농촌마을종합개발사업 중간 점검을 위한 평가지표 적용사례 (Development of An Evaluation System for the Interim Check of Integrated Rural Village Development Project)

  • In this study, We developed an evaluation system for the interim check of Integrated Rural Village Development Project and analyzed its applicability to an actual evaluation process through a pilot evaluation on regions selected. The evaluation system consists of documentary assessments(30%) and field inspections(70%). The documentary assessments are quantitative assessments on check-lists reports by self-evaluation prepared by local governments. The field inspections are qualitative assessments by evaluation teams. Sixteen evaluation indices were developed for documentary assessments and seven criteria were designed for field inspections. For a pilot evaluation, one region in each province excluding Jeju Do, eight regions was selected and the field inspections due to circumstances was proceeded in two regions. The results of documentary assessments indicate that most of regions are evaluated low in project performance attributable to the delay in security for sites. In the field inspections, it appears that most of the regions evaluated high at the documentary assessments got a high point from them. They also show that coordination of action plans, rather than quantitative achievements, is a base determining success of the projects.

국내 아동 작업치료사의 평가도구 사용 동향 (Current Trend in Use of Occupational Therapy Assessment Tool by Pediatric Occupational Therapist)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 국내 아동 작업치료사들이 사용하고 있는 평가도구를 영역별로 구체화하여, 평가도구의 사용 동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 아동 작업치료사를 대상으로 평가도구 사용에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 평가도구의 하위영역은 작업수행, 일상생활활동, 교육, 놀이, 감각-지각, 운동 및 실행, 인지, 사회적 상호작용 기술, 발달, 이학적 검사로 구성하였다. 설문에 응답한 105명의 자료를 대상으로 기술통계 및 빈도분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 본 연구 결과는 초기 평가 시 소요되는 시간은 30~60분(41.9%)이 가장 많았으며, 재평가 주기는 3~6개월(41.0%)로 가장 많이 실시하는 것으로 나타났다. 영역 별 평가도구를 살펴보면, 작업 수행은 Canadian Occupation Performance Measure(55.2%)을, 일상생활활동은 Wee Functional Independence Measure(57.1%)을, 교육은 School Function Assessment(2.5%)를, 놀이 평가도구는 Revised Knox Preschool Play Scale(28.6%)을, 감각-지각은 Developmental Test of Visual Perception(94.3%)을, 운동 및 실행 평가도구는 Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency-2(42.9%)를, 인지 평가도구는 Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment(11.4%)를, 사회적 상호작용 기술은 Evaluation of Social Interaction(6.1%)을, 발달은 Denver Developmental Screening Test-II(92.4%)를, 이학적 검사는 임상관찰(89.5%)을 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 국내 아동작업치료사들이 사용하고 있는 평가도구를 영역별로 구체적으로 파악할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 추후 평가 교육 및 개발을 위한 기초적인 근거자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 한국의 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)에서 제공하는 SP 품질 인증은 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스의 역량을 평가 및 인증하는 제도이다. SP 품질인증은 국내에서 개발된 인증모델로서 전국적으로 확산되고 있다. 최근 보안성이 문제되고 있으나, SP 품질 인증에서는 별도의 보안 속성에 대한 프로세스를 정의하고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 SP 품질 인증을 획득한 기업 및 조직들의 보안성 향상을 위해 ISO 27001을 기반으로 하는 새로운 보안 프로세스를 제시한다. 제안 프로세스를 통해 보안 위협요소들을 검출해낼 수 있고, 이러한 요소들에 대처할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 또한 검출된 보안 취약점은 보안 척도로 이용될 수 있으므로 시스템의 보안 측면 관리가 가능하다.

Alignment between National College Entrance Examinations and Mathematics Curriculum Standards: A Comparative Analysis

  • Measuring alignment of various educational components is an important issue in educational research because with aligned educational system, we can have clear expectations about what to teach and assess. In this study, we examined the alignment between mathematics curriculum standards and college entrance examinations from Korea and China. The results indicate that curriculum standards and high stakes assessments from both countries are not well aligned to each other. Their Surveys of Enacted Curriculum (SEC) indices were lower than what previous studies have found and the critical values (Fulmer, 2011; Liu & Fulmer, 2008; Liu et al., 2009). There are several topics that are not assessed in both countries' national assessments. Also, discrepancies between the most frequently covered topics in the curriculum standards and the most frequently assessed mathematical topics in the national assessments caused topic level misalignment. We also found misalignment in cognitive level. Both national assessments included more perform procedures and demonstrate understanding items than their respective curriculum standards. Thus, previous findings about the inclusion of more items with higher cognitive demand in assessments is only partially true for either country. With these results, it is difficult to say that whether mathematical topics in the curriculum standards appropriately represent and support students to do well on the CSAT and the NCEE or that the mathematical items in the CSAT and the NCEE validly assess students' level of mathematical understanding.

  • The choice of economic development over environmental protection has been used to explain the decline in the quality of the environment in developing countries. The authors reject this explanation and propose a theory of negligence to explain this decline. They point to the advantages of environmental impact assessments in dealing with the problem of negligence and presents case studies from four countries. Organizational models for Environmental Impact Assessments in Developing Countries are proposed as useful policy measures.

다중지능에 의한 부모-교사의 유아 잠재능력 평가간의 인식비교 연구 (Assessment by Parents and Teachers of Young Children's Potential Abilities Based on Multiple Intelligences Theory)

  • This research analyzed differences between parents and teachers in assessment of young children's potential abilities based on multiple intelligences theory. Subjects were 10 boys and 10 girls, 4 and 5 years of age and their parents and teachers. Children's potential abilities were measured by the Korean Project Spectrum(KPS) and by the assessments of parents and teachers. Data were analyzed by SPSS. Statistical methods were Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, and Pearson's and Spearman's correlations. Results revealed differences between the assessments of parents and of teachers. While teacher assessments were very similar to the results of the KPS on logical mathematical and linguistic intelligence, the results of parents' assessments were different from the results of the KPS on musical, interpersonal-intrapersonal, and naturalistic intelligence.

  • Operation of KORAIL's level crossing is in charge of KORAIL. As taking over existing level crossing to KORAIL, they do not conduct risk assessments, so we do not know about any possibilities of inner risk. And present operation of safety of the level crossing is just regular checking of reaction and functions of safety equipments physically, we need to react to the changes of what's going on around of level crossing and incestigation of traffic flow and surrounding conditions more spontaneously. So, we have to prepare the strategies against accidents of level crossing cost-effectively based on regular risk assessments for sustainable safety improvements and overcome operational problems of present level crossing's safety. Here, we're going to investigate the level of safety level and present risk factors of the level crossing using risk assessments for accidents/error of the equipments to show operational strategies of level crossing based on risk assessments.

Spatiotemporal Impact Assessments of Highway Construction: Autonomous SWAT Modeling

  • In the United States, the completion of Construction Work Zone (CWZ) impact assessments for all federally-funded highway infrastructure improvement projects is mandated, yet it is regarded as a daunting task for state transportation agencies, due to a lack of standardized analytical methods for developing sounder Transportation Management Plans (TMPs). To circumvent these issues, this study aims to create a spatiotemporal modeling framework, dubbed "SWAT" (Spatiotemporal Work zone Assessment for TMPs). This study drew a total of 43,795 traffic sensor reading data collected from heavily trafficked highways in U.S. metropolitan areas. A multilevel-cluster-driven analysis characterized traffic patterns, while being verified using a measurement system analysis. An artificial neural networks model was created to predict potential 24/7 traffic demand automatically, and its predictive power was statistically validated. It is proposed that the predicted traffic patterns will be then incorporated into a what-if scenario analysis that evaluates the impact of numerous alternative construction plans. This study will yield a breakthrough in automating CWZ impact assessments with the first view of a systematic estimation method.

  • 이 연구에서는 영재교육원에서 실시하는 선발고사, 종합평가 등의 평가결과를 비교, 분석함으로써 수학과 평가가 영재아들의 학업적 성취수준과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 우선 선발고사와 종합평가 결과를 비교하여 수학-수학, 수학-과학, 과학-과학 사이의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 네 명의 영재교육원 학생들을 연구참여자로 선정하여 심층면담을 실시함으로써 영재아들의 수학교과에 대한 평가결과가 영재아들의 학업적 성취 정도를 해석하는데 어떤 의미를 제공하는지를 분석하였다.

수학과 서술형평가에 대한 중학교 교사들의 인식연구 (Middle School Mathematics Teachers' Perceptions of Constructed-Response Assessments)

  • 본 연구는 중학교 수학 교사가 서술형평가의 개념을 어떻게 인식하고 문항을 개발하는지, 서술형평가의 목표와 효과, 문제점 및 해결방안과 같은 서술형평가 전반에 대하여 어떻게 이해하고 있는지, 실제 학교현장에서 서술형평가문항의 채점방법과 활용을 어떻게 하고 있는지 등을 조사하여 분석한 연구이다. 총 189명의 중학교 교사를 대상으로 설문조사한 결과, 서술형평가에 대한 인식과 실행에 있어 알고리즘적 문제해결과 정답을 강조하는 측면이 강하게 나타났으나 실제 문항에서는 다양한 측면에서 서술형 평가를 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 서술형평가에 대한 인식은 교직경력에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 현재 중학교에서 이루어지고 있는 채점 방식을 조사한 결과 분석적 채점 방법을 주로 사용하며 교사들 간의 협력이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 수학과 서술형평가가 효과적으로 실행되기 위한 시사점 및 함의점을 제공하였다.
