예비교사에게 요구되는 학생 평가 전문성은 평가방법을 선택하고, 평가도구를 개발하고, 평가를 실시하여 채점하고, 평가 결과를 분석하고 해석하고 활용하는 일련의 과정을 경험하고, 그것을 반성할 때 신장될 수 있다. 본 연구는 예비교사들을 대상으로 평가 과정 전반을 경험하는 실습과 학습 일지를 통한 반성을 경험하게 하여 이들의 평가 전문성 신장이 어떠한지 알아보았다. 학습일지는 예비교사의 평가 관련 지식, 학생과 교사의 이중적 입장, 평가 실행의 영역에서 분석되었고, 그 결과 이 세 가지 영역은 상호작용하며 예비교사의 전문성을 신장시키는 데 기여했으며, 각각의 영역은 예비교사의 평가 전문성을 구성하는 요소가 되었다. 그리고 예비교사의 평가 전문성 신장을 양적으로 확인한 결과, 사전 검사에 비해 사후 검사의 평균 점수가 신장되었다.

In this study, we verify the relationship, which is presented by ISO/IEC 15504, between the assessor's competence and the efficiency of assessment. The ISO standard has been developed by many formal trial experiences for the software process assessment. The software process assessment determines the process capability, and makes the software process improvement possible in the development cycle. In the field assessment, third-party and team-based assessments are generally recommended. Therefore assessors' competences are essential to achieve the effectiveness and the efficiency of assessment. Survey data are collected from the third-party process assessment of a real IT industry, and the analysis is done by a causal modelling technique - PLS. Some findings are as follows. Depending on assessors' SE experiences, effects of the assessor's competence are existed, and their standard knowledge and assessment skill are effected each other. And the efficiency of assessment depends on the assessor's competence. In addition, the power analysis is presented and future research is suggested, because of many limitations of this study.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the assessment expertise of Mathematics' teachers, focusing on the competence in designing assessment item development. In this present research, I analysed how the teachers' competence appears in designing assessment items development when they generated problems the given problem into a new one. To examine this assumption, the following research questions were posed and investigated in the present study : How do Pre-service and In-service Teachers in primary schools develop the assessment item when generating problems the given problems into new problems? The result from the case study of metamorphosing the given problem into a new problem teachers used similar patterns switching numbers or changing units in order to develop new problems. Also, teachers in primary schools tend to develop problems as commonly as in the mathematics workbooks. In-service teachers tend to have better skills developing assessment items, but there were quite much of variability between individuals.

학생평가 전문성은 교사들에게 실질적으로 필요한 능력이며 그 질적 제고에 대한 요구가 사회적으로 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 사범 대학에서 학생평가 전문성을 갖춘 수학 교사를 양성하기 위하여 어떤 노력이 필요한지를 제안하고자 했다. 이를 위해 사범대학에서의 평가 관련 강좌 개설의 현황을 조사하였고, 현장 교사들이 학생평가 활동에서 어떤 어려움이 있는지를 면담을 통해 살펴보았다. 그리고 국가 수준에서 제시된 교사의 학생평가 전문성 기준에 비추어 예비교사들이 알아야 할 교육 내용을 제안하고 그 교육 방법을 논하였다. 수학학습평가 강좌는 교과교육학의 필수 과목으로 수학 교사들이 현대 수학교육이론에 더하여 학교 현장에서 실제 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 개설되어야 할 것이다.

To evaluate students properly in mathematics, it is essential to clarify and specify the object of study. Proper assessment tools are also needed coupled with an effective assessment method. The assessment tools have to be reasonable and trustworthy. Conducting the assessment should always produce fair and positive results and effectiveness. Establishing standards for the student evaluation competence of mathematics teachers should satisfy such objectives. Referring to the previous study suggested by Korea Institute' of Curriculum & Evaluation(KICE), this study classified the elements of capacity for evaluation competence into the general assessment, the assessment content understanding, and the assessment conduct & application areas. The specific elements of each area are established as standards. At last, 13 standards were suggested and summarized. to describe the math teachers' student evaluation competence.

Purpose: This study was done to examine the effect of direct practice of newborn health assessment on nursing student's clinical competence and self-efficacy and to propose effective strategies for clinical education on newborn care. Methods: Design was a nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental study. The direct practice program was composed of a lecture, demonstration, drill and feedback using a manikin, and repeated direct practice regarding newborn health assessment. Participants were 65 student nurses taking the pediatric nursing practicum in the nursery room at M hospital. The experimental group (n=33) participated in the direct practice program for newborn health assessment and the control group (n=32) received the traditional practice method. Nursing clinical competence was assessed by two nurse investigators and structured questionnaires were used to measure self-efficacy. Results: The experimental group's clinical competence was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=-4.82, p=.000). However no significant difference was found between the two groups for self-efficacy (t=1.264, p=.211). Conclusion: These findings indicate that the direct practice program is effective in improving nursing student's clinical competence, but it was not effective in increasing self-efficacy. Direct practice in various clinical education settings is recommended and longitudinal effects be evaluated.

The purpose of this study was to assess priority of educational needs for the development of curriculum based on key competencies of NCS for departments related to culinary arts in a 2-year college. In order to achieve this objective, the survey has been distributed to cooks working in hotel restaurants or restaurant companies by social network service and a total of 360 responses were analyzed excluding 18 responses. The collected surveys were analysed by using paired t-test, Borich's needs analysis and the locus for focus analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the difference between the level of importance and present level about key competencies recognized by cooks working in restaurant company was statistically significant in 9 fields of key competencies excluding mathematical competence. The difference recognized by cooks working in hotel was statistically significant in all 10 fields of key competencies. Second, the results of Borich's needs assessment showed that the education needs of problem solving competence were the highest, followed by interpersonal, resource management, communication, information competence. Finally, considering both Borich's needs assessment and the locus for focus analysis, cooks working in hotel restaurants recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, information competence were the top priority, and cooks working in restaurant companies recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, skill, resource management competence were the top priority. Therefore, it is necessary to develop curriculum for culinary arts specialists based on key competence of top priority.

교사의 학생평가 전문성에 대한 자기 진단 결과를 살펴보면, 교사들은 평가도구의 개발에 대해 상당한 어려움을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 지난 2006년부터 2008년까지 실시된 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 문항을 대상으로 문항 초안으로부터 문항 완성까지의 여러 단계에 걸쳐 수정 보완된 다양한 내용적, 형식적 측면을 분석하여 유목화하고, 각 항목에 대한 구체적인 예를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석대상인 국가수준 학업성취도 평가는 교육과정에 근거한 준거참조평가이다. 따라서 현장에서 교육과정을 실현하는 교사들에게 수학 문항 제작에 관한 구체적인 시사점을 제공함으로써, 교사의 고유한 업무 중 하나인 평가의 전문성을 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구에서는 디지털 리터러시 역량이 현재와 미래사회를 대비한 핵심역량의 하나라는 판단 하에 이를 자가진단하거나 교육용 프로그램에서 효과성 검증의 도구로 활용할 수 있도록 디지털 리터러시 역량의 자기보고식 평가도구를 개발하였다. 디지털 리터러시 역량에 대한 선행연구를 토대로 2개 영역, 8개 구인, 총 45개 문항으로 구성된 도구를 구성하였다. 약 3천 명의 중학생을 대상으로 평가를 실시한 후 적합성 판단을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 결과는 전반적으로 만족할 만한 수준이었다. 이 연구에서 개발한 평가도구는 일차적으로 초중등학교 및 성인교육 분야에서 활용 가능하다. 이 도구를 토대로 후속 연구를 통해 누구나 온라인으로 접근 가능하도록 시스템을 개발하고 축적된 데이터를 통해 각 개인의 자기계발에 필요한 교육 정보를 제공한다면 우리 국민들의 디지털 리터러시 역량 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 본다.

Dental education is gradually transitioning to competency-based education system, which aims to help dentists achieve certain core competencies by means of various systems, such as curriculum accreditation. This study examined satisfaction with dental school education and the differences in the perceived importance and self-assessment of competencies among general dentists, in an attempt to propose a desirable direction for dental education. A questionnaire was administered to new general dentists who graduated from a dental school within the past 10 years. The results of the survey were analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis to understand differences in dentists' perceptions. Overall satisfaction with education was low in terms of the curriculum's relevance to actual practice and its capacity for cultivating required competencies. Furthermore, many of the respondents strongly perceived the need to improve dental education. Additional investigations into the satisfaction with education showed no difference. Among the seven key competency domains, dentists perceived Health Promotion to be important and also assessed themselves as having high competence. However, regarding the perceived importance of the remaining domains, self-assessment of competence was low for Professionalism, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Knowledge Base, Information Handling & Critical Thinking, Clinical Information Gathering, Diagnosis & Treatment Planning, and Establishment & Maintenance of Oral Health. The results of this study suggest that a competency-based education model should be developed and incorporated into dental education to set performance standards and to promote systematic self-assessment in order to foster the development of competence in dental students.
