As the quality of the rising the desire for safety life and the need of safety education to prevent disasters or big safety accident have been shown. Therefore the superintendent of education for safety experience carry out a policy for set up. However, it is unclear the appropriateness of safety education program and safety standard of facilities of introductions in the safety experience center. therefore, in the result of this study will be the basic information for the realities of experience in the place of safety experience education and propose the reform measure.

This paper discusses the potential application of fuzzy set theory to the decision-making in the area of radioactive waste management. the approach proposed in this study is based on the concepts of fuzzy set theory and the hierarchical structure analysis. The linguistic variables and fuzzy numbers are used to aggregate the decision maker's subjective assessments of the decision criteria and of the decision alternatives with respect to these criteria. For each alternative, the fuzzy appropriateness index is evaluated to obtain the final score. Using total integral value method, one of methods for ranking fuzzy numbers, the fuzzy appropriateness indices are ranked. As a case problem, selection of the most suitable option for spent fuel storage is illustrated.

This study is intended to evaluate and optimize the characteristics of smoke spreading and the appropriateness of evacuation time extended by operation of smoke control system during fire within the underground space of the building structured in compliance with the smoke control system performance criteria from the local fire safety standard, which has been currently applied to the buildings in Korea. Using the heat release per unit weight of the combustibles, a numerical analysis both in case of smoke control system in operation and the system not in operation was carried out at the several different shopping malls. From the viewpoint of securing the evacuation time, the results were compared in an attempt to assess the appropriateness of the fire safety criteria.

Propriety of PERT network for planning and management in large-scale systems was investigated. We also review the example of small and middle size system to compare the appropriateness of PERT analysis method. For comparing the appropriateness of PERT analysis method the calculation time, and the variances were estimated. Eventualy, we proposed the criteria of PERT analysis method for planning and management large-scale systems.

Measurement of attributes is often highly subjective and imprecise, yet most MADM methods lack provisions for handling imprecise data. Frequently, decision makers must establish a ranking within a finite set of alternatives with respect to multiple attributes which have varying degrees of importance. The problem is more complex if the evaluations of alternatives according to each attribute are not expressed in precise numbers, but rather in fuzzy numbers. Analysis must allow for lack of precision and partial truth. The advantages of a fuzzy approach for MADM are that a decision maker can obtain efficient solutions all at once without trial and error, and that this approach provides better support for judging the interactive improvement of solutions in comparison with o decision making method. The algorithm used in this study is based on the concepts of vague set theory. Linguistic variables and vague values are used to facilitate a decision maker's subjective assessment about attribute weightings and the appropriateness of alternative versus selection attributes in order to obtain final scores which are called vague appropriateness indices. A numerical example is presented to show the practical applicability of this approach.

본 연구는 정보 이용자와 참고사서 사이에서 일어나는 질의응답 내용을 분석하여 이용자의 정보만족 정도를 규명하고자 하였다. 이용자 질의에 대한 사서의 응답이 얼마나 정확한가에 대한 정보 만족도를 측정하고, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 저해 요인을 규명하며, 만족도와 저해 요인의 측정을 위한 변인들간의 영향력과 상관관계를 분석함으로써 봉사내용의 질 과 응답의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 개선방안을 모색하였다.

The purpose of the study is to identify a basic spatial unit for rural village redevelopment plan. An ideal spatial unit need to satisfy three basic premises: to be homogeneous as rural community, to be appropriate to implement the project, and to be compatible with regional planning systems. A spatial unit could, empirically, be defined based on the homogeneity at first, and then appropriateness and compatibility could be used to adjust its boundary. Mitan-Myun(13 villages), Pyungchang County, Dochuck-Myun(15 villages), Kwangju County, and Chuksan-Myun(28 villages), Kimje City in Korea were selected as case study areas. The degree of interrelationship between all possible pairs in each Myun was measured using spatial, socio-cultural, and economic indicators. Multidimensional Scaling(MDS) was used to identify a homogeneous spatial unit, and then indicators representing appropriateness and compatibility were used to adjust the identified boundary. New districts which have two or three villages were suggested as a reasonable spatial unit for rural village redevelopment, and its boundary roughly overlaps with Bup-Jeong-Ri(法定里: a legally defined village).

According to wide-spread experience in many industries, a procedure is one of the most effective countermeasures to reduce the possibility of human related problems. Unfortunately, a systematic framework to evaluate the complexity of procedural tasks seems to be very scant. For this reason, the TACOM measure, which can quantify the complexity of procedural tasks, has been developed. In this study, the appropriateness of the TACOM measure is investigated by comparing TACOM scores regarding the procedural tasks of high speed train drivers with the associated workload scores measured by the NASA-TLX technique. As a result, it is observed that there is a meaningful correlation between the TACOM scores and the associated NASA-TLX scores. Therefore, it is expected that the TACOM measure can properly quantify the complexity of procedural tasks.

본 연구는 정보제공을 주된 기능으로 하는 우리나라 전문도서관의 참고봉산 현장에서 일어나는 연구자의 다양한 정보질의에 응답하는 참고사서의 정보탐색과정을 관찰과 질문지법을 통하여 분석한 것이다. 질의에 대한 응답의 정확성이 저조한 이유가 어디에 있으며, 연구자의 정보만족도에 영향을 미치는 저해요인이 무엇인지를 구명함으로서 봉사내용의 질과 응답의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 개선방안을 모색하자는 데에 목적을 두고 있다.

By deriving the limitations of the test evaluation, it was intended to suggest a plan to improve the test evaluation system for the appropriateness of the number of ship crews according to the design and construction of troops-saving ships. Currently, the number of crew members by ship type is confirmed and specified in the ROC(Operation Requirement Performance) in the early stages of design, such as conceptual design, but there is a limit to testing and evaluating the appropriateness of ensuring reliability of combat performance.
