고등학교 수학과 지필평가 문항의 교육과정 반영 실태 연구: 수열의 극한을 중심으로 (A Study on the Reflection Status of Curriculum in the High School Mathematics Paper-Based Assessment Items - Focused on the Limit of Sequences -)

  • 교사의 교육과정에 대한 이해 정도에 따라 교수 학습 방법에 상당한 차이가 존재할 수 있으며 평가 문항은 이러한 차이를 반영하는 대표적 산물 중 하나이다. 그러므로 지필평가 문항 분석을 통하여 교사의 교육과정에 대한 이해도가 지필평가에 어떻게 반영되고 있는가에 대한 실태 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 2009 개정 수학과 교육과정에 기반하여 중간고사와 기말고사로 출제된 '미적분I' 219개 검사지에 수록된 문항 중 '수열의 극한'을 내용 영역으로 하는 문항을 중심으로 변화된 교육과정이 학교 현장의 지필평가에서 어떻게 반영되고 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 지필평가에서 나타난 문제점을 확인하고, 교육과정 개정 이후 새로운 교육과정의 안정적 안착을 위하여 반드시 동반되어야 할 교육정책 관련 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.

  • This paper presents an assessment system of safety level of 22.9kV grade high voltage electrical facilities considering environmental factors. The assessment system was developed based on the following procedure. Firstly, assessment structure was determined by consulting standards regarding inspection and diagnosis of electrical facilities. Secondly, contents of items and sub items of assessment system were developed. Thirdly, in order to quantify the importance of the assessment system, the weight was calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Lastly, assessment table of safety level was developed including environmental factors such as period of use and load factor. The developed system can evaluate the safety level of high voltage facilities in an objective way. Therefore it can be applicable to electrical safety management system based on Internet of Things(IoT).

여성결혼이민자의 스트레스 측정도구 개발 (Development of Measurement of Stress for Female Marriage Immigrants in Korea)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted in order to develop and test a measurement for assessment of stress of female marriage immigrants in Korea. Methods: Forty four preliminary items were initially developed based on literature review and focus group interviews. Those items were evaluated by experts for content validity, resulting in six factors and 26 items. The 26 items were translated into Chinese, Vietnamese, and English by professional translators and were reviewed by native speakers of each language who are fluent in Korean. For testing validity and reliability, data were collected from 323 female marriage immigrants residing in five regions in Korea. Results: As a result of item analysis, 25 items were selected. Factor analysis yielded 21 items in four factors, including 1) household economic 2) parenting and discrimination 3) cultural and 4) emotional stressors, explaining 61.3% of the total variance of stress of female marriage immigrants in Korea. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was .903 for the overall instrument and .692-.892 for four factors. Conclusion: Measurement of stress for female marriage immigrants in Korea has high validity and reliability. Therefore, this measurement may be utilized for systematic assessment of stress and for identification of areas of support for female marriage immigrants in Korea.

노인의 낙상에 영향을 주는 요인을 평가하기 위한 ABC-BBS의 적용: 사전연구 (Combining Two Scales to Assess Risk Factors of Falling in Community-Dwelling Elderly Persons: A Preliminary Study)

  • The purpose of this preliminary study was to develop a measurement for assessing risk factors for falling in community-dwelling elderly persons. Rasch analysis and principal component analysis were performed to examine whether items on the Activities-Specific Balance Confidence (ABC), assessing self-efficacy, and items on the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), assessing balance function, contribute jointly to a unidimensional construct in the elderly. A total of 35 elderly persons (4 men, 31 women) participated. In this study, each item of ABC (16 items) and BBS (14 items) was scored on a 5-point ordinal rating scale from 0 to 4. The initial Rasch and principal component analysis indicated that 3 of the ABC items and 2 of the BBS items were misfit for this study. These 5 items were excluded from further study. After combining ABC and BBS, Rasch and principal component analyses were examined and finally 23 items selected; 12 items from ABC, 11 items from BBS. The 23 combined ABC-BBC items were arranged in order of difficulty. The hardest item was 'walk outside on icy sidewalks' and the easiest item was 'pivot transfer'. Although structural calibration of each 5 rating scale categories was not ordered, the other three essential criteria of Linacre's optimal rating scale were satisfied. Overall, the ABC-BBS showed sound item psychometric properties. Each of the 5 rating scale categories appeared to distinctly identify subjects at different ability levels. The findings of this study support that the new ABC-BBS scale measure balance function and self-efficacy. It will be a clinically useful assessment of risk factors for falling in the elderly. However, the number of subjects was too small to generalize our results. Further study is needed to develop a new assessment considering more risk factors of falling in elderly.

수용체 지향의 건강영향평가를 위한 잠재노출 인구수의 산정·활용 가능성 연구 (A Study on the Application of Potential Exposed Population for a Receptor-oriented Health Impact Assessment)

  • 국내 법적인 건강영향평가로서 환경영향평가 내 위생 공중보건 항목의 평가는 특정 개발 사업에서 배출되는 유해대기오염물질 배출량 및 주변 주요 지점의 노출농도 산정, 이를 활용한 위해성 평가로 진행되고 있다. 하지만 개발 사업부지 주변의 노출 가능한 인구집단 규모를 고려하지 못하는 등 개발 사업부지 주변의 수용체 특성은 해당 위해성 평가에서 제대로 반영되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 개발 사업부지 주변의 노출 가능한 인구수를 산정 반영한 위해성 평가를 위해 잠재노출 인구수의 산정 및 이를 실제 위생 공중보건 항목 작성 시 활용하는 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 개발 사업부지 주변의 인구수 산정 관련한 국내 자료 현황을 파악하고 이를 고려한 잠재노출 인구수 산정 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 나아가 산업단지 개발 시 유해대기오염물질 배출을 가정한 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 잠재노출 인구수를 활용한 위해성 평가는 인구집단 위해도 개념이 적용되어야 함을 제시하였으며, 향후 연구로 평가결과에 대한 건강영향 여부의 판단기준 설정이 요구됨을 제안하였다. 또한 본 논문의 잠재노출 인구수 산정방법을 통해 개발사업의 입지제한 도구로의 활용가능성을 제안하였다. 이번 논문은 위생 공중보건 항목 작성 시 개발 사업부지 주변의 수용체 특성을 반영한 위해성 평가를 수행하는 방안을 제시했다는 것에 의미가 있다.

  • 협동적 웹기반 학습이란 웹을 매개로 학생들이 동료 학생, 전문가, 교수, 지역사회 인사, 다른 기관의 연구원 등과 함께 학습을 하는 것이다. 본 논문은 점차 활성화되어 가고 있는 협동적 웹기반 학습에서 학습자들을 공정하고 공평하게 평가하기 위한 도구를 제안하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 결국, 공정한 평가를 통하여 협동적 웹기반 학습이 가상공간에서도 체계적으로 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 유도하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 우선 협동적 웹기반 학습이 이루어지기 위한 환경 및 수업 방식을 조사한다. 이를 위해 실제 교실 수업에서는 협동학습 시 어떤 방식으로 학습자들을 평가하는지 조사 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 협동적 웹기반 학습을 위한 학습자 평가 항목을 개발한다. 또한 팀 구성방식과 수업유형을 고려하였을 때 재안한 평가항목 중에서 참여도 측면, 협동성 측면과 개별책무성에 대해 학습자들의 평가사례를 분석한다.

U-Eco City 적용기술의 평가항목 도출 (Deduction of Assessment Items about Applied Technologies in U-Eco City)

  • 국내의 여러 지자체와 신도시에서는 U-Eco City를 구축 계획 중에 있으며 정보통신 기술의 발달에 힘입어 다양한 서비스와 기술이 적용되고 있다. 그러나 U-Eco City 사업이 활발히 추진되는데 반하여 기술적용의 객관성 검증을 위한 연구는 매우 드문 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 U-Eco City에 적용되는 기술의 결정을 위한 기술평가를 목적으로, U-Eco City의 분야별 기술을 검토하고 분야별 기술의 평가항목을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 분야별 기술의 진화과정과 기존의 U-Eco City 기술분류체계를 살펴보고, 개별 기술의 미래적 방향성을 탐지함으로써 장기적 활용이 가능한 U-Eco City 기술평가항목을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 U-Eco City 기술은 정보 수집기술(센서, 상황인지, 영상인지, 위치인식 기술), 정보 가공기술(임베디드 S/W 기술), 정보 활용 기술(네트워크 기술) 등 총 6개 분야로 제시되었으며, 이들 기술의 분야별 평가항목을 도출하였다.

만성 뇌졸중 환자의 자세 조절과 일상생활동작, 근긴장도, 그리고 기능증진과의 관계 (The Relationship Between Postural Control, ADL Function, Muscle Tone, and Functional Improvement in Chronic Stroke Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to find any correlations among Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke (PASS), Modified Barthel Index (MBI), Tone Assessment Scale (TAS), Motor Assessment Scale-Gait (MAS-G), Fugl Meyer-Balance (FM-B), and to predict MBI from subscales of the PASS. The subjects were 41 stroke patients of the Korea National Rehabilitation Center in Seoul. The main outcome measures were postural control (PASS), gait (MAS-G), Balance (FM-B), Tone (TAS), ADL (MBI). The data was analyzed using the Pearson product correlation. PASS scale was used between other clinical and instrumental indexes, multiple stepwise regression analyses were performed to identify prognostic factors for ADL incline, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to identify internal consistency on PASS scale. The results of this study areas follows: 1. The highest level was sitting without support, the lowest level was standing on paretic leg on PASS scale. The highest level was chair/bed transfer, the lowest level was bathing on MBI. 2. All items of the PASS, except postural tone were significantly correlated with Gait, Balance, MBI (p<.01), 3. The Internal Consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient=.85) was very high, indicating that the PASS is homogeneous and is likely to produce consistent response. Furthermore, the sums of maintaining position items and of changing-position items were strongly correlated (r=.64, p<.05) and there were significant correlations between sums of PASS, sums of maintaining position items (r=.87, p<.01), and changing-position items (r=.93, p<.01). 4. The standing without support of the PASS items was the strongest variance ($R^2$=.85) of the predicting ADL function. These findings provide strong evidence of the predictive value of the postural control on gait, Balance, ADL function in stroke patients and to can provide a reference for the successful therapeutic program and more improved functional recovery.

간호학 프로그램 학습성과 간접측정 도구개발 (Development of Program Outcome Self-Assessment Tool in Korean Nursing Baccalaureate Education)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a self-assessment tool to evaluate program outcomes of nursing students in Korean nursing undergraduate education. Methods: The instrument development process consisted of literature review, focus group interviews, and item validation. A total of 117 items were analyzed through content validity testing. Data was gathered from 302 nursing students in Korea and analyzed using SPSS 21.0. Results: To construct validity, principal component analysis and Varimax rotation were used, and 12 factors, with a cumulative explanatory variance of 69.16%, were determined from 79 items. For internal consistency and reliability, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was .91. The half-split reliability results were .84 and .85, and the ROC curve showed an optimal cutpoint at 227. A five-point Likert scale was used for scoring. Conclusion: This instrument was found to have fair validity and reliability as a self-assessment tool for nursing student learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be used to evaluate program outcomes indirectly in nursing schools.

표준 원자력발전소 확률론적 안전성 평가의 인간 신뢰도 분석 평가 (Evaluation of Human Reliability Analysis Results in Probabilistic Safety Assessment for Korea Standard Nuclear Power Plants)

  • Based on ASME probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) and NEI PRA peer review guidance, we evaluate a human reliability analysis (HRA) in probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) for Korea standard nuclear power plants, Ulchin Unit 3&4, to improve it performed at under design. The HRA for Ulchin Unit 3&4 is assessed as higher than Grade I based on ASME PRA standard and as higher than Grade 2 based on NEI PRA peer review guidance. The major items to be improved identified through the evaluation process are the documentation, the systematic human reliability analysis, the participitation of operators in the works and review of HRA. We suggest the guidance on the identification and qualitative screening analysis for pre-accident human errors and solve some items to be improved using the suggested guidance.
