아파트 주거환경의 감성적 반응과 주거만족도의 상관성 연구 (The Correlation between the Affective Responses and Residents' Satisfaction in Apartment Housing Estates)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between the affective responses and residents' satisfaction in apartment housing estates. This study was conducted to empirically identify the effect of physical contents of apartment buildings on the affective response and satisfaction of residents. The area for evaluation was limited to four apartment buildings in Daegu, and the subjects for evaluation were also limited to a group of residents living at the four apartment buildings. The correlation between the satisfaction with the physical elements of each apartment and the affective factors was analyzed. The analysis showed that there was mostly a statistically significant negative correlation. This result also suggests that the satisfaction with the physical elements may vary depending on the affective attitude. SPSSWIN, a statistical program was used for analysis.

  • This paper described the dynamic characteristics of 20-story apartment buildings from the results of full-scale measurements and analysis. The natural frequencies and mode shapes are quantified by measuring and analyzing ambient vibrations of the structure and compared with the results from dynamic analysis. Comparison with computed mode shapes and frequencies shows good agreement with the experimental results. It proved that it is important to estimate coupling beam and soil parameters through a comparison of the measured results with calculated results.

  • In accordance with the tendance to construct high-rise apartment buildings, the transporting elevators tend to speed up to 90-105m/min and to drive more frequently. So, the problem of noise produced by the elevator operation has been treated as an important subject. In this research, the actual conditions of noise and vibration which generated and transmitted by the elevator operation in apartment buildings were measured and analysed. And the several noise and vibration control design which helps reduce noise were examined.

  • 화재시 효과적인 피난이 중요하다고 하는 것은 인식 되어왔다. 그러나 피난안전을 위한 계획과 관련 규정은 최소한치 요구조건만을 충족하고 있다. 피난계획의 궁극적인 목적은 안전한 장소로 거주자를 신속하게 피난시키는 것이며, 본 연구에서는 고층 공동주택을 대상으로 첫째, 거주밀도 및 거주자 특성을 분석하고, 둘째 고층 공동주택 여러 평면의 피난성능을 분석하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 고층 공동주택 피난특성 파악하고 평면 및 법 규정의 비교분석을 통해 피난안전성능 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제한하는데 있다.

시거리에 따른 고층집합주택 외벽 색채 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Color Characteristics of the Outer Wall of High-rise Apartment Buildings According to Visual Range)

  • This study assumes that though buildings have identical color of the outer walls, their colors and images make the difference according to neighboring environmental factors and visual range. Based on the assumption, it carries a quantitative analysis of physical and image difference, targeting colors of the outer walls of high-rise apartment buildings within apartment complex. As a result, it is identified that the outer colors of the buildings on the streetside of high-rise residential complexes are significantly different according to neighboring environmental factors and viewers' visual range. And, it is suggested that in planning colors of outer wall, colors should be arranged in consideration of color difference according to visual range.

  • The object of this study is the development of a Method which is enable to review the preliminary feasibility for co-generation system in new apartment buildings. In Korea co-generation systems have been installed in most of large industrial plants and commercial buildings which consume a large quantity of electric and heat energy, for energy saving and cutting products cost, under positive governmental supports. However for apartment buildings which consume quite a large electric and heat energy, are still remained in conventional energy supply system, and are not popular to utilize useful co-generation system. One of the major reason for these is the lack of clear and easy justification tool. In this circumstance, this study can provide a tool to verify the feasibility of co-generation in apartment buildings with this handy tools for planners and designers beforehand.

  • This research was conducted toward the types and kinds of repairing the randomly chosen apartment buildings. The conclusions are : There are eleven types of repairing executions, re - analyzed into thirty \ulcorner one kinds. For the public spaces, in and outside the buildings, there are five types and fifty - one kinds. The management of the buildings are all self - governed with the plannings to continually repair. The claims are most frequently answered by re - equipping the facilities of kitchen work. the bathroom facilities, etc. And for the public facilities there are claims against the bad conditions of electricity, noises tem other fleers, upper and lower, and moistures on the walls. The suggestions for the improvement of the apartment housing conditions may well contribute to the plannings for repairing the facilities, private and public, of the apartment buildings.

  • In accordance with recent changes in construction trends, interest in introducing the OSC, such as the Precast Concrete, is increasing in apartment buildings. In domestic studies, studies on the prediction of the construction period of PC apartment buildings through simulation have been conducted, but there is no study on the comparison of the construction period according to the actual construction of Precast Concrete(PC) and Reinforced Concrete(RC). Therefore, this study seeks to grasp the technology of the current PC construction method and to secure the original technology of project management through comparison of the absolute time of frame construction for PC and RC buildings composed of the same plane.

대전지역 노후화된 아파트의 재건축과 리모델링에 대한 선호도 분석 (Preference Analysis on the Reconstruction and Remodeling of Old Aged Apartment in Daejeon Area)

  • 우리나라의 경우 급속한 경제성장을 이룩한 1970년대 이후 도시화가 빠르게 진행되어 주택부족 문제가 발생하게 되었고, 정부의 주도로 공동주택인 아파트를 꾸준히 건설하였으며, 민간 건설업체에서도 주택 수요를 충족시키기 위해 아파트를 대단지 형태로 건설하였다. 이러한 철근콘크리트 구조물로 건축된 아파트는 세월이 경과함에 따라 여러 가지 요인에 의하여 콘크리트가 열화 됨으로서 아파트 건축물이 초기에 가진 물리적인 성능 유지하기 어렵게 되며, 시대가 변화에 따라 아파트에 요구되는 기능과 형식이 변화하게 된다. 현재 아파트를 재건축하기 위해서는 건축년도와 안전진단 결과가 재건축에 해당하여야 하며, 이러한 조건이 만족하더라도 "시 및 주거환경 정비법 시행령" 제28조에 의거 아파트 전체 토지 지분 보유자의 75%가 재건축에 동의해야 재건축 할 수 있다. 즉 현재의 관련 법규에 의하면 아파트를 비롯한 주택의 재건축에 있어서 거주하는 주민들의 생각이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 대전지역 5개구에 위치하고 있는 25년 이상된 아파트에 실제로 거주하고 있는 주민들을 대상으로 실시한 재건축과 리모델링에 대한 선호도에 대하여 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과, 25년 이상된 아파트에서 거주하는 주민들은 거주자 생활 편의 개선을 위해서 리모델링을 선호하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 재건축을 선호한 주된 요인으로는 수익성 때문인 것으로 조사되었으며, 리모델링을 선호한 주된 이유는 시간 단축인 것으로 조사되었다.

Improvement Directions for the G-SEED System from the Resident's Perspective - Focused on Certification Assessment Criteria for Apartment Buildings -

  • The building section is providing immediate causes for global climate change problems since it takes about 50% of carbon emission, 20~50% of waste discharge, 33% of energy consumption, 40% of resource use, and 17% of water consumption. So, many countries over the world have developed and implemented green building certification systems to assess sustainable performances of buildings since the early 1990s. In korea, the green building certification system to induce the diffusion of sustainable buildings was first introduced in 2002 and developed as an improved version of the G-SEED(Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) system in 2013 after major revisions of related legislations. This research conducts a survey targeting residents on an apartment building that was certified as green building and examines the importance of assessment criteria on apartment buildings to certify green buildings using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method. And it proposes a new direction on certification assessment standards from the resident's prospective. As a result, assessment criteria such as indoor environment, ecological environment, energy & environment pollution, and maintenance management among 7 main ones turned out important on assessing the G-SEED system for apartment buildings, while criteria such as material & resource, water circulation management, and land use & transportation did relatively unimportant.
