다자비교시험을 통한 화학혼화제 고형분량 시험법의 신뢰성 및 FT-IR 분석에 대한 효용성 평가 (A Round Robin Study of Solid Content Test and Applicability Estimation of FT-IR Analysis for Chemical Admixtures)

  • 콘크리트용 화학혼화제의 인수검사 시험법에 대한 국내외 기준을 살펴보고, 한국도로공사에서 활용 중인 고형분량을 대상으로 다자비교시험에 의한 통계분석을 통하여 시험법의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 또한 FT-IR을 활용하여 다성분 조성 화학혼화제의 기기분석 효용성을 검증하였다. 시험결과의 이상치를 검정하는 Cochran, Grubbs 및 Dickson의 Q 검정을 실시하였으며, KS A ISO 5725-2의 절차에 따른 재현표준편차 및 반복표준편차는 각각 0.25 및 0.09%으로 나타나 시험방법의 신뢰성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 혼화제 시료상태에 따라 FT-IR 특성피크가 큰 차이를 나타내므로 건조시료에 의한 관리가 필요하였으나, 2종 이상 원료가 포함된 다성분 혼화제의 FT-IR 특성피크는 큰 차이가 없어 기기분석의 효용성을 확인할 수 없었다.

Applicability of Existing Fracture Initiation Models to Modern Line Pipe Steels

  • The original fracture criteria developed by Maxey/Kiefner for axial through-wall and surface-cracked pipes have worked well for many industries for a large variety of relatively low strength and toughness materials. However, newer line pipe steels have some unusual characteristics that differ from these older materials. One example is a test data that has demonstrated that X80 line-pipe with an axial through-wall-crack can fail at pressures about 30 percent lower than predicted with commonly used analysis methods for older steels. Thus, it is essential to review the currently available models and investigate the applicability of these models to newer high-strength line pipe materials. In this paper, the available models for predicting the failure behavior of axial-cracked pipes (through-wall-cracked and external surface-cracked pipes) were reviewed. Furthermore, the applicability of these models to high-strength steel pipes was investigated by analyzing limited full-scale pipe fracture initiation test results. Based on the analyzed results, the shortcomings of the available models were identified. For both through-wall and surface cracks, the major shortcomings were related to the characterization of the material toughness, which generally leads to non-conservative predictions in the J-T analyses. The findings in this paper may be limited to the test data that were consider for this study. The requisite characteristics of a potential model were also identified in the present paper.

풍쇄전로슬래그의 연직배수재 활용성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Applicability of Converter Slag by wind fracture as Vertical Drains)

  • Recently it is difficult to secure sand used in the improvement of soft ground, and so it is necessary to find alternative materials. For this reason many researchers are studying and trying to find new substitute materials. One of the materials is considered as converter slag by wind fracture which is generated in the production of steel manufacture by electric circuit. It is environment friendly since it is a recycled material and economical since it is cheaper than sand. To investigate the applicability of converter slag by wind fracture as the alternative material such as vertical drains, it is necessary to check the drainage effect of this in the field construction. In order to attain an successful design it is important to predict problems encountered in field construction. Accordingly, in this study the laboratory test was executed under different conditions in advance of applying of the field. A total of 4 cases including slag, sand+slag, pack slag and sand as vertical drains was conducted, and at the base of the laboratory test the field test was executed and analyzed.

간호사 임상경력관리체계 모형 타당성 및 적용가능성 검증연구 (Validity and Applicability of Clinical Ladder System Model for Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the validity and applicability of the Clinical Ladder System(CLS) Model for nurses and to suggest a model for nurses in general hospitals as well as tertiary hospitals. Methods: After refining questionnaires through focus group participation, a survey was carried out with 50 nurse managers and 500 staff nurses from 6 tertiary hospitals and 4 general hospitals. S-CVI and i-CVI for validity and applicability were calculated. Differences in validity and applicability by the type of hospitals and characteristics of respondents were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. Results: S-CVI for validity and applicability of the CLS model were over 0.8 in two types of hospitals and the validity and applicability of the CLS model were confirmed. No differences were found in the total score for validity between the 2 types of hospitals, but in applicability, general hospitals had significantly lower applicability than tertiary hospitals. Some items showed difference according to characteristics of the respondents. CLS models were postulated based on the study results. Conclusion: The CLS model refined through this study can be used for nurses. In application, modifications are needed according to the conditions of each hospital.

철도 노반재로서의 수경성 입도 조정 고로슬래그(HMS-25)의 적용성 평가 (Evaluation of Applicability of HMS-25 as the Railroad Roadbed Material)

  • 본 연구에서는 선철의 제조과정에서 부산물로 발생되는 수경성 입도조정 고로 슬래그(이하HMS-25라 함)의 철도 노반재로서의 적용성 및 성능평가 검토를 하였다. 실험은 기본물성 측정을 위한실내시험, 일축압축강도시험 및 정ㆍ동적 특성분석을 위한 모형토조실험 및 공진주/비틂 전단시험을 실시하였다. HMS-25의 일축압축강도시험 결과, 수경성에 의한 강도 증진 효과를 확인하였다. 토조시헌에서는 HMS-25를 이용하여 조성한 노반이 흙노반에 비해 지지력 및 침하량측면에서 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 공진주/비틂전단시험에서는 전단탄성계수는 구속압의 0.5 제곱으로 증가하였으며, 재령에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

  • 세계 무역 및 항만 산업 환경이 변화함에 따라 선박의 대형화 및 고속화에 대한 대응 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 부산, 울산 등 광역도시를 중심으로 신항만의 건설이 이루어지고 있다. 일반적으로 신항만 건설은 모래 또는 자갈을 사용한 다짐공법이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 모래 또는 자갈이 부족하고, 단가상승으로 인해 경제성 확보가 어려워 최근에는 단시간에 요구되는 압축강도를 확보할 수 있는 심층혼합공법이 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 순환자원을 이용한 CMD-SOIL을 울산지역에 적용하고, 실내 배합시험 및 현장 확인 보링 결과를 분석하여 적용성을 판단하고자 하였다. 시험결과, CMD-SOIL은 설계 배합강도 이상을 나타내었고, 고로슬래그 시멘트와 유사한 성능을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 현장에서의 확인 보링 결과, 설계 기준강도 이상을 충분히 확보할 수 있어 울산지역에서의 현장 적용성을 고려할 때 CMD-SOIL의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

도시홍수 수문모의를 위한 GIS 자료구축 및 분포형 모델링 기법 연구 (A Study on GIS Data Development and Distributed Modeling for Hydrological Simulation of Urban Flood)

  • This study is to develop a distributed urban flood runoff model that simulates the road runoff and to test the applicability of the model by applying to Pyeongtaek city of $12.2km^2$. To generate the runoff along the runoff, agree burned DEM (Digital Elevation Model) with road networks was suggested and the proper spatial resolution of DEM was identified finer than 15 m. To test the model applicability, 32 points on the road networks were selected and the hydrographs of each point were generated. The test showed reasonable results that increase the road runoff from the high elevation roads to the low elevation roads and the road runoff considering rainwater drainage from the road also showed reasonable results.

볼트식 각관형식으로 이음된 PHC 말뚝의 거동 (Behavior of PHC Pile Connected by Bolted Rectangular Steel Tubular)

  • In this study, the applicability of PHC pile jointing method using rectangular steel tubular was studied. PHC pile joints are welded and bolt assembly. The bolt assembly method is a method that improves the various problems of welded joints. Numerical analysis and tests were conducted to analyze the applicability of the PHC pile jointing method using a rectangular steel tubular. The tests were carried out to test the material properties of the rectangular steel tubular material and the bending test of the pile joints. The numerical analysis was interpreted in the same conditons as the tests conditions. As a result, the material strength of each rectangular steel tubular could be used as a joint material. In the bending test, it was evaluated as a sTable material above the allowable stress of piles. In the numerical analysis results under the same conditions as the tests, it was possible to apply the pile joint material without exceeding the allowable stress of the material.

탈황분진을 활용한 친환경 안정재의 심층혼합공법 적용성 평가 (Applicability Evaluation of Eco-Friendly Binder Material using Desulfurized Dust in Deep Cement Mixing Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 심층혼합처리공법용 안정재의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 탈황분진을 이용하여 개발한 친환경 지반안정재(CMD-SOIL)의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 실내배합시험 및 현장시험시공을 실시하였다. 실내배합시험 결과 함수비, 투입비 및 W/B 변화에 따른 CMD-SOIL의 일축압축강도가 기존의 고로슬래그 시멘트와 비교하여 최대 1.136배 큰 것으로 나타났고, 패각이 함유된 흙 재료에서는 최대 1.222배, 부상토가 혼합된 시료에서는 최대 1.363배 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현장시험시공 결과, 실내배합강도와 현장강도의 비(${\lambda}$)가 0.77로 나타나 기존의 연구결과(${\lambda}=2/3$)와 유사한 경향을 보이고 있어 기존의 안정재와 비교하여 동등 이상의 성능을 발휘할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

깍기 비탈면 설계에서의 지질조사 기법의 적용성 분석 (A Study on the Applicable Methods of Investigation for Cutting Slope Design)

  • This study was carried out to increase the efficiency of site investigation through the evaluation of the applicable methods of investigation for cutting slope design. In an effort to find out the applicability of the method employed during the slope investigation, some tests were carried out on 6 subjects i.e location of weak zones, characteristics of discontinuities, distribution of strata, in situ tests for geo-technical properties, laboratory test and estimation of weathering. The method was highly applicable and produced expected results during the test of weak zones, discontinuities and distribution of strata. In order to apply the method to in- situ test for geo-technical properties and laboratory test on soil and rock slope, a statistic analysis of the existing data were required in advance. However its design applicability on rock slope was good although actual cases of application were not many due to limitation of the cases for investigation. The method was frequently referenced but not actually applied for anti seismic design test and estimation of weathering.
