경기도 골프장의 코스별 세포성 점균의 출현분포 (Distribution of Cellular Slime Molds of Golf Courses in Kyonggi Province)

  • Dictyostelid cellular slime molds were quantitatively isolated from three golf courses in Kyonggi province. The samples were collected in tee, fairway, rough and out of bounds at each golf courses. Dictyostelium muoroides was found at rough of Seo-Seoul C.C and D. minutum at out of hounds of New Korea C.C Compared with other forests, species diversity and species richness appeared to be low. The properties of soils were investigated in three golf courses. This results were very low in water content, organic matter compared with artificial Korean lawngrsss turf in Seoul National University.

하절기 실험을 통한 건물녹화용 피복재료의 복사수지 해석 (An Experimental Study of Surface Materials for Planting of Building Surface by the Radiant Heat Balance Analysis in the Summer)

  • This study carried out to understand the thermal characteristics of various surface material which compose the city through the observation in the summer. To examine passive cooling effect of planting of building, it is arranged four different materials that is natural grass, grass block, concrete slab and artificial grass. The results of this study are as follows; (1) Natural grass and grass block show the lower surface temperature because of the structures of leaf can do more thermal dissipation effectively. (2) There is little surface temperature between artificial grass and concrete. But there is little high surface temperature difference between natural grass and concrete because of latent heat effect. (3) The concrete can play a role of the tropical nights phenomenon as high heat capacity of concrete compare with other materials. (4) It is nearly same color in artificial grass and natural grass but there is large difference between natural grass and artificial grass at albedo. There is different albedo in near infrared ray range. (5) A short wave radiation gives more effect at the globe temperature than long wave radiation. (6) The artificial turf protected the slab surface temperature increase in spite of thin and low albedo materials.

토양경화의 토층공극 깊이의 차이가 Perennial Ryegrass 의 생육과 Thatch 축적에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Different Levels of Soil Compaction and Coring Depth on the Growth and Thatch Accumulation in Perennial Ryegrass)

  • This experiment was carried out in order to study the changes of morphological characters of growth and thatch accumulation in perennial ryegrass as affected by the different levels of soil compaction and coring depth. Soil compactions were treated with 10, 20, 30 and 40kg power roller and artificial core depth were 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 and 10.0cm under the ground, respectively. And, artificial core space were fixed 84.5% in all soil compaction levels. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Relationship between number of tillers and root weight was positive significant difference for soil compaction levels. 2. Relationships between shoot dry weight and thatch weight, and number of tillers were positively significant difference for artificial core depths. It may indicate that thatch accumulation depend on the growth of shoot, and increase of shoot dry weight as growth progressed may due to increase of number of tillers, respectively. 3. Soil compaction level of 20kg was greatly influenced on the growth of shoot in all artificial soil depths. Thus, shoot dry weight and number of tillers were obtained the highest value, but thatch and root weight were obtained the lowest values at the soil compaction level of 20kg. It was suggested that soil compaction of 20kg is very suitable rolling factor for turf maintenance. 4. Thatch weight was positively significant difference for the interaction of soil compaction levelXcoring depth.5. Thatch weight was positive significant correlated with root weight, and negative significant correlated with number of tillers by increase of soil compaction levels.

포장재료의 심리적 특성 분석 (Psychological Character Analysis of Pavement Materials)

  • Recently, the importance of choosing correct pavement materials has been increasing in urban spaces and streets. Much research regarding the pavement theory and construction method have been conducted, but analysis in terms of human psychological character has not yet been performed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological characters to 12 pavement materials, that are commonly used in our urban spaces and streets. The results of the psychological character for each pavement material can be summarized as follows: 1. The psychological characters to each pavement material were as follows: ① Clay embodies a natural, traditional, soft and intimate psychological character; ② Pebble stone has a natural, hard, cool and intimate psychological character; ③ Turf grass incorporates an intimate and soft psychological character; ④ Ceramic brick has an artificial and hard psychological character; ⑤ Tile pavement has a modern, artificial, hard and cool psychological character; ⑥ Water permeable concrete has a modern and artificial psychological character; ⑦ Flag stone has a natural psychological character; ⑧ Granite has a modern and artificial psychological character; ⑨ Portland concrete has an artificial and hard psychological character; ⑩ Small compacted brick has an artificial, dynamic and modern psychological character; ⑪ Wood block pavement has a natural and traditional psychological character; ⑫ Asphalt concrete pavement has a modern, hard and artificial character. 2. On the results of the cluster analysis regarding psychological indexes for 12 pavement materials, pavement materials were categorized in 3 clusters. Among them, one cluster was mainly used as the most popular pavement material in our urban spaces and streets. From this point of view, psychological character for pavement material in our urban spaces and streets was not as various as we expected. 3. In conclusion, the proper selection of pavement materials was very important and the factors affecting the human psychological character should be considered in the design of urban spaces and streets.

축구화 스터드 형태에 따른 무릎 모멘트의 변화 (Changes in Knee Joint Loading on Infilled Turf with Different Soccer Cleat Designs)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between different soccer cleat designs and knee joint moments. Twelve physically active males (mean(SD): age: 26.4(6.2)yrs; height: 176.4(4.1)cm; mass: 74.0 (7.4)kg) were recruited Kinematic and force plate data were collected for all subjects during normal running and a $45^{\circ}$ cutting maneuver, called a v-cut. Both motions were performed at $4.0{\pm}0.2\;m/s$ on infilled artificial turf with three pairs of soccer cleats of different sole plate designs, and one pair of neutral running shoes. Inverse dynamics were used to calculate three dimensional knee joint moments, with repeated measures ANOVA and post hoc paired Student's t-test used to determine significance between shoe conditions. Significant differences were found in the extension moments of the knee for running trials, and for external rotation and adduction moments in the v-cutting trials. Knee moments were greater in v-cut than running, and the traditional soccer cleats (Copa Mondial and World Cup) tended to result in greater knee moments than the Nova runner or TRX soccer cleat. Cleat design was found to influence 3-dimensional knee moments in a v-cut maneuver. In the translational traction test, there were significant differences between all conditions. In the rotational traction test, friction with soccer shoes were greater than friction with running shoes. However, no differences were found between soccer shoes. Higher moments may lead to increased loads and stresses on knee joint structures, and thus, greater injury rates.

운동장 포장재료가 인간 열환경에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Playground Land Covers on the Human Thermal Sensation)

  • 다양한 운동장 포장재료(인조잔디, 천연잔디, 마사토)가 인간 열 환경에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 초 가을철 미기후자료(기온, 습도, 풍속, 태양 및 지구복사에너지)를 측정하여 비교분석하여 보았다. 그 결과, 포장재료에 따른 기온, 습도, 풍속은 평균적으로 차이가 크지 않았으며, 평균복사온도에서 가장 큰 차이를 보여주었다. 태양복사에너지에서는 태양복사에너지 반사율(알베도)이 가장 높았던 천연잔디에서, 지구복사에너지에서는 지표면 온도가 가장 높았던 인조잔디에서 가장 높은 복사에너지를 인체에 보내는 것으로 나타났다. 인간 열환경지수 PET에서는 인조잔디>마사토>천연잔디 순으로 나타났으며, 천연잔디포장이 인조잔디포장보다 최대 2/3 단계 평균적으로 1/2 단계 낮은 열환경을, 마사토 포장은 인조잔디포장보다 최대 2/3 단계 평균적으로 1/3 단계 낮은 열환경을 조성할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 천연잔디포장은 마사토 포장에 비해 최대 1/3 단계 낮은 열환경을 조성할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. UTCI에서는 PET보다 더 작은 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 운동장을 포함한 옥외공간 설계 시 계획단계에서부터 재료 선정에 신중을 기하여야 할 것이다.

축구화 스터드의 형태변화에 따른 회전마찰력 (Rotational Friction of Different Soccer Stud)

  • The design of soccer studs is important for providing friction on a variety of surfaces. We hypothesized that a certain type of soccer studs could improve performance due to high rotational friction. Thus, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between the frictional characteristics and different soccer stud design. Twelve recreational soccer players were recruited. Rotational friction data from the force plate was collected for all subjects during normal walking with 180 degree rotation. Walking speed was controlled at 1.2m/s (${\pm}\;0.1\;m/s$) with timing lights on infilled artificial turf. Three different types of soccer studs and one running shoe were tested. Repeated measures ANOVA was used to determine significance. Significant differences were found in rotational friction with four different shoes. Trx and World studs tended to have greater maximum rotational friction than the running shoe (Nova) and traditional soccer shoe(Copa Mondial). The results were as follow : world(25.95Nm) > trx(25.74Nm) > copa(22.50Nm) > nova(16.36Nm). The difference may be due to the number, location, size, and shape of studs. We concluded that stud design influences rotational friction between the shoe and surface during movement. Based on studs design and contact area, Trx with blade type studs are recommended since it showed high rotational friction for performance as well as enough contact area for stability. However, differences due to the mechanical properties of soccer studs are still being investigated.

지반 조성과 관리방법에 따른 골프장 토양내 미생물 군집의 변화 (Changes of Microbial Community Associated with Construction Method and Maintenance Practise on Soil Profile in Golf Courses)

  • 골프장은 인공적으로 건설되어 지고 관리되므로 당연히 환경의 변화가 생성된 곳이므로 건설방식이나 관리 방법에 따라 코스 내 토양 미생물 군집 구조의 특이성이 있을 것이다. 현재 제주도에서는 농약 용탈 저감방안으로 골프코스 그린지반구조에 농약 흡착층을 설치하고 그 재료로 흡착성능이 우수한 입상 활성탄 1등급을 사용할 것을 환경 영향평가서에 명시하고 있다. 본 실험은 활성탄이 처리된 제주도 A, B 골프장을 대상으로 토양에서의 화학적 특성변화와 미생물 군락변화를 분석하였다. 2007년 4월, 6월, 8월 10월에 걸쳐서 총 박테리아 수, 총 곰팡이 수, 수분함량 및 토양 이화학성(pH, EC, NO3-,NH4+ 및 P2O5)의 변화를 그린과 페어웨이에서 깊이별(표토:0-15cm, 심토: 15-30cm)로 조사되었다. 그 결과, 활성탄의 시용이 수분 보유 능력, 토양산도, 전기전도도에 긍정적인 영향을 보였으나, GAC의 물질의 수착 능력에 의하여 유효 양분들을 많이 보유하는 데 도움이 될 것이라 예상하였으나, 본 실험에서는 가용성 질산과 암모늄, 및 인산의 농도를 높이는 효과는 없었다. 토양 미생물 실험에 있어서는 총 박테리아 및 총 곰팡이의 시기적 변화가 다양성을 보였다. 이러한 현상은 농약의 시용에 따라 직접적인 관련이 있을 것으로 예상되었으나, 총 곰팡이/총 박테리아 비(F/B ration) 는 활성탄을 혼합한 토양 심토(15-30cm)에서 일정한 수치를 유지하였다. 따라서, GAC 토양층의 설치 방법이나 시비와 시약 등이 미생물군집의 변화에 영향을 주며 이는 농약의 시용이 잔디관리에 큰 변수로 작용한다는 것을 시사한다.

Sclerotium rolfsii에 의한 가지 흰비단병 (Stem Rot of Eggplant (Solanum melongena) Caused by Sclerotium rolfsii)

  • 가지 흰비단병이 2002년 경상남도농업기술원 가지 재배포장에서 관찰되었다. 이 병의 병징은 가지의 지제부위가 수침상으로 변하며 썩으면서 병반부위가 암갈색으로 변하고 시들어 말라 죽는다. 병반부위에 흰색 곰팡이가 솜털처럼 발생하는 흰비단병 특유의 병징이 나타났다. 병반부와 PDA 배지에서 갈색을 띤 구형의 균핵이 많이 형성되었으며, 크기는 $1.0{\sim}3.4mm$였다. PDA배지 상에서 균사 생육적온은 $30^{\circ}C$이며, 병원균 특유의 clamp connection이 관찰되었으며 크기는 $3.8{\sim}10.6{\mu}m$였다. 병원균의 균학적 특성과 병원성을 검정한 결과 이 병을 Sclerotium rolfsii에 의한 가지 흰비단병으로 명명할 것을 제안한다.

한국잔디에 발생한 달라스팟 병의 주요 원인균인 Sclerotinia homoeocarpa의 동정 및 특성 (Identification and Characteristics of Sclerotinia homoeocarpa Causing Dollar Spot Disease in Zoysiagrass)

  • 위에서 골프장의 안양 중지 이병 잎에서 분리한 병원균인 달라스팟 유사 병원균을 분리 동정하였다. 2000년도 국내에 처음 보고된 이후 현재까지 뚜렷하게 진전된 연구가 보고 되지 않아 향후 사전 예방과 발생시 방제 법을 강구하기 위함과 아울러 코스관리자의 면밀한 관심을 유도하기 위하여 병원균 분리, 동정 및 특성을 한지형 잔디(Agyostis palustris Huds. cv Penncross)에서 발생하는 달라스팟 병원균과 비교 실험을 실시하였다. 1. 기존에 알려진 것처럼 Sclerotinia homoeocarpa 에서 보이는 온도에 대한 민감도를 새로운 병원성 Scz1 균주에서도 볼 수있어 특정온도에서의 생장억제는 안양 중지 달라스팟 병의 발병하는 시기뿐만 아니라 병방제관리에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 2. 병원균 균사 특성에서 전자현미경사진으로는 구별하기 어려웠으나, PDA배지상에서의 Scz1와 Scz2 색상은 동일한 반면 Scb1균사색상과는 차이가 남으로 향후 간단하게 균사색상으로 식별이 용이 할 것이다. 3. 실험실상에서 병원균의 약제 민감도 측정결과는 이프로디온과 프로피코나졸 약제가 우수하였다. 4. 병 접종 실험을 통하여 분리된Sczl 균주가 안양 중지에 대한 기주 특이성을 보임으로 조이시아 달라스팟의 주요 병원균으로 밝혀졌다. 5. Scz1의 병원성은 안양 중지에 대한 기주 특이성이 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다.
