  • The Council of Educational Facility Planners, International: CEFPI included about 20 countries (now another members are continuously registering) have some decision making of the master plan for the educational facilities and buildings in constructing/consulting for the world education. Through the research & development of the educational facility & building designing by the Council members who are the professional, of the nursery to higher education. At the same time they will have some master plan for the connected school & university facility's & building's designing/constructing system, having for the White-, blue-, steel-, and idea color job's educational facilities. The Council will be Given a desirable 72nd Birthday 1995 with the 21st Century's Educational Facility Master plan.

  • This study determined tact process paths by separating the finish works according to the properties of work areas and work relations in order to apply the tact schedule management to the finish works. In addition, by suggesting preparing and sharing the workflow charts, the experiments can be shared between the executors and any possible frictions between the specialist works can be identified in advance. In addition, any errors on the plan can be reviewed and modified through the measurement stage of tact plan attainment rate. The process of tact schedule management is improved with such tools and methods and the efficiency of the process through the application of cases was verified.

  • 도서관발전종합계획(2009~2013)의 본격적인 시행으로 종합계획의 형성 및 집행에 참여하는 중앙행정기관, 지자체 등 참여대상이 증가하고 정책 환경이 복잡하게 전개되고 있지만, 이러한 상황을 제대로 분석하고 짚어내는 도서관정책 전반에 대한 평가 및 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 연구는 도서관발전종합계획(2009~2013)을 정책형성단계, 정책집행단계, 정책성과단계의 3단계로 나누어 각 정책과정의 요인들이 정책성과에 미치는 영향관계 등을 검증하여 종합계획 시행의 문제점 및 개선방향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 도서관발전종합계획(2009~2013)의 정책과정을 평가하기 위한 형성적 평가모형을 설계하고, 도서관정책 전문가 그룹이 참여하는 델파이 조사를 통해 개발된 평가모형을 수정 보완하는 절차를 거쳤다. 그리고 실제 종합계획을 수립 시행중인 도서관정책 관계자를 대상으로 실증적인 평가를 실시한 후, 이 평가결과를 토대로 정책단계별 요인이 정책성과에 미치는 영향관계 등을 실증적으로 분석하였다.

  • 대부분의 행정업무는 주소를 기반으로 수행하고 있기 때문에, 공간정보는 행정업무 수행에 핵심적인 요소이다. 행정업무에 공간정보를 활용하기 위한 많은 시스템이 구축되어 있으나, 도로점용허가 업무에 공간정보를 활용하기 위한 시스템의 구축에 대한 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 도로점용허가 행정업무에 공간정보를 활용하는 시스템의 구축방안을 다룬다. 시스템 구축방안은 업무분석, 활용 시나리오 도출, 시스템의 기능도출, 그리고 데이터마트 구축방안을 포함한다. 첫째, 업무편람 분석을 기반으로 도로점용 업무의 프로세스 및 각 프로세스를 구성하는 활동을 정의하고 도식화 한다. 둘째, 도출된 업무 활동 중 공간정보가 활용 될 수 있는 시나리오를 도출한다. 셋째, 도출된 업무 프로세스 및 공간정보 활용 시나리오를 시스템으로 만들기 위한 서비스의 기능을 도출한다. 마지막으로 본 시스템에 사용될 공간정보의 데이터마트 구축방안을 수립한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 시스템 구축방안은 응용 아키텍처 및 데이터 아키텍처의 일부를 포함한다. 추후 시스템을 구축하려면 하드웨어 아키텍처와 소프트웨어 아키텍처의 구성방안이 추가로 연구되어야 할 것이다.

  • Many primary schools that have been an important role in the community at the same time local important facility not only local area but also all area in Korea have shown a situation for closing and into grating a school because of a social and political measure. The education policy for man power training and closing policy for small scale school not more than 100 students can't role in the rural development policy, coming farming and fishing villages. The reasons for thinking some application paradigm and closing schools have been important role in the point of education and culture parts. Of course, the application paradigm for closing school facility will get accomplished for a mood of local residents and a point of cultural deference, not keeping up unconditionally for closing a school. For accomplishing versatile purposes, initiative role of the organs of local education is very important. The organs of local education have an application paradigm that closing schools are the facilities for local organs of education will plan some specific facility to be matched for local special quality and connection quality of surrounding facility and environment. Before an application paradigm of closing school, it is very important that a fundamental factor for negligence the facility will be solved. Eventually, the organs of education have a plan for technical study of this paradigm and consider keeping and mending of closing facility, rent the facility for payment or not they want, and confer money problem not an unconditional scale.

Optimal dwelling time prediction for package tour using K-nearest neighbor classification algorithm

  • We introduce a machine learning-based web application to help travel agents plan a package tour schedule. K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classification predicts the optimal tourists' dwelling time based on a variety of information to automatically generate a convenient tour schedule. A database collected in collaboration with an established travel agency is fed into the KNN algorithm implemented in the Python language, and the predicted dwelling times are sent to the web application via a RESTful application programming interface provided by the Flask framework. The web application displays a page in which the agents can configure the initial data and predict the optimal dwelling time and automatically update the tour schedule. After conducting a performance evaluation by simulating a scenario on a computer running the Windows operating system, the average response time was 1.762 s, and the prediction consistency was 100% over 100 iterations.

  • This study is concerned with reliability technology. In order to achieve the quality level of items for consumer's satisfaction, tests for the item's reliability are essential. This article deals with a method and real field application to plan reliability testing. Especially the environmental conditions and methods such as screening test for electronic components will be shown. As well, we will explore methods and field applications with respect to mechanic destructive tests and non destructive tests.

  • The planning and application of new developments in management of wastes. in hog farming is required to minimise the gaseous emissions from wastes and pollution of the aquatic environment. These strategies are enveloped in the "Farm Waste Management Plan" which identifies areas of the waste assets in form of plant nutrient and considers optimal manute collecting and storing procedures. The storage volumes for environmentally acceptable manure treatments and application methods are suggested. Good Waste Management Planning together with appropriate system design will ensure safe, reliable and effective waste handling.

  • Main feature of portfolio assessments is the integration between assessment and instruction. Based on this feature, we developed portfolio assessment regarding feedback fitted into elementary school science classes. The portfolio assessment model is consisted with three steps; the plan of assessment, the practice of portfolio assessment, and the application of assessment result. In the last step, feedbacks of the assessment result were represented to students. From this model, we inspect the possibility of application in elementary school science.

  • Nowadays, the color of the interior effects people's thought, behavior and even the psychological state and this led to the presence of emotional design. The color is perceived as the main image of the apartment, and if applied from the early state of designing it can create a more rational and emotional interior. The purpose of this study is to understand the emotional factors by color taste characteristic and the application to living space. The living space of apartments will express people's emotion more aggressively and variously in the coming years.
