The purpose of this paper is to develop an evaluation model for e-government system in Korea which is one of world best practices of e-government systems. We have presented a method to perform an efficiency analysis of each e-government service which in a component of e-government system in Korea and to establish a benchmark target for each e-government service. To do this, the output-oriented DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) CCR model was performed for the selected 12 e-government public services of Korean e-government system in this paper. As a result of DEA analysis, first the internet civil appeal support service, the employment comprehensive information service, and the company support information service were evaluated as the efficient solutions among the 12 e-government public services. Second the remaining 9 e-government public services were evaluated as the inefficient information services which should be improved in terms of their service levels. Finally the benchmark targets for the inefficient e-government services were suggested to improve those inefficient systems through DEA analysis.

The medical system of the Central Military Command in the late Joseon Dynasty was practiced by military yakbang (clinicians 藥房), acupuncturists, and horse veterinarians. By analyzing and verifying various literatures, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) In the late Joseon Dynasty, military yakbang prioritized internal medical treatment over surgical treatment. Military yakbang were recognized before military acupuncturists were and had more medicinal gardens. This can be associated with the characteristics of the Military Medical Specialized Book that focuses on drug prescription. 2) The positions of military yakbang and military acupuncturists were not preferred by the Western Medical Offices (洋醫司). For example, in the latter days of King Sukjong's reign, positions were appointed from the Western Medical Offices but, on appeal, outside doctors were included as well. This is understood in terms of salary levels and guarantees of career opportunities. 3) The military acupuncturist was not selected based on ability as per the rules. If that was the case, more military acupuncturists would have been selected as royal acupuncturists (內鍼醫) under the system that continued until the late 19th century. In the future, it is expected that comparative studies will be conducted between local military medicine and the early Joseon's military medicine, thereby intensifying research on military medicine in the Joseon Dynasty.

The Marketing strategy is basic to the marketing plan for a firm. It encompasses the art and science of employing the means for achieving established marketing goals. The use of the word "strategy" in reference to the performance of marketing operations has been accepted in general usage during the last twenty years by both business practitioners and educators. It has been borrowed from the military vocabulary where it refers to the art and science of employing the armed strength of a belligerent force to secure the objectives of war. A marketing strategy consists of two distinct and yet interrelated parts: 1. A target market ${\cdots}{\cdots}$a fairly homogeneous group of customers to whom a company wishes to appeal. 2. A marketing mix ${\cdots}{\cdots}$ the controllable variables which the company combines to satisfy this target group.get group.

While multilayer perceptrons (MLPs) have great possibility on the application to speaker verification, they suffer from inferior learning speed. to appeal to users, the speaker verification systems based on MLPs must achieve a reasonable enrolling speed and it is thoroughly dependent on the fast learning of MLPs. To attain real-time enrollment on the systems, the previous two studies have been devoted to the problem and each satisfied the objective. In this paper the two studies are combined md applied to the systems, on the assumption that each method operates on different optimization principle. By conducting experiments using an MLP-based speaker verification system to which the combination is applied on real speech database, the feasibility of the combination is verified from the results of the experiments.

Selection of optimal railway line is taken into consideration include of the purpose of railway, geographical features and facility of management. This study performed opinions of specialists, checking of industrial environment, analysis of bid guideline to select the optimal line and executed AHP method to make quality model and choose weight factors. Therefore, this study executed about six categories which are the efficiency of transportation, facility of planning and construction, economical efficiency, coincidency of planning, the civil appeal and environmental standards, connection with system, and indicated the differences of other method by analyze into specific factors of each categories.

Fabric hand was assessed for 14 women's spring-fall dress fabrics based on the subjective hand evaluation scale developed in the part 1 of this study. The effects of fabric type, seam and dress style on the subjective hand evaluation of 470 Korean consumers (205 textile experts and 265 non-experts) were investigated. Mechanical properties obtained from KES-FB system were compared with the each dimension of subjective hand expression. The type of fiber and construction were considered to be important factors in affecting hand assessment of Korean consumers, however, the presence and type of seam were not considered to be important. There were certain characteristics of subjective hand attributes for each dress style. Surface properties of fabrics, even though it is not strictly mechanical properties, appeared to be the most effective dimension in the developement of new products which appeal to Korean conssumers.

Optimal route selection of railway should take consideration of the function of the railway, topography, practicability of construction and management as well as the cost. This study performed the surveys for experts and surrounding industries and the review for the bid guidelines in order to develop the quality model with the AHP method and establish the weight for each factor. Six quality models were developed for such as the efficiency of railway operation, structure design and practicability, economic feasibility, correspondence with other plans, civil appeal and environmental sustainability, and correspondence with system. The detailed evaluation elements were also derived by each factors.

Railway has been pointed to the efficiency of transportation, rapid transit, and comfortable train ride. the construction of railway near the downtown area and station building are increasing for maximization of utilization and convenience. but the heavy of transportation and rapid transit lead to increase noise and vibration. the noise and vibration of railway may cause the civil appeal, decline in the serviceability and insufficiency of environmental standard. In this study, floating slab system which is one of the solution to avoid noise and vibration in railway has been introduced, and analyzed floating Slab Track into arrangement of reduction material of vibration. As a result of analysis, It was estimated the bearing installation though slab have not a negative factor and terminal arrangement of reduction material of vibration have advantage for static behavior.

When calculating gains from transfers of assets inherited or donated, the value recognized at the market price as of the date of inheritance or acquisition is recognized as the actual transaction value at the time of acquisition. However, Precedents for the appeal for review by the NTS, the request for adjudgment by the Tax Tribunal(TT) and the request of examination by the Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea(BAI) and the cases of the lawsuit have not shown a consistent results on how much such a the actual transaction value will be measured. This study investigates the operating state of the current tax appeal system using the statistical data of the TT, NTS, and BAI and cases of the lawsuit from 2008 to 2017, and suggests the Improvement of Capital Gains Tax Act on the transfer of inherited and donated property. As a result, total number of requested cases has diminished because cases of the pre-assessment review and the reconsideration appeal by the NTS have decreased steadily over the past decade, while the cases of the lawsuit and the administrative trials(the request for adjudgment by the TT, the appeal for review by the NTS, and the request of examination by the BAI) have been steadily increasing. Also This study found that more than 40% of the complainants proceeded with the cases of the lawsuit proceedings in disagreement with the disposition of tax dissatisfaction under the administrative trials. In addition, Even though the retrospective appraisal price is not recognized as the market price due to the strict interpretation of the tax regulations, it can be seen that it is interpreted as a more expanded concept in the application of the market price than the government office or the tax judge. Therefore, according to the precedents of the cases lawsuit, it is necessary to establish a regulation on the recognition of retroactive appraisal value.

With the spread of COVID-19 and restrictions on outdoor exercise, the number of users using motion sensing games indoors is increasing. An avatar-type character design customization system on behalf of gamers is one of the important research topics for developers in that it can increase the game's appeal to gamers. In this paper, a motion sensing game with high sales volume and character customization is selected as a game analysis case. Through the analysis of the character customization system of the three selected games, important elements of the customization system were extracted. Finally, the shortcomings of the motion sensing game character customization system were derived, and improvement plans were presented for the selection system, transformation system, and partial system. It is expected that this proposal will serve as a reference for designing a motion sensing game character customization system in the future.
