외모에 대한 사회문화적 태도와 의복추구혜택이 패션제품의 양면적 소비에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sociocultural Attitude toward Appearance and Pursuit of Clothing Benefits on Ambivalent Consumption of Fashion Product)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factor structure of sociocultural attitude toward Appearance, pursuit of clothing benefits, ambivalent consumption of fashion product and the effects of sociocultural attitude toward appearance and pursuit of clothing benefits on ambivalent consumption of fashion product. Questionnaires were administered to 425 women living in Deagu Metropolitan City and Kyungbook province. The data collected were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, multiple regression, ANOVA, and Duncan-test. The findings are as follows. Sociocultural attitude toward appearance was composed of two factors such as internalization, and awareness. Pursuit of clothing benefits was composed of four factors such as individuality oriented, social oriented, fashion leadership oriented, and body oriented. Ambivalent consumption of fashion product was composed of three factors such as style/price ambivalence, place of purchase ambivalence, and brand ambivalence. The effects of sociocultural attitude toward Appearance and pursuit of clothing benefits on each of ambivalent consumption of fashion product variables like style/price ambivalence, place of purchase ambivalence, and brand ambivalence were explained by the factors such as internalization, and awareness, and individuality oriented, social oriented, fashion leadership oriented, and body oriented.

중국 신세대 남녀의 생활 및 패션태도 요인분석 (A Factor Analysis of Lifestyle and Fashion Attitude of Chinese New generation)

  • The study of young people's attitudes towards appearance management has special significance for understanding young people's living, thought and attitudes. It was handed out 600 questionnaires in the three cities and look 573 questionnaires back, out of which 552 were used as the basic material for the analysis. These 522 questionnaires included 178 in Beijing, 200 in Shanghai, 175 in Dalian. 154 questions in four aspects were raised in the questionnaires. The purpose of this study were to identify the Chinese generation' lifestyle and fashion attitudes. Questionnaires developed by researcher were distributed and collected from 552 chinese new generation of the three cities(178 in Beijing, 200 in Shanghai, 175 in Dalian). 1) Life attitudes of new generation men and women in China were classified into five factors, which were extravagant pleasure-seeking, sports-oriented, marriage-oriented, appearance-oriented and study-oriented attitudes. 2) Fashion attitudes of new generation men and women in China were classified into eight factors, which were fashion attitude of being conscious of others, others-dependent fashion attitude, rational fashion attitude, brand-pursuing fashion attitude, active appearance management fashion attitude, unique fashion attitude, fashion attitude of being conscious of sex role and individuality-oriented fashion attitude.

청소년의 심리적 불안감, 외모지향태도, 자아존중감과 문제행동의 구조관계: 성별 및 학교급별의 다집단분석 (Structural Correlations of Psychological Anxiety, Appearance-oriented Attitude, Self-esteem and Behavioral Problems: Multi-group Analysis in Gender and Grade Level)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 심리적 불안감과, 외모지향태도, 자아존중감과 이들의 문제행동 간 구조적 관계에 대해 분석하고, 이 구조적 관계가 성별, 학교 급별로 어떻게 나타나는지 실증적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국 아동 청소년 데이터 아카이브에서 제공하는 NYPI횡단조사 중 2013년 '청소년 문제행동 저연령화 실태 및 정책과제 연구'를 위해 수집된 자료를 SPSS 22.0프로그램과 AMOS 22 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 심리적 불안감이 높을수록 자아존중감은 약해지며 문제행동의 수준은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 외모지향태도가 강할수록 자아존중감은 강해지며 문제행동의 수준은 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아존중감이 강할수록 문제행동의 수준은 완화되는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 심리적 불안감과 외모지향태도가 자아존중감을 통해 문제행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 간접효과를 검정한 결과, 심리적 불안감과 문제행동과의 관계에서 자아존중감은 정적 매개효과를, 외모지향적 태도와 문제 행동과의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부적 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 청소년의 외모지향태도와 문제행동 간의 인과관계의 영향력 크기는 성별 및 학교급별에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년의 문제행동 예방 및 완화를 위한 이론적, 실천적 함의와 제언을 하였다.

  • Recently 'lookism' is prevalent in Korean society. Lookism is a thought that one of causes of unequality of the mankinds is the appearance. The appearance is not only endowed but is made by efforts. Korean market related beauty including cosmetics occupied over $15billion. The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of the appearance management behaviors. Considering social characteristics of Korea and previous literatures, Collectivism, body image were chosen as an explaining variables. And self-esteem, attitudes toward sex roles and the shopping orientation and some demographic variables were selected. For the data analysis, 514 questionnaire for male and female in Daegu were collected. The determinants of appearance management behaviors were perceived level of living, concerns toward thinness, shopping orientation, appearance evaluation, female, family oriented thinking, belief in appearance power, attitude toward sex roles.

여성의 라이프스타일 집단에 따른 외모관심도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Degree of Interest in Appearance by Women's Lifestyle Group)

  • The developments of consumption culture and mass media have caused consumers to take a greater interest in appearance, and as a result, the appearance related industry has been rapidly developed. Since appearance serves as a means to attain a smooth and successful social life, women invest a lot of time in cultivating their appearance more prominently than others and are more agreeable to the criteria of beauty in society. This study is to analyze the degree of satisfaction of appearance in teens to women in their 50s as classified by their lifestyle. For the data analysis, the statistical program, SPSS WIN 14.0 was used. First, the results of examining the degree of interest in appearance, the degree of bodily satisfaction, and the degree of bodily importance showed that the interest in appearance was highest in the fashion pursuing group. The degree of bodily importance was highest in the economy-oriented group. Second, appearance management attitudes showed significant differences m hair attitudes, makeup attitudes, skin attitudes, face-lifting attitudes, and clothing attitudes, depending on the types of lifestyle. Third, it could be seen that the conservative-oriented groups were doing more skin care management than the other groups.

TV·연예인관여에 따른 뷰티관여와 헤어태도 및 인지연령의 차이 (The Difference in Beauty Involvement, Hair Attitude and Cognitive Age Based on People's Interest in Celebrities)

  • This study was conducted to demonstrate the differences in people's beauty involvement, hair attitude and cognitive in accordance with their interest in celebrities and television. Also, the difference between cognitive age and real age was studied. Research subjects were females aged 20s to 50s living in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan areas. The SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis. The results were as follows: First, the involvement in TV entertainers' was categorized into "TV entertainer fashion fan group," "TV entertainer follower group," and "TV program interest group." Second, The involvement of beauty was divided into skin management and expression, body management, makeup and hair attitude. The factors for hair attitude come from the following four actors: "hair creator fan group", "hair homeostasis-oriented," "hair differentiation factor," and "hair personnel-oriented group." Third, the analysis for the differences in the involvement of beauty based on the people's interest in TV appearances of entertainers was that there was a significant difference in skin care and expression, body management, makeup and hair attitude. The interest groups for the entertainers' TV appearances showed the highest in all of the above categories. Fourth, The analysis for the cognitive age for the "TV entertainer interest group" showed little difference in cognitive age, age of sensibility, age of physical appearance, behavior age, and age of interest. Fifth, The result for the difference in the actual age and cognitive age for different age groups showed that there was a little difference in average cognitive age including the age of sensibility, age of physical appearance, behavior age, and age of interest.

패션아웃렛과 백화점 이용 소비자의 점포혼합애고행동 (Store Patronage Mix Behavior between Fashion Outlet and Department Store Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the consumer patronage mix of department and fashion outlet stores, 2) to compare the clothing and price attitudes among store patronage groups and 3) to compare the importance of the stores' attributes among the store patronage groups. The subjects were 381 female consumers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range Test and Cronbach's Alpha. The results were as follows. First, clothing purchasing attitudes of the total respondents were classified by three factors: fashion/confident oriented, appearance oriented, and brand-name oriented. Also, clothing price attitudes were composed of three factors: price/quality-prestige inference, discount/low price pursuit and benefit/value pursuit. In addition, the importance of the store's attributes was composed of five factors: convenience/service, concern of fashion outlet store, brand-name/fashionability, awareness of fashion outlet store, and practical advantage of the store. Second, the department store patronage group was significantly different from the fashion outlet store patronage group in clothing attitude, price attitude, and the importance of the store attribute. Third, the responses of the department store patronage group were significantly different from those of the fashion outlet store patronage group in product reliability and awareness of the fashion outlet store.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between the types of supplied apartment plans and the dweller's remodelling of their housework space. Major findings of this research are as fellows: 1. The concept of house wort space has been greatly changed according to the evolution of socio-economic situation. 2. Increasing trend of remodelling activities for house work space is closely related with the housewife's changing attitude on the concept of house work, that is, the change from hard labor to enjoyable object. 3. The concern for house work space remodelling has been increased since 1980's, which is closely related with the appearance of consumer oriented housing market environment.

학생과 학부모의 의복태도가 여교사의 외모관리에 따른 역할수행능력평가에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Evaluation for Female teachers' Role-Performance on Their Appearance - according to clothing attitude of students and their parents -)

  • 본 연구는 학생과 학부모의 의복태도를 중심으로 여교사의 외모관리가 역할수행(학습지도, 생활지도, 인간관계형성, 학급경영)능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 소재한 중 고등학생 및 학부모 398명으로부터 자료를 수집하여, 요인분석, 군집분석, ANOVA와 Duncan-test, t-test, 기술통계를 이용하여 분석한 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 여교사의 역할수행능력 평가는 4요인으로 설명할 수 있었으며 학습지도능력, 생활지도능력, 인간관계능력, 학급경영능력으로 명명하였다. 그리고 학생과 학부모의 의복태도는 개성추구, 유행관심, 의복 중요성, 정숙성 요인으로 명명하였고 이 요인들에 의해 의복태도 유형은, 의복중시 지향집단, 유행 개성 지향집단, 정숙성지향 집단으로 분류하였다. 둘째, 학생의 경우 유행 개성 지향 집단이 여교사의 학습지도능력, 인간관계능력에서 여교사의 외모가 유의한 영향을 미친다고 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 여교사는 학생의 의복태도를 잘 파악하고 역할수행에 맞는 옷차림 및 외모관리로 효율적인 역할수행을 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 또한 학부모의 경우 의복태도에 따른 여교사가 역할수행능력 평가에 있어 관련성이 적거나 관련이 있더라도 학습 지도 역할을 할 때 보통 정도의 영향을 미친다고 생각하므로 여교사는 학습지도를 할 때 외모관리에 더욱 관심을 기울여야 할 것으로 사료된다. 셋째, 학생과 학부모의 여교사 옷차림에 대한 관심도는 여교사의 외모에 따른 역할수행능력평가에 영향을 미치므로 여교사 옷차림에 대한 관심도가 높은 학생집단의 지도시에 여교사는 학습지도활동 및 인간관계형성, 학급경영활동을 하는데 있어 여교사 본인의 외모에 신경을 쓸 필요가 있을 것이다. 이상과 같이 학생과 학부모는 자신의 의복태도에 따라 여교사의 외모가 역할수행능력에 영향을 미치고 있다고 평가하고 있음이 확인되었다.다. 학생들의 가치관이 다양화되고 있는 만큼 의생활에 흥미와 관심과 의욕을 가질 수 있도록 충실한 의생활교육이 요구되는 시대에 맞게, 내용은 물론 수업체제를 발전시키는 것이 큰 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이렇게 변화하는 사회, 생활에 학교교육이 발맞춰 나가기 위해서는 교육과정의 틀을 바꾸는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니므로, 교과서의 내용을 교육과정 개정주기보다 자주 정기적으로 개편하여 내용을 수정, 보완할 수 있도록 그 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다.1{\pm}10.8%$, 여자 $54.6{\pm}9.9%$로 조사되었다. 칼슘의 섭취량은 평균필요량에 비해 전체 $74.9{\pm}31.9%$로 나타났다. 에너지 섭취량에 있어서 남자 노인들은 모두가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하고 있었고 여자 노인의 경우에도 97%가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하여 에너지 섭취량이 매우 낮았다 반면에 단백질 섭취량에 있어서는 남자 노인의 경우 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하였고, 여자 노인의 경우에는 91%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 대조적이었다. 비타민 A와 E는 각각 평균필요량과 충분섭취량의 125%를 초과하는 비율이 높게 나타난 반면에 비타민 $B_2$는 특히 남자 노인에서 평균필요량의 75%미만을 섭취한 비율이 높게 나타났다. 엽산 섭취량에 있어서는 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 비율이 전체 96%로 나타나 심각한 부족상태로 조사되었다 반면에 철의 섭취량은 남녀 모두 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 아연의 섭취량은 남자 17%,여자 15%가 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 것으로 조사되었다. 에너지와 엽산은 모든 노인들에서 평균필요량에 미달되게 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 단백질과 철분은 남녀 노인 모두에서 평균필요량 보다 적게 섭취한 대상자가 없는 것으로

청소년의 식습관이 건강행위실천에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Affecting Factors on Food Habits related Health Behavior Activities of Adolescents)

  • Although adolescents' obesity prevalence increases recently in Korea due to Westernized dietary life, according to social and economic development, and physical activity decline, distorted body image and improper dietary habits are prevalent, because of excessive obsession with weight control, deriving from psychological impacts including appearance supremacy. This study conducted a survey on health oriented awareness and attitude related with dietary habits targeting adolescents, such as high school students and college students, younger than 24, from May 11 to May 29, 2015. In this study, 280 questionnaire copies were collected out of 300 distributed questionnaire copies, and used 269 copies as analysis data, except 11 copies of which responses were inadequate. The results of this study are as follows: First, the high school students showed higher dietary regularity than the college students. Especially, 95.5% of the college students showed very high irregularity of lunch, compared with just 4.5% of the high school students. Second, the adolescents showed distorted perceived body image in comparison with body mass index (BMI). As a result of examining BMI relationship, according to one's own perception on body type, 28.6% of the respondents perceived themselves fat, despite normal BMI, and 40.4% of the respondents perceived themselves normal, despite low BMI. Third, health behavior activities level was higher, as the regularity of breakfast (B=1.093), lunch, (B=0.650), and dinner (B=0.765) was higher. The variable affecting the most ( ${\beta}=0.372$) was the regularity of breakfast. As interest in weight control was higher, health behavior activities was lower. Because over-interest in weight control may be linked with improper dietary habits or weight control, a caution is needed. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as the basic data for the policy and health-oriented program development to improve adolescents' health behavior practice.
