대한 인식 분석 (Analysis of Recognized Changes in Performance and Organizational Environment by Dietitians Transposed to Nutrition Teachers in Gyeonggi Province)

  • This study was conducted to gather basic data on the tasks and roles of nutrition teachers by analyzing the changes inwork importance, performance frequency, and organizational environment after dietitians were transposed to nutrition teachers. E-mail surveys were sent to 100 newly assigned nutrition teachers who previously served as dietitians in Gyeonggi province. A total of 72 teachers responded to the survey. The respondents were asked the importance and frequency of 9 work-related duties performed as a dietitian and nutrition teacher, respectively. They were also surveyed regarding their satisfaction perceptions for 5 organizational changes. The majority of respondents were 36 to 40 years old (48.6%) and had 10$\sim$20 years of work experience (58.3%). Significant differences were found for work importance after changing to the role of nutrition teacher (p<0.001). In addition, work performance frequency differences were found for the categories of nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and dietary guidance. These results were attributable to the differences in work importance and performance frequency by now being a nutrition teacher rather than a dietitian. The respondents had increased satisfaction levels after changing from dietitian to nutrition teacher (p<0.001) in terms of 'pride for change in work', 'satisfaction level for pay', and 'satisfaction level for change in the organizational environment'. In order for nutrition teachers to have effective work performance, 'personal capabilities' and 'school manager support' should be coordinated. Overall, the results of this study suggest that effective training programs should be developed for nutrition teachers they can effectively complete newly assigned work tasks.

영아 마사지가 교사-영아의 상호작용 및 어린이집 적응에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Infant Massage on Teacher-infant Interaction and Nursery Adaptation of Infants)

  • This research is to verify the effects of infant massage on teacher-infant interaction and nursery adaptation. The subjects were 20 infants younger than one year of age, and the experimental group and the control group were randomly assigned. I developed an infant massage activity and trained an infant teacher to do it with 30-hours workshop. The massage was accomplished a total of 18 times, 3 times a week for 6 weeks. The research tools employed are the Caregiver Interaction Scale(CIS) which was developed by Arnett(1989) and employed by Kim(2009) and the Preschool Adjustment Questionaire(PAQ) which was employed by Yang(2005). They were modified and supplemented for this study to serve as a teacher rating scale. The collected data was analyzed after the experiment service through the t-verification. The results showed that the experimental group that took the infant massage scored higher than the control group in both teacher-infant interaction and nursery adaptation. Therefore, it demonstrated that infant massage has an effect on positive and permissive interaction in teacher-infant interaction and nursery adaptation.

진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 현황과 과제 (Current Status and Challenges of Career Education & Guidance Teacher System in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 현황을 살펴보고 향후 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 과제를 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 경우 ①진로 진학 상담 교사 자격요건은 법령에 따른 일정한 교육 및 연수를 통해서이다. ②진로 진학 상담 자격 취득 후 '진로 진학 상담' 교과교사로 전환 발령을 받는 것은 또 다른 선발 기준에 의한다. ③진로 진학 상담 교사는 학교당 1명 이상을 배치하여야 한다. ④서울시교육청에서 제시하는 중등 진로 진학 상담 교사 공통직무는 진로 진학상담부장 교사로서 학교의 진로 교육을 총괄하는 업무를 중심으로 15개 항목으로 제시하고 있다. ⑤교육부에서는 중등학교에서 진로지도를 할 때 참고할 진로지도 지침 진로지도 모형을 활용하고 있다. 둘째, 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 과제는 ①진로지도 지침에서 제시하고 있는 진로지도 모형의 이론적 근거에 대한 검토가 필요하다. ②전 교사의 진로 교사 화가 필요하다. ③중학교와 고등학교에 현재 1명으로 배치 되는 진로 진학 상담 교사의 수를 확대할 필요가 있다. ④교과 통합형 진로 교육을 확대할 필요가 있다.

부모와 교사가 지각한 배척·소외 아동의 행동상의 문제에 관한 연구 (Behavior Problems of Peer-Rejected and Peer-Neglected Children:Parent and Teacher Perspectives)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate possible differences in the behavior problems of peer-rejected and peer-neglected children in relation to parent and teacher perspectives. The subjects in this study were 239 children and their parents(fathers:37, mothers: 155. father+mother pairs:47) and 10 teachers in the fifth grade of a public elementary school located in Seoul. The sociometric assessment mothods were positive and negative peer nominations. On the basis of this sociometric assessment. children were assigned to one of 4 categories in degree of popularity:65 popular, 53 average. 62 rejected. and 59 neglected children. Parents and teachers rated child behavior on the Achenbach and Edelbrock Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) for parents and Teacher's Report Form(TRF) were used. The obtained data were analyzed by one-way MANOVA and Duncan Multiple Range Test. Rejected children were found to exhibit more behavior problems than neglected, popular, or average children. Neglected children, however, did not exhibit more behavior problems than chidren of average status.

영아를 위한 대화식 그림책읽기 교사교육 프로그램의 효과 (A Dialogic Picturebook Reading Program : Effects on Teacher-Toddler Interactions and on Toddler Language)

  • Subjects were 88 two-year-old-toddlers(25-36 months of age) and 32 teachers in 13 childcare centers; they were randomly assigned to experimental or control groups. The researcher observed teacher-toddler interaction in the picturebook reading situation. Analysis of patterns of teachers' verbal behavior and coding of toddlers' verbal and nonverbal behaviors were based on Senechal, et al.(1995) and Whitehurst, et al.(1988), respectively. In comparison with the control group, toddlers of the experimental group showed significant differences in verbal behavior; they acquired nouns occurring in the picturebooks and more expressive and comprehensive language. After training intervention, teachers of the experimental group showed changes in quality and quantity of verbal behavior.

교사의 격려언어가 초등학교 아동의 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Teacher's Encouraging Language on Adjustment to School Life of Children)

  • 본 연구는 학교 현장의 많은 교사들이 사용하는 부정적인 언어, 일부 아동을 위한 칭찬언어를 대신하여 모든 아동을 위한 언어로서 활용 가능한 격려언어를 초등학교 아동을 대상으로 적용하여 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 국내 외 논문에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 10가지의 격려의 원리와 그에 따른 예시안을 정리하였다. 격려의 원리로는 아동의 가치와 잠재력 인정하기, 노력 인정하기, 긍정적인 면 강조하기, 자신의 장점을 지각하도록 돕기, 실수를 너그럽게 대하기, 지각적 대안 사용하기, 자기격려 실천하기, 상대방을 수용하고 지지하기, 내적동기 유발하기, 사회적 유용성 강조하기가 있다. 교사의 격려언어가 아동의 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 본 연구자가 맡고 있는 J초등학교 1학년 아동을 연구대상으로 약 10주간 교사의 격려언어를 적용한 뒤 실험집단과 통제집단 아동에게 학교생활적응에 관한 사전-사후 검사를 실시하였다. 이 때 측정도구로는 오익수(2009)가 개발한 교사보고형 초등학생 학교적응행동 평정척도를 사용하였으며 공분산분석을 하였다. 또한 교사의 관찰일지 및 아동의 글쓰기 자료를 수집하여 아동의 학교생활적응에 대한 질적분석도 함께 하였다. 그 결과, 교사의 격려언어는 아동의 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

감사 증진 프로그램이 교사와 어머니가 인식한 유아의 공격성에 미치는 영향 (The influence of gratitude enhancement program on preschoolers' aggression perceived by their teacher and mother)

  • This study was designed to examine the influence of gratitude enhancement program on preschoolers' aggression perceived by their teacher and mother. The subjects in this study were 40 four-year-old children in kindergarten in U city. This study employed a pre/post-test control group design, and so all subjects were assigned to an experimental group(gratitude enhancement program) or comparative group(general education program according to the year curriculum). Preschoolers' aggression was measured by the teacher and mother of the subjects and the collected data were analyzed by independent and paired t-test. This study also computed Cohen's d to estimate effect size of gratitude enhancement program on preschoolers' aggression. The findings of this study were as follows. Firstly, gratitude enhancement program and general education program were all effective in reducing preschoolers' aggression(aggression against things, verbal aggression and total aggression) perceived by their teacher except of aggression against others. But gratitude enhancement program was more effective than general education program in reducing these sort of aggression. Meanwhile, only gratitude enhancement program was effective in reducing preschoolers' aggression against others. Secondly, gratitude enhancement program was effective in reducing preschoolers' aggression(aggression against things, aggression against others, verbal aggression and total aggression).

유아교사의 역할놀이 유능성 증진을 위한 교사교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (The Development and the Effect of A Preschool Teacher Training Program for Pretend Play Competence)

  • This study developed a teacher training program aimed at promoting preschool teachers' competence in relation to pretend play and examined its effects on the teachers' knowledge, efficacy and interaction in pretend play. Regarding the learner's job characteristics and conditions, a small group session of 90 minutes per week was conducted for 8 weeks. To examine the effects of this program, the researcher collected data on the teachers' knowledge and the efficacy by means of questionnaires and the teachers' interaction by observation before and after the program execution. The fourteen child care centers were randomly assigned to both an experimental group or a control group, in which 38 teachers were included. In conclusion, the pretend play competence training program for preschool teacher was observed to be effective in improving their knowledge, efficacy and interactions in pretend play.
