Development of Wine Recommendation App Using Artificial Intelligence-Based Chatbot Service (인공지능 기반 챗봇 서비스를 활용한 와인 추천 앱개발)

  • It is a wine recommendation application service designed for people who sometimes drink wine but lack information and have no place to recommend. This study is to develop UI display design method of wine recommendation service using chatbot. The research method was a case study on Korean wine market, a case study on artificial intelligence market, SWOT analysis of wine-related chatbots, and a competitor analysis of related industries. In addition, surveys and in-depth interviews examined the level of interest and understanding of chatbots, and what kind of chatbots they had encountered and what requirements and goals they faced. After grasping the needs and requirements of users, we created a service concept sheet according to them and produced an application UI design that users can use most easily. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it proposes a UI design that can search wine information more sophisticated and convenient than face-to-face communication through artificial intelligence service called chatbot and recommend wines that match the taste.

  • 사물인터넷(Internet of Things)의 도래와 함께, 무선공유기(wireless access point)들의 보안이 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 연구진은 대부분의 무선공유기들이 제공하는 웹 기반 관리 인터페이스들에 웹 어플리케이션 취약점(web application vulnerability)들이 존재할 수 있다는 점을 착안, 국내 주요 무선공유기들에 대한 웹 어플리케이션 취약점 점검을 수행하였으며, 악용이 가능한 여러 취약점들이 존재함을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 연구진이 무선공유기 대상 웹 어플리케이션 취약점 점검에 보조적으로 사용하기 위하여 개발한 3종의 모바일 앱(mobile app)들을 설명한다.

  • Since commercial operation of Kori-1 nuclear power plant in 1978, twenty units are under operation and six units are under construction at 2011 present. Nuclear power become a main energy source in our country. However, the plant was constructed by a USA vendor in its beginning period, the Quality Assurance requirements of USA was applied. Even though Quality Assurance requirements were newly established to the Korea Atomic Energy Act, its contents are quite similar to those of USA. And 10 CFR 50 App.B, ASME NQA-1 apply to most of nuclear industries as a quality assurance plan. In this paper, Quality Assurance requirement of domestic nuclear industries has been investigated and applicable method of ISO Quality Assurance application to the nuclear industries is suggested by a comparison ISO 9000 and nuclear quality assurance specification.

  • The mobile application market has been growing extensively in recent years. Currently, Apple's App Store has more than 400,000 applications and Google's Android Market has above 150,000 applications. Such growth in volumes of mobile applications has created a need to develop a recommender system that assists the users to take the right choice, when searching for a mobile application. In this paper, we study the recommendation system building tools based on collaborative filtering. Specifically, we present a study on comparison analysis of collaborative filtering in Java and R statistical software. We implement the collaborative filtering using Java's Apache Mahout and R's recommenderlab package. We evaluate both methods and describe the advantages and disadvantages of using them in order to implement collaborative filtering.

  • Due to the important role of avatars in computer-mediated communication (CMC), a growing number of CMC-based services now support avatar customization options. However, in many cases, customization and personalization options are limited to visual features. In this paper, we propose and describe a prototype for a vocal customization web application. Titled Voice Creator, the app is designed for both able-bodied and speech- or hearing-impaired users who seek to communicate anonymously using digital voice identities.

  • The issue about the safety management of gas related work has been studied toward a direction to utilize IoT system recently. For this purpose, the matters of user's demand has been deduced through the literature survey, field survey, and professional consultation, by studying the characteristics of worker, work, and work site. In summary, these are the demands for mobile App, 1)a clear arrangement of contents, 2)a design with high readability, 3)a design with low death, 4) securing of user's accessibility, 5)an effective information transmission plan in the work section where it is impossible to operate the mobile device, 6)an activation of alarm function at the section of high working error, 7)a fast two-way transmission and receipt of safety inspection matter needed at work, 8)a selection of images and contents that can guide the situation to the worker in case of accident, 9)an alarm function for the degree of danger in an area of worker's location. Based on these, a basic design of safety application for gas related work has been proposed, that can secure the user accessibility.

  • This study is to measure traveling experience of bike riders whom going long distance trip. Bike paths and bike riding are crucial element for modern people's life style. At the same time, a bicycle trail is being developed by the National Bicycled-Oriented Chair Plan, which was established in 2009 by the National Bike Policy Master Plan. 13 million bike riders in Korea is keep on trying the long distance bike trip and its number is increasing every year. Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security decides to promote the convenience of riders by developing bicycle app for long distance rider. The study attempted to assess usability of this app with 39 bike applications whom currently using the bike application. Afterwards, the researchers tests 11 hypotheses through in-depth interviews of six activated members. In sum, Bicycle travelers should be provided with bike trail guidance based on theme section skill, provided in-time speed distance related information, communicated with other bike riders, given tips for bike supplies and maintenance, and provided English language service. The study hopes to help find a customized service for bike travelers.

A Case of Field Application of EPS Blocks and Its Performance (EPS블럭의 현장적용에 따른 하부지반의 거동 연구)

  • The use of EPS application to construction field was introduced in this country very recently. Nevertheless, approximately a total of 210,000m3 of EPS application was conducted in less than four years. Main app.lication areas for the EPS method are : (1)backfill behind a bridge abutment constructed on soft clay soil, (2)embankment constructed on soft clay soil, and (3)backfill of gravity wall. Among these, about 70oA of EPS are used for (1) and (2) deb cribed above. In this study, an invesitgation was held for the application of the EPS method to backfill of a bridge abutment which was constructed on soft clay soil. Several instruments were installed around the construction site to invesitgate the behavior of the system. Then a Finite Element Analysis was conducted for comparison.

Effect of Application Service Quality Attributes on Perceived Value and Post-Purchase Behavior Intentions (식품 관련 앱(APP) 서비스 품질 속성이 서비스 이용자의 지각된 가치와 구매 후 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In modern society, the online to offline (O2O) market has become an emerging market. Based on social and cultural phenomena, the importance of "FOODTECH" linked with mobile applications is growing in the food and restaurant industry. This study examined subjective food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions. According to this study, of foodtech service quality attributes, only information, mobility, and reliability had positive (+) relationships with perceived value. However, foodtech service quality attributes did not have a direct impact on behavior intentions. Perceived values had a positive (+) relationship with behavior intentions and showed full mediation effects between foodtech service quality attributes and behavior intentions. Based on these results, future research on the relationship among food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions is needed.

Analysis of User Reviews for Webtoon Applications Using Text Mining (텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 웹툰 애플리케이션 사용자 리뷰 분석)

  • With the rapid growth of the webtoon industry, a new model for webtoon applications has emerged. We have entered the era of webtoon application version 3.0 after ver 1.0 and ver 2.0. Despite these changes, research on user review analysis for webtoon applications is still insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to analyze user reviews for 'Kakao Webtoon (Daum Webtoon)' that presented the webtoon application 3.0 model. For analysis, 20,382 application reviews were collected and pre-processed, and TF-IDF, network analysis, topic modeling, and emotional analysis were conducted for each version. As a result, the user experience of the webtoon application for each version was analyzed and usability testing conducted.
