웹 접근성이란 '어떠한 사용자(장애인, 노인 등)'가 어떠한 기술 환경에서도 사용자가 전문적인 능력 없이 웹 사이트에서 제공하는 모든 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이다. 그러나 홈페이지 구축 비용 등의 문제로 장애인 관련 단체나 학교 등 가장 필요한 사이트 조차 접근성을 준수하고 있지 못하다. 따라서, 저비용으로 쉽게 웹 접근성 준수 학교 홈페이지를 구축할 수 있는 ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 서비스는 HTML/XHTML 표준에 맞게 올바른 마크업 언어를 사용하고, CSS를 통해 구조와 표현을 완전 분리하여 개발하여 웹 접근성의 기본이 되는 웹 표준을 준수하였으며, 표준 지원 브라우저들과 모바일 웹 환경의 종류와 특성을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 브라우저 간 상호 운용성을 보장하기 위해 자바 스크립트를 표준 문법과 구조에 맞게 사용하고, W3C의 표준 DOM을 이용하여 홈페이지에 필요한 기능들을 설계하였다.

ASP(Application Service Provider) 사업에서 응용프로그램이 데이터베이스를 사용해야 하고 이 데이터베이스가 ASP 고객의 데이터베이스로부터 일련의 데이터를 제공받아야 하는 경우가 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 이를 위한 방법으로 엑셀(EXCEL)과 같은 파일 형태가 이용되는데 고객의 데이터베이스로부터 수작업으로 추출되어진 데이터가 엑셀 파일로 ASP사업자에게 전달된다. 이는 다시 애플리케이션이 이용하는 데이터베이스의 테이터내로 수작업 처리되어 저장된다. 본 연구는 두 데이터베이스 연동 시에 이러한 엑셀 파일 등을 이용하여 발생하는 데이터 추출과 저장시의 데이터베이스 수작업 조작의 비효율성을 극복하는데 있다. 이 때 두 데이터베이스 상의 속성명은 상이한 경우를 일반적인 경우로 전제하였으며 또한 웹 상에서 두 데이터베이스의 연동 시에 피할 수 없는 고객 데이터베이스의 경로 정보를 ASP 사업자에게 노출을 피하도록 한다. 제안된 방법은 두 단계로 걸쳐 데이터 프로세싱이 이루어지는데 먼저, ASP 사이트로부터 다운로드받은 프로그램을 이용하여, 고객데이터베이스를 접속한 후 프로그램의 유저 인터페이스를 이용하여 용이하게 속성 매칭하고 속성치를 XML 파일 형태로 자동 추출하는 단계와 추출된 XML 파일을 웹 상에서 ASP 서버에 접속하여 전송하고 ASP 데이터베이스에 자동 저장하는 후처리 프로세싱 단계로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 방법에 맞는 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하여 데이터베이스 연동의 타당성을 검증하였으며, 제안된 방법은 ASP 고객의 데이터베이스를 이용해야 하는 ASP사업의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다.

국내 기업들의 ASP에 대한 정확한 인식 부족, ASP 업체들의 정체성 결여 등을 고려해 볼 때, 1997년에 ASP 선구자들에 의해 시장이 형성되고 99년에 시범 사업 등 초기 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 거쳐, 현재 IT 산업 중 하나의 비즈니스 모델로서 자리를 잡아가고 있는 미국의 ASP에 비하여 국내 ASP 업체들이 제공하고 있는 애플리케이션과 제반 서비스에서 차이가 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 국내 ASP 업체들의 현황, 특히 제공하는 서비스와 애플리케이션이 미국과는 다를 것이라는 생각으로 본 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 연구의 목적 역시 국내 여러 기업들의 ASP 의미를 되새겨보고 그 구조를 이해하도록 하며 본 연구를 통해 나타나게 될 애플리케이션과 서비스의 현황의 차이점을 기초로 국내에서의 ASP 사업전개시 일어날 수 있는 의사결정에 도움을 주고 국내 ASP 산업의 현주소를 파악코자함이다.

The health and medical service attracts more public attention as the economy of Korea is rapidly growing up and the standard of living is elevated. Especially, the interest and demand on the prehospital emergency medical service that consists of the important part of primary medical service that is directly related to the life of patients are gradually increased. However, as compared with other advanced countries such as America in this area, Korea actually fell behind in the utilization of IT (Information Technology) to maximize the efficiency of emergency service system as well as has a problem in the general service system. This study suggested the necessity to introduce EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch) system that takes a great role as the core part in the prehospital emergency medical service that is not systemized in Korea yet. In addition, this study proposed the implementation model of EMD ASP system using ASP (Application Service Provider) in EMD system to flexibly deal with the change of IT and efficient implementation and integration of information system as well as to significantly reduce cost through wire/wireless high speed Internet network that is politically promoted in Korea on the basis of EMD. The system analysis and design was executed by HIPO (Hierarchy Plus Input Process Output) analysis that was the conceptual design technology for EMD information system modeling based on ASP and DFD (Data Flow Diagram). This study proposed DB table configuration and data schema to implement the application of web browser interface in EMD system through ERD(ER-Diagram) of EMD ASP system. Finally, this study described how to implement and utilize EMD information system. This study aims to facilitate the qualitative development of emergency medical service in the future as suggesting the concrete models for the implementation of high value-added prehospital emergency medical information system as applying ASP concept to EMD system of prehospital emergency medical service area.

The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the activation of e-contract service for one stop e-trade by analyzing the problems and its solutions in e-contract service at home and abroad. In order to achieve the purpose of this thesis, case studies are done on e-contract service providers such as CECTRUST service of NTT DATA in Japan and HanCM.com of Haansoft in Korea and user companies such as Taisei Corporation using CECTRUST service and Hyundai Card using HanCM.com. The problems in the e-contract service are the lack of e-contract service providers, rare publicity of e-contract service, limited use of e-contract service at only home, higher pricing for e-contract service, short time management of e-contract documents by service providers, no application of newly developed security technology to e-contract service, unsatisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party, absence of lower pricing e-contract service by service provider, authorizing key error in electronic signature under recognized authentication system in case of fail in renewal of digital certificate and reproduction of digital certificate. The solutions of these problems are the upbringing of e-contract service providers, broad publicity of e-contract service, development of e-contract service on a global basis, establishment of lower pricing for e-contract service, long time management of e-contract documents by service providers, application of newly developed security technology such as bio technology to e-contract service, satisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party by designation of recognized e-document repository, development of lower e-contract service by way of application service provider(ASP), introduction of time stamping of e-contract document and signature key value. The limitation of this thesis is that the problems and its solutions could not meet with the broad recognition as they are conferred by intuition because of few e-contract service provider.

Recently, market size for IT outsourcing has grown. As internet technology has been developed for accessing information resources, information systems have become internet-based, which is called an ASP(Application Service Provider); evaluating the performance fur ASP becomes important. Therefore, this paper attempts to investigate the salient characteristics of ASP An ASP success model is proposed based on information systems success models found in the literature. Our model is tested through a survey from 291 small companies. LISREL is used to demonstrate the suitability of our model, and the success factors for ASP are also investigated. Our result is likely to help provide useful guidelines for successful ASP implementation.

소프트웨어 산업에 있어서 서버 관련 정보기술이 발전하고 네트워크 성능이 크게 향상된 반면, 이용 비용은 크게 높아짐에 따라 중소 사업장을 중심으로 ASP(Application Service Provider)와 같은 다양한 형태의 소프트웨어 사용 방식이 등장하게 되었다. 이를 가능하게 하는 요소 기술에는 여러 가지가 존재하는데, 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터상에서 수행에 필요한 최소한의 응용 소프트웨어를 중앙 서버로부터 분산 가상페이징 기술로 자동으로 끌어 와서 사용하는 소프트웨어 스트리밍 서비스 기술에 있어서 PageFault Interrupt Routine Hooking 방식을 응용한 새로운 개념의 소프트웨어 스트리밍 시스템 구현을 제안하였다. 이러한 방식을 이용하여 소프트웨어 스트리밍 시스템을 구현하게 되면, 보다 효율적으로 응용 소프트웨어를 관리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 소프트웨어 전체를 인스톨할 필요가 없기 때문에 하드웨어의 저장 공간을 거의 사용하지 않는다. 또한, 기본적인 바이너리만을 받아서 로드하기 때문에 하드웨어 자원을 최대한 줄일 수 있게 된다.

최근 기업들은 생산성 향상과 새로운 기회의 창출이라는 관점에서 e-Business 기업으로의 변환을 시도하고 있다. e-Business 기업으로의 변환에 있어서 솔루션의 도입은 거대한 자본이 소요되어 특히 중견/중소기업으로서는 엄두도 내질 못하는 실정이다. 이로 인하여 IT 아웃소싱의 극대화된 형태로 대두된 ASP를 이용하여 임대하는 성향이 나타나고 있는데, ASP는 웹을 기반으로 하여 어플리케이션을 공급하는 형태로 로컬 ERP를 도입하는 것과 비교해 볼 때 초기투자에 따른 자본절감효과를 누릴 수 있는 등의 여러 가지 장점을 지니고 있으므로 e-Business구축에 적합한 형태라 볼 수 있다. 하지만 ASP의 활성화는 매우 더디게 진행되고 있으며 중견/중소기업들의 ASP에 대한 인식부족은 이들 더욱 지체시키고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 ASP 방식을 이용한 ERP구축 사례를 연구하고 명확한 ASP 방식의 ERP 도입을 위해 필요한 요소들을 살펴보고자 한다.

While the demand for ASP(Application Service Provider) focused on small and medium enterprises who are fully aware of needs of ICT readiness has been increasing, those who consider to adopt ASP are wondering whether their performance would be actually successful if they did. These concerns can be an important standard of judgement, when introducing new information systems, by analyzing ROI(Return on Investment) on the current enterprises. Therefore, to review the feasibility of investing IT and measuring the performance, this study suggests a framework for ROI analysis which estimates IT investment performance, through multi-criteria approach on both financial performance index and non-financial one. We applied methodology on ASP-based IT investment performance evaluation to sample manufacturing companies under 50 employees and deduced the main implications to be considered when introducing the system.

정보기술의 관점에서, 기업 가치사슬상의 내/외부적 협력을 협력을 구현하는 방법으로ASP(Application Service Provider)를 통한 IT 아웃소싱(outsourcing)이 차세대 가상기업의 핵심 요소가 될 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 ASP 의 서비스 제공에 관한 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로, HoQ와 AHP를 통합한 방법론을 제공한다. 그리고 이러한 통합모형을 적용하여 고객만족의 관점에서 ASP 서비스 개선을 위한 핵심 기능요소(functional elements)를 찾아 내었다. ASP 서비스의 지속적인 개선은 점차 심화되어 가는 경쟁에서 생존하기 위해 최우선적으로 중요한데, 본 연구의 HoQ/AHP 통합모형은 서비스 개선을 전략적으로 구현하는 좋은 도구가 될 것이다.
