The International Committee for Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV), which was formed over 30 years ago, aims to develop a single, universal taxonomic scheme for all viruses or, in other words, "the classification of viruses and the assignment of names to taxa". Plant Virus taxonomy is in charge of Plant Virus Subcommittee, a substructure of the ICTV. The ICTV has been most successfully pursuing that aim and its mammoth 'Seventh Report' records details of the names it has collated and approved, and of the classification, it has devised. The current 7th ICTV report published in 2000 contains plant viruses of 951 species in 79 genera in 17 families, though 24 of the 79 genera are floating genera, that is, they are not included in any established families. Proposed name of new or existing viruses are vote for the accepted taxonomic proposals by ICTV Executive Committee meeting. The approved results have been published as the ICTV reports providing standard names and taxa of viruses all over the world. A number of new plant viruses have been identified or reclassified in the genus or species level, and new genera and families have been proposed.(중략)

ISO/IEC JTC1/SC29WG11 MPEG has been standardizing UD(user description) to give a user personalized recommendation services. Besides, CD(context description), service description(SD), and recommendation description(RD) are recently being standardized by UD Adhoc Group in MPEG with an advanced UD to cope with needs of current and upcoming services such as augmented reality and social network. The descriptions was reflected to MPEG-UD WD(Working Draft) at MPEG $107^{th}$ meeting and the document was finally approved as international standard by national bodies with standard number(ISO/IEC IS 21000-22 UD) at $114^{th}$ MPEG meeting. In addition, reference software WD to validate conformance of UD standard was approved at $113^{th}$ MPEG meeting. In this paper, we developed a demo program for visual communication according to guideline defined in reference software WD to validate the reference software as well as UD standard.

WPS/PQR is the essential documents for shipbuilding welding. WPS is the document containing the information related to welding procedure and PQR is the record of approval for welding procedure. Both documents should be approved by the ship owners and the classification societies. It is very important to manage these documents because the welding procedure using these documents could not be carried out before they are approved. Database is an useful tool to manage these documents. It can manage a number of documents and show the processing status of WPS/PQR documents. In this study, all documents related to WPS/PQR documents were investigated and analyzed in the viewpoint of DB. An appropriate DB system was designed for WPS/PQR and the related documents on the basis of CBD methodology. The DB system could make WPS/PQR documents easily and shortly. The grasp of the processing status of WPS/ PQR could help the good management of fabrication schedule in shipbuilding.

The objective of this report is to introduce the European Union's variation rules governing medicinal products that are subject to post-approval changes. The EMEA outlines a variety of changes occurring to approved medicinal products. It also recommends a marketing authorisation holder to follow specific post-approval applications in various situations. For instance, the Commission Regulation(EC) No. 1085/2003 explains variation types and suggests post-authorisation procedures with which an applicant should comply. In all cases of minor and major variations the applicant has to investigate and validate whether or not the intended changes would have impact on the safety, efficacy and quality of a drug product. The applicant should then submit to the EMEA a variation application with adequate documentation in support of the notified changes. This procedure is implemented to ensure that changes to the approved medicinal product do not cause my public health concerns. In fact, the post-authorisation guidance categorizes post-approval changes into type IA/IB variations, type II variations, and extension applications. Such classifications determine administrative procedures to be followed in an efficient manner. Based on the type of a variation, the regulatory agency opts to reduce or extend the evaluation time-frame. The thrust of the EU's post-authorisation guidance is introduced in text with appropriate explanation. All these information will be likely to be helpful in updating a Korean regulatory guidance that could better deal with post-approval changes to generic drugs available in the market.

The prevalence of obesity and overweight is increasing in mood disorder, and it is connected to an increased cardiovascular mortality. Because of them, treatment for obesity may be an essential part of mood disorder treatment. Similar to the general population, non-pharmacological treatment such as correction of life habits should be considered first of all. If this approaches are fail, pharmacological treatment for obesity would be required as next step. Any drug for obesity is not approved officially in mood disorder. So approved drugs in general population, and drugs supported by several studies are prescribed in clinical settings. Several treatment guidelines for mood disorder and studies support that orlistat, metformin, topiramate and bupropion is effective and safe.

The repair of road pavement and manhole has been resulted long construction times and traffic jams, environmental pollution from construction wastes, and budget waste due to excessive construction costs. In order to resolve such problems, we have developed the new construction method using C-ring, which can fix and raise the manhole securely. This technology is the method by driving in a wedge after inserting C-ring and expanding it in order to raise manhole to the regular height. This has been approved by the test reports of KOLAS(Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme), and was confirmed safety, durability and reliabilty in result. In this paper we approved this technology was able to short working times to around 20% and construction costs to around 50% with compare other construction methods. Also, environmental pollution and civil complaints will be prevented because there will be no longer any noises, vibrations, dust, or construction wastes.

The National Department of Education approved the 'Information and Library' 'Curriculum which contained the educational role of school libraries. This curriculum contained and integrated the library guidance, reading education and cooperative instruction that teacher-librarians have taught. The school education has basically been led, based on curriculum. Therefore, it is important to have all kinds of educational activities related to the school library approved as school curriculum. This study is to introduce Base Connectionism, Base Integrationism, Top 456 Approach, and Curriculum-Based Approach, based on 'Information and Library' curriculum.

Glioblastoma (GBM) is one of the most common tumors of the central nervous system, which is the most lethal brain cancer. GBM treatment is based primarily on surgical resection, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Despite the positive treatment, progression free survival and overall survival were not significantly prolonged because GBM almost always recurs. We are always looking forward to some new and effective treatments. In recent years, a novel treatment method called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for cancer treatment has been proposed. TTFields devices were approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for adjuvant treatment of recurrent and newly diagnosed GBMs in 2011 and 2015, respectively. This became the first breakthrough treatment for GBM in the past 10 years after the FDA approved bevacizumab for patients with relapsed GBM in 2009. This paper summarized the research results of TTFields in recent years and elaborated the mechanism of action of TTFields on GBM, including cell and animal experimental research, clinical application and social benefits.

The Purpose of this Article is to analyze the examination criteria on the compliance of multimodal transport document in the ISBP. When the goods are taken in charge by the multimodal transport operator, he shall issue a multimodal transport document which, at the option of the consignor, shall be in either negotiable or non-negotiable form. The multimodal transport document shall be signed by the multimodal transport operator or by a person having authority from him. When the multimodal transport document is presented by the beneficiary to the bank in the letter of credit operations, the bank should examinate the bill of exchange and/or shipping documents, including multimodal transport document. There are two rules in connection with examination of the documents in the letter of credit operations. One is the "Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits(UCP 500)" approved by the Banking Commission in March 10, 1993, the other is the "International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credits(ISBP)" approved by the ICC Banking Commission in October 2002. Therefore, this Article has studied the multimodal transport document presented under documentary credits on the basis of the UCP 500 and the ISBP it reflects.

Illinois issues the following standard teaching certificates : Early Childhood (birth-grade 3), Elementary (grades K-9), High School (grades 6-12) Special (grade K-12), School Service Personnel, and Administrative. Any of the preceding certificates can be issued on a provisional (maximum of two fiscal years) basis to qualifying individuals. Other certificates issued are : Substitute, Provisional Vocational, Temporary Provisional Vocational, Part-Time Provisional, and General. To obtain an Early Childhood, Elementary, High School, or Special certificate in Illinois, you must either complete an approved teacher education program or be an experienced, licensed teacher seeking a subsequent certificate through transcript evaluation. You must meet all other requirements for the particular certificate you are seeking, For school Service Personnel and Administrative certificates you must have completed a state approved program before you may apply. The Standard Elementary Certificate, High School Certificate, and Special Certificate are valid for four years for teaching. These certificates may be issued to graduates with a bachelor's degree from a recognized college who have successfully completed the required certification examinations and who present certified evidence of having earned credits. All individuals receiving certificates must be of good character and in good health, and be at least 19 years of age and a citizen of the United States or legally present and authorized for employment.
