소셜네트워크 특성이 스트레스 요인과 SNS 피로감에 미치는 영향 (The Factors Influencing on the Social Networking Service Fatigue and SNS Stresses based on the Smart Phone)

  • Purpose This study investigates the associations between SNS fatigue and stress of smartphone SNS, with SNS characteristics. The study focuses on two types of SNS characteristics: information and systems characteristics. We examine SNS stress factors that includes the communication and system overload. Design/methodology/approach To test the proposed hypotheses, the study conducted structural equation modeling with Smart PLS 3.0. The study conducted A sample of 286 participants was collected from SNS users. Findings The results indicated that the information relevance in the information characteristics had an effect on the communication overload, but it had not an effect on the system overload. The information accuracy had an effect on the communication and system overload. The app pace of change influenced the communication and system overload, but the app complexity influenced the system overload. Finally, the SNS stress showed significant relationship with SNS fatigue. The academic and managerial implications were discussed based on the this results.

컴퓨팅 사고 기반의 비전공자 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 앱 인벤터 교육과정 설계 (Designing an App Inventor Curriculum for Computational Thinking based Non-majors Software Education)

  • 4차 산업혁명이 본격화되고 인공지능, 사물인터넷 기술 등을 적용한 첨단 서비스들이 대거 상용화되면서 소프트웨어의 중요성에 대한 인식 또한 확산되고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 최근 소프트웨어 교육은 초중등뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 필수로 가르치는 추세이며, 컴퓨팅적 방법론과 모델을 통해 문제를 해결하는데 필요한 컴퓨팅 사고에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨팅 사고에 기반을 두고 비전공자 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 앱 인벤터 교육과정을 설계하는 것이다. 연구의 결과, 컴퓨팅 사고의 세부 역량 6가지를 도출하였고, 6가지 세부 역량은 앱 인벤터 학습요소를 구성하여 맵핑하였다. 또한 컴퓨팅 사고 활용 모델링에 기반하여 대학 교양핵심 교육과정의 IT교과목에 참여한 학생들에게 적용하기 위한 앱 인벤터 수업 내용을 설계하였다.

카노 모형을 이용한 모바일 쇼핑몰 앱의 서비스 품질 요인 분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on the e-Service Quality Factors in m-Shopping Mall App based on the Kano Model)

  • Purpose - In this study, it is classified the service quality dimension of mobile shopping app using Kano model. In addition, it is evaluated quality factors suitable for strategic management from the viewpoint of service provider through mobile application through binary dimension analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, seven quality dimensions such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience, design, security and customer service were derived through related studies to make binary shopping quality app quality measurement. 37 sub-variables were set by each quality dimensions. Each questionnaire was composed of positive and negative items like Kano's proposed method, and the satisfaction coefficient suggested by Timko(1993) was examined to understand the influence of each factors on customer satisfaction. Results - As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. And, in information quality, the information overload was classified as an apathetic quality component, while the related information provision belonged to an attractive quality component. In reliability quality, customized service provision was classified as an attractive quality component. In instant connectivity, the quality of the connection during transport was classified as an attractive quality component. In convenience quality, access to product information was classified as a one-way quality component. All components of designs quality were classified as attractive quality components, and in security quality, all of their components were all classified as one quality component. Lastly, in customer service, they components were all classified as a single quality component. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. Conclusion - In the online service environment, which is difficult to differentiate in terms of upward upgrading only by technological implementation and function, the results of this study can be suggested as a differentiating factor for major channels with customers rather than improve the brand image.

  • 본 논문은 구조가 간단하고, 고속, 고정밀 위치결정이 가능하기 때문에 OA 및 FA시스템에 대한 적용이 급속히 확대되고 있는 선형직류전동기의 최적 설계에 관하여 제안하였다. 최적 설계 방법은 통계적 방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 2수준 요인실험계획법을 이용하여 목적함수에 대한 설계변수의 영향력을 분석하였으며, 다음으로 반응표면분석 법을 이용하여 이들 인자의 최적치를 구하였다. 이 방법을 적용함으로써 짧은 시간과 낮은 비용으로 설계변수의 최적 값을 도출 할 수 있었다.

비전공자 소프트웨어 기초교육을 위한 프로그래밍 언어 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination of Programming Language for Software Basic Education of Non-majors)

  • Purpose The objective of this study is to determine the programming language for improving algorithmic thinking of basic software education for non-majors, which has recently been receiving attention to nurture talents needed in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Design/methodology/approach In this study, Delphi method was used to select the suitable programming language for the features of each of five departments for basic software education for non-majors in order to develop the capability of algorithmic thinking. The survey was conducted three times to 21 experts, and the results were analyzed using quantitative analysis (CVR) values and stability. Findings For the most suitable programming language for each department determined in this study, App Inventor was selected for humanities department, RUR-PLE for natural science department, App Inventor for social science department, Python for engineering department, and Scratch for fine arts department. This is expected to be used as the basis for determining the direction of curriculum and operation of universities starting basic software education through programming language by department proposed in this study.

Effects of the Attributes of Mobile Shopping Apps on Purchase Intention of Fashion Products

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the attributes of mobile shopping apps on the purchase intention of fashion products in the steadily growing mobile commerce market and analyze the mediation effect of shopping flow. Research design, data and methodology : In this study, a survey was conducted on users in their 20s to 50s who had experience of fashion products via mobile shopping apps. The questionnaire was analyzed on the final 507. The research issues were verified using Frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, and Structural equation model. Results : Among the attributes of mobile shopping apps, reliability, enjoyment and ease of use were found to have a significant impact on shopping flow and fashion product purchase intention, while shopping flow had a significant impact on fashion product purchase intention. Product diversity and usefulness of shopping apps didn't show a significant effect. After examining the mediation effect, reliability, enjoyment, and ease of use were shown to have indirect effects by showing partial mediation effects. Conclusions : Studies show that consumers are not putting much emphasis on how diverse a product line is available and how useful a mobile shopping app is when they shop for fashion products on mobile devices. Factors that affect consumers' purchase intention are reliability, enjoyment and ease of use of shopping apps. These results shows that it is important to provide reliable information about fashion products, provide reliability to customers by setting up means for safe transactions, and provide a wider variety of services and information to make using the mobile shopping app enjoyable. In addition, there is a need to make it easy to find a fashion product that consumers like and make it easy to purchase when consumers find out fashion products that they like, and to configure how to use the app easily. Consequently, consumers become immersed in shopping which is also able to improve consumers' purchase intention on fashion products when a reliable, enjoyable and easy to use mobile shopping app is provided.

온라인 플랫폼의 분류 프레임워크 : 국내 플랫폼 사례연구를 중심으로 (An Innovative Framework to Classify Online Platforms)

  • Purpose This paper presents a new method of classifying online platforms. It also explains how to apply the framework using case studies and generate new insight about platform strategies and policy development. Design/methodology/approach This paper focuses on the relationship between platforms, especially the hierarchy and power relations, and broadly classifies platforms as follows: content/services, meta information, app stores, operating systems, and cloud. Both the content/service platform and the meta information platform have matching as their main function. However, most content/services tend to collect and access information through meta-information platforms, so meta-information platforms are closer to infrastructure than content/service platforms. App store, operating system, and cloud can be said to be platforms of platforms. A small number of companies in the US and China dominate platforms of platforms, and become the recent development and regulatory targets of their respective governments. Findings We should be wary of the attempts to regulate domestic platforms by importing foreign regulations that ignore the hierarchical structure that our framework highlights. We believe that Korea's strategy to become a true platform powerhouse is clear. As one of the few countries with significant companies in the area of meta information platforms, it will be necessary to fully utilize the position and advance into the strategically important area of platforms of platforms. Furthermore, it is necessary to encourage world-class companies to appear in Korea in the app store, operating system, and cloud. To do so, the government needs to introduce promotion policies to strategically nurture such platforms rather than to regulate them.

게임플레이의 생태학적 심리학 : 스마트폰 앱 게임을 중심으로 (An Ecological Psychology of Gameplay : Case Study of Smart Phone App Game)

  • HCI 측면에서 게임플레이는 게이머가 목표를 성취하기 위하여 새로운 규칙을 떠올리거나 발견하여 현재 직면한 문제를 해결해 나가는 과정이다. 본 연구는 기존의 문제해결관점에서의 게임플레이가 아닌 생태학적 심리학에서 유래가 된 행동유도성 입장에서 게임플레이를 이해하고 그 구조를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 기반의 App 게임을 중심으로 전문 게임플레이어의 게임플레이 전 과정을 비디오 오디오 기기를 활용하여 녹취를 실시하였다. 본 자료를 토대로 질적 연구인 프로토콜 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 행동유도성 기반의 게임플레이는 선택과 관계로 구성되며 한 번에 한 가지만 선택하고 주의를 집중한다는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 탐색적 측면의 행동과 절차적 측면의 행동으로 크게 두 가지로 구분되는 것을 발견하였다. 이는 탐색, 행동, 변형의 양상을 띄고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 게임을 개발할 때 게임플레이 설계를 어떻게 해야 할지에 대한 중요한 디자인 방법론을 구축하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

  • 본 논문은 A대학의 게임관련학과 게임품질관리 수업을 이론수업에서 실습수업으로 변경하기 위한 교수법을 개선하고자 한다. 이를 위해 게임 플레이 분석 시스템을 설계하고 이를 학생들이 개발하는 것이 주요 목표이다. 게임 플레이 분석 시스템 설계를 수립하고 개발함으로서 산업체의 요구사항에 맞는 게임개발의 전반적인 프로세스를 경험할 수 있도록 한다. 이와 함께 학생들이 디버깅부터 테스팅까지 경험함으로서 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 이해를 향상시킬 수 있는 시스템에 대한 설계이다.

G4C 스마트 앱 서비스 특성이 사용의도에 미치는 영향: 한·중 비교 분석을 중심으로 (The Influence of Using Intention by G4C Smart Application Service Characteristics: Comparing Korea and China)

  • Purpose - Recently, the prevalence of high-speed mobile communication technology (4G) and mobile devices (smart phones, tablet PC, etc.) is leading innovative changes across all fields in society as well as business environments. Furthermore, a diversified mobile application service has spread rapidly through mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. Accordingly, the traditional E-government services paradigm has rapidly changed into mobile intelligence. To identify the influencing factors on the using intention of G4C smart app services, based on previous studies, the variables that influence using G4C smart app services are defined; these are user cognitive factors (perceived usefulness, perceived easiness), user characteristics factors (user innovativeness, self-efficiency, social influence), service quality factors (convenience, interactivity, accessibility), and system quality factors (instant connectivity, safety). Research design, data, and methodology - This is designed not only to collect data with a questionnaire survey (9/22/13~10/23/13) but also to test hypotheses with SEM by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 in both Korea and China. All items are used with Likert 5 scales. A total of 643 questionnaires (Korea 318, China 325) are used. Results - The perceived usefulness and perceived easiness in user cognitive factors have positive influence on using intention. The user innovativeness, self-efficiency, and social factors in user characteristics factors have positive influences on using intention. The convenience, interactivity, and accessibility in service quality factors have positive influences on both reliability and using intention. Safety in system quality has positive influence on both reliability and using intention. Reliability has positive influence on using intention. The control variables (Korea and China) affect its control hypothesis. Strategies and implications are suggested to assist the public using the intention of smartphone's e-government services based on the results of the empirical analysis. The mobile application service can be considered a new emergence of the paradigm just like the government's on-line portal websites appeared in the past. Under this prevailing situation of mobile smart devices, to promote the success of e-government mobile APP services, accurate analysis and understanding of users should precede anything, to provide services to grasp and satisfy users' desire properly. Conclusions - This study proposes implications to help E-governmental officers and companies make strategies. First, this is expected to give some information on the understanding and knowledge regarding the process of G4C smart APP service based on the empirical study. Second, this helps to make future policies and ways about E-government G4C smart APP service. Third, it is proved that super speed mobile communication technology and devices including phones will be crucial to change the structure of E-government services in 2-3 years. Fourth, it is necessary to increase the trust and using intention of users. Fifth, considering what type of environment users are placed in, to present proper public information matching their inclination, is important. Finally, various ways of experiencing service to explore potential users and ceaseless public relations are required.
