The periodic monitoring of crop conditions and timely estimation of crop yield are of great importance for supporting agricultural decision-makings, as well as for effectively coping with food security issues. Remote sensing has been regarded as one of effective tools for crop condition monitoring and crop type classification. Since 2010, RDA (Rural Development Administration) has been developing technology for monitoring on crop condition using remote sensing and model. These special papers address recent state-of-the-art of remote sensing and geospatial technologies for providing operational agricultural information, such as, crop yield estimation methods using remote sensing data and process-oriented model, crop classification algorithm, monitoring and prediction of weather and climate based on remote sensing data,system design and architecture of crop monitoring system, history on rice yield forecasting method.

This paper investigates status of the in-service education for curriculum, and seek tasks of the curriculum administration. The major contents are the difference between in-service education and in-service education for curriculum, status of the in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development, and tasks of curriculum administration. The in-service education for curriculum is a kind of in-service education. But the in-service education for curriculum classified dissemination stage and application stage. The in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development focus on the understanding of the basic matters in dissemination stage, and on the in-depth contents in application stage. There are seven types of curriculum administration in-service education for curriculum. This is the classification of the dissemination and application stage, the nature of guided and advice administration, the stress on the improvement of professionalism for teachers, the classify of the in-service education target for curriculum, the diversification of the in-service education format, the recognition as duties of in-service education for curriculum training, and the institutionalization for in-service education out of school.
The purpose of the study for this thesis is to look into the status and issues of government office buildings since the self-government policy through comparing and analyzing government office buildings, between domestically and to provide improvement plans of the citizen cultural space and with the self-government budget, enhance the utility and efficiency of the government office buildings and to take a role of a reference in the future when citizen cultural space is formed in the government office buildings. As the result of the study, the space planning characteristics of government office building's citizen cultural space in terms of cultural administration is as follows. First, percentage of room to strengthen the sense of community is small. Therefore, the place where residents can argue there is a need. Second, it is necessary to expand the venue and art collection that are missing in public government buildings. Third, since the lecture room for lack of civic education, it should be taken into account when making cultural space for the citizens. Fourth, thread observatory and souvenir shops, providing information is not enough, it is to be further expanded. Fifth, rented facility for public is hall be provided with a diversity.
The methabolism and phamacokinetics of a mixed disulfide S-(N, N-diethyldithiocarbamoyl)-N-acetyl-L-cysteine (AC-DDTC) were studied in rats. Two metabolites of AC-DDTC following iv and po administration were indentified in plasma and liver by HPLC and GC, namely N, N-diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) and the methyl ester of DDTC (Me-DDTC). AC-DDTC was very unstable in vivo and could not be detected neither in plasma nor in urine. Pharmacokinetic parameters of DDTC following intravenous administration of AC-DDTC (20 mg/kg) were calculated. DDTC has a low affinity to rat tissue and the body clearance was $9.0{\pm}3.4mkl/mim/kg$. The mean residence time (MRT) was $11.5{\pm}16.3 min$. After oral administration of 20 mg/kg AC-DDTC, maximal plasma concenttion ($C_{max}$) was $3.8{\pm}0.2 nmol/ml$ and the bioavailability was 7.04%. $C_{max}$ for DDTC at a dose of 120 mg/kg. AC-DDTC was $40.1{\pm}2.2 nmol/ml$. ART was $47.1{\pm}2.8min$.at a dose of 20 mg/kg and $110.5{\pm}6.0 min$ at 120 mg/kg.

This study explored effects of spectators' motivation on their satisfaction from culture-art performance. Most studies of performing arts have focused on effects of marketing elements. However, this study first looked at important elements affecting audiences' satisfaction to identify considerations for effective design processes for performing arts. Second this paper examined how audiences' satisfaction affect their stress in order to understand the relationship between audiences' satisfaction and their psychological stability. This study found that emotional satisfaction and rational satisfaction could improve emotional satisfaction, while only emotional motivation could affect aesthetic satisfaction. According to our analysis, emotional satisfaction led to psychological stability and reduced audiences' stress.

In this study, we analyzed the factors affecting the introduction of Smart Factory by domestic SMEs through AHP analysis and tried to provide implications for the introduction of Smart Factory. It was confirmed that the manufacturing and introduction group, the non-manufacturing introduction group, and the already introduced group had the highest weight in the cost reduction in the first hierarchy standard. At this time, it can be seen that the weight for cost reduction is relatively high in the manufacturing introduction group and the introduction group, and the weight for the productivity improvement is relatively high in the non-manufacturing introduction group. It can also be seen that the portion of marketing enhancement does not have a significant impact on smart factory choices. It was confirmed that image enhancement is the highest in the manufacturing introduction group and the non-manufacturing introduction group in the first hierarchy standard, and the marketing has the highest weight in the introduction group. In the two - tiered standard, customer - friendly and proper inventory maintenance weights were relatively high in all the introduced groups, except for the high rankings.

Through the convergence of the games industry value creation is possible regions. It typically appears as a Serious Game. Education, medical, defense such as industry and convergence are creating greater added value. The government also identified the importance of the games industry, and the budget set, game development, support business, human resources development policy, along with business and industry to industry to solve the social problems of regulatory policy and operations are being announced. However, by accessing it from a different perspective on the continued growth of the industry's problems is thought to act as. Thus, policymakers in government positions and in fact industry to conduct business in the private sector to reflect both the position of the design of a new development approach is needed. In this study examines the current game industry development policies, as well as activities at corporate level and industry level, the activities of national at the same time that the service should consider using a model with an integrated perspective of the games industry development policy is proposed.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to understand the motivating factors of Chinese audience who watch the interactive drama, and suggest the effects of audience' motivation on viewing flow, satisfaction, and loyalty. Design/methodology/approach - To achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire survey on the Internet was conducted from September 26, 2021 to October 14, 2021, and data from 332 Chinese respondents were collected. Findings - Findings of this study are 1) audience motivation of watching the interactive drama is composed of 6 factors including the pursuit of entertainment and information, curiosity, interaction, sense of control and indirect experience; 2) the pursuit of entertainment and information, interaction and indirect experience have positive effects on viewing flow; 3) all six factors of audience motivation have positive effects on audience satisfaction; 4) four motivating factors including the pursuit of entertainment, curiosity, interaction and indirect experience have positive effects on audience loyalty. 5) viewing flow and audience satisfaction respectively has some partial mediating effects on the relationship between audience motivation and audience loyalty. Research implications or Originality - Results of this study suggest that in order to increase audience loyalty to interactive dramas, in addition to fulfilling the pursuit of entertainment, which is the basic motive for watching any drama, it is important to fulfill motivating factors related to the unique characteristics of interactive dramas such as curiosity, interaction, and indirect experience. In order for these motivating factors to lead to audience loyalty, it is more effective when viewing flow and audience satisfaction are accompanied.
Foreigners who arrived in Korea after the age of enlightenment were Japanese, Chinese and 'Westerners' who were Europeans and Americans. The westerners were diplomats who visited Korea for colonization or for increasing their economical profits by trading after the spread of imperialism, and tourists curious of back countries, artists, explores and missionaries to perform their roles for their religious beliefs. They contacted with Korean cultural and educational people as missionaries and instructors during Japanese colonial period. In 1945, the allied forces occupied Korea under the name of takeover of Japanese colony after Japan's surrender and the relation between foreigners and Korean cultured men enter upon a new phase. For 3 years, American soldiers enforced lots of systems in Korea and many pro-American people were educated. This relationship lasted even after the establishment of the government of Korean Republic and especially, diplomats called as pro-Korean group came again after Korean War. Among them, there were lots of foreigners interested in cultures and arts. In particular, government officials under American Forces who were influential on political circles or diplomats widened their insights toward Korean cultural assets and collected them a lot. Those who were in Korea from the period of independence to 1950s wrote their impressions about Korean cultural assets on newspapers or journals after visiting contemporary Korean exhibitions. Among them, A. J. McTaggart, Richard Hertz and the Hendersons were dominant. They thought the artists had great interests in compromising and uniting the Orient and the West based on their knowledge of Korean cultural assets and they advised. However, it was different from Korean artist's point of view that the foreigners thought Korean art adhered oriental features and contained western contents. From foreigners' point of view, it is hard to understand the attitude Korean artists chose to keep their self-respect through experiencing the Korean war. It is difficult to distinguish their thought about Korean art based on their exotic taste from the Korean artists' local and peninsular features under Japanese imperialism. We can see their thought about Korean art and their viewpoint toward the third world, after staying in Korea for a short period and being a member of the first world. The basic thing was that they could see the potentialities through the worldwide, beautiful Korean cultural assets and they thought it was important to start with traditions. It is an evidence showing Korean artists' pride in regard to the art culture through experiencing the infringement of their country. By writing about illuminating Korean art from the third party's view, foreigners represented their thoughts through it that their economical, military superiority goes with their cultural superiority. The Korean artist's thought of emphasizing Korean history and traditions, reexamining and using it as an original creation may have been inspired by westerners' writings. 'The establishment of national art' that Korean artists gave emphasis then, didn't only affect one of the reactions toward external impact, 'the adhesion of tradition'. In the process of introducing Korean contemporary art and national treasure in America, different view caused by role differences-foreigner as selector and Korean as assistant-showed the fact evidently that the standard of beauty differed between them. By emphasizing that the basis to classify Korean cultural assets is different from the neighborhood China and Japan, they tried to reflect their understanding that the feature of Korean art is on speciality other than universality. And this make us understand that even when Korean artists profess modernism, they stress that the roots are on Korean and oriental tradition. It was obviously a different thought from foreigners' view on Korean art that Korean artists' conception of modernism and traditional roots are inherent in Korean history. In 1950s, after the independence, Korea had different ideas from foreigners that abstract was to be learned from the west. Korea was enduring tough times with their artists' self-respect which made them think that they can learn the method, but the spirit of abstract is in the orient.
This article analyzed the crisis and emergency management research trend in the field of public administration in Korea from 1987 to 2007. The research purpose of this paper is to empirically evaluate the state of art in the crisis and emergency management research trend and explore research topics and methodology for future studies. According to empirical analysis, the main research results are as follows. First, almost all research papers over 80% have been written after 1998 and, especially, 67.6% of all papers have been published from 2003-2007. Second, recently lots of scholars are more interested in the problem solving prescriptive topics than normative and theory orientation. Third, in the Korean public administration, 74.6% of research papers which dealt with crisis, have investigated the disaster crisis including natural and man-made disasters, among conventional security crisis, disaster crisis, critical infrastructure crisis, and living safety crisis. Finally, so far, crisis and emergency management research trend in Korean public administration have consisted mainly of the papers with more descriptive approach and literature survey than empirical approach and survey research.
