일반도시계획은 보편적이고 획일적인 건축행위를 제한하는 평면계획인 반면 지구단위계획은 필지, 가구, 획지단위 별로 차등을 두어 다양한 건축행위를 유도할 수 있는 입체적인 계획이다. 그러므로 단지계획을 위해서는 토지이용계획 등 2차원적인 토지정보뿐만 아니라 채광, 배수, 향 등의 분석을 위해 3차원적인 지형정보의 이용이 필요하다. 이러한 필요성을 충족시키기 위해 GIS 및 사진측량 기법을 이용하여 정보를 구축한다면 보다 합리적이고 효율적으로 단지계획을 수립할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 테스트지역에 대해 GIS기법을 이용하여 단지계획을 위한 정보를 구축하였으며 위성영상과 DEM으로 대상지역의 3차원 모델을 구축하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 토지이용분석, 배향 분석, 수계분석, 경사분석을 실시하여 지구단위계획 수립에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있었다. 또한 분석결과를 반영하여 실제 대상지역에 대해 지구단위계획을 수립한 결과 적절하며 효율적임을 알 수 있었다.

Foreign and domestic seawater desalination plant market investigation was performed to analyze the worldwide trend of seawater desalination plant market and to establish the activation plan for seawater desalination plant application. Water demand and seawater desalination related laws and regulations were investigated and analyzed for the activation plan. RO type and large scale plants are popular nowadays however there are only small plants in island region in Korea. There will be about $1 million\;m^3/day$ deficit in 2015 according to the water demand forecasting from Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Land, Transportation, and Maritime Affairs in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to activate the domestic application of seawater desalination plant to secure stable water resources. To activate the domestic application of seawater desalination plant, first, we need to establish regulations, support system in the water service law for seawater desalination plant. Second, related Ministry should increase the support for the operation and management of seawater desalination plant and suggest the construction of seawater desalination plant for water resources security near seaside region.

In this paper, the safety criteria and framework of railway software which is developing presently is examined. The software development capability and organization of railway company in korea are investigated through interview and are analyzed. Then the application plan for railway software safety criteria is deduced to apply criteria to railway industry effectively.

국토지반정보 DB구축을 위한 국토해양부의 사업은 2007년도의 경우 건설현장에서 자동으로 지반조사성과가 전산화되도록 하는 '지반조사성과전산화및활용에관한지침' 제정 및 시범적용사업이 추진되었으며, 2008년도부터 안정화된 법제도를 기반으로 국토해양부 전 소속기관, 산하기관, 지자체를 대상으로한 본격적인 사업을 추진하였다. 따라서, 본사업으로 추진된 2008년도 사업에서는 국토지반정보 DB구축과 함께 DB활용을 위하여 지반정보시스템을 활용한 이용자 및 지반정보 유통자료를 다운로드하여 직접 활용한 사용자를 대상으로 지반정보 활용도 분석 및 활용향상을 위한 방안을 수립하였다. 본 논문에서는 국토지반정보 DB활용사례조사를 통한 활용도 분석내용과 향후 활용방안에 대한 연구결과를 제시하였다. 활용도 분석결과, 분야별 분석에서는 공사계획 및 예비조사분야에서의 활용도가 39%로 가장 높았으며, 활용성효과별 분석에서는 업무 효율성 증대가 25%로 가장 높게 나왔다. 그리고, 활용분야별 분석에서는 건축 및 토목분야가 95%로 지반정보 활용도가 가장 높았다.

In this study, through case studies, solar energy systems were coordinated with architectural plan elements and the others in apartment complex, and the energy performance was evaluated quantitatively through computer simulation PVSYST and RETScreen. As a results, in plan process of the application of solar energy systems in apartment complex, solar energy system should be considered as not only energy reducing technical element but also part of architectural plan element. And it must be considered with architectural plan elements, composition methods, energy storage methods, technical elements from the early basic plan stage. Photovoltaic system was installed on the wall facing the south and rooftop. The energy ratio of electric load was shown to be 5.5%. The result showed 7.2% when adding it to shading device additionally, and 6.4% in case of putting extra translucent module on windows. Active solar collecting system was applied on roof with the angle of 45. Maximum number of solar collector was 10 in a row, and the total solar collecting area was $915.00m^2$. The energy ratio of domestic water heating load by active solar hot water system is shown to be 11.4%.

The objective of this study is to prepare the effective management plan of environmental noise with a noise map, and the guideline on the management plan of environmental noise was suggested through the review of existing application examples. The management plan of environmental noise with a noise map includes the practical contents in the stages of subdivision of management areas, establishment of reduction measures, opinion collection, post investigation, and reformulation of management plan. First, the classification of management regions is performed considering the excess degree of noise standard and the facility type in the phase of subdivision of management areas. Second, the optimal management plan is established through the investigation of regional characteristics and various noise reduction measures in the phase of establishment of reduction measures, which includes the examination of noise reduction effects with a noise map and the budget planning with the costing of noise reduction measures. Third, the opinion survey with a local resident and a expert is carried out in order to prove the validity of the management plan in the phase of opinion collection, and the management plan is modified with gathered opinions. Fourth, the post examination plan with noise measurement is performed in order to verify the real effect of noise reduction measures according to the management plan in the phase of post investigation. Finally, the amendment of the management plan as well as the improvement of a noise map is carried out at a regular cycle in the phase of reformulation of management plan.

KARI has prepared Calibration and Validation activities for the KOMPSAT-2 (KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite-2) MSC data that will be launched at the end of this year. Firstly, we divided the Cal/Val activities of it to four parts, Spatial, Spectral, Radiometric and Geometric, and defmed the detailed Cal/Val items from them. Secondly, Cal/Val targets have been defined and manufactured for the role of them. Thirdly, we have made the plan and the procedure for the Cal/Val items, developed the codes for them, studied more detailed method to do them, and trained the Cal/Val activities using the foreign satellite image data by ourselves. KARI has been now setting up the KOMPSAT-2 LEOP plan with the Cal/Val activities, and probably will finish the EOP Cal/Val activities for the KOMPSAT-2 MSC data by the next April or May.

The objective of this study is to analyze the propriety of the Biotope Area Factor's(BAF) application and propose an improvement plan. The BAP system, initially started by Seoul metropolitan city, is being settled in Korea. The BAF originated from the Biotop $Fl{\ddot{a}}chen$ Faktor(BFF) system of Berlin Germany. It was established as part of the Landscape Plan for the ecological function recovery in the high density built-up area with a sense of environmentally friendly urban management. The study compared the BAF's present condition of Ganddong-Gu, Seoul with Seoul's BAF system. Some problems appeared from the system application. Firstly, it may cause ecological damage if the site ranges are more than current BAF system limits. Secondly, the application of the current BAF system has the possibility of general redevelopment, but the partial improvement considering current standards of the high density built-up area's paving section is impossible. Lastly, division of the application object and application type are not divided well. In addition, the Seoul BAF which is currently applied across the board is based on the destruction of the natural area and low density built-up area. Accordingly, to improve these problems requires a complementary system protecting the ecological function prior to the application of the BAF and with restricted application to high density of BAF system built-up area.

The Ministry of Education Science and Technology represented National Mathematics Education Advance Plan in 2012. The plan is focused on reinforcing mathematics education, improving understanding about mathematics, and enhancing self-guided learning. After the National Mathematics Education Advance Plan new middle school mathematics textbooks have been developed and they will be used from 2013. The purpose of this study is to analyse those mathematics textbooks to find how the National Mathematics Education Advance Plan is affected to the mathematics textbooks. This study found some important aspects affected from the Advance Plan to those textbooks and some implications for the future Korean mathematics education.

본 논문에서는 C4LPT를 토대로 협동학습이 가능한 웹 2.0 도구를 소개하고, 웹 2.0 도구 활용 수업을 위한 교수 학습 과정안을 간략하게 제공함으로써 웹 2.0 도구의 교육적 활용방안을 제안한다. 제안한 교수 학습 과정안을 통한 수업은 소집단, 공동의 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 참여를 독려하고 자유롭게 소통할 수 있는 웹기반 환경을 제공했다. 또한 웹 2.0 도구의 공동 작업 공간을 이용하여 학습자의 학습적 흥미를 이끌고, 학습 분위기를 유지할 수 있었다. 제안한 교수 학습 과정안을 토대로 2012년부터 현재까지 1학년 대학생 대상으로 수업을 하였으며, 학생들의 만족도 조사 및 학습 결과물을 통해 웹 2.0 도구의 교육적 활용이 가능함을 보인다.
