  • Archival Objects are defined as objects having historical, aesthetic, and artistic value as well as archival value created and used with a particular purpose in business process. Increasingly, many countries including Canada, Australia, China are recognized the importance of Archival Objects and designated them as national records. In Korea, Archival Objects are involved in national records through '2006 Plan for the Archives and Records Management Reform'. So National Archives and Records Service provided a foothold for comprehensive plan of national records management including Archival Objects. So this study has defined Archival Objects shortly and carried out a research 5 institutions on the actual management condition. By researching the result of institution survey, Records and Archives Management Act and actual Records Management System, we could find some problems. In solving these problems, We provide objects management process in the order capture ${\rightarrow}$ register ${\rightarrow}$ description ${\rightarrow}$ preservation ${\rightarrow}$ use${\rightarrow}$disposition. In addition, close cooperation between records center and museum of institution should be established for the unitive management at national level. This study has significance in introducing a base to manage Archival Objects systematically. By studying more, we hope to advance in management of valuable Archival Objects.

  • Metaverse combines the real and virtual worlds to create a world where all experiences and activities in the real world are possible even in the virtual world without time and space constraints. Currently, metaverse technology is expanding and converging into the realms of society, economy, and culture. In particular, the MZ generation, the main user base, is engaged in various cultural activities such as games, contents, culture, exhibitions, and performances in the metaverse world. Archives, one of the cultural institutions, should provide a new type of service by fusion of Archival information services with metaverse technology so that the MZ generation can know the value and meaning of archives. This will arouse the interest of the MZ generation, which will naturally increase the awareness of the archives, increase visits and use, and will serve as an opportunity to expand the user base. Therefore, in this study, the concept, type, and characteristics of each service were examined, and the representative metaverse platform for each service was selected and a platform utilization plan suitable for Archival information services such as exhibition, experience, and publicity was proposed. In addition, by using 'Spatial', a blockchain-based social metaverse platform, to directly produce exhibition contents, we want to check the considerations suggested, the production process, and the advantages of the metaverse exhibition.

Beside, It must be managed urgently because a collection of oral history has unique and limited. However, domestic related institution do not keep management for release and use of oral history in their mind are only concentrating on accession. Lately, National History Compilation Committee passes through faithful planning procedures and is collecting an oral history collection project. A merit of this project is to have attempted an image photographing. This study is propose that to examines over the all steps to say oral history collection activity to information service and a preservation from collection planning of organization. However, this study is insufficient in the management method how it is connected if does in order to manage the oral history which is collected with a part of a record in a archival institution because this study was only for the purpose of management of oral history. This problem will be studied through a process of checking the real thing of oral history. This study proposed general methodology for oral history management, if institution had a plan of collection and management or had some collection result.
