This Work intends to study on some issues of business and law in relation to Contract for Turnkey Base System. The continuing advance of export system of the plant with the importance for efficient and effective management emphasizes the need for business and legal approach to uniform international model contract. ICC Model Contract for Turnkey Supply of Industrial Plant by ICC covers a particular category of turnkey contract, i.e. contracts for the supply of a plant or production line to be erected within facilities which already exist or which are constructed by the purchaser. Furthermore, the application of the ICC Model Contract for Turnkey Supply of Industrial Plant leaves much to be desired from a business and legal point of view. Therefore, there would appear to be room for compromise between the supplier and purchaser in respect to make a contact for Turnkey supply of industrial plant.

A business model (BM) can be developed based on a business model framework (BMF) consisting of key components such as value proposition, customers, and resources. To systematically generate and analyze emerging BMs such as healthcare BM, an integration of diverse BMF components is needed. The present study is to establish a comprehensive BMF and evaluate its applicability to healthcare BMs. Based on a review of eight BMF studies, ten BMF components were identified and classified into five major components (value proposition, resources, organizing model, customers, and revenue model) and five minor components (technology, service platform, delivery, competitive strategy, and growth/exit) by analyses of frequency and functional importance. Lastly, the BMs of three emerging healthcare companies (WellDoc, Inc., CFW Shops, and Aravind Eye Care System) were analyzed and compared in terms of the proposed BMF components. The comprehensive BMF components presented in the study can be of help for developing new BMs and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of BMs.

This paper aims to applying the architectural business model canvas to urban single houses business based on the prosumer concept of knowledge-based economy. For that purpose, current status of housing market are reviewed to compare the characteristics of urban single houses with general apatments, Second, from the viewpoints of prosumers which means the client as both producer and consumer, single house business problems were investigated. Third, for the purpose of improving current business problems, new architectural business model with the help of business model canvas is developed to give the improvement measures.

The purpose of the study is to examine the potentialities and limits of Business Reference Model (BRM) as records classification schemes in Korean central state institutions. The analysis is based on the data collected through focus group interviews of three times, in which six records professionals from central government agencies participate. This paper begins with inquiring the framework of records classification based BRM, required by Public Records Management Act. It explores the types of benefit of BRM application to government records classification. Based on the collected data from the interviews, it investigates how records are aggregated, and how transaction level (Danwi-Gwaje) of BRM is applied in the course of records aggregation.

Research relevant to the electronic commerce tends to either overestimate or underrate the role of Information and Communication Technology (lCT). There is both technological skepticism within the social science circles and technical optimism within the engineering and computing field. Each perspective seems to have a limitation in adequately explaining the phenomenon of electronic commerce diffusion. Therefore, this research attempts to explore major characteristics of Web-based shopping systems as enablers of new business, concerning both the technical and business aspects in contemporary electronic commerce settings. On this basis, this paper addresses a configuration model of WBSS on the harmonious perspective concerning both the technical and business issues. It is our hope that both technical perspective and business perspective for exploring WBSS's configuration model presented in this paper can be an initial step towards a more balanced debate of ICT role, for electronic commerce.

The purpose of this study is to explore the application sphere of BPM(Business Process Management) to e-trade process using BPM technology and its service architecture in order to expand the usage of e-trade platform which is developing. After close reviewing the current status of trade process, the possibility of BPM application by e-trade process will be analyzed. The result of analysis is that BPM application to local L/C and purchasing confirmation process could be implemented because those processes are very suitable to apply standardized process and can minimize the risk and confusion of users. BPM application to remaining trade process have to be considered by mid-term and long-term project with the reflection of pilot project performance. Also this study suggests a business management model of e-trade process based on BPM technology which is the new IT technology and integrated interface in view of trade community.

We analyze the information level of local small and medium business in the base of Nolan's growth stage model. To estimate information level we do separate level analysis for six sections and integrated total level analysis. After analyzing information level of business, we focus on the factors of this result to understand the most influential environments. The local business we were studying are the third stage-control stage. But Organization of information department and Planning and control of information are the second stage. The number of computer system application field is very related to information level. We present the critical factors of information level of small and medium business.

This study investigated the relationship between business-to-business service quality and loyalty by applying the IMP (International/Industrial Marketing and Purchasing Group) model. The study found that six dimensions of service quality which were product exchange, financial exchange, information exchange, social exchange, cooperation, and adaptation explained B2B service quality very well. More specifically, the study found that service quality dimensions of social exchange, cooperation, and adaptation were more important than those of product exchange, financial exchange, and information exchange. The study also found a positive relationship between service quality and loyalty. In fact, organizational buyers appeared to show greater loyalty as they perceived service quality better.

This paper addresses the issues related to the development of product model and applications fer nuclear power plants based on STEP and PLIB standards. The ISO standards which can be applied are; STEP(Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data) AP(application protocol) 221/231, AP 230/225, AP 227, ISO 13584 PLIB, ISO 15926 RDL. The data models of the AP's and ISO 15926 RDL are reviewed and an application system is proposed to exchange and share the design data of the nuclear power plant.

This paper formally defines a role-driven security and access control model of a business process in order eventually to provide a theoretical basis for realizing the secured business process management systems. That is, we propose a graphical representation and formal description of the mechanism that generates a set of role-driven security and access control models from a business process modeled by the information control net(ICN) modeling methodology that is a typical business process modeling approach for defining and specifying business processes. Based upon the mechanism, we are able to design and accomplish a secured business process management system that provides an unified resource access control mechanism of the business process management engine domain's and the application domain's. Finally, we strongly believe that the secured access control policies from the role-driven security and access control model can be easily transformed into the RBAC(Role-based Access Control) model that is a standardized security technology for computer and communications systems of commercial and civilian government organizations.
