This study confirms whether interaction and satisfaction between educators and learners can be repeated as artistic activities in art education and compares online and offline differences. And it suggests ways to enhance the effectiveness of online art education. As a method of research, literature analysis shall be conducted on art education, educational and social interaction, satisfaction, and behavioral intent. Two surveys were conducted on online and offline education for music and art students who completed art education lectures. As a result, 89 online and 56 offline students participated. The higher the satisfaction level of educational and social interaction in art education, the more it led to artistic activities. Educational interaction in online art education was higher, social interaction was lower, and it was different from offline.

Installation art is another methodology of modern art appeared in 1970's. Installation art does not seek for a particular ideology or specific form to express, but rather it endeavors to produce a work produced by mutiful media convergence and integration. Therefore, this leads to inspire new cognition on ordinary places. Installaton art is strongly related with public art in terms of most works are to be exhibited. Thus from this point of view, installation art contains public art which aims to better communication among people, nature and artificial things. Eventually, temporary installation art contains communication and convergence of people and object in public places.

This paper explains about general considerations and project management for a State of the Art utility supervisory systems. [1] The implementation and management of a supervisory system design project requires both a dedication of resources and application of good communications in order to be suc-cessful. [2] Success is on time delivery of a system to a satisfied customer at the proposal cost, [3] The recent experience of a company plus the collected comments from a number of ex-perienced control center project management provide a guideline for the company who is considering such a project. 오늘날 미술관은 이용자가 원하는 정보를 정확히 파악하여 접근하고 활용할 수 있도록 소장 작품 뿐 아니라, 이와 관련한 미술기록 정보까지 제공하는 것을 고려하고 있다. 따라서 미술기록을 관리하는 업무에 최근 들어 미술계 및 관련 분야에서 아트 아카이브의 관심과 인식이 증가하고 있다. 관련하여 이 연구에서는 국내 국 공립미술관의 미술기록관리 현황 및 메타데이터 레코드 구축 현황을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 미술작품 관련 여러 미술기록 대상의 기록관리나 관련 메타데이터 구축이 충분히 진행되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 메타데이터 요소가 여러 유형의 미술기록을 포함하여 기술하기에는 부족한 것으로 파악되었다.

Unlike the global art market which experienced rapid recovery from the impacts of the Global Financial Crisis in 2008, the Korean art market has not yet fully recovered. The gallery-oriented distribution system, vulnerable primary art market functions, and the market structure centered on a small number of collectors make it difficult for young and medium artists to enter the market and, as a result, deepen the economic polarization of artists. In addition, the high price of art works limits market participation by restricting the general public. This study began with the idea that the interest of the public in the art market as well as their participation in the market are urgent. To this end, we noted that public awareness of art transactions can be a starting point for improving the constitution of the fragile art market, focusing on the 'Artist-centered Art Fair' rather than existing art fairs. To examine the contribution of such an art fair to the popularization of the art market, we analyzed the case of the 'Visual Artist Market (VAM)' project of the Korea Arts Management Service. Results found that the 'Artist-centered Art Fair' focuses on providing opportunities for market entry to young and medium artists rather than on the interests of distributors, and promotes the popularization of the art market by promoting low-priced works to the general public. Also, the 'Artist-centered Art Fair' seems to play a primary role in the public sector to foster solid groups of artists as well as to establish healty distribution networks of Korean Art market. However, in the long run, it is necessary to promote sustainable development of the 'Artist-centered Art Fair' through indirect support, such as the provision of a publicity platform or consumer finance support, rather than direct support.

This study emphasizes the necessity of implementing political supports for artists and suggests several details to develop related industries. For these objectives this study analyzes the trend in related researches and overhauls the aid system. It then comes up with results about how artists are aware of the supporting system by conducting a survey of 140 artists. The result of summarize as follows. First, most of the artists have severely limited access to government-funded or private aid programs. This signals the urgency of establishing an integrated portal site since the artists aren't evenly offered the information they need. Along with this, artists should note that the main purpose of this portal site is focused on providing information related to livelihoods. Secondly, the analysis shows the lack of infrastructure for supporting artists. Both governmental and private sectors should take charge of establishing art consulting agencies which can bring efforts to improve rights and interests of many artists via a number of channels. Supporting artists also presents its necessity about solving social problems besides the one suggested by previous studies. This study has its significance by implying the actual perspectives of artists while most of the related studies are rather theoretical.

Nowadays, the issues of comprehensive formation of a person capable of self-education, self-development and creative self-realization in the conditions of distance education are relevant. There is a need to solve this problem, which is due to social, cultural, and pedagogical factors. This makes it necessary to find effective means of personality formation. In this matter, great importance is attached to the modern method of forming a creative personality - art therapy. Various approaches to the definition of art therapy have been clarified. They consider various forms of art therapy when working with children, adolescents and adults in the context of distance education. The most relevant are the two main forms of work - individual and group art therapy. Art therapy develops the individual's creativity. Therefore, during art therapy, attention is focused on the inner world, experiences, and feelings. Therefore, we believe that in the context of distance education, art therapy has everything for the powerful potential of personality formation. Scientists consider this therapy as therapy by means of art, which is based on experiences, conflicts that can be expressed in the visual arts and music. Art therapy helps to get rid of conflicts and experiences. This happens in the context of distance education through the development of attention to feelings, strengthening one's own personal value and increasing artistic competence. The article describes the signs that characterize art therapy. Art-therapeutic technologies in the context of distance education, which are now actively used by psychologists, teachers and art therapists themselves, are highlighted. The advantages of distance learning are considered. The characteristic features of distance learning and features of the use of art therapy by means of distance education in the process of professional training of specialists are determined.

This study is a study on the methodology and possibility of making more creative 'Zentangle Art' works through the effective convergence of digital art during the process of Zentangle Art' which draws patterns using writing instruments such as analog pencils and pens to be. In particular, we studied the convergence of traditional pattern and 'Zentangle Art' by applying the method of making using digital author's authoring tool and the pattern symbol of Korean traditional pattern. And It was studied and analyzed in terms of semiotics. In the future, I intend to study the psychological phenomenon and characteristics of the artist during the production of the works. Later, Zentangle artists and researchers will be presenting the continuing direction of content creation and industrial value.

According to the price-decline effect, the art auction prices are known to decrease with the order of auction sale. Our empirical study investigates the presence for the price-decline effect using the data for Korean antique art hosted by the Seoul Auction in September, 2015. We apply the Hedonic price model to the data and examine the relation between the sale order and auction price. Our empirical evidences show that the well-known price decline effect is not present for the case of Korean antique auction in 2015. We confirm our results by estimating the ordered probit model. From the view of the price-decline effect, our results suggest that the Korean antique auction data exhibits different characteristics from most of the foreign art auction data.

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the effectiveness of a group art therapy program to help children from multicultural families adapt to school life by using Kinetic School Drawing(KSD). The result of this study showed that the group art therapy program of the multicultural family's children may have a positive effect in aiding their school life adaptation. The results showed considerable and statistical outcome in the fore and after drawing inspection of the dynamic KSD. Also, the size of the self-image became bigger and their expressions has been increased. The qualitative analysis also showed a huge change in dynamistic personal relationships due to the relationship with their peers with the same aged and the tutor. This study emphasizes the importance of the group art therapy program to be applied before children are admitted to school because of growing recognition of concern about the maladjustment of rapidly growing multicultural family's children. It is also suggests that the group art therapy program of growing multicultural family's children should be viewed with an ecological point of view.
