본 연구는 신뢰성 기반의 상가건물 권리분석 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 연구로서 기존의 권리분석 프로그램에서 진일보하여 보다 현실에 부합한 분석방법을 제시하고 있다. 기존 연구는 단순히 직전 3개월에서 1년 사이의 경매낙찰가율과 경매낙찰가를 예상하고 이를 토대로 권리분석을 수행하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 상권분석시스템에서 제공하는 상권활성화 정도를 권리분석프로그램에 입력변수로 활용하여 경매에서의 낙찰가를 예측하고 이를 토대로 권리분석을 수행하도록 하였다.

사회기반 시설물들의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 해외의 뉴질랜드, 호주, 캐나다, 미국, 영국 등의 나라에서는 공공시설물 유지관리에 자산개념을 도입하여 관련 법과 제도를 정비하고 대웅적 유지관리방식보다 자산의 가치 중심의 예방적 유지관리로 전환하여 일정 부분 성과를 내고 있다. 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 이에 IIMM의 자산관리 업무절차 모델과 국내에서 제시된 KTAM-40을 비교하여 공공시설물 자산관리 정보시스템의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Even though a lot of routing algorithms have been proposed, an omnipotent algorithm of routing technique, which has optimal efficiency, does not exist. Therefore, A routing algorithm in a sensor network is an application oriented; the best effective routing algorithm depends on which application it is used to. In this paper, the routing algorithm is proposed for the purpose of monitoring a movement of Assets in office. This Paper proposes a new multi-hop routing algorithm, that is, RSS(Received Signal Strength) value which was used in a localization of sensor network is applied to routing algorithm.

Identifying knowledge as the single most important asset ultimately defining organizational competitiveness, enterprises are trying to move towards knowledge-oriented practices. Such practices have given rise to learning and agile organization, This paper presents applied information technologies to realize the learning and agile organization, focusing on systems thinking. Firstly, in order to establish a framework for the systems thinking, an information systems development method based on process chain is proposed. Then, an agent-based microworld simulation approach is presented. The approaches provide visible and analytical information to knowledge workers so that they can have systems thinking capabilities eventually. Various microworlds on the top of the information system can be constructed with agents and simulated for possible business events. All decision makings are dynamic in nature. To let knowledge workers look ahead the possible outcomes of the whole relevant processes is the core capability of the approaches. Through watching, the knowledge workers would be able to acquire new insights or problem solving knowledge for the problem in hand.

소프트웨어 개발 조직은 구성원들로 하여금 자발적이고 지속적인 개발방법론 활용 및 개선을 유도하기 위하여 효율적인 개발방법론 정의, 조정, 참조에 대한 지원뿐 만 아니라 보다 적극적인 개발방법론의 프로젝트 적용, 프로젝트 수행 경험(수행사례)의 지식화로 전사적인 지식 자산을 공유할 수 있는 환경을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로젝트 경험의 지식화를 위해 종료된 프로젝트에 적용되었던 방법론 내역과 프로젝트 산출물에 대한 재사용을 위한 자산화가 가능하도록 지원하는 Eclipse 기반의 플러그인을 설계하고자 한다.

The Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties are being protected, the rest facing with demolition and damages. In order to better cope with such situation, Korea has officially introduced the Registered Cultural Properties System since 2001 and began acknowledging the historical values of industrial buildings as modern cultural properties. In the Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, there are approximately 3,500 industrial buildings under the cultural asset protection and management not only in the Ruhr-region but also state-wide. Among these, this case study focuses on the Hansa Coking Plant, a large-scale Revitalization project to rehabilitate the old industrial complexes and facility buildings that have been shut down on December 15, 1992. Purpose of this study is to analyze main project plans of each facility in the Hansa Coking Plant and to bring out the main features of the plans, so that they can be utilized to find suggestions for Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties Revitalization in Korea.

기존의 자산관리 시스템으로 대규모 자산을 관리함에 있어 효율적인 RFID나 바코드 등을 이용한 방식들이 있으나 설치과정과 시스템 구성이 복잡하고 비용이 비싸 대중적으로 이용되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) 비콘을 이용하여 일상적으로 사용하는 모바일 단말과 웹 등을 이용하여 자산을 관리할 수 있는 경제적인 자산관리 시스템을 제안한다. 나아가, BLE 비콘의 신호 세기에 따른 측정 가능 거리를 분석하여 비콘의 활용에 대한 구체적인 수치를 제시하였고 경제적 측면에서 기존 시스템과 차별화하였음을 보였다.

This study presents a method for identifying partial discharge defects in an eco-friendly gas insulated system using a backpropagation algorithm. Four partial discharge (PD) electrode systems, namely, a free-moving particle, protrusion on the conductor, protrusion on the enclosure, and voids, were designed to simulate PD defects that can occur during the operation of eco-friendly gas-insulated switchgear. The PD signals were measured using an ultrahigh-frequency sensor as a nonconventional method based on IEC 62478. To identify the types of PD defects, the PD parameters of single PD pulses in the time and frequency domains and the phase-resolved partial discharge patterns were extracted, and a back-propagation algorithm in the artificial neural network was designed using a virtual instrument based on LabVIEW. The backpropagation algorithm proposed in this paper has an accuracy rate of over 90% for identifying the types of PD defects, and the result is expected to be used as a reference database for asset management and maintenance work for eco-friendly gas-insulated power equipment.

미국, 영국, 호주, 뉴질랜드 등 나라들은 최소의 비용으로 도로시설의 기능을 유지하기 위해 사회기반 시설의 유지관리에 자산관리체계를 도입하고 있다. 자산관리체계를 도입하기 위해서는 기존의 사후 대응적 (fix-on-failure) 유지관리 방식에서 사전 예방적(preventive) 방식으로 전환이 필요하다. 본 연구는 해외에서 활용되고 있는 자산관리용 소프트웨어의 특성을 분석하여 사전 예방적의 유지 관리하기 위해 필요한 자산관리시스템 개발 방안을 제시하였다.

정부와 시설물유지관리 기관에서는 공공시설의 안전성 확보와 유지관리 업무의 생산성 향상을 위해 다양한 시설물유지관리시스템을 구축하여 운영중에 있으나 대응적 유지보수 체계의 한계로 인하여 합리적인 예산수립을 위한 최적의 의사결정을 하기가 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 유지관리의 효율성 증대 및 예산 절약을 위해 공공시설에 예방적 개념의 자산관리체계를 도입해야 한다는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 자산관리는 시설물의 최적화된 관리를 위한 경영전략으로 시설물 상태에 대한 공학적, 해석적 분석을 넘어 대상물을 자산으로 인식·평가하고 가치유지 및 향상을 목표로 하며 동시에 사용자의 최대만족을 얻기 위한 전략이다. 국내에서는 이러한 시대적인 요구에 따라 자산관리에 대한 연구가 진행 중이며 본 논문에서는 자산관리정보시스템을 개발하기 위한 해외 사례조사를 통해 시스템 핵심 기능을 도출하고 이를 통해 데이터 항목 분류방안을 제시하였다.
