국가정보통신서비스의 'C'그룹 인터넷전화 사업현황과 이용 분석 (Analysis of Business Overview and use of 'C'group's Internet phone of National Information and Communication Services)

  • 국가정보통신서비스는 행정안전부 주관으로 'A'그룹(회선서비스망), 'B'그룹(IP서비스망), 'C'그룹(인터넷전화 서비스, IP응용서비스)으로 인프라를 구성하여 제공하고 있다. 국가정보통신서비스 'C'그룹 사업자는 인터넷전화 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가정보통신서비스 'C'그룹 사업자의 국내통화, 국제통화, 이동통화 등의 기본 통화 서비스와 문자메시지, 영상통화, IP-Centrex 서비스 등 7개의 부가서비스를 연구한다. 또한 국가정보통신 서비스 사업자의 사업 현황을 분석을 토대로 국가정보통신 인터넷전화망의 인터넷전화 이용 유형을 분석한다. 본 연구는 국가정보통신서비스 산업발전을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

Influence of reconstruction parameters of micro-computed tomography on the analysis of bone mineral density

  • Purpose: This study was conducted evaluate the influence of reconstruction parameters of micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) images on bone mineral density (BMD) analyses. Materials and Methods: The sample consisted of micro-CT images of the maxillae of 5 Wistar rats, acquired using a SkyScan 1174 unit (Bruker, Kontich, Belgium). Each acquisition was reconstructed following the manufacturer's recommendations(standard protocol; SP) for the application of artifact correction tools(beam hardening correction [BHC], 45%; smoothing filter, degree 2; and ring artifact correction [RAC], level 5). Additionally, images were reconstructed with 36 protocols combining different settings of artifact correction tools (P0 to P35). BMD analysis was performed for each reconstructed image. The BMD values obtained for each protocol were compared to those obtained using the SP through repeated-measures analysis of variance with the Dunnett post hoc test(α=0.05). Results: The BMD values obtained from all protocols that used a BHC of 45% did not significantly differ from those obtained using the SP (P>0.05). The other protocols all yielded significantly different BMD values from the SP(P<0.05). The smoothing and RAC tools did not affect BMD values. Conclusion: BMD values measured on micro-CT images were influenced by the BHC level. Higher levels of BHC induced higher values of BMD.

  • VANET 응용 중 가장 중요한 한 가지는 긴급 메시지를 전송하여 적극적인 안전을 제공하는 것이다. 메시지를 받은 아무 노드나 재방송하게 되는 플러딩 기반 방송 방식의 브로드캐스트 스톰을 방지하기 위해, 기존의 프로토콜들은 중계노드의 수를 제한하기 위한 다른 방법을 사용한다. 하지만 기존의 프로토콜들은 높은 트래픽 밀도와 메시지 오버헤드를 발생시킴에도 볼구하고 낮은 전달율을 가진다. 현재, 글로벌 위치확인 시스템(GPS)을 내장하고 레이더를 갖춘 차량 수의 극적인 증가는 이전에 볼수 없던 새로운 응용 시나리오를 만들었다. 따라서 우리는 GPS위치정보와 레이더를 사용한 인근 차량 감지를 기반으로 중계노드를 선택하는 브로드캐스팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 결과에서는 제안하는 프로토콜이 기존의 기법들보다 나은 성능을 가짐을 볼 수 있다.

Big Data Management System for Biomedical Images to Improve Short-term and Long-term Storage

  • In digital pathology, an electronic system in the biomedical domain storage of the files is a big constrain and because all the analysis and annotation takes place at every user-end manually, it becomes even harder to manage the data that is being shared inside an enterprise. Therefore, we need such a storage system which is not only big enough to store all the data but also manage it and making communication of that data much easier without losing its true from. A virtual server setup is one of those techniques which can solve this issue. We set a main server which is the main storage for all the virtual machines(that are being used at user-end) and that main server is controlled through a hypervisor so that if we want to make changes in storage overall or the main server in itself, it could be reached remotely from anywhere by just using the server's IP address. The server in our case includes XML-RPC based API which are transmitted between computers using HTTP protocol. JAVA API connects to HTTP/HTTPS protocol through JAVA Runtime Environment and exists on top of other SDK web services for the productivity boost of the running application. To manage the server easily, we use Tkinter library to develop the GUI and pmw magawidgets library which is also utilized through Tkinter. For managing, monitoring and performing operations on virtual machines, we use Python binding to XML-RPC based API. After all these settings, we approach to make the system user friendly by making GUI of the main server. Using that GUI, user can perform administrative functions like restart, suspend or resume a virtual machine. They can also logon to the slave host of the pool in case of emergency and if needed, they can also filter virtual machine by the host. Network monitoring can be performed on multiple virtual machines at same time in order to detect any loss of network connectivity.

The Effect of Whole Body Vibration Exercise on Ankle Joint Spasticity Patients with Chronic Stroke

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine the appropriate stimulus strength that could result in a positive effect on the ankle joint spasticity when patients with chronic stroke performed whole body vibration (WBV) exercise. Methods: Among 72 patients who were diagnosed with stroke at least 6 months ago, those able to perform a half squat pose with ambulation issues due to ankle joint spasticity (modified Ashworth scale, $MAS{\geq}2$) were included for analysis. Individuals participated in four different frequencies of vertical WBV exercise; 0 Hz, 10 Hz, 20 Hz, and 30 Hz. Vibration amplitude was 3-4 mm and 5 minutes WBV exercise was performed at each frequency, followed by a measurement after 2-minute rest. We assigned 18 individuals to each frequency and asked them to participate in the WBV exercise once every 3 weeks. The level of spasticity was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS) for self-assessment. The myoton PRO was utilized to objectively evaluate the level of spasticity and check the muscle tone and stiffness. Results: Participants showed 0 Hz VAS was a significant difference between 20 Hz application conditions (p<0.05). Muscle tone was significantly different at 0 Hz between 20 Hz, and 30 Hz (p<0.05), significantly difference at 10 Hz between 30 Hz (p<0.05). Muscle stiffness significantly difference at 0 Hz between 20 Hz, and 30 Hz (p<0.05), significantly difference at 10 Hz between 20 Hz, and 30 Hz (p<0.05). Conclusion: Findings of this study show that the frequency of more than 20 Hz was effective in improving the ambulatory ability in patients with chronic stroke. Currently, the effective WBV protocol is limited. Hence, this study was designed to suggest an effective WBV protocol to improve neuromodulation ability for chronic stroke patients.

SSL/TLS 기반 암호화 트래픽의 서비스 식별 방법 (Service Identification Method for Encrypted Traffic Based on SSL/TLS)

  • 네트워크 트래픽이 복잡, 다양해짐에 따라 발생하는 네트워크 보안문제 해결을 위해 다양한 암호화 프로토콜 중 하나인 SSL/TLS가 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 트래픽 분석 시스템은 암호화 트래픽을 프로토콜 레벨에 한정적으로 분석하고 있는 실정이다. 효과적인 네트워크 자원 관리를 위해서는 암호화 트래픽에 대한 서비스 단위 분석이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 SSL/TLS 암호화 응용 트래픽의 페이로드 시그니쳐를 자동으로 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 네트워크 트래픽 상에서 SSL/TLS 응용 서비스를 식별하는 방법을 제안한다. 이는 암호화 세션이 맺어질 때 초기에 발생하는 SSL/TLS Handshake 중 인증서 교환 레코드의 인증서 발행 대상정보를 시그니쳐로 이용하여 서비스를 식별을 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 95%에 가까운 SSL/TLS 트래픽을 분석 하였으며, 이 때 추출한 시그니쳐를 별도의 트래픽 트레이스에 적용시켜 각 서비스 별로 최대 95%의 정확도를 내어 그 성능과 가능성을 증명하였다.

Nd-YAP laser를 적용한 치주-근관 복합병소의 치료에 대한 고찰 (Application of Nd-YAP laser to the conventional treatment of periodontal and endodontic combined lesions)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to show the clinical results of combination of Nd-YAP (1340nm) laser therapy with conventional endodontic and periodontal treatment. Materials and Methods: Four patients with chronic advanced periodontitis and endodontic infection were treated with conventional treatment and Nd-YAP laser therapy. Occlusal adjustment and splinting were done for stabilization of the teeth with severe horizontal and vertical mobility. The protocol for periodontal treatment was followed as scaling and root planing, pocket irrigation with 3% $H_2O_2$ and exposure of Nd-YAP laser using 320${\mu}m$ optical fiber with 160mJ/pluse, 30Hz. The other protocol for endodontic treatment was followed as access opening, canal preparation by hand and rotary instrument, canal filling, and exposure of Nd-YAP laser using 200${\mu}m$ optical fiber with 200mJ/pluse, 10Hz and 180mJ/pluse, 5Hz which were used respectively for disinfection and canal filling. The assessments of probing depth, mobility, and radiography were made prior to and after treatment. Result: All of these four clinical cases showed good healing of periodontium, which presented decrease of mobility and pocket depth, and increase of bone regeneration and bone density on the radiography. Conclusion: The bactericidal effect of Nd-YAP laser would provide benefits for improving clinical results that are obtained from conventional therapy.

실시간 데이타 처리를 위한 확장 가능한 트랜잭션 모델에 관한 연구 (An Extensible Transaction Model for Real-Time Data Processing)

  • 본 논문은 실시간 트랜잭션 시스템(Real-Time Transaction System)에 하위 트랜잭션(subtransaction) 개념을 도입한 새로운 확장모델을 제시하였다. 제안된 모델은 J. Moss 모델을 실시간 단일 프로세스에 특정한 시간제약을 부과함으로 확장되었으며, 이를 기반으로 통합된 동시성 제어와 스케줄링 알고리즘이 개발되었다. 이는 Sha의 우선 순위 제한 알고리즘에 기반하여 확장된 알고리즘으로, 실시간 트랙잭션의 시간제약을 보장함과 동시에 데이터베이스의 일관성도 함께 유지한다. 본 논문은 제안된 실시간 중첩 트랜잭션 모델이 무한정한 블록킹(blocking)과 데드락(dead lock)을 방지함과 동시에 실시간 트랜잭션의 직렬화도 유지함을 증명하였으며, 또한 트랜잭션의 상위 바운드를 설정하고, 고정 우선순위 기반 방법(Rate-Monotonic Priority Assignment)을 적용함으로 스케줄링 가능성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 다중 및 분산 실시간 중첩 트랜잭션 모델로 확장하기 위한 첫 단계이며, 또한 최근 관심을 모으는 웹기반 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 모델로 확장이 가능한 것으로 추정된다.

  • A Controlled Ecological Life Support System(CELSS) is essential for man to live a long time in a closed space such as a lunar base or a mars base. Such a system may be an extremely complex system that has a lot of facilities and circulates multiple substances,. Therefore, it is very difficult task to control the whole CELSS. Thus by regarding facilities constituting the CELSS as agents and regarding the status and action as information, the whole CELSS can be treated as multi-agent system(MAS). If a CELSS can be regarded as MAS the CELSS can have three advantages with the MAS. First the MAS need not have a central computer. Second the expendability of the CELSS increases. Third, its fault tolerance rises. However it is difficult to describe the cooperation protocol among agents for MAS. Therefore in this study we propose to apply reinforcement learning (RL), because RL enables and agent to acquire a control rule automatically. To prove that MAS and RL are effective methods. we have created the system in Java, which easily gives a distributed environment that is the characteristics feature of an agent. In this paper, we report the simulation results for material circulation control of the CELSS by the MAS and RL.

아급성기의 발목 외측 염좌 환자에게 수동적 관절가동기법과 마사지가 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Passive Joint Mobilization and Massge on subacute Lateral Ankle Ligament Injuroes)

  • Physiotherapyists frequently use manipulative therapy technique to treat dysfunctionand pain resulting from ankle sprain. Despite the high prevalence of lateral ankle ligament injuries, few studies are available indicating any physical associations with the development of lateral ankle ligament injuries, or information of treatment for lateral ankle ligament injuries. To investigate the effect of passive joint mobilization, the anteroposterior glide on the talus, on increasing weight-bearing dorsiflexion, single support time and VAS. Sixty lateral ankle ligament injuries (grade I and grade II) aged between 17 and 27 years (mean age 21) were recruited. Subjects were randomly assigned to 1 of 2 treatment groups. The control group received a protocol of rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) and massage. The experimental group received the anteroposterior mobilization, using a force that avoided incurring any increase in pain, in addition to the RICE protocol. Subjects in both groups were treated every second day for a maximum of 2 weeks or until the discharge criteria were met, and all subjects were given a home program of continued RICE application. Outcomes were measured after each treatment. The results showed that the experimental group than the control group. Weight-bearing dorsiflexion (F=7.640, P<0.05), single support time (F=85.532, P<0.05) and VAS (F=10.610, P<0.050). Between-groups differences were observed as; experimental group is increased weight-bearing dorsiflexion, single support time and reduced VAS.
