ZnO 박막 성장과 광학적 특성 분석을 위한 펄스 레이저증착(PLD)방법 적용 (Application of Pulsed Laser Deposition Method for ZnO Thin Film Growth and Optical Properties)

  • ZnO epilayer was synthesized by the pulsed laser deposition(PLD) process on Al$_2$O$_3$ subsorte after irradiating the surface of ZnO sintered pellet by ArF(193nm) excimer laser. The epilayers of ZnO were achieved on sapphire(A1203) substrate at the 境mperature of 400$^{circ}$C. The crystalline structure of epilayer was investigated by the Photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of ZnO epilayer measure with Hall effect by van der Pauw mothod are $8.27\times$1016cm$^{-3}$ and 299 cm$^{2}$/V$\cdot$s at 293 K respectively, The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the ZnO obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, E$_g$(T)= 3.3973 eV - ($2.69\times$ 10$^{-4}$ eV/K)T$^{2}$/(T + 463K). After the as-grown ZnO epilayer was annealed in Zn atmospheres, oxygen and vaccum the origin of point defects of ZnO atmospheres has been investigated by the photoluminescence(PL) at 10K. The native defects of V$_{Zn}$, V$_{O}$, Zn$_{int}$, and O$_{int}$ obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donor or acceptor type. In addition we concluded that the heat-treatment in the oxygen atmosphere converted ZnO thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that vacuum in ZnO/Al$_2$O$_3$ did not firm the native defects because vacuum in ZnO thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.

  • Controlling food materials, is getting more significant in hotel management nowadays as the selling of food beverage continue to rise. F&B managers have been required to have new management of the food materials by a fierce competition, an increase in cost, the shortened span of product life and customer's demand that is becoming more various and sophisticated since Korea was placed under the influence of IMF. I'm going to analyze the factors that cause waste and loss through a series of the process to purchase inspect, store food materials, make a product with that materials and sell the product in order to make more profits by making the circulation of the food materials easier and more efficiently. I studied how 3 chain hotels of A group purchase, store the food materials and control stock. I made up questionnaires about the circulation and control of food materials to 107 cooks in order to know what the cooks who are working at the hotel regard as a real problem and a practical solution. This research indicates that purchasing, producing and selling departments don't establish the mutual connection, a professional purchasing manager is strongly needed and there is difficulty in predicting the proper timing to supply. Also the research shows that A hotel group controls the food materials by analyzing the amount of consumption, stock, setting up the period of validity and uses slowly moving food materials in stock mainly by introducing the menu that aims at four seasons. As a result, the research suggests that we should introduce the concept of food producing factory, as it were, Central Kitchen that is based on the network among various kitchens to improve the flow of the food materials.

Percoll 분리된 미니돼지 정액에서 LEY와 Triladyl을 이용한 동결융해후의 정자 성상 비교 (The Comparison of Triladyl and LEY for Cryosurvival Improvement of Sperm Separated by Percoll in Miniature Pig)

  • The objective of this study was to evaluated the efficiency of sperm cryosurvival using each extenders Triladyl and LEY containing egg yolk to the cryopreservation of separated sperm by percoll in miniature pig. The ejaculated semen from miniature pig was separated by 65% percoll and un-separated sperm as a control before freezing. The freezing of diluted semen added with Triladyl containing egg yolk and LEY solution (solution I: 11% Lactose or Triladyl + egg yolk; solution II: solution I + glycerol + OEP). Analysis of sperm ability was estimated by viability, capacitation acrosome reaction using chlortetracycline (CIC) the morphologic abnormality and hypoosmotic swelling test(HOST). The groups were designed that as separated sperm by Percoll with Triladyl(ST) or LEY(SL) for cryopreservation. And unseparated sperm with Triladyl(UT) or LEY(UL). As a results, the viability was higher significantly(p<0.05) in ST, SL, UT than UL extender. The morphologic abnormality was measured significantly (p<0.05) lower in ST than other extenders. The AR-patterned in CTC analysis was measured significantly(p<0.05) lower in SL and UL than other extenders. In conclusion, using Triladyl extender resulted in viability and morphology of separated sperm by percoll that were effective than using LEY extender, but it resulted in capacitation acrosome reaction was lower than using LEY extender.

Malignancy Risk Scoring of Hydatidiform Moles

  • Background: Several risk factors leading to malignant transformation of hydatidiform moles have been described previously. Many studies showed that prophylactic chemotherapy for high risk hydatidiform moles could significantly decrease the incidence of malignancy. Thus, it is essential to discover a breakthrough to determine patients with high risk malignancy so that prophylactic chemotherapy can be started as soon as possible. Objectives: Development of a scoring system of risk factors as a predictor of hydatidiform mole malignant transformation. Materials and Methods: This research is a case control study with hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma patients as subjects. Multiple logistic regression was used to analyze the data. Odds ratios (OR), attributable at risk (AR : OR-1) and risk index ($ARx{\beta}$) were calculated for develoipment of a scoring system of malignancy risk. The optimal cut-off point was determined using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: This study analyzed 34 choriocarcinoma cases and 68 benign hydatidiform mole cases. Four factors significantly increased the risk of malignancy, namely age ${\geq}35$ years old (OR:4.41, 95%CI:1.07-16.09, risk index 5); gestational age ${\geq}$ 12weeks (OR:11.7, 95%CI:1.8-72.4, risk index 26); uterine size greater than the gestational age (OR:10.2, 95%CI:2.8-36.6, risk index 21); and histopathological grade II-III (OR:3.4, 95%CI:1.1-10.6, risk index 3). The lowest and the highest scores for the risk factors were zero and 55, respectively. The best cut-off point to decide high risk malignancy patients was ${\geq}31$. Conclusions: Malignant transformation of hydatidiform moles can be predicted using the risk scoring by analyzing the above four parameters. Score ${\geq}31$ implies high risk patients so that prophylactic chemotherapy can be promptly administered for prevention.

Quantitative estimation of the energy ux during an explosive chromospheric evaporation in a white light are kernel observed by Hinode, IRIS, SDO, and RHESSI

  • An X1.6 flare occurred in AR 12192 on 2014 October 22 around 14:06 UT and was observed by Hinode, IRIS, SDO and RHESSI. We analyze a bright kernel which produces a white light flare (WLF) with continuum enhancement and a hard X-ray (HXR) peak. Taking advantage of the spectroscopic observations of IRIS and EIS, we measure the temporal variation of the plasma properties in the bright kernel in the chromosphere and corona. We found that explosive evaporation was observed when the WLF occurred, even though the intensity enhancement in hotter lines is quite weak. The temporal correlation of the WLF, HXR peak, and evaporation flows indicates that the WLF was produced by accelerated electrons. To understand the white light emission processes, we calculated the deposited energy flux from the non-thermal electrons observed by RHESSI and compared it to the dissipated energy estimated from the chromospheric lines (Mg II triplet) observed by IRIS. The deposited energy flux from the non-thermal electrons is about $3.1{\times}10^{10}erg\;cm^{-2}s^{-1}$ when we assume a cut-off energy of 20 keV. The estimated energy flux from the temperature changes in the chromosphere measured from the Mg II subordinate line is about $4.6-6.7{\times}10^9erg\;cm^{-2}s^{-1}$, 15 - 22 % of the deposited energy. By comparison of these estimated energy fluxes we conclude that the continuum enhancement was directly produced by the non-thermal electrons.

고 에너지 볼 밀링을 통한 Co-ferrite 제조 및 열적 환원에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Synthesis of Co-ferrite by High-energy Ball Milling and Thermal Reduction Characteristics)

  • Co-ferrite was synthesized by HEBM (High Energy Ball Milling) with a stoichiometric (Co/Fe=0.5/2.5) mixture of CoO and $Fe_2O_3$ powders. The effect of milling time on the phase transformation of the mixture was investigated by XRD. Mono-phase solid solution of Co-ferrite, which was milled for 4 h and then calcined at $900^{\circ}C$ in the Ar atmosphere, was confirmed by XRD analysis. The composition and thermal reduction behavior of Co-ferrite were analyzed by TGA and XRF. As a result, oxygen deficient Co-ferrite was synthesized by HEBM and the weight decrease of the Co-ferrite, which was oxidized at $600^{\circ}C$ for 10h by $H_2O$ vapor, was 2.41 wt% during thermal reduction at $1300^{\circ}C$.

옥외 증강현실을 위한 관측점 트래킹 시스템 구현 (Implementation of View Point Tracking System for Outdoor Augmented Reality)

  • 한글 본 논문에서는 개방된 광역을 대상으로 하는 옥외 증강현실을 위한 관측점 트래킹 시스템을 구현하였다. 옥외용 증강현실 시스템은 관측점이 이동하면 주위환경이 변하기 때문에 이동체의 위치와 관측시점의 위치를 트래킹 해야만 실제영상과 가상영상의 정확한 정합이 가능하다. 따라서 옥외용 증강현실의 전역 트래킹은 이동체의 위치와 방향을 추적하는 시스템이므로 GPS를 응용하여 구현하였다. 지역 트래킹 시스템은 이동할 때 현재 위치에서 이동체 내부의 사용자가 바라보는 시점의 변화를 추적하기 위한 장치이므로 제한된 영역에서 시점 트래킹이 가능한 광학식 위치 추적 시스템을 사용하여 구현하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 실제 영상과 실시간으로 트래킹된 가상정보를 정합함으로서 제한적이지만 옥외용 증강현실 시스템의 응용분야에 적용 가능성을 보였다.

RF/DC 동시인가 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착된 ITO 박막의 열처리 특성 연구 (A Study on the Annealed Properties of ITO Thin Film Deposited by RF-superimposed DC Reactive Magnetron Sputtering)

  • The ITO films were deposited on glass substrates by RF-superimposed dc reactive magnetron sputtering and were annealed in $N_2$ vacuum furnace with temperatures in the range of $403K{\sim}573K$ for 30 minutes. Electrical, optical and structural properties of ITO films were examined with varying annealing temperatures from 403 K to 573 K. The resistivity of as-deposited ITO films was $5.4{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$ at the sputter conditions of applied RF/DC power of 200/200 W, $O_{2}$ flow of 0.2 seem and Ar flow of 0.2 seem. As a result of annealing in the temperature range of $403K{\sim}573K$, the crystallization occurred at 423 K that is lower than the crystallization temperature caused by a conventional sputtering method. And the resistivity decreased from $5.4{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm\;to\;2.3{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$, the carrier concentration and mobility of ITO films increased from $4.9{\times}10^{20}/cm^3\;to\;6.4{\times}10^{20}/cm^3$, from $20.4cm^2/Vsec\;to\;41.0cm^2/Vsec$, respectively. The transmittance of ITO films in visible became higher than 90% when annealed in the temperature range of $423K{\sim}573K$. High quality ITO thin films made by RF-superimposed dc reactive magnetron sputtering and annealing in $N_2$ vacuum furnace will be applied to transparent conductive oxides of the advanced flat panel display.

디지털 사이니지의 매체결합 유형과 상호작용 전략 -유형별 미디어 크리에이티브 사례분석을 중심으로 (Types of Media Combination and Strategy of Interactivity in Digital Signage: A Case Study in view of Media Creative)

  • 디지털 사이니지의 다양한 미디어 크리에이티브의 현황과 양태를 분석하여 수용자와 효율적으로 상호작용할 수 있는 실제적인 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 디지털 사이니지의 다양한 사례들을 미디어 융합 관점에서 파악하는 한편, 디지털 사이니지의 주요 크리에이티브 속성으로서 상호작용성을 근거로 각각의 융합 사례가 시사하는 전략적 의미를 파악하였다. 선행연구와 네이버 검색서비스를 바탕으로, 수집된 자료를 (1)유튜브, SNS, 바이럴 영상 결합, (2)QR코드 등 재현적 기술 결합, (3)브랜드 어플리케이션(앱) 결합, (4)오프라인과 온라인 결합, (5)사이니지와 행동 요소 결합 등의 결합 유형으로 분류하고 대표적인 해당 사례를 선별하여 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 감성적 바이럴 마케팅, 브랜디드 엔터테인먼트 형태 등에 기반한 미디어 크리에이티브 등 수용자와 효율적인 상호작용을 할 수 있는 전략적 방안을 제언하였다.

잡음환경및 채널왜곡에 강인한 ARS용 전화음성인식 방식 연구 (The Development of a Speech Recognition Method Robust to Channel Distortions and Noisy Environments for an Audio Response System(ARS))

  • 본고는 음성인식 기능이 추가된 음성응답장치(ARS)의 음성 인식률을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다. ARS에 입력되는 전화음성은 안내방송, 전화잡음, 그리고 채널왜곡에 의하여 영향을 받기 때문에, 양질의 음성을 대상으로 하여 개발된 인식 알고리듬을 그대로 적용하면 상당한 인식률의 저하를 가져오게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 본고에서는 세 가지 방법을 제안한다: 1)음성이 시작되는 순간 안내 방송을 즉시 끊기 위한 음성 입력순간의 정확한 검출, 2)Teager 에너지를 이용한 잡음 섞인 전화음성의 효과적인 끝점검출, 3)SDCN 알고리듬을 이용한 채널왜곡의 보상. 위의 세 가지 방법을 모두 결합하여 화자독립인 전화음성을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 기존의 방법이 약 23%의 인식률을 보인 반면, 제안된 방식은 약 77%의 인식률로서 상당한 성능향상을 보여주었다.
