In the pursuit of practical usage for Codonopsis lanceolata and development of functional processed food material, the research on the product characterization is being performed through the manufacturing of Yanggaeng which is extracted from the Codonopsis lanceolata skin concentrate. By adding Codonopsis lanceolata skin extracts (0, 40, 60, 80, 100%) to the product, the chemical property characterization and organoleptic test of the produced Yanggaeng are being conducted. The scavenging effects on DPPH free radical have a significant proportional relationship with the addition of Codonopsis lanceolata skin extracts as 61.30 for 100% added group as compared with 52.72 for the null-addition group. It is considered that the antioxidative activity increases with the addition of the Codonopsis lanceolata skin extraction as the SOD similar activity rate was increased to 49.23% from 39.31%, the flavor preference was ranked as 80%>60%>0%>100%>40% showing that 60~80% of Codonopsis lanceolata skin extraction addition seems to be the proper amount.

본 연구는 창작활동을 위한 인공지능 플랫폼의 종류를 조사하고 활용방안을 탐색하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 창작활동의 대표적인 영역인 미술과 음악 창작 영역에서 인공지능을 배우기 위해 인공지능을 체험하고 간단한 프로그래밍을 할 수 있는 인공지능 플랫폼의 종류를 조사하였다. 그리고 각 인공지능 플랫폼이 학생들의 생각을 풍부하게 표현하고 창의력을 높이는데 사용되도록 활용방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 인공지능 플랫폼이 창작활동에서 학생들의 표현력과 창의력을 높이는 도구로써 활용될 수 있음을 시사하였다는데 의의가 있다.

Disk assays on the compounds (10 and 12) showed both to have antifungal activity against the dermatophytic fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes ATCC 28185, (1 and 3 mm inhibition zones at $60\;{\mu}g/disc$), but not against the Gram-positive bacterium B. subtilis or the Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa or fungi Cladosporium resinae and Candida albicans. However, the compound (13) did not show against antifungal activity. The geranyloxy compounds (10, 12, and 13) were cytotoxic to P388 murine leukaemia cells ATCC CCL 46 P388D1, ($IC_50$ >6,250 ng/mL at $7.5\;{\mu}g/disc$). These results suggest that The geranyloxy compounds possesses antimicrobial and antitumor activities.

This study investigated the quality of noodles containing different amounts of Chinese artichoke powder. Noodles were prepared at ratios of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% Chinese artichoke power based on flour weight. The weight, volume, and water absorption of cooked noodles significantly decreased with increasing amounts of Chinese artichoke powder. Turbidity of noodles increased according to addition of Chinese artichoke powder. The noodles showed decreased L and b values, and increased a values with increasing Chinese artichoke powder content in the flour composite. Hardness of cooked noodles increased significantly with increase ing Chinese artichoke powder content. Springiness, cohesiveness, and chewiness decreased with increasing amounts of added Chinese artichoke powder. The antioxidant activities (DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity) and nitrite scavenging activity were improved significantly with addition of Chinese artichoke powder. Finally-, sensory evaluation results indicated that noodles containing 1% Chinese artichoke powder had higher quality as compared to other samples.

Antioxidant activity of factory eel teriyaki sauce with bokbunja was investigated by functional analysis. Sugar content analysis of eel teriyaki sauce-free with bokbunja showed fructose and glucose but not maltose. Anthocyanin content of eel teriyaki sauce with bokbunja juice concentrate was 40%. DPPH radical scavenging activity and total polyphenol content of bokbunja added eel teriyaki sauce increased with increasing amount of bokbunja and were 80% higher than control sample. Total polyphenol content and DPPH radical scavenging activity were closely related to electron donating ability. The preferred concentrations of eel teriyaki sauce for commercial production were 60% for bokbunja, 40% for bokbunja concentrate, 20% for bokbunja powder eel.

The effects of chloroform extract from Riccardia marginata on antifungal activity were investigated. The crude chloroform extract of R. marginata inhibited the growth of the Gram positive bacterium Bacillus subtilis ATCC 19659, (4 mm inhibition zone at $150\;{\mu}g/disc$) and the dermatophytic fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes ATCC 28185, (6 mm inhibition zone at $150\;{\mu}g/disc$), and inactive to P388 murine leukaemia cells ATCC CCL 46 P388D1, ($IC_{50}\;>25,000\;{\mu}g/mL$ at $150\;{\mu}g/disc$). This crude chloroform extract of R. marginata showed strong antifungal activity against the dermatophytic fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes.

In current time, anomaly detection is the primary concern of the administrative authorities. Suspicious activity identification is shifting from a human operator to a machine-assisted monitoring in order to assist the human operator and react to an unexpected incident quickly. These automatic surveillance systems face many challenges due to the intrinsic complex characteristics of video sequences and foreground human motion patterns. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to detect anomalous human activity using a hybrid approach of statistical model and Genetic Programming. The feature-set of local motion patterns is generated by a statistical model from the video data in an unsupervised way. This features set is inserted to an enhanced Genetic Programming based classifier to classify normal and abnormal patterns. The experiments are performed using publicly available benchmark datasets under different real-life scenarios. Results show that the proposed methodology is capable to detect and locate the anomalous activity in the real time. The accuracy of the proposed scheme exceeds those of the existing state of the art in term of anomalous activity detection.

이 연구는 사회복지사의 경험적 인식을 현상학적으로 접근하여 노인무용의 교육효과와 이에 따른 치유작용 메커니즘을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 연구에 참여한 사회복지사는 2014년도 한국문화예술교육진흥원 사회복지 문화예술교육 지원사업에서 무용분야 수혜기관으로 선정된 노인복지기관의 사회복지사 7명이다. 연구의 자료는 1:1 심층면담을 통해 수집하였다. 연구결과 사복지사들은 노인무용교육을 단순한 신체활동보다는 정서, 인지, 정신, 사회적 예술활동으로 인식하고 있었다. 그리고 노인들은 무용활동으로 인해 개인의 긍정적 정서와 인지력을 자극하여 사회적 관계 속에서 지속적으로 피드백 하고 있었다. 때문에 이와 같은 과정에서 삶의 만족감이 점점 커지게 되는 눈덩이 효과(snowball effect)가 나타났다. 따라서 복지기관에서 이루어지는 노인무용 교육은 개인과 공동체간 끊임없는 상호작용 속에서 삶의 질을 점차적으로 증폭시킬 수 있는 치유적 예술활동이라 할 수 있다.

We have analyzed 11 different commercial brands provided by Daboo Culture and Art Center. This study was carried out to determine the antibacterial activity of water extract from puer tea ingredients against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes). Antibacterial activity of the water extracts was shown against S. aureus and L. monocytogenes by paper disc method. In case of S. aureus, antibacterial activity of the extracts appeared as clear inhibitory zone. This antibacterial activity was greater along with pH and showed the highest effect at pH 10. In case of L. monocytogenes, antibacterial activity of the extract appeared as clear inhibitory zone. Some Puer tea appeared to be more powerful in antibacterial activity against S. aureus and L. monocytogenes. The polyphenol compounds were 3.46~8.68%, depending upon samples. In conclusion, puer tea is considered as a good choice for well-being food.

The lastest art is being characterised by an ever active exchange between different genre. This is a study on the installation aspect in deconstruction architectured and interior design. The progressive and aggressive nature of installatation art embodies uncatagorized genre, the freedom of material application, introduction of the notion of time in space, the reversion of subject and object, the union of art and every experience, understanding of object through deconstruction, enlargement of concept of space, collage-style composition and layer technique. I can conclude that the installation aspect in Tshumi's Parc de la Villette is its call upon the audience to actively participate, the introduction of a coincidental conjunction, its challenge on the conventional idea of park and its flexibility caused by human activity and time. In Hadid's Hong Kong Peak Club the installation aspect is the application of layer technique using four enormous beams horizontally laid out on a man-made moutain. Furthermore, Libeskind's pursuit of the mental in Berlin Museum Extension through the penetration of an invisible line into a void creates a new interpretation of the role of a museum and thus relates itself to installation art. The installation aspect in Himmelblau's Vienna Roof Renovation is the literal deconstruction of the roof of an old building in the old section of Wien and the expression of time and space through the interrelationship between interior and exterior environment by the use of juxtaposition technique. Finally, I note that the installation aspect in Gehry's Santa Monica Residence is the reorganization of cheap material as a form of 'object', that creates spon-taneity, movement as well as flow of time in space and ex-hibit the double-sidedness of the visible world.
