웹이 대중화됨에 따라. 교사의 자료 수집에 있어서도 웹 사용의 필요성은 점차 증대되고 있으나. 정보의 양미 급증하고 적절한 사용기술의 부족으로 인해 현실적으로 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 교수-학습에 필요한 다양한 자료와 교사의 지식을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 교수-학습안 관리 시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 교수-학습안에 필요한 정보는 웹에서 간단한 입력으로 생성되어 데이터베이스에 저장되고. 생성된 교수-학습안은 웹 환경에서 다른 교사도 공유한다. 또한. 교수-학습안 DTD를 설계하고 각 교수-학습 안을 이에 유효한 XML 문서로 표현함으로써 문서교환의 편리성을 제공하고 다양한 형태로 출력될 수 있도록 하여 교육에 관련된 다른 시스템으로의 확대적용이 용이하도록 하였다.

This study aims at establishing master plan for efficient establishment of comprehensive drought management information system as non-structural drought counterplan which provides drought damage in advance. Domestic and abroad research related to drought were surveyed and analyzed through many literature and internet for systematic drought management information system. Long-term master plan for comprehensive drought management information system is divided into 3 steps. In first step, drought monitoring system including development of hydrological drought assessment index, drought outlook analysis method and GIS web based drought monitering system is established. In second step, water supply plan and guideline through water shortage danger assessment by areal characteristics is established. In third step, comprehensive management information system through export system linked to KORSIM and establishment of information shared system between each bureau related to drought. Based on this study, master plan for efficient development and application of drought management information system is proposed, it is expected to be applied as guideline for second and third step of drought management information system.

This paper deals with the procedures of effective mid-term Operation Planning establishment for painting shop in shipbuilding. and develop prototype system. In general, the block painting process consists of two stages such as blasting operation for surface preparation and painting operation for paint application for blocks. Weather condition is a potent Influence on those operations. The procedures consists of four steps, Load analysis, Generate alternative simulation plan. Implementation of Allocation automation module and Compare result of each simulation plan. Explain of each step. as follows, 1.step, Load analysis measure amount of assigned workload and manhour. 2.step, simulation scheme include alterable control variable such as overtime, weather. Auto allocating module carry out feasibility of simulation plan. 3.step, Allocation automation module are composed of three algorithms, as followings: - the block allocation algorithm that determines the number of blocks to be processed each day, - the team allocation algorithm that allocates blocks to worker groups. - the block arrangement algorithm that arrange blocks in blasting and painting cells. Since the block arrangement algorithm is conducted simultaneously with the team allocation algorithm, the total structure of the operating algorithms is considered to have two phases: first, daily load balancing with capacity limit and second, team allocation considering arrangement each day 4 step, Comparing result of each simulation plan. and select best simulation plan.

Business process reengineering(BPR) aims at a radical redesign of our business processes in order to achieve dramatic improvements in their performance. However, the fact that many BPR projects have failed hesitates the companies who have started to use BPR or who are planning to do so. Implementing a radical plan from a cross-functional perspective needs a more careful consideration of process vision, preventive measures and contingency plan. Our research suggests to use a visual decision making process (VDMP) in the development of a process vision and implementation plan. A BPR project of Carlson School of Management (CSOM) at the University of Minnesota is illustrated to show our suggested methodology.

공공시설 중 도로계획의 경우 건설과정 및 건설 후의 소음 및 오염 등의 환경 사회적 비용 및 주행성 안전성 등 요소의 평가 등을 수량화가 어려운 대표적 비용으로 들 수 있는데 본 연구에서는 이러한 수량화가 어려운 비용 효과들을 포함하여 고려한 도로노선계획결과를 정보계측기법과 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 '정보량'이라는 통일된 단위로 표현하고, 기존 시설물과의 관계로부터의 '정보편익' 개념으로 평가하였다. 정보계측기법과 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 도로건설시 발생하는 비용과 직접효과를 고려하기 위하여 시설정보계측모형을 개발하였으며, 도로 주변 시설간의 편익을 고려하기 위하여 시설정보편익모형을 구성하였다. 비용과 직접효과만을 고려한 시설정보계측모형에서는 기존의 도로설계와 유사한 결과가 도출되었으며, 시설정보편익모형에서는 기존의 도로계획 평가에서 고려할 수 없었던 요소들에 대한 고려가 가능하였다.

In this study, among the cognitive learning models for information process, Taba’s inductive thinking model and Joyce&Weil’s concept attainment model, which help to obtain and study the concepts, can be applied to the ranges of consumer-education. Considering this, a new teaching-paln can be made. Applying the plan to the present teaching environments. I will do the research possibilities of applying the concept-learning teaching-plan to the consumer education. In the method of this research, many books, related to home economics & consumer-education, characters of concept-learning, and concept teaching-learning models, were studied. Also, on the basis of theoretical evidence, the teaching-plan, that apply the concept teaching model, were made. In addition, experimental research was done to find out the possibilities that the plan focusing on concept learning was applied or not. As a result of this study, two points are briefly summarized : 1. The teaching plan using Taba’s and Joyce & Weil’s concept-attainment model was made. 2. Concept-learning in consumer-education didn’t have a great a great influence to the changes of consumer-roles and attitudes, but had a great influence to the effects of consumer concept-knowledge(p<0.01) The effects of consumer-knowledge had much relation to consumer-roles and attitudes. The learners whose grade is higher in attainments of consumer-knowledge, also have a high grade in consumer-roles and attitudes.

This paper describes Modernization of the public dwelling focused on DK type standard plan during 1950's. in Japan. Shortage of the dwelling stated after World War II, inferior housing environment, required the re-reflection of a dwelling and a life system succeeded to traditionally As a result, it was going to solve a principle application of a new life style for a demand of a development process of the modernization through DK type standard plan. Although it was thought that the modernization process of the public dwelling Japan had aimed at Westernization, it turned out that modernization was developed according to the peculiar housing culture system of Japan. As for it, in the planning stage of DK plan, although known with the public and private space for which the Western-like element was generally accommodated by modernization processes, such as closing-izing of space, and specialization of a function, generally, succession of a traditional element and a modernistic change of that are seen. Moreover, it can be said that Westernization was transcended and peculiar localization of Japan was fixed.

본 연구에서는 국내 이미 수립되어진 에너지사용계획서를 표본으로 삼아 각 분과별 및 전기 에너지 이용효율 향상 설비별로 전기에너지 절감효과를 조사 분석하였다. 에너지사용계획서 작성 시 본 연구를 바탕으로 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시함으로써 새로이 효율 개선을 목표로 하고 있는 전기에너지 사용계획 수립에 도움이 되고자 한다. 특별히, 전기에너지 절감 기기 적용의 최근 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 합리적인 에너지 사용과 목적에 부합한 분석 결과가 우리나라의 최근 에너지사용 계획서에 기여하고자 한다.
