NC code has to be made after changing the drawing information to DXF file, the converting file. Arranging the information ordered irregularly when DXF file is made decrease the unnecessary time of rapid feed during working and the DATA capacity when the information is changed. This CAM program can be used easely for the beginner of the minor enterprises. The connection of operations and the use of GUI increase business efficiency.

New ion beam etcher (IBE) using a magnetized inductively coupled plasma (M-ICP) has been developed. The magnetic flux density distributions inside the upper chamber, where the plasma is generated by inductive coupling, were successfully optimized by arranging a pair of circular coils very carefully. More importantly, the proposed M-ICP IBE exhibits higher etch rate than ICP.

In this Paper, we present a new efficient algorithm that can segment an object in the image. There are many algorithms for segmentation and many studies for criteria or threshold value. But, if the environment or brightness is changed, their would not be suitable. Accordingly, we apply a clustering algorithm for adopting and compensating environmental factors. And applying labeling method, we try arranging segment by the similarity that calculated with the fuzzy algorithm. we also present simulations for searching an object and show that the algorithm is somewhat more efficient than the other algorithm.

Correlation between coil configurations and the discharge characteristics such as plasma density and the electron temperature in a newly designed magnetized inductively coupled plasma (M-ICP) etcher were investigated. Radial and axial magnetic flux density distributions as well as the magnetic flux density on the center of the substrate holder were controllable by placing multiple circular coils around the etcher. The plasma density increased up to 60.7% by arranging coils (or optimizing magnetic flux density distributions inside the etcher) properly although the magnetic flux density on the center of the substrate holder was fixed at 7 Gauss.

In the process of arranging artificial teeth the simple atracing technique was shown to be more precise and convenient for general use in dental clinic than gothic arch tracing. The simple tracing technique had some advantages over other ones in that they were very useful to check protrusive, lateral and central occlusion of mandible movement, and it was very easy to transfer the oral condition and mandible movements precisely onto the articulator. Also the technique was more effective than when using wax bite in that the functional movement range has shifted to 0.2 - 0.4mm form central occlusion.

The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic element of patterns, which is the motif, from the existing art works and use it to create and simulate a variety of patterns to show the practical use of the computer. Natural dyed works of geometric shapes like squares and 1/4 of circles, each dyed with a different natural dyes, were produced and motifs were extracted. Then using the 4D box in Adobe Photoshop v.6.0, the developing pattern change and simulation effects when using different patterns and different repetition settings were examined. Observations were made as the motifs were replicated. Different patterns like a diagonal line, a square and a circle appeared. In order to find out the effects according to the changes, the motifs from work's square portions, circle centre, and the composition of eight motifs were extracted and used. The repeated patterns according to the extracted motifs simply showed that in the case of just repeating and arranging, square patterns appeared. By replicating and arranging, the motif and the allophone were matched and patterns with regular lines were formed, like a twill, pointed twill line. By setting the direction to Y and X in the repetition methodes, a typical half-drop arrangement or a brick pattern arrangement were formed according to 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 1/3, or 2/3 in changes. Also the steepness of the slope changes quickly or in turn slowly as the rhombus shape appears. However in the case of a composed motif, an ogee pattern appeared. Lastly, by 3-D mapping patterns like a slant line, pointed twill patterns, diamond patterns, and the repeat patterns of a motif with a circle and a line combined, and a circle motif, an optical illusion could be observed.

Japan came to result in enacting and enforcing the law on rationalization of service pertinent to the Private Detective Service Law in order to rationalize the illegal service realities of private detective service dealers and detective agencies, which were flooded in 2006. Since the enactment of the law, the problems are still taking place in relation to Japanese private detective service as of 2012. However, Japan's regulatory agencies can be known to revise the corresponding statute and to make effort to improve consciousness of agencies in order to improve these problems. Accordingly, it can be considered to be great in implication as for our country's introduction of private investigation service in the future. Arranging these contents, they are as follows. First, it is improvement in problems related to other statutes according to performance of private detective service. Second, it is reinforcement in management of private detective service violators. Third, it is propulsion of rationalization in cost according to a contract of private detective service. Accordingly, it can be considered to be necessary for being newly legislated at the 19th National Assembly from the perspective dubbed development and social right f unction in private investigation industry, by further supplementing Japan's these problems and arranging improvement plans so that the corresponding service called private detective service can do more public function in society.
