동료평가 시스템에서의 상황맥락 요인과 평가행동 (Contextual Factors and Rating Behavior in the Peer Evaluation System)

  • 본 연구는 동료평가 시스템의 활용도 제고 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 동료평가는 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보함에도 불구하고 평가 참여자의 측정치 왜곡 등 부정확한 평가결과로 폭넓게 활용되지 못하고 있다. 최근의 성과평가 연구에서는 평가가 이루어지는 프로세스에 대한 이해를 도모하기 위해 조직차원의 상황맥락에 주목하고 있다. 본 연구는 평가행동에 영향을 미치는 상황맥락요인으로 평가 자신감 및 평가 타당성을, 개인 성격 특성으로 자기모니터링을 채택하고 평가행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 445명의 학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 가설을 검증한 결과, 평가 자신감 및 평가 타당성은 정확한 평가행동을 유인함이, 또한 자기모니터링은 조절효과를 가짐이 검증되었다. 기타 시사점 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언도 포함하였다.

Protection Motivation Theory and Environmental Health Behaviors: A Systematic Mapping

  • This study aimed to explore the themes and parameters of environmental health behaviors based on Rogers' protection motivation theory through a systematic mapping review. Using a systematic approach, a literature review was conducted of articles that adopted Rogers' protection motivation theory. A total of 11 articles on protection motivation theory using participants and environmental health as outcomes were identified in a search of CINAHL, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Eric, PsycARTICLES, PubMed, and RISS between September 1 and September 8, 2021. Themes related to the environment and personal behaviors between 2002 and 2021 were extracted. The parameters based on protection motivation theory were identified through systematic mapping as fear appraisal, rewards of maladaptive response, severity, vulnerability, costs of adaptive response, response efficacy, self-efficacy, and intention. Self-efficacy and response efficacy considerably affected environmental health behaviors. Emotional fear appeal related to environmental hazards motivates an internal process that alters the threat appraisal and their coping appraisal. Environmental behavior perception and intention influenced on environmental health behaviors with small effect sizes. Therefore, a deeper understanding of the severity of environmental health issues could lead to the development of helpful, effective, and intensive interventions to promote healthcare among the vulnerable population.

아내학대에 대한 적응의 영향 변인 - Double ABCX 모델을 기초로 - (Variables Influencing the Adaptation to Wife Abuse -Based on the Double ABCX model -)

  • Based on the theoretical framework of the Double ABCX model of family stress and adaptation, this study was to analysis the causal relationships of stressors (psychological sexual, and physical wife abuse), personal resources (self-efficacy and self-esteem) and social support(emotional and informational support), appraisal(positive appraisal and downward comparisons) with adaptation (psychological well-being and somatic symptoms). Self-administered questionnaire method was used to collect data from 264 wives residing in Chonbuk-do and Kyonggi-do area. The causal model was tested and modified by the maximum likelihood method using UISREL 7 program. Results showed that wife abuse had effect on adaptation indirectly through the latent variables of personal resource and appraisal, which influenced the adaptation directly. In addition, social support indirectly affect the adaptation through personal resource and appraisal. It was also found that all these variables explained 27.6% of the total variance of wives'adaptation, and that personal resources was the most powerful variable in predicting the adaptation of the wives.

외국계 생명보험 설계사의 감성지능이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Emotional Intelligence Effects on Foreign LCs' Self-Efficacy and Job Stress)

  • Purpose - This study is to investigate the relationship among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of foreign life insurance consultants focusing on the mediating effect of self-efficacy. Regarding job security, in general foreign life insurance companies in Korea have more severe working conditions in terms of required contract performance. For foreign life insurance consultants, they are assumed to need higher level of emotional intelligence and self efficacy to meet the conditions. In this study, focus is cast on these aspects. Research design, data, and methodology - Basically the research is conducted upon questionnaires responded by foreign life insurance consultants. That is, data are collected from 255 sample of insurance consultants who work for a foreign owned life insurance company. The Questionnaire measure the level of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of insurance consultants. The data are analyzed using pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Durbin-Watson test. Results - The general characteristics of respondents are gender, age, marital status, education level, income monthly, career length, change jobs no, working day per week, call no. per week, meeting no. with client per week, contract regularity, contract no. per month and cancellation contract per year. The mean of emotional intelligence is 2.63, self-efficacy is 3.44 and job stress is 2.20. Emotional intelligence is composed with mean value of self emotion appraisal(3.93), other's emotion appraisal(3.78), regulation of emotion(3.29) and use of emotion(3.52). The mean of self efficacy is composed with mean value of self-confidence(3.41), self-regulated efficacy(3.59) and preference task difficulty(3.30). The job stress is composed with mean value of job requirement(2.61), lack of job autonomy(1.99), conflict of personal relations(1.99), job instability(2.38), organizational system(2.19) and inappropriate compensation(2.07). There is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy. The emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are significantly negative correlation with job stress. The self-efficacy is showed a mediating variable between emotional intelligence and job stress. Conclusions - To decrease job stress level, foreign life insurance company should find the factors to improve the emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of life insurance consultants, and develop appropriate plans using a mediating role of self- efficacy between emotional intelligence and job stress.

의료기관 구성원이 직무만족도와 자기효능감에 느끼는 감성지능의 영향 분석 (Analysis of Emotional Intelligence Affected by Medical Institution Members on Job Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구에서는 의료기관 구성원들이 지각하는 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 매개효과에 대하여 확인하고자 한다. 연구의 가설을 검정하기 위하여 경기지역 의료기관 구성원(의사 제외)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 통계적 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 구성원이 지각하는 감성지능이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향관계에서는 감성지능의 하위 요인 중 감성활용에서만 긍정적인 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 구성원이 지각하는 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계에서는 감성지능의 하위 요인인 자기감성이해, 타인감성이해, 감성조절, 감성활용 모두 긍정적인 영향이 나타났다. 셋째, 구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향도 긍정적으로 나타나는 것을 확인하였고, 넷째, 감성지능과 직무만족간의 자기효능감의 매개효과도 확인하였다. 따라서 구성원들의 감성지능과 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 도입하고 제도적 필요성이 요구된다.

Influence of Illness Uncertainty on Health Behavior in Individuals with Coronary Artery Disease: A Path Analysis

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of uncertainty-related factors on the health behavior of individuals with coronary artery disease (CAD) based on Mishel's uncertainty in illness theory (UIT). Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study and path analysis to investigate uncertainty and factors related to health behavior. The study participants were 228 CAD patients who visited the outpatient cardiology department between September 2020 and June 2021. We used SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 software to analyze the data. Results: The final model demonstrated a good fit with the data. Eleven of the twelve paths were significant. Uncertainty positively affected danger and negatively affected self-efficacy and opportunity. Danger had a positive effect on perceived risk. Opportunity positively affected social support, self-efficacy, perceived benefit and intention, whereas it negatively affected perceived risk. Social support, self-efficacy, perceived benefit and intention had a positive effect on health behavior. We found that perceived benefit and intention had the most significant direct effects, whereas self-efficacy indirectly affected the relationship between uncertainty and health behavior. Conclusion: The path model is suitable for predicting the health behavior of CAD patients who experience uncertainty. When patients experience uncertainty, interventions to increase their self-efficacy are required first. Additionally, we need to develop programs that quickly shift to appraisal uncertainty as an opportunity, increase perceived benefits of health behavior, and improve intentions.

Impact of Premarital Coaching (PMC) Intervention using the Psycho-educational Approach on Parenting Self-efficacy of Newly-married Underage Couples: A Narrative Literature Review of Evidence and Feasibility in Indonesia

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the latest evidence for interventions involving adolescent newlyweds, and the feasibility of premarital coaching (PMC). Methods: A narrative literature review design carried out through related studies was used for the present literature review. A diverse search from several databases was performed to create a critical appraisal and to develop a more integrated model for the PMC program. Studies that empirical, written in English, peer-reviewed, and published during 2008~2017 were included. Results: Six articles were selected for the review. The principal findings identified three major themes including underage period as a high-risk for marriage, development tasks of the newly married spouse, parenting self-efficacy and the psycho-educational approach of PMC to enhance parenting knowledge, skills, and readiness. Conclusion: It was found that content of PMC as the preparation of underage married couples were formulated based on coaching technic, various spouse and parenting educations, and adjusted based on couples's preferences. Rigorous studies with measurement of long-term retentions are needed.

무용전공 대학생들의 진로결정 기효능감과 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Social Support of University Students Majoring Dance on Career Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 무용학과에 재학 중인 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구로 수도권지역 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 무용전공자 300명을 연구대상으로 SPSS 24.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 자료 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 무용전공 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 사회적 지지는 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인은 진로준비행동에 대해 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 사회적 지지의 하위요인은 평가적 지지를 제외한 정보적 지지, 정서적 지지, 물질적 지지는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 진로결정 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 총점은 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론은 무용학과 대학생들의 진로결정에 대한 자기효능감은 진로 준비행동에 매우 긍정적으로 진로준비행동의 수준을 더욱 높이기 위해서는 전공에 대한 정보와 관련된 경험의 기회가 주어질 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다.

셀프리더십이 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 - 조리전공 대학생을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Self-Leadership on Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior - Focused on Culinary Major Students -)

  • 본 연구는 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 영향관계를 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 data는 SPSS 16.0 Version 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 다양한 결과들을 도출하였다. 첫째, 모든 셀프리더십의 하위요인(행동준비전략, 자연보상 및 건설적 사고전략)은 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인(직업정보, 목표설정, 계획수립, 문제해결, 자기평가)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 셀프리더십 하위요인은 진로준비행동 하위요인(진로탐색활동, 목표달성활동)에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십의 강화는 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동으로 발전에 매우 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

관절경 수술환자의 불확실성에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors influencing of uncertainty on patients with arthroscopic surgery)

  • 본 연구는 관절경 수술환자의 불확실성, 불확실성평가, 자기효능감의 정도를 파악하고 불확실성에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 관절경 수술 후 퇴원을 앞둔 대상자 중 연구에 동의하고 설문지를 완성한 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffe 사후검정, Pearson correlation coefficients 산출 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 교육수준, 배우자유무, 수술 전 한방치료경험, 자기 효능감이 불확실성에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 관절경 수술환자의 불확실성을 감소시키기 위해 입원 중, 퇴원 전 교육 프로그램 개발을 제언한다.
